Abstract
The cross sections of e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}h_{c} at center-of-mass energies from 3.896 to 4.600 GeV are measured using data samples collected with the BESIII detector operating at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider. The cross sections are found to be of the same order of magnitude as those of e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}J/ψ and e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}ψ(2S), but the line shape is inconsistent with the Y states observed in the latter two modes. Two structures are observed in the e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}h_{c} cross sections around 4.22 and 4.39 GeV/c^{2}, which we call Y(4220) and Y(4390), respectively. A fit with a coherent sum of two Breit-Wigner functions results in a mass of (4218.4_{-4.5}^{+5.5}±0.9) MeV/c^{2} and a width of (66.0_{-8.3}^{+12.3}±0.4) MeV for the Y(4220), and a mass of (4391.5_{-6.8}^{+6.3}±1.0) MeV/c^{2} and a width of (139.5_{-20.6}^{+16.2}±0.6) MeV for the Y(4390), where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second ones systematic. The statistical significance of Y(4220) and Y(4390) is 10σ over one structure assumption.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Through the retrospective analysis of the clinical data in 14 cases of invasive fungal rhinosinusitis (IFRS), the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of this disease were evaluated. METHODS Fourteen clinically confirmed cases of IFRS since January 2008 to October 2015 were evaluated.collected, the clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were analyzed to obtain a more comprehensive understanding for clinical reference. Fourteen patients were confirmed by pathological examination as IFRS, including 9 cases of aspergillus, 4 cases of mucor, and 1 case of rhinocerebral zygomycosis; including 5 cases of acute IFRS, 9 cases of chronic IFRS. All patients were treated with endoscopic surgery and intravenous antifungal therapy. RESULTS Nine cases of chronic IFRS (including 1 case of mucor, 7 cases of aspergillus and 1 case of rhinocerebral zygomycosis) were cured, but the vision loss, diplopia or blindness, hard palate perforation remained. Five cases of acute IFRS included 3 cases of mucor and 2 cases of aspergillus. Among the 3 cases of mucor, 2 cases were died and 1 case was cured. Among the 2 cases of aspergillus, 1 patient was cured and the other patient died of electrolyte disorder after discharge from hospital. CONCLUSIONS Patients with IFRS usually have diabetes. After the active surgical cleaning of lesion tissue and the systematic antifungal treatment with adequate dosage, these patients would have a better result. IFRS caused by mucor is ofen dangerous.

Abstract
Based on a sample of 1.31×10^{9} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector, an amplitude analysis of the isospin-violating decays η^{'}→π^{+}π^{-}π^{0} and η^{'}→π^{0}π^{0}π^{0} is performed. A significant P-wave contribution from η^{'}→ρ^{±}π^{∓} is observed for the first time in η^{'}→π^{+}π^{-}π^{0}. The branching fraction is determined to be B(η^{'}→ρ^{±}π^{∓})=(7.44±0.60±1.26±1.84)×10^{-4}, where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic, and the third model dependent. In addition to the nonresonant S-wave component, there is a significant σ meson component. The branching fractions of the combined S-wave components are determined to be B(η^{'}→π^{+}π^{-}π^{0})_{S}=(37.63±0.77±2.22±4.48)×10^{-4} and B(η^{'}→π^{0}π^{0}π^{0})=(35.22±0.82±2.54)×10^{-4}, respectively. The latter one is consistent with previous BESIII measurements.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical and immunological laboratory features and gene mutation in a female patient who carried a germline gain-of-function mutation in STAT3. Method: A patient with lymphadenopathy and pancytopenia, visited the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in May 2016. The clinical and laboratory characteristics, results of immunophenotyping and exome sequencing were analyzed retrospectively and related literature was reviewed. Result: The patient was a four years old girl. The clinical manifestation consisted of autoimmune pancytopenia, lymphadenopathy and recurrent infections. Multiple exams showed that peripheral blood leukocyte count was (2.2-4.9)×109/L, red blood cell count was (2.09-5.75)×109/L, hemoglobin level was 64-165 g/L, platelet count was (52-138) ×109/L. Percentages of lymphocyte subsets showed that CD3+ T lymphocyte was 0.716 0 (CD4+ T lymphocyte was 0.326 0, CD8+ T lymphocyte was 0.323 0 and CD4- CD8-T TCRαβ+ lymphocyte was 0.029 0), CD19+ B lymphocyte was 0.235 0 (transitional B was 0.004 3), NK was 0.032 0. Percentages of CD4+ T lymphocyte release IL-4, IFN-γ, IL-17 and IL-21 were 0.014 9, 0.213, 0.024 0 and 0.021 0, respectively. Lymphocyte proliferation function and TCRVβ diversity were normal. The serum immunoglobulin levels were 16.4 g/L (IgG), 1.53 g/L (IgA), 3.99 g/L (IgM) and 3.20 kU/L (IgE). The patient carried a missense variant in the 21st exon of STAT3, c. 1974G>C, p.K658N, which was previously described as a gain-of-function mutation. The patient was treated with methylprednisolone and prednisone intermittently. There were significant improvements of hepatosplenomegaly, lymphadenopathy and pancytopenia. We searched internal database and literature for cases with gain-of-function mutations in STAT3. A total of 19 cases were identified, all were non-Chinese. Among 16 cases who had clinical data, age of onset of 11 patients was less than 5 years. 14 cases had autoimmune hemolytic anemia, autoimmune thrombocytopenia or autoimmune neutropenia. Twelve patients had lymphadenopathy while 11 had infections and 5 had endocrine abnormalities. Conclusion: The patient with Primary immunodeficiency disease (PID) due to gain-of-function mutation in STAT3 gene often has early-onset autoimmune disorders, lymphadenopathy and recurrent infections. Since the routine immunological examination may be normal or slightly abnormal, comprehensive evaluation of immune function should be done. Genetic testing ultimately helps to confirm the diagnosis.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the manifestation of facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) in oral and maxillofacial region. Methods: A total of 12 patients diagnosed as FSHD and 20 healthy volunteers were included in the study. Their medical history was collected from these patients. The decayed missing filled teeth (DMFT), calculus index-simplified (CI-S), occlusal relationship, maximal opening of mouth and maximum bite force were recorded. The impressions were taken to measure the maximal hight of palate and the width of palate. The lateral cephalometric radiographs were also taken to measure the mandibular plane-frankfurt horizontal plane angle (MP-FH). They finally received oral and maxillofacial region MRI examination to observe the masseter muscle, medial pterygoid muscle and lateral pterygoid muscle. The data were analyzed by t-test or Wilcoxon signed ranks test. Results: There was no significant gender difference in FSHD group. The average age of treatment was (27.5 ± 8.1) years and the average age of onset was (15.7±7.5) years. Nine patients liked to eat soft foods, 4 patients had difficulties of closing eyes, 8 patients had difficulties of cheek-bulging, 10 patients showed pouty lips and 9 patients had mesio-malocclusion. DMFT (4.0±2.3), CI-S (5.8±2.1), male maximal hight of palate (20.5±2.1) mm , female maximal hight of palate (17.9±1.6) mm, MP-FH (31.8°±2.2°) of FSHD group were greater than those of the control group. Male width of palate (34.8±1.4) mm, female width of palate (33.7±1.5) mm, male maximum bite force (451.7 ± 39.0) N, female maximum bite force (326.7 ± 21.6) N, maximal opening of mouth (3.5 ± 0.4) cm of FSHD group were less than those of the control group (P <0.05). Maxillofacial MRI showed muscle asymmetr in 11 cases of masseter and 6 cases of medial pterygoid muscle, 5 cases of lateral pterygoid, and these muscle showed mild fatty infiltration mainly concentrating in the grade 0, grade 1 and grade 2. Conclusions: The FSHD patients have poor oral hygiene, low masticatory function, limited mouth opening, high palate and narrow arch and different degree of malocclusion. The patients' masseter muscle, medial pterygoid muscles and lateral pterygoid muscles exhibit asymmetrical atrophy and fatty infiltration.

Using 567 pb^{-1} of data collected with the BESIII detector at a center-of-mass energy of sqrt[s]=4.599 GeV, near the Λ_{c}^{+}Λ[over ¯]_{c}^{-} threshold, we study the singly Cabibbo-suppressed decays Λ_{c}^{+}→pπ^{+}π^{-} and Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{+}K^{-}. By normalizing with respect to the Cabibbo-favored decay Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{-}π^{+}, we obtain ratios of branching fractions: [B(Λ_{c}^{+}→pπ^{+}π^{-})/B(Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{-}π^{+})]=(6.70±0.48±0.25)%, [B(Λ_{c}^{+}→pϕ)/B(Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{-}π^{+})]=(1.81±0.33±0.13)%, and [B(Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{+}K_{non-ϕ}^{-})/B(Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{-}π^{+})]=(9.36±2.22±0.71)×10^{-3}, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. The absolute branching fractions are also presented. Among these measurements, the decay Λ_{c}^{+}→pπ^{+}π^{-} is observed for the first time, and the precision of the branching fraction for Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{+}K_{non-ϕ}^{-} and Λ_{c}^{+}→pϕ is significantly improved.

Abstract
Objective: To study the correlation between the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ, angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor (AT1R), angiotensin Ⅱ type 2 receptor (AT2R) and collagen deposition in human keloid. Methods: The keloid from 19 keloid patients and normal skin from 13 patients performed with free skin transplantation hospitalized in our unit from May 2014 to January 2015 were obtained. The expressions of angiotensin Ⅱ, AT1R, and AT2R were detected by immunohistochemical staining, and the results were semi-quantitatively analyzed by immunohistochemical scoring. The expression of collagen in keloid was detected by picrosirius-red staining, and the percentage of total collagen was calculated. Data were processed with t test. The expressions of angiotensin Ⅱ, AT1R, AT2R and the total content of collagen of 13 keloid patients were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results: (1) There was negative or probably positive expression of angiotensin Ⅱ in normal skin tissue, mainly distributed in the epidermal basal layer. The expression of angiotensin Ⅱ was strong in keloid, most distributed in spinous layer and basal layer of epidermis and most region of dermis, and was strongly positive in most cells, and most cells were fibroblasts. The expressions of AT1R and AT2R were similar to angiotensin Ⅱ in two types of tissue. The expressions of angiotensin Ⅱ, AT1R, and AT2R in keloid scored (305±34), (281±32), and (285±25) points, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal tissue [respectively (54±17), (89±47), and (97±32) points, with t values from 12.03 to 23.21, P values below 0.01]. (2) The total content of collagen in keloid was (88±4)%. There was a lot of thick and dense type Ⅰcollagen in keloid, with massive structure and distributed like bamboo segment and arranged in disorder. The expression of type Ⅲ collagen was increased, which was distributed scatteredly around type Ⅰcollagen. (3) There were positive correlations between the expressions of angiotensin Ⅱ, AT1R, AT2R and the total content of collagen in keloid (with r values from 0.452 to 0.720, P values below 0.05). Conclusions: The expressions of angiotensin Ⅱ, AT1R, and AT2R were abnormally increased in human keloid, which may play an important role in the collagen deposition of keloid.

Abstract
The primary goal of this research is to develop a three-term mesoscopic reaction rate model that consists of a hot-spot ignition, a low-pressure slow burning and a high-pressure fast reaction terms for shock initiation of multi-component Plastic Bonded Explosives (PBX). Thereinto, based on the DZK hot-spot model for a single-component PBX explosive, the hot-spot ignition term as well as its reaction rate is obtained through a "mixing rule" of the explosive components; new expressions for both the low-pressure slow burning term and the high-pressure fast reaction term are also obtained by establishing the relationships between the reaction rate of the multi-component PBX explosive and that of its explosive components, based on the low-pressure slow burning term and the high-pressure fast reaction term of a mesoscopic reaction rate model. Furthermore, for verification, the new reaction rate model is incorporated into the DYNA2D code to simulate numerically the shock initiation process of the PBXC03 and the PBXC10 multi-component PBX explosives, and the numerical results of the pressure histories at different Lagrange locations in explosive are found to be in good agreements with previous experimental data.

Abstract
Searches for a light sterile neutrino have been performed independently by the MINOS and the Daya Bay experiments using the muon (anti)neutrino and electron antineutrino disappearance channels, respectively. In this Letter, results from both experiments are combined with those from the Bugey-3 reactor neutrino experiment to constrain oscillations into light sterile neutrinos. The three experiments are sensitive to complementary regions of parameter space, enabling the combined analysis to probe regions allowed by the Liquid Scintillator Neutrino Detector (LSND) and MiniBooNE experiments in a minimally extended four-neutrino flavor framework. Stringent limits on sin^{2}2θ_{μe} are set over 6 orders of magnitude in the sterile mass-squared splitting Δm_{41}^{2}. The sterile-neutrino mixing phase space allowed by the LSND and MiniBooNE experiments is excluded for Δm_{41}^{2}<0.8 eV^{2} at 95% CL_{s}.

Abstract
This Letter reports an improved search for light sterile neutrino mixing in the electron antineutrino disappearance channel with the full configuration of the Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment. With an additional 404 days of data collected in eight antineutrino detectors, this search benefits from 3.6 times the statistics available to the previous publication, as well as from improvements in energy calibration and background reduction. A relative comparison of the rate and energy spectrum of reactor antineutrinos in the three experimental halls yields no evidence of sterile neutrino mixing in the 2×10^{-4}≲|Δm_{41}^{2}|≲0.3 eV^{2} mass range. The resulting limits on sin^{2}2θ_{14} are improved by approx imately a factor of 2 over previous results and constitute the most stringent constraints to date in the |Δm_{41}^{2}|≲0.2 eV^{2} region.

Abstract
PURPOSE We explored and compared the clinical effects of whole-brain radiotherapy (wbrt) with and without elemene liposomes in patients with multiple brain metastases from non-small-cell lung carcinoma (nsclc). METHODS We retrospectively analyzed 62 patients with multiple brain metastases from nsclc who received wbrt (30 Gy in 10 fractions) at Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2012 to May 2013. In 30 patients, elemene liposomes (400 mg) were injected intravenously via a peripherally inserted central catheter for 21 consecutive days from the first day of radiotherapy. Overall survival (os) and nervous system progression-free survival (npfs) for the two groups were compared by Kaplan-Meier analysis. Factors influencing npfs were examined by Cox regression analysis. Chi-square or Fisher exact tests were used for group comparisons. RESULTS The median os was 9.0 months in the wbrt plus elemene group and 7.8 months in the wbrt-alone group (p = 0.581); the equivalent median npfs durations were 5.2 months and 3.7 months (p = 0.005). Patient treatment plan was an independent factor associated with npfs (p = 0.002). Tumour response and disease-control rates in the wbrt plus elemene group were 26.67% and 76.67% respectively; they were 18.75% and 62.5% in the wbrt group (p = 0.452). Compared with the patients in the wbrt-alone group, significantly fewer patients in the wbrt plus elemene group developed headaches (p = 0.04); quality of life was also significantly higher in the wbrt plus elemene group both at 1 month and at 2 months (p = 0.021 and p = 0.001 respectively). CONCLUSIONS The addition of elemene liposomes to wbrt might prolong npfs in patients with multiple brain metastases from nsclc, while also reducing the incidence of headache and improving patient quality of life.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the surgical method of using the modified chevron osteotomy combined distal soft tissue reconstruction to treat high-grade bunionette deformity. METHODS From June 2013 to June 2015, the modified chevron osteotomy combined distal soft tissue reconstruction was used for surgical treatment of high-grade bunionette deformity in the Department of Hand and Foot Microsurgery in Xuzhou Central Hospital.Twenty-six patients with 28 feet high-grade bunionette deformity were hospitalized for treatment, with 3 male (3 feet) and 23 female (25 feet) cases, aged 22-73 (mean 47.1) years old.The average fourth-fifth intermetatarsal angle, lateral deviation of the fifth metatarsal angle and metatarsophalangeal-fifth angle were measured on the pre-and post- operative anterior to posterior weight-beating X rays of treated feet. The American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) Lesser Toe Metatarsophalangeal-Interphalangeal Scale was used to evaluate the post-operative outcomes. RESULTS All of 26 patients were followed, with a mean 15.7 months (range 8-25 months). Primarily healing of the wound was achieved in all cases. No postoperative infection and nonunion on the osteotomy site was found during the follow-up time. The fracture healing time was 6-15 (mean 12.2) weeks. All the patients had satisfactory appearance and sensory function without callosum and metastatic metatarsalgia at the final follow-up.The post-operative fourth-fifth intermetatarsal angle, lateral deviation of the fifth metatarsal angle and metatarsophalangeal-fifth angle were significantly lesser than the pre-operative at the 6th week after operation, respectively [(5.5±1.7)°, (2.1±0.8)°, (5.7±2.6)°vs (16.4±4.2)°, (6.0±2.2)°, (10.5±7.4)°; all P<0.01]. The post-operative AOFAS score was significantly greater than the pre-operative [(87.1±6.7) vs (62.3±9.8) points, P<0.001]. CONCLUSION The modified chevron osteotomy combined distal soft tissue reconstruction is a safe and easy treatment option for the high-grade bunionette deformity and provides patient satisfaction results.

Abstract
The TP53 5'-untranslated region flanking the gene WRAP53 (also known as WDR79 and TCAB1) has been hypothesized to be associated with cancer risk due to its critical function in regulating p53 levels. In this review, we analyzed the association between the WRAP53 gene rs2287499 C>G polymorphism and risk of cancer using five case-control studies, comprising seven datasets. All analyses were performed using RevMan software. In the overall analysis, no significant association between rs2287499 and risk of cancer was found. We then conducted subgroup tests, stratifying the data by cancer type, ethnicity, sample source, and quality score. Only the brain and breast cancer subgroups returned significant results, but with conflicting implications. Our concerns regarding this are discussed in detail. In conclusion, the rs2287499 polymorphism may be associated with risk of cancer. Further studies taking into consideration a broader range of cancer types and different ethnicities are warranted.

METHODS HUVEC were divided into five groups: control group (1640 complete medium), injured group (HUVEC treated with 100 μmol/L hydrogen peroxide for 4 h), FGVL group (HUVEC treated with 12.5 mg/L FGVL (group F1), 25.0 mg/L (group F2), 50.0 mg/L (group F3) for 24 h before hydrogen peroxide). The nitric oxide content was measured by nitric acid reductase method. The 6-keto-Prostacyclin-F1α (6-keto-PGF1α), thromboxane B2 (TXB2), interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-22 were determined by ELISA.mRNA expression of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K), protein kinase B (Akt) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) was detected by RT-PCR.Protein expression of p-Akt (ser(473)) and p-eNOS (ser(1177)) was determined by Western blot.Cell apoptosis was observed with fluorescence microscope after Hoechst33258 staining. RESULTS (1) The contents of nitric oxide were significantly lower in the injured group than in the control group ((34.11±1.78) μmol/L vs. (74.81±2.93) μmol/L, P<0.05), which was significantly increased in group F2 ((41.86±2.32) μmol/L) and group F3 ((62.79±1.16) μmol/L) compared with injured group (both P<0.05). (2)The secretion level of 6-keto-PGF1α was significantly lower in the injured group ((44.84±3.87) ng/L) than in the control group ((82.38±3.98) ng/L, P<0.05), which was significantly increased in group F1 ((52.76±1.78) ng/L), FGVL 2 group which was(56.58±1.44) ng/L and FGVL 3 group which was(67.78±2.02) ng/L than that of injured group(all P<0.05). The secretion level of TXB2 was significantly higher in the injured group((43.37±3.96) ng/L) than in the control group ((25.56±1.75) ng/L, P<0.05), which was significantly reduced group F2 group ((32.41±1.68) ng/L) and group F3 ((28.23±2.15) ng/L) than that of injured group(both P<0.05). (3) The contents of IL-6 and IL-22 were significantly higher in the injured group ((539.74±11.63) ng/L) and ((23.70±3.05) ng/L, respectively) than in the control group ((288.67±19.52) ng/L) and ((23.70±3.05) ng/L, respectively, both P<0.05). The contents of IL-6 were significantly lower in group F1, F2 and F3 compared to that of injured group(all P<0.05). The contents of IL-22 were significantly lower in group F2 and F3 than that of injured group(both P<0.05). Abstract
Using 1.09×10^{9} J/ψ events collected by the BESIII experiment in 2012, we study the J/ψ→γη^{'}π^{+}π^{-} process and observe a significant abrupt change in the slope of the η^{'}π^{+}π^{-} invariant mass distribution at the proton-antiproton (pp[over ¯]) mass threshold. We use two models to characterize the η^{'}π^{+}π^{-} line shape around 1.85 GeV/c^{2}: one that explicitly incorporates the opening of a decay threshold in the mass spectrum (Flatté formula), and another that is the coherent sum of two resonant amplitudes. Both fits show almost equally good agreement with data, and suggest the existence of either a broad state around 1.85 GeV/c^{2} with strong couplings to the pp[over ¯] final states or a narrow state just below the pp[over ¯] mass threshold. Although we cannot distinguish between the fits, either one supports the existence of a pp[over ¯] moleculelike state or bound state with greater than 7σ significance.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To understand the status of HIV infection and risk factors among those left-behind women (LBW) in high HIV epidemic rural areas. METHODS A cross-sectional investigation was conducted between March and May, 2015 in Dehong and Lincang prefectures, Yunnan province, where HIV appeared highly epidemic. Probability Proportion to Size (PPS) sampling method was used, and 500 cases were involved and tested for HIV antibody. RESULTS The total rate of HIV infection among LBW was 8.2% (41/500). The rate of HIV infection among LBWs whose husbands were on medication was 22.7% (30/132). Data from Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of HIV infection were: being minorities, education background lower than junior high school, widowed, living in Lincang prefecture, husband infected with HIV but did not consistently use condoms, etc. The rate of HIV infection among other LBWs was 2.8% (10/363). Data from Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of HIV infection would include: aged between 30-40 years, being minorities, education background lower than junior high school, divorced, living in Dehong prefecture, having had multiple-sex partners, husband coming home less than once a year, etc. The rate of HIV infection among drug users whose husbands did not take HIV medication was 20.0% (1/5). CONCLUSION HIV prevalence among LBWs in highly HIV epidemic areas was high, and the major risk factors related to their husbands were: being drug users or with HIV infected. Further effort should be made on consistently use of anti-HIV drugs and prevention of inter-marital sexual transmission. Comprehensive intervention should be carried out for LBWs who were having lower education background, being minority and having multiple-sex partners.

Abstract
A search for radiative decays of the P-wave spin singlet charmonium resonance h_{c} is performed based on 4.48×10^{8} ψ^{'} events collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring. Events of the reaction channels h_{c}→γη^{'} and γη are observed with a statistical significance of 8.4σ and 4.0σ, respectively, for the first time. The branching fractions of h_{c}→γη^{'} and h_{c}→γη are measured to be B(h_{c}→γη^{'})=(1.52±0.27±0.29)×10^{-3} and B(h_{c}→γη)=(4.7±1.5±1.4)×10^{-4}, respectively, where the first errors are statistical and the second are systematic uncertainties.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinicopathological characteristics and treatments of brain metastasis (BM) in patients with gynecologic carcinoma. METHODS Twenty-three pathologically confirmed patients with gynecologic carcinoma who had brain metastasis between February 2008 and October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS The primary carcinoma was cervical cancer in 5 patients, endometrial carcinoma in 8 patients and ovarian cancer in 10 patients, which accounted for 1.81% (5/276), 2.10% (8/380) and 2.67% (10/374) of patient with the same diagnosis of the same period, respectively.Among them, 91.3% (21/23) patients had heterochronous BM.Single BM was documented in 52.2% (12/23) patients.Besides, 78.2% (18/23) BM located in cerebrum. At the time of BM, 91.3% (21/23) patients had symptoms of central nervous system, in which headache ranked the top (90.4%). Altogether, thirteen patients had extracranial metastasis, in which 9 of them had metastasis of the lung. The median post-brain-metastasis survival (mPBMS) for the recursive partitioning analysis (RPA) classes Ⅰ-Ⅲ was 54 months, 9 months and 1 month, respectively (P<0.01). None of surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment was proven to have prognosis-improving ability either in single variant or multivariate analysis. However, in patients with extracranial metastasis, chemotherapy could significantly improve their mPBMS (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS The incidence of brain metastasis in patients with cervical cancer, endometrial carcinoma, and ovarian cancer increased gradually.RPA was valuable for a prognostic assessment in gynecologic carcinoma patients with BM.Chemotherapy could significantly improve prognosis of gynecologic carcinoma patients with BM if extracranial metastasis was presented.

Abstract
Owing to a severe decline in its abundance, Pinus dabeshanensis has been listed as an endangered species by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature. Although several restoration events have been undertaken since the 1960s, the natural population genetic structure of this species remains to be investigated. Herein, we examined the level of genetic diversity and structure of two native and two non-native populations using 10 microsatellite loci. A relatively high level of genetic variation (HO = 0.586 ± 0.039) and a low level of population differentiation (FST = 0.016 ± 0.011) were revealed. For forensic investigation, an assignment test was performed. To better understand the genetic differentiation between the native and non-native populations, the individuals in the transplanted and cultivated populations may have derived from populations that were not surveyed in this study. In light of our results, we discuss the real problems faced by all four populations and provide useful information for management decision-making.

Abstract
Semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM) modelocked high pulse repetition rate (≥10 GHz) diode-pumped solid-state lasers are proven as an enabling technology for high data rate coherent communication systems owing to their low noise and high pulse-to-pulse optical phase-coherence. Compared to quantum well, quantum dot (QD)-based SESAMs offer potential advantages to such laser systems in terms of reduced saturation fluence, broader bandwidth, and wavelength flexibility. Here, we describe the first 10 GHz pulse repetition rate QD-SESAM modelocked laser at 1.55 μm, exhibiting 2 ps pulse width from an Er-doped glass oscillator (ERGO). The 10 GHz ERGO laser is modelocked with InAs/GaAs QD-SESAM with saturation fluence as low as 9 μJ/cm2.

Abstract
The major objective of this research was to establish the main and interactive effects of corn type and extent of grinding on broiler performance including carcass characteristics. A completely randomized experimental design with a 2 (corn type) × 2 (fine and coarse) factorial arrangement, each with six replicates of 45 male Ross chicks, was applied. Experimental diets, containing dent or hard corn, were formulated with two extents of grinding (3.00 or 6.00 mm screens) for three growing phases. In comparison with dent corn, the hard corn increased body weight (BW) gain and thigh muscle yield (p < 0.05), while decreasing feed conversion ratio (p < 0.01) and abdominal fat deposition (p < 0.05), some aspects of which were age-dependent and appeared to vary with extent of grinding. Coarser grinding increased the weight of proventriculus (p < 0.01), gizzard (p < 0.05) and small + large intestine (p < 0.10) relative to BW, particularly towards market size. These results suggest that feeding hard corn or large-particle-size corn have some favourable effects on growth performance or gastrointestinal development for finishing broilers.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To verify whether mesenchymal stem cells protected the islet allograft via modulating follicular B helper T cells (Tfh) cells. METHODS The recipient mice were divided into 5 groups. Group A: the diabetic group (n = 12); Group B: islets alone group (n = 12); Group C: MSCs and islets co-transplanted group (n = 12, MSCs = 0.5 × 10(6)); Group D: MSCs and islets co-transplanted group (n = 12, MSCs = 1 × 10(6)); Group E: MSCs and islets co-transplanted group (n = 12, MSCs = 2 × 10(6)); One control group of normal NOD mice was set as well. ELISA was used to examine the autoantibody level of GAD65 Ab, insulin autoantibodies, and insulin. The Tfh count was determined by fluorescence-activated cell sorting. The insulin expression of islet grafts, the infiltration of lymphocytes, and the Tfh cells were observed via hematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS There was significant prolonged graft survival and more insulin expression of islet grafts observed in the co-transplant group. A lower level of the Tfh cells and autoantibody GAD65 Ab, insulin autoantibodies were also presented in the co-transplant group (P < .01). The infiltration of lymphocytes in the co-transplant group was notably less than in the islet-alone group (P < .01). CONCLUSIONS Mesenchymal stem cells were able to protect the islet allograft by regulating the follicular helper T cells.
