Abstract
Two fluorescent probes, Y1-2 were synthesized from 2-acetonaphthone, 4-acetylbiphenyl, and phenyl hydrazine by Vilsmeier-Haack reaction and Knoevenagel condensation. Their recognition efficacies for N2H4 were tested by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence emission spectroscopy. The recognition mechanism were studies by density-functional theory calculations, and the effect of pH on N2H4 recognition was also studied. The results showed that the probe Y1-2 has high selectivity and a low detection limit for N2H4, and the recognition of N2H4 can be accomplished at physiological pH. The probes have had obvious aggregation-induced luminescence effect, large Stokes shift, high sensitivity, and can be successfully applied to live cell imaging.

Abstract
In this study, we synthesized two coordination complexes based on pyrazole-based ligands, namely 1,5-dimethyl-N-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide (L1) and 1,5-dimethyl-N-propyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide (L2), with the aim to investigate bio-inorganic properties. Their crystal structures revealed a mononuclear complex [Ni(L1)2](ClO4)2 (C1) and a dinuclear complex [Cd2(L2)2]Cl4 (C2). Very competitive antifungal and anti-Fusarium activities were found compared to the reference standard cycloheximide. Additionally, L1 and L2 present very weak genotoxicity in contrast to the observed increase in genotoxicity for the coordination complexes C1 and C2.

Abstract
The heterocyclic compounds are the building blocks for the synthesis of the different biologically
active compounds in the organic chemistry. Heterocyclic compounds have versatile synthetic
applicability and biological activity. Pyrazole carboxylic acid derivatives are significant scaffold
structures in heterocyclic compounds due to biologic activities such as antimicrobial, anticancer, inflammatory,
antidepressant, antifungal anti-tubercular and antiviral, etc. The aim of this mini-review
is an overview synthesis of pyrazole carboxylic acid derivatives and their biologic applications. The
summarized literature survey presents biological activities of pyrazole carboxylic acid derivatives
and their various synthetic methods in detail. This mini-review can be a guide to many scientists in
medicinal chemistry.
