Abstract
ABSTRACT Aerodigestive foreign bodies (FBs) aspiration is a common problem in children; however, simultaneous aerodigestive localisation is rare. Ingestion of multiple magnetic FBs can lead to serious complications, especially tracheo-oesophageal fistula and recurrent chest infections. These depend on the duration of foreign-body ingestion/aspiration, prompt intervention and adequate technique for foreign-body retrieval. A 1.8-year-old female child was found to have two magnetic FBs lodged simultaneously in the oesophagus and trachea. The magnetic FBs in the aerodigestive tract in children were removed in the same session using flexible endoscopes.

Abstract
Abstract
Background
Ganglioneuroma (GN) is an uncommon tumor belonging to the neuroblastic tumors group and is often localized in the posterior mediastinum, retroperitoneum, and adrenal gland. Presacral (PS) location is extremely rare. Its management remains a challenge.
Case presentation
A 4-year-old child presented to our department for an isolated abdominal mass. Para-clinical exams concluded to PSGN. Subtotal surgical excision was performed through an anterior transperitoneal approach. The size of the residual tumor did not progress after the 6-year follow-up period and the patients were asymptomatic.
Conclusions
GN should be considered in the case of soft tissue presacral masses in pediatrics. Subtotal resection seems sufficient in case of an extension to the sacrum with low morbidity. The residual tumors are still stable and the prognosis seems conserved. Further, long-term follow-up in large studies is needed to confirm these findings.

Abstract
The relatively high prevalence of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in familial cases supports genetic susceptibility to this disease. Although many advances have been made in the identification of new genes implicated in lupus pathogenesis, to date, there has been no large study of familial SLE. We report what we believe to be the first study of familial SLE in the North African population. The objectives of this study were to determine the main clinical and laboratory features of familial lupus and to compare them to sporadic lupus in a population of Tunisian patients. Fourteen families in which the diagnosis of lupus could be verified in at least two relatives were included in the study. All patients fulfilled four or more criteria defined by the American College of Rheumatology. Twenty-seven patients (23 females and 4 males) with familial SLE among a cohort of 253 SLE patients were found, resulting in a frequency of 10.67%. No significant differences were found between familial SLE cases and their controls in terms of sex ratio, mean age at onset and clinical and serological manifestations, which is consistent with the results of other series reported in the literature. Our results support the importance of carrying out more genetic studies within families of SLE in order to have a better understanding of the genetic and molecular mechanisms of the disease.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Genetic factors must be considered in etiological diagnosis of urinary lithiasis. The aim of this study was to determine clinical, metabolic characteristics and the progression of hereditary urinary lithiasis in our patients. METHODS A retrospective study was conducted between 2008 and 2018 and 60 patients were included. Patients were referred to our department from pediatrics departments to be followed-up in adulthood in 9 cases, for etiological investigation in 42 cases and for chronic renal failure in 9 cases. RESULTS Thirty-five men and twenty-five women were enrolled in this study with a M/F sex ratio equal to 1.4. The mean age at the time of diagnosis of the hereditary character of the urinary lithiasis was 28.6years (3months-63years). The average delay between the onset of the lithiasis disease and the etiological diagnosis was 8years (0-42years). We noted 31 cases of cystinuria, 18 cases of primary hyperoxaluria type 1 with two mutations (I244T in 14 cases, 33-34 Insc in 23 cases) and 11 cases of renal tubulopathy. Fourteen patients were affected with chronic renal failure, of which five were in the end-stage renal disease. Crystalluria was positive in 62% of cases. The morpho-constitutional analysis of stones was performed in 37 cases and it contributed to the diagnosis in 29 cases. After an average follow-up of 16years, we noted normal renal function in 42 cases, chronic renal failure in 7 cases, hemodialysis in 10 cases all with primary hyperoxaluria and transplantation in 1 case. CONCLUSION The etiological diagnosis of hereditary urinary lithiasis in our study was made with considerable delay. Cystinuria was the most frequent etiology and primary hyperoxaluria was the most serious affection. LEVEL OF EVIDENCE 4.

Abstract
Objective The aim of the study was to assess the feasibility and outcomes of pediatric urological laparoendoscopic single-site (LESS) surgery. Materials and Methods We retrospectively collected charts of all patients who underwent LESS procedures in our department from January 2013 to December 2016. Data included demographic characteristics, type of procedures, intraoperative details, hospital stay, and complications. The umbilicus was used as the surgical site in all cases. All procedures were performed with a homemade glove port and standard straight 3- or 5-mm laparoscopic instruments. Results Seventy-three patients (55 males, 18 females) were identifed. Procedures included 46 orchidop-exies, 21 pyeloplasties, 8 varicocelectomies, 3 nephrecto-mies, 3 nephroureterectomies, 3 orchiectomies, and 1 renal hydatid cyst treatment. Median operative time for the entire cohort was 47 min (range 26-156 min). There was no signifcant intraoperative blood loss. No conversion to conventional laparoscopy or open surgery was needed. All patients required paracetamol postoperatively. The mean follow-up was 18 months. Two patients had testicular atrophy after a Fowler-Stephens procedure and 1 patient had testicular reascension. Cosmetic results were excellent. Forty-five (62.5%) patients were discharged on the day of surgery. Conclusion Our study demonstrated that LESS surgery using our glove port technique and conventional laparoscopic instruments is a feasible and safe technique for the surgical management of various pediatric urological conditions.
