Abstract
In this project, we have synthesized and used a molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) for adsorption of oxycodone residue from the biological samples. Indeed, this study aims to develop a suitable method for determination of oxycodone drug residue in the human plasma using the common analysis methods. Therefore, the MIP was used for the solid phase extraction (MIP-SPE) approach in order to collect the oxycodone opioid and to concentrate it in the blood plasma samples. The extraction parameters such as adsorption time, pH, and the amount of sorbent in blood plasma were optimized and the capacity of loading amount (LA) for adsorbing it was determined. Moreover, a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-UV detector method was validated and used for analyzing of the mentioned opioid extracted from plasma. The results showed that the limit of detection (LOD), and the limit of quantization (LOQ) for the developed MIP-SPE method were 1.24 ppb, and 3.76 ppb, respectively. Moreover, both of the MIP-, and non-imprinted polymers (NIP)-drug complexes were designed and were then optimized by the density functional theory (DFT) method. The results showed that the theoretical calculations supported the experimental data, confirming the favorability of adsorption of the drug by MIP compared to NIP.

Abstract
In the present paper, synthesis of SBA-15 nanoparticles was carried out from tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) precursor using the sol-gel process. After being combined with Poly propylene imine, and ZIF-8 they were employed for the removal of Penicillin G. The synthesized combination morphology was assessed using nitrogen adsorption and desorption (BET), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The parameters affecting Penicillin G removal, including pH, amount of adsorbent, time of contact, temperature, and concentration, were optimized, and the optimum levels of the mentioned variables were reported to be pH = 3, 0.03 g, 90 min, 25 °C, and 100 ppm, respectively. In addition, application of Freundlich, Langmuir, Dubinin-Radushkevhch, and Tempkin models and pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order adsorption synthetic equations aimed at determining the type of adsorbent isotherm. The results showed that the best fitting of Langmuir (R2 = 0.9944, qm = 400 mg/g) for adsorption isotherm and pseudo-second-order model (R2 = 0.9905) for kinetics studies. Furthermore, data of Gibbs free energy and enthalpy demonstrated an exothermic and spontaneous process in the research.

Abstract
Adsorption of 2,4,6-tribromoaniline (BA), 2,4,6-trifluoroaniline (FA) and 2,4,6-trichloroaniline (CA) onto the surface of coronene/fullerene/fullerene-like nanocages was investigated by theoretical calculations. Due to the adsorption of BA/FA/CA, there are significant changes in chemical descriptors and nonlinear optical properties. Energy gap values of all nanoclusters are lowered, giving an increase in conductivity of complexes except for fullerene. All complex's ultraviolet visible wavenumber is blue-shifted and especially for fullerene complex, the values are very high. The enhancement of Raman intensities shows that it is possible to design a nanocage sensor for detecting these compounds by surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS).Communicated by Ramaswamy H. Abstract
Recently nanocluster based drug delivery systems have become the most skillful to study. Interaction mechanism of duphaston (DPH) over graphene (G), carboxyl substituted graphene (COG) and doped COG-X (X = O/S/N/B) were investigated. We studied different spectroscopic properties of adsorbed DPH with nanoclusters. To study effect adsorption of DPH with nanoclusters, the adsorption energies were measured. To track DPH, surface enhanced Raman scattering is used since it is an efficient approach to vibrational spectroscopy. The DPH detection was investigated using GQDs SERS property. For the adsorption of DPH with COG-B nanocluster maximum energy interaction is determined. DPH works on the electrophilic site of nanoclusters as donor of electrons and adsorbs. Charge transfer is higher for to COG-B nanocluster than for other nanoclusters. Variations in chemical descriptors are also noted to understand sensing property of DPH molecule-nanoclusters. The analysis of different properties demonstrates enhancement effect which makes it significant in detecting DPH in other products.

Abstract
AIM AND OBJECTIVE In current research, imidazole derivatives are synthesized via a new process of four component reaction of trichloroacetonitrile, amides, alkyl bromides and amino acids catalyzed by zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) as a simple and recyclable catalyst in water at room temperature. Among investigated compounds, compounds 5b have good results relative to butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) and 2-tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) as standard antioxidant. The achieved outcomes of disk diffusion experiment showed that these compounds avoided the growth of bacterial. MATERIALS AND METHODS In this research, all chemicals are purchased from Fluka (Buchs, Switzerland) and employed with any purification. For measuring infrared spectroscopy and melting point, a Shimadzu IR-460 spectrometer and Electrothermal 9100 apparatus are utilized respectively. BRUKER DRX-400 AVANCE spectrometer is used for giving the 1H, and 13CNMR spectra at 400.1 and 100 MHz respectively. For recording mass spectra, A FINNIGAN-MAT 8430 spectrometer with an ionization potential of 70 eV was utilized. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) employing a Holland Philips XL30 microscope was used for determination of ZnO nanocomposites morphology. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis at room temperature using a Holland Philips Xpert X-ray powder diffractometer, with CuKα radiation (λ=0.15406 nm), with 2θ ranging from 20 to 80° was employed for characterization of crystalline structure of Fe3O4/CuO nanocomposites. Scherrer's formula; D= 0.9λ/β cosθ was employed for calculating the average crystallite size where D is the diameter of the nanoparticles, λ (CuKα) =1.5406 Å and β is the fullwidth at half-maximum of the diffraction lines. A general way to prepare of compounds 5 The trichloroacetonitrile 1 (2 mmol) and amides 2 (2 mmol) mixed with ZnO-NPs (10 mol%) in water (5 mL). after 45 min amino acids 3 (2 mmol) was added to previous mixture at room temperature. After 30 min α-haloketones 4 (2 mmol) was added to mixture and stirred for 3 h. After 3 h, the reaction is completed and TLC confirms progress of the reaction. At last, the solid residue was collected by filtration and cleaned with EtOAC to removing ZnO-NPs and after evaporating solvent and washing solid with Et2O compounds 5 afforded as pure product. RESULTS Without employing catalyst, these reactions have low yield and busy mixture. The synthesis of compound 5a as sample reaction and displayed the ZnO nanoparticles (10 mol%) is the best catalyst for sample reaction and H2O is the very better than other solvent in sample raection. Structures of 5 are confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR mass spectra. CONCLUSION In summary, imdazole derivatives were produced in excellent yield from the reaction of trichloroacetonitrile, amides, alkyl bromides and amino acids using ZnO-NPs in water at room temperature. In addition, the power of synthesized imidazole as antioxidant was determined by radical trapping of DPPH and power of reducing ferric analyzes. The tested imidazoles display good radical trapping of DPPH but exhibitted moderate FRAP relative to BHT and TBHQ as synthetic antioxidants.The outcomes of disk diffusion experiment exhibite that synthesized imidazole avoided the bacterial growth. The superiorities of this procedure are environmental, high yield of product and low amounts of catalyst and short time of reaction.
