Sport training is a sporting performance preparation phase that consists of four parts: Training in conditioning, technical Training, Training in attitude, Training in psychology. The challenging factor of the sports training session is the realization of approximate and uncertainty. The valued idea involves the definition of fuzzy sets and rules and membership functions to overcome the challenges. A fuzzy logical explanation enables successful ambiguous situations, which are complex, continuous, and more practical, closer to the real world and human thought. The concept, which is highly valued, includes defining fluids and rules and membership functions to test training exercises for strength. This paper proposed a Fuzzy, assisted artificial intelligence monitoring framework (FAAIMF) that evaluates all athletes’ behaviors in an outdoor training setting using wearable inertial sensors. Data obtained from sensor fitted machines, feedback, and proper implementation requirements are considered in the design. The Random Forest Classifier uses a Discreet Transform Wavelet (DWT) to effectively and accurately effectively and accurately id. Second, the relative orientation of the wearable inertial sensors on a shield and thigh of a material from which the knee angle of flexion-extension is determined. The proposed method in various non-constrained settings for the exact classification of sports activities and accurate movement techniques assessment.

autoBOT: evolving neuro-symbolic representations for explainable low resource text classification

Learning from texts has been widely adopted throughout industry and science. While state-of-the-art neural language models have shown very promising results for text classification, they are expensive to (pre-)train, require large amounts of data and tuning of hundreds of millions or more parameters. This paper explores how automatically evolved text representations can serve as a basis for explainable, low-resource branch of models with competitive performance that are subject to automated hyperparameter tuning. We present autoBOT (automatic Bags-Of-Tokens), an autoML approach suitable for low resource learning scenarios, where both the hardware and the amount of data required for training are limited. The proposed approach consists of an evolutionary algorithm that jointly optimizes various sparse representations of a given text (including word, subword, POS tag, keyword-based, knowledge graph-based and relational features) and two types of document embeddings (non-sparse representations). The key idea of autoBOT is that, instead of evolving at the learner level, evolution is conducted at the representation level. The proposed method offers competitive classification performance on fourteen real-world classification tasks when compared against a competitive autoML approach that evolves ensemble models, as well as state-of-the-art neural language models such as BERT and RoBERTa. Moreover, the approach is explainable, as the importance of the parts of the input space is part of the final solution yielded by the proposed optimization procedure, offering potential for meta-transfer learning.

An Advanced Pruning Method in the Architecture of Extreme Learning Machines Using L1-Regularization and Bootstrapping

Extreme learning machines (ELMs) are efficient for classification, regression, and time series prediction, as well as being a clear solution to backpropagation structures to determine values in intermediate layers of the learning model. One of the problems that an ELM may face is due to a large number of neurons in the hidden layer, making the expert model a specific data set. With a large number of neurons in the hidden layer, overfitting is more likely and thus unnecessary information can deterioriate the performance of the neural network. To solve this problem, a pruning method is proposed, called Pruning ELM Using Bootstrapped Lasso BR-ELM, which is based on regularization and resampling techniques, to select the most representative neurons for the model response. This method is based on an ensembled variant of Lasso (achieved through bootstrap replications) and aims to shrink the output weight parameters of the neurons to 0 as many and as much as possible. According to a subset of candidate regressors having significant coefficient values (greater than 0), it is possible to select the best neurons in the hidden layer of the ELM. Finally, pattern classification tests and benchmark regression tests of complex real-world problems are performed by comparing the proposed approach to other pruning models for ELMs. It can be seen that statistically BR-ELM can outperform several related state-of-the-art methods in terms of classification accuracies and model errors (while performing equally to Pruning-ELM P-ELM), and this with a significantly reduced number of finally selected neurons.
