Abstract
The science of toxicology dates back almost to the beginning of human history. Toxic chemicals, which are encountered in different forms, are always among the chemicals that should be investigated in criminal field, environmental application, pharmaceutic, and even industry, where many researches have been carried out studies for years. Almost all of not only drugs but also industrial dyes have toxic side and direct effects. Environmental micropollutants accumulate in the tissues of all living things, especially plants, and show short- or long-term toxic symptoms. Chemicals in forensic science can be known by detecting the effect they cause to the body with the similar mechanism. It is clear that the best tracking tool among analysis methods is molecularly printed polymer-based analytical setups. Different polymeric combinations of molecularly imprinted polymers allow further study on detection or extraction using chromatographic and spectroscopic instruments. In particular, methods used in forensic medicine can detect trace amounts of poison or biological residues on the scene. Molecularly imprinted polymers are still in their infancy and have many variables that need to be developed. In this review, we summarized how molecular imprinted polymers and toxicology intersect and what has been done about molecular imprinted polymers in toxicology by looking at the studies conducted in the last 5 years.

Abstract
Manganese-doped zinc sulfide quantum dots (Mn-ZnS QDs) are promising candidates for multi-channel sensing analysis due to their multi-dimensional optical properties. In this study, we integrated amino-silane and ionic liquid co-modified Mn-ZnS QDs and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) into optosensing nanoparticles to provide triple-dimensional optical response signals and combined them with chemometrics for the analysis of multiple pesticide residues. Through the exploration and optimization of a series of conditions, fluorescence, room temperature phosphorescence, and ultraviolet-visible combined with chemometrics were used for the discrimination and recognition of multiple pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables. The ionic liquid of 1-vinyl-3-ethylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate was used to modify Mn-ZnS QDs to improve the optical response and enrichment of pesticide adsorption sites, which were also synergistically enhanced by the COF support. This is a potential method to discriminate pesticides efficiently and enables fast and reliable analysis of pesticides in the agricultural and food industries.

Abstract
Quantum dots (QDs) are attractive semiconductor fluorescent nanomaterials with remarkable optical and electrical properties. The broad absorption spectra and high stability of QD transducers are advantageous for sensing and bioimaging. Molecular imprinting is a technique for manufacturing synthetic polymeric materials with a high recognition ability towards a target analyte. The high selectivity of the molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) is a result of the fabrication process based on the template-tailored polymerization of functional monomers. The three-dimensional cavities formed in the polymer network can serve as the recognition elements of sensors because of their specificity and stability. Appending specific molecularly imprinted layers to QDs is a promising strategy to enhance the stability, sensitivity, and selective fluorescence response of the resulting sensors. By merging the benefits of MIPs and QDs, inventive optical sensors are constructed. In this review, the recent synthetic strategies used for the fabrication of QD nanocrystals emphasizing various approaches to effective functionalization in aqueous environments are discussed followed by a detailed presentation of current advances in QD conjugated MIPs (MIP-QDs). Frontiers in manufacturing of specific imprinted layers of these nanomaterials are presented and factors affecting the specific behaviour of an MIP shell are identified. Finally, current limitations of MIP-QDs are defined and prospects are outlined to amplify the capability of MIP-QDs in future sensing.

Abstract
In this study, the molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) with high specific surface area and extraction efficiency of N-Nitrosodiphenylamine (NDPhA) were successfully prepared and a highly sensitive and selective method was developed for determination of NDPhA in water samples using MIPs solid-phase extraction (SPE) coupled with gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) detection. The MIPs were successfully prepared using the method of precipitation polymerization and using methacrylic acid as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker, and N, N-Diphenylformamide as the template molecule. The newly synthesized MIPs were characterized and used as SPE sorbents. Under the optimized conditions, the average recoveries of NDPhA spiked in ultrapure water were higher than 94% ± 2.9% at three different concentrations and the limit of detection and limit of quantitation were 0.8 ng L-1 and 2.4 ng L-1, respectively. Moreover, the high selectivity of MIPs was attained and the satisfactory recoveries of NDPhA which were spiked in to real samples were achieved in the range of 92-107% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) within 0.3-7.9%. The low levels of NDPhA were detected in the two of twelve wastewater samples with concentrations of 5.6 ng L-1 and 3.6 ng L-1 with RSDs of 5.6% and 2.8%, respectively. The developed MIP-SPE method was proved to be practically feasible for selective extraction and enrichment of NDPhA in real water samples.
