Abstract
Background Familial aggregation in childhood leukemia is associated with epidemiological and genomic factors. Albeit epidemiological studies on the familial history of hematological malignancies (FHHMs) are scarce, genome-wide studies have identified inherited gene variants associated with leukemia risk. We revisited a dataset of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients to explore the familial aggregation of malignancies among their relatives. Methods A series of 5,878 childhood leukemia (≤21 years of age) from the EMiLI study (2000-2019) were assessed. Lack of well-documented familial history of cancer (FHC) and 670 cases associated with genetic phenotypic syndromes were excluded. Leukemia subtypes were established according to World Health Organization recommendations. Logistic regression-derived odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were performed and adjusted by age as a continuous variable, where ALL was the reference group for AML and conversely. The pedigree of 18 families with excess hematological malignancy was constructed. Results FHC was identified in 472 of 3,618 eligible cases (13%). Ninety-six of the 472 patients (20.3%) had an occurrence of FHHMs among relatives. Overall, FHC was significantly associated with AML (OR, 1.36; 95% CI, 1.01-1.82; p = 0.040). Regarding the first-degree relatives, the OR, 2.92 95% CI,1.57-5.42 and the adjOR, 1.16 (1.03-1.30; p0.001) were found for FHC and FHHM, respectively. Conclusion Our findings confirmed that AML subtypes presented a significant association with hematological malignancies in first-degree relatives. Genomic studies are needed to identify germline mutations that significantly increase the risk of developing myeloid malignancies in Brazil.

Abstract
Background IKZF1 is a relevant gene associated with the pathogenesis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and the rs4132601 (T>G) and rs11978267 (A>G) polymorphisms have been associated with the development of this disease in several populations. The aim of this study was to determine the allelic and genotypic frequencies of the rs4132601 and rs11978267 polymorphisms in two indigenous Mexican groups (Cora and Huichol) and Mestizo populations from Nayarit, Mexico, and compare them with the frequencies of both polymorphisms in other populations of the world. Methods One hundred, 116, and 100 subjects from the Mestizo, Huichol, and Cora populations, respectively, all of them residents of the state of Nayarit, Mexico, were analyzed. The frequencies of rs4132601 and rs11978267 were determined by allelic discrimination using TaqMan assays. Results The allelic frequencies of rs4132601 were as follows: Mestizo group T = 0.74, G = 0.26; Cora T = 0.745, G = 0.255; and Huichol T = 0.47, G = 0.53. In the case of the rs11978267 polymorphism, the allelic frequencies were Mestizo A = 0.745, G = 0.255; Cora A = 0.735, G = 0.265; and Huichol A = 0.457, G = 0.543. For each population, both polymorphisms were in Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium. Conclusion The Huichol population from Nayarit presented the highest frequencies of the risk allele reported to date in the whole world for both rs4132601 and rs11978267 polymorphisms.

Abstract
Objectives We performed an updated meta-analysis to clarify the relationship between the CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism and the childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (CALL) susceptibility. Methods All the case-control studies were updated on October 5, 2020, through Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) electronic database. The heterogeneity in the study was tested by the Q test and I2, and then the random ratio or fixed effect was utilized to merge the odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI). We also performed sensitivity analysis to estimate the impact of individual studies on aggregate estimates. Publication bias was investigated by using funnel plot and Egger’s regression test. All statistical analyses were performed using Stata 12.0. Results A total of 20 case-control studies were selected, including 7014 patients and 16,428 controls. There was no association of CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism with CALL (CC vs CT + TT: OR = 1.08, 95% CI = 0.94–1.26; CC + CT vs TT: OR = 1.10, 95% CI = 0.94–1.30; C vs T: OR = 1.02, 95% CI = 0.92–1.13). In the subgroup analysis by ethnicity, there is no significant association of this polymorphism and CALL risks among Asian and Caucasian populations in the three genetic models (CC vs CT + TT, CC + CT vs TT, and C vs T). Conclusion This meta-analysis found no significant association between the CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism and susceptibility to CALL.

Abstract
The MLL-AF9 fusion protein occurring as a result of t(9;11) translocation gives rise to pediatric and adult acute leukemias of distinct lineages, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and mixed-phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL). The mechanisms underlying how this same fusion protein results in diverse leukemia phenotypes among different individuals are not well understood. Given emerging evidence from genome-wide association studies that genetic risk factors contribute to MLL-rearranged leukemogenesis, here we tested the impact of genetic background on survival and phenotype of a well-characterized Mll-AF9 knockin mouse model. We crossed this model with five distinct inbred strains (129, A/J, C57BL/6, NOD, CAST) and tested their F1 hybrid progeny for dominant genetic effects on Mll-AF9 phenotypes. We discovered that genetic background altered peripheral blood composition, with Mll-AF9 CAST F1 having a significantly increased B-lymphocyte frequency, while the remainder of the strains exhibited myeloid-biased hematopoiesis, similar to the parental line. Genetic background also had an impact on overall survival, with Mll-AF9 A/J F1 and Mll-AF9 129 F1 having significantly shorter survival and Mll-AF9 CAST F1 having longer survival, compared with the parental line. Furthermore, we observed a range of hematologic malignancies, with Mll-AF9 A/J F1, Mll-AF9 129 F1, and Mll-AF9 B6 F1 developing exclusively myeloid cell malignancies (myeloproliferative disorder [MPD] and AML), whereas a subset of Mll-AF9 NOD F1 developed MPAL and Mll-AF9 CAST F1 developed ALL. This study provides a novel in vivo experimental model in which to evaluate the underlying mechanisms by which MLL-AF9 results in diverse leukemia phenotypes and provides definitive experimental evidence that genetic risk factors contribute to survival and phenotype of MLL-rearranged leukemogenesis.

Abstract
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common malignancy in children with distinct characteristics among different subtypes. Although the etiology of ALL has not been fully unveiled, initiation of ALL has been demonstrated to partly depend on genetic factors. As indicated by several genome wide association studies (GWASs) and candidate gene analyses, ARID5B, a member of AT-rich interactive domain (ARID) protein family, is associated with the occurrence and prognosis of ALL. However, the mechanisms by which ARID5B genotype impact on the susceptibility and treatment outcome remain vague. In this review, we outline developments in the understanding of ARID5B in the susceptibility of ALL and its therapeutic perspectives, and summarize the underlying mechanisms based on the limited functional studies, hoping to illustrate the possible mechanisms of ARID5B impact and highlight the potential treatment regimens.

Maternal Haplotypes in DHFR Promoter and MTHFR Gene in Tuning Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Onset-Latency: Genetic/Epigenetic Mother/Child Dyad Study (GEMCDS). Abstract
Childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) peaks around age 2–4, and in utero genetic epigenetic mother-fetus crosstalk might tune ALL onset during childhood life. Folate genes variably interact with vitamin status on ALL risk and prognosis. We investigated DHFR and MTHFR gene variants in 235 ALL children and their mothers to disclose their role in determining ALL onset age and survival. Pyrosequence of DHFR 19bp ins/del (rs70991108; W/D), MTHFR C677T (rs1801133; C>T), and MTHFR A1298C (rs1801131; A>C) was assessed in children and in 72% of mothers for dyad-analysis comparison. DHFR DD-children had delayed ALL onset compared to WW-children (7.5 ± 4.8 vs. 5.2 ± 3.7 years; P = 0.002) as well as MTHFR 1298 CC-children compared to AA-children (8.03 ± 4.8 vs. 5.78 ± 4.1 years; P = 0.006), and according to the strong linkage disequilibrium between MTHFR 677 T-allele and 1298C-allele, MTHFR TT-children showed early mean age of onset though not significant. Offspring of MTHFR 677 TT-mothers had earlier ALL onset compared to offspring of 677 CC-mothers (5.4 ± 3.3 vs. 7 ± 5.3 years; P = 0.017). DHFR/MTHFR 677 polymorphism combination influenced onset age by comparing DD/CC vs. WW/TT children (8.1 ± 5.7 vs. 4.7 ± 2.1 years; P = 0.017). Moreover, mother-child genotype combination gave 5.5-years delayed onset age in favor of DD-offspring of 677 CC-mothers vs. WW-offspring of 677 TT-mothers, and it was further confirmed including any D-carrier children and any 677 T-carrier mothers (P = 0.00052). Correction for multiple comparisons maintained statistical significance for DHFR ins/del and MTHFR A1298C polymorphisms. Unexpectedly, among the very-early onset group (<2.89 years; 25th), DD-genotype inversely clustered in children and mothers (4.8% vs. 23.8% respectively), and accordingly ALL offspring of homozygous DD-mothers had increased risk to have early-onset (adjusted OR (odds ratio) = 3.08; 1.1–8.6; P = 0.03). The opposite effect DHFR promoter variant has in tuning ALL onset-time depending on who is the carrier (i.e., mother or child) might suggest a parent-origin-effect of the D-allele or a two-faced epigenetic role driven by unbalanced folate isoform availability during the in-utero leukemogenesis responsible for the wide postnatal childhood ALL latency.

Abstract
Although substantial advances in the identification of cytogenomic subtypes of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) have been made in recent decades, epidemiologic research characterizing the etiologic heterogeneity of ALL by subtype has not kept pace. The purpose of this review is to summarize the current literature concerning subtype-specific epidemiologic risk factor associations with ALL subtype defined by immunophenotype (e.g., B-cell vs. T-cell) and cytogenomics (including gross chromosomal events characterized by recurring numerical and structural abnormalities, along with cryptic balanced rearrangements, and focal gene deletions). In case-control analyses investigating nongenetic risk factors, home paint exposure is associated with hyperdiploid, MLL-rearranged, and ETV6-RUNX1 subtypes, yet there are few differences in risk factor associations between T- and B-ALL. Although the association between maternal smoking and ALL overall has been null, maternal smoking is associated with an increasing number of gene deletions among cases. GWAS-identified variants in ARID5B have been the most extensively studied and are strongly associated with hyperdiploid B-ALL. GATA3 single nucleotide variant rs3824662 shows a strong association with Ph-like ALL (OR = 3.14). However, there have been relatively few population-based studies of adequate sample size to uncover risk factors that may define etiologic heterogeneity between and within the currently defined cytogenomic ALL subtypes.

Abstract
Leong et al. identified ARID5B as a collaborating oncogenic factor involved in the transcriptional program in T-ALL. ARID5B positively regulates the expression of TAL1 and its regulatory partners and also activates the expression of the oncogene MYC. The oncogenic transcription factor TAL1/SCL induces an aberrant transcriptional program in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) cells. However, the critical factors that are directly activated by TAL1 and contribute to T-ALL pathogenesis are largely unknown. Here, we identified AT-rich interactive domain 5B (ARID5B) as a collaborating oncogenic factor involved in the transcriptional program in T-ALL. ARID5B expression is down-regulated at the double-negative 2–4 stages in normal thymocytes, while it is induced by the TAL1 complex in human T-ALL cells. The enhancer located 135 kb upstream of the ARID5B gene locus is activated under a superenhancer in T-ALL cells but not in normal T cells. Notably, ARID5B-bound regions are associated predominantly with active transcription. ARID5B and TAL1 frequently co-occupy target genes and coordinately control their expression. ARID5B positively regulates the expression of TAL1 and its regulatory partners. ARID5B also activates the expression of the oncogene MYC. Importantly, ARID5B is required for the survival and growth of T-ALL cells, and forced expression of ARID5B in immature thymocytes results in thymus retention, differentiation arrest, radioresistance, and tumor formation in zebrafish. Our results indicate that ARID5B reinforces the oncogenic transcriptional program by positively regulating the TAL1-induced regulatory circuit and MYC in T-ALL, thereby contributing to T-cell leukemogenesis.

Abstract
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common childhood malignancy and a leading cause of death due to disease in children. The genetic basis of ALL susceptibility has been supported by its association with certain congenital disorders and, more recently, by several genome-wide association studies (GWAS). These GWAS identified common variants in ARID5B, IKZF1, CEBPE, CDKN2A, PIP4K2A, LHPP and ELK3 influencing ALL risk. However, the risk variants of these SNPs were not validated in all populations, suggesting that some of the loci could be population specific. On the other hand, the currently identified risk SNPs in these genes only account for 19% of the additive heritable risk. This estimation indicates that additional susceptibility variants could be discovered. In this review, we will provide an overview of the most important findings carried out in genetic susceptibility of childhood ALL in all GWAS and subsequent studies and we will also point to future directions that could be explored in the near future.

Abstract
The present report describes a unique infantile acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) case with cryptic mixed-lineage leukemia (MLL) rearrangements with 11q23 chromosomal translocation. MLL break-apart signals were identified by fluorescence in situ hybridization, and transcriptome sequencing revealed MLL-myeloid/lymphoid or mixed-lineage leukemia; translocated To, 10 (MLLT10)/AF10 fusion transcripts. Analysis also revealed a previously unreported MLLT10/AF10-homeobox protein Mohawk (MKX) transcript, where the 5′ portion of MLLT10/AF10 at 10p12.31 was fused out-of-frame with the 3′ portion of MKX at 10p12.1, which is closely located to MLLT10/AF10. Furthermore, the reciprocal 3′-MLL gene segment was fused in-frame to AT-rich interaction domain (ARID)5B at 10q21. Previously, common allelic variants in ARID5B, which are directly associated with hematopoietic differentiation and development, have been repeatedly and significantly associated with childhood ALL. The heterozygous genotype in ARID5B (RefSNP: rs10821936) increased the risk for leukemia with MLL-rearrangement. In particular, single nucleotide polymorphisms of ARID5B conferred increased risk for MLL-MLLT3/AF9. Based on these findings, the authors propose that while the presence of reciprocal MLL alleles has been detected in this patient, different pathological disease mechanisms may be at play due to individual recombination events.

Abstract
Previous genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have implicated several single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the AT-rich interactive domain 5B (ARID5B) gene with childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). However, replicated studies reported some inconsistent results in different populations. Using meta-analysis, we here aimed to clarify the nature of the genetic risks contributed by the two polymorphisms (rs10994982, rs7089424) for developing childhood ALL. Through searches of PubMed, EMBASE, and manually searching relevant references, a total of 14 articles with 16 independent studies were included. Odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (95%CI) were calculated to assess the associations. Both SNPs rs10994982 and rs7089424 showed significant associations with childhood ALL risk in all genetic models after Bonferroni correction. Furthermore, subtype analyses of B-lineage ALL provided strong evidence that SNP rs10994982 is highly associated with the risk of developing B-hyperdiploid ALL. These results indicate that SNPs rs10994982 and rs7089424 are indeed significantly associated with increased risk of childhood ALL.

Abstract
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has been studied intensively for decades, but the details of its etiology and underlying mechanisms have yet to be fully elucidated. It is now generally acknowledged that genetic factors contribute greatly to the development of this disease. The gene encoding CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein ε (CEBPE) is involved in the development of leukemia, and in particular the rs2239633 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of CEBPE. The association between rs2239633 and risk of ALL has been well studied, but remains unclear. Therefore, a meta-analysis was performed in this study to establish a more precise estimation of that relationship. A comprehensive literature search of the PubMed electronic database was conducted, and relevant studies published up to February 20, 2015 were selected for analysis. The references of the retrieved articles were also screened. The extracted data were analyzed statistically, and pooled odds ratios with 95% confidence intervals were calculated using Review Manager (version 5.2) to estimate the association strength. Finally, eleven studies were included in the meta-analysis. The pooled analyses revealed that rs2239633 was associated with an increased risk of childhood ALL in Caucasians under any contrast models (P<0.01). However, this SNP did not affect the risk of ALL in adulthood among Caucasians, or in childhood among East Asians. In conclusion, these findings confirm that the CEBPE rs2239633 SNP could be considered a good marker of pediatric ALL risk in Caucasians, but not in East Asians; it is not a good marker of adult ALL risk in Caucasians.

Abstract
Objectives. To investigate the association between the maternal alcohol consumption during pregnancy and early age leukemia (EAL) in offspring. Methods. Datasets were analyzed from a case-control study carried out in Brazil during 1999-2007. Data were obtained by maternal interviews using a standardized questionnaire. The present study included 675 children (193 acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL), 59 acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and 423 controls). Unconditional logistic regression was performed, and adjusted odds ratios (adj. OR) on the association between alcohol consumption and EAL were ascertained. Results. Alcohol consumption was reported by 43% of ALL and 39% of AML case mothers and 35.5% of controls'. Beer consumption before and during pregnancy was associated with ALL in crude analysis (OR = 1.54, 95% CI, 1.08-2.19), although in adjusted analysis no statistical significance was found. For weekly intake of ≤1 glass (adj. OR = 1.30, 95% CI, 0.71-2.36) and ≥1 glass/week (adj. OR = 1.47, 95% CI, 0.88-2.46) a potential dose-response was observed (P trend < 0.03). Conclusion. This study failed to support the hypothesis of an increased risk of EAL associated with maternal alcohol intake during pregnancy, neither with the interaction with tobacco nor with alcohol consumption.

Abstract
The CCAAT/enhancer binding proteins (CEBPs) have been involved in the etiology of acute leukemia (AL) and investigated in numerous genetic association studies, however, the results were inconclusive. The current meta-analysis was conducted to clarify the effect of CEBPE rs2239633 variant on childhood AL risk. Electronic literature search was performed on August 15, 2014, from databases of Medline, PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science. A total of 22 case-control studies were eligible for the pooled analysis. The results demonstrated that rs2239633 A allele was significantly associated with a decreased risk of childhood AL (A vs G: OR=0.87, 95%CI = 0.80, 0.94, p<0.001), especially in B-cell ALL subgroup (A vs G: OR = 0.79, 95%CI = 0.74, 0.83, p<0.001), but not among T-cell ALL or AML subgroups. In the stratified analysis by ethnicity, the association was observed in Europeans (A vs G: OR = 0.80, 95%CI = 0.76, 0.84, p<0.001) but not in Asian and mixed populations. Moreover, the results of sensitivity and cumulative meta-analysis indicated the robustness of our results. Also, Begg’s and Egger’s tests did not indicate any evidence of obvious asymmetry. In summary, our study provided evidence that CEBPE rs2239633 variant is associated with decreased risk of childhood B-cell ALL in Europeans.

Abstract
DNA copy number variation is long associated with highly penetrant genomic disorders, but it was not until recently that the widespread occurrence of copy number variation among phenotypically normal individuals was realized as a considerable source of genetic variation. It is also now appreciated that copy number variants (CNVs) play a role in the onset of complex diseases. Many of the complex diseases in which CNVs are associated are reported to be influenced by yet to be identified environmental factors. It is hypothesized that exposure to environmental chemicals generates CNVs and influences disease onset and pathogenesis. In this study a proof of principle experiment was completed with ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS) and cytosine arabinoside (Ara-C) to investigate the generation of CNVs using array comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) and the zebrafish vertebrate model system. Exposure to both chemicals resulted in CNVs. CNVs were detected in similar genomic regions among multiple exposure concentrations with EMS and five CNVs were common among both chemicals. Furthermore, CNVs were correlated to altered gene expression. This study suggests that chemical exposure generates CNVs with impacts on gene expression warranting further investigation of this phenomenon with environmental chemicals.

Abstract
CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism has been implicated in susceptibility to childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) risk. Several studies investigated the association of this polymorphism with ALL in different populations. However, the results were contradictory. A meta-analysis was conducted to assess the association between CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism and ALL susceptibility. Databases including Pubmed, EMBASE, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wangfang were searched to find relevant studies. Odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were used to assess the strength of associations. A random-effects model was used. A significant association was found between CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism and childhood ALL (OR = 1.19, 95% CI, 1.11-1.28). In the subgroup analyses by ethnicity, the significant association was found among Caucasians (OR = 1.19, 95% CI, 1.09-1.30) and Hispanics (OR = 1.39, 95% CI, 1.18-1.63), but not in Asians (OR = 1.05, 95% CI, 0.90-1.22). In the subgroup analysis by histology, B-cell ALL risk (OR = 1.29, 95% CI, 1.15-1.44) and B hyperdiploid ALL risk (OR = 1.84, 95% CI, 1.40-2.43) were increased. Our results suggested that CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism conferred a risk factor of childhood ALL.

Abstract
Objective Two common polymorphisms in the IKZF1 gene (rs4132601 and rs11978267 variants) have been reported to be associated with childhood acute leukemia (AL) risk, however the results were inconsistent. Here, we conducted a meta-analysis to generate large-scale evidence on whether IKZF1 variants are risk factors for childhood AL. Methods The PubMed, Embase, EBSCO, and Web of Science were searched up to June 2, 2014 for studies on the association of IKZF1 polymorphisms with childhood AL risk. Data were extracted and the odd ratios (ORs) and95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) were calculated by a fixed-effects orrandom-effects model. Subgroup analysis by ethnicity and leukemia subtype, sensitivity and cumulative meta-analyses were performed. Moreover, publication bias was assessed by Begg's and Egger's tests. Results In total, 33 case control studies were finally included in this meta-analysis. For rs4132601 polymorphism, significantly increased AL risk was observed in all genetic models (the association was still significant when the p value was Bonferroni adjusted to 0.025). In the subgroup analysis by tumor type, statistical association was observed in B-cell precursor ALL (BCP-ALL). Additionally, when stratified by ethnicity, significantly increased AL risk was only observed in European subgroup, but not among African or mixed population subgroups. Finally, similar results were found forrs11978267 polymorphism. Conclusion In summary, this meta-analysis provides evidence that rs4132601 and rs11978267 polymorphisms in the IKZF1 gene mightcontribute to the occurrence of BCP-ALL, especially in European populations. Moreover, further studies with large sample size are required to clarify possibleroles of IKZF1 variants in other ethnic groups (e.g., Asians and Africans).

CEBPE polymorphism confers an increased risk of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia: a meta-analysis of 11 case-control studies with 5,639 cases and 10,036 controls. Ann Hematol 2014; 94:181-5. Abstract
The association between CCAAT/enhancer binding protein-ε (CEBPE) rs2239633 polymorphism and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) risk has been reported, but results of previous studies remain controversial and ambiguous. To assess the association between CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism and childhood ALL risk, a meta-analysis was performed. Based on comprehensive searches of the PubMed, Embase, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), we identified outcome data from all articles estimating the association between CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism and childhood ALL risk. The pooled odds ratio (OR) with 95 % confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated. A significant association between CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism with childhood ALL was found (OR = 1.19, 95 % CI 1.11-1.28, P < 0.01). Subgroup analysis stratified by ethnicity also suggested a significant association between this polymorphism and childhood ALL in the Caucasian subgroup (OR = 1.19, 95 % CI 1.09-1.30, P < 0.01) and Hispanic subgroup (OR = 1.39, 95 % CI 1.18-1.63, P < 0.01). No significant association was observed in the Asian subgroup (OR = 1.05, 95 % CI 0.90-1.22, P = 0.53). The CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism increased B cell ALL risk (OR = 1.29, 95 % CI 1.15-1.44, P < 0.01) and B hyperdiploid ALL risk (OR = 1.84, 95 % CI 1.40-2.43, P < 0.01). This meta-analysis demonstrated that the CEBPE rs2239633 polymorphism was significantly associated with childhood ALL risk.
