Biography: Dr. Hussien Ahmed completed his MBBCh from the Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University. He got involved in clinical research (Hepatology mainly) and biostatistics 7 years ago. He has extensive experience in clinical research designing, medical statistics, and scientific writing. To the moment, he has more than 30 international research publications with total citations 643 and H-index = 12. He published > 7 articles about the new DAAS for HCV in 2 years and he is conducting one of the most important research projects in HCV in EGYPT. He worked for many national and international pharmaceutical companies to develop research protocols, data analysis, SAR & CSR, manuscripts, and publication. He gives research workshops to the researcher and health care provider about the research methodology, biostatistics, and academic writing.
