Abstract
IMPLICATIONS
Tension pneumothorax during one-lung ventilation can be a life threatening emergency. Clinical diagnosis may be confusing in the operative setting. We present a case in which fiberoptic bronchoscopy excluded tube malpositioning and lead us to the diagnosis of a tension pneumothorax.
