Abstract
The decays ψ'→γπ(0), γη and γη' are studied using data collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII e(+)e(-) collider. The processes ψ'→γπ(0) and ψ'→γη are observed for the first time with signal significances of 4.6σ and 4.3σ, respectively. The branching fractions are determined to be B(ψ'→γπ(0))=(1.58±0.40±0.13)×10(-6), B(ψ'→γη)=(1.38±0.48±0.09)×10(-6), and B(ψ'→γη')=(126±3±8)×10(-6), where the first errors are statistical and the second ones systematic.

Abstract
Abstract
Background: It has not been fully understood how we can differentiate a new primary breast cancer from a recurrent tumor, when second tumor arises in ipsilateral breast after the surgery for primary breast cancer. To address this research question, we estimate the usefulness of a method analyzing polymorphism of androgen receptor gene and mitochondrial D-loop somatic mutation.
Materials and methods: 1) Select patients: Among the 558 patients who received the breast conservative surgery in Tokai University Hospital (1991∼2004), 9 ipsilateral breast tumors and 11 contralateral breast tumors were submitted for the analysis. 2) Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) sections of non-neoplastic lymph node were examined whether polymorphism of AR gene present or not. 3) When polymorphism of AR gene in non-neoplastic lymphoid tissue were demonstrated, ipsilateral and contralateral breast cancers were further examined. 4) When AR gene in breast cancers on same allele in primary and secondary tumors, FFPE sections were further analyzed by mutaion analysis of mitochondrial D-loop region.
Results: 1) Polymorphism of AR was demonstrated in 8/9 (88.9%) and 9/11 (81.8%) non-neoplastic lymph nodes obtained from the patients who had ipsilateral and contralateral breast tumor, respectively. 2) Only 2 of 8 ipsilateral breast cancers demonstrated AR polymorphism different from primary cancer. In contrast, 6 of 9 contralateral breast cancers had different polymorphism for AR from primary breast cancers. 3) Analysis of mitochondrial D-loop mutation showed that 8 seconary ipsilateral cancers had different mutation in 3/8 (37.5%), identical mutation in 3/8 (37.5%), and no mutation in 2/8 (25.0%).

Conclusion: Half of the ipsilateral in breast secondary tumors were estimated as new primary lesions by molecular estimation. Combination analyses of AR gene polymorphism and mitochondrial D-loop somatic mutation unable us to distinguish between true recurrent or new primary cancers.

Abstract
Four oil component-degrading bacteria and one oil-tolerant microalgae, Scenedesmus obliquus GH2, were used to construct an artificial microalgal-bacterial consortium for crude-oil degradation. The bacterial strains included Sphingomonas GY2B and Burkholderia cepacia GS3C, along with a mixed culture, named GP3, containing Pseudomonas GP3A and Pandoraea pnomenusa GP3B. GY2B could only degrade polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, GS3C was able to degrade aliphatic chain hydrocarbons, and GP3 could utilize both saturated and aromatic hydrocarbons. In combination with unialgal or axenic algae, the bacteria showed different effects on oil degradation. Unialgal GH2 was not suitable for the consortium construction, as it could not cooperate well with GS3C and GP3. The axenic GH2 exhibited no oil-degrading ability; however, it significantly promoted the degradation ability of the oil component-degrading bacteria, especially for degrading biorefractory polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Axenic S. obliquus GH2, combined with the four bacteria mentioned above, formed an optimal algal-bacterial consortium. The artificial consortium demonstrated an elevated efficiency in degrading both aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons of crude oil.

Abstract
AIMS To evaluate the interaction of fluconazole (FLC) and honokiol (HNK) in vitro and vivo against azole-resistant (azole-R) clinical isolates of Candida albicans. METHODS AND RESULTS A checkerboard microdilution method was used to study the in vitro interaction of FLC and HNK in 24 azole-R clinical isolates of C. albicans. In vivo antifungal activity was performed to further analyse the interaction between FLC and HNK. In the in vitro study, synergism was observed in all 24 FLC-resistant strains tested as determined by fractional inhibitory concentration index (FICI), and in 22 strains by Delta E models. No antagonistic activity was observed in any of the strains tested. These positive interactions were also confirmed by using the time-killing test for the selected strain C. albicans YL371, which shows strong susceptible to the combination of HNK and FLC. In the in vivo study, the mice with candidiasis were treated successfully by a combination therapy of HNK with FLC, the results showed a decrease of the colony forming unit in infected and treated animals compared to the controls, at the conditions of the treatment used in this study. CONCLUSIONS Synergistic activity of HNK and FLC against clinical isolates of FLC-resistant C. albicans was observed in vitro and in vivo. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY This report might provide a potential therapeutic method to overcome the problem of drug-resistance in C. albicans.

Abstract
The anterior cruciate ligament, posterior cruciate ligament, cartilage and meniscus in human knee joint have poor healing ability. Accumulation of MMPs in the joint fluids due to knee injury has been considered as the main reason. Our previous experiments showed that synovium may be the major regulator of MMPs in joint cavity after injury. In this paper, we used human synoviocytes harvested from synovium to determine whether mechanical injury and inflammatory factors will induce MMP-2 production in synoviocytes. With zymography, we found that mechanical compression increased the MMP-2 production by 23% under 6% compressions, 61% under 12% compression and 109% under 14% compressions. In addition, TNF-alpha can also elevate the activity of MMP-2 in a dose dependent manner, while IL-1alpha does not. However, mixture of these two factors dramatically increased MMP-2 production by 201%. In addition, mechanical injury had a strong synergistic effect on MMP-2 production with TNF-alpha, IL-1alpha and their mixture, increasing by 207%, 354% and 468% individually. Abstract
Human anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) has poor healing ability after injury. The devastating effects of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) excess expression are regarded as the main reason. Tissue inhibitor metalloproteinases (TIMPs) may be independent of MMPs inhibition. In this paper, a rat ACL rotating injury apparatus was designed to produce ACL injury. After inducing injury, joint fluids and ACL tissue total proteins were immediately extracted. In addition, ACL tissue was isolated in a culture plate with 1%FBS medium for the ex vivo study. We found MMP-2 in joint fluids increased significantly by 4 folds after ACL injury as a function of time. Ex vivo study showed MMP-2 in the medium and ACL cultured tissue increased significantly respectively to 3 folds and to 6 folds. The joint fluids global MMP increased to 3.5 folds with non-treatment and APMA-treatment in day three. On the gene expression level, the changes in MMP-1 and CD147 have the similar tendency. The ratio of MMP-1/TIMP-1 increased with time after ACL injury. We conclude that MMP-2 increased significantly in the early phase in the joint cavity after ACL injury. The ex vivo study demonstrated the same tendency. Generic MMP Activity Assay (global MMP assay) an dzymography also showed significant increase in MMP activity in joint fluids. These results showed ACL having poor healing ability after injury may not be only due to ACL release of large quantities of MMPs. The important factor may be the alterations in the whole joint cavity's internal environment.

Abstract
We present measurements of the charmonium state h(c)(1P(1)) made with 106x10(6) psi' events collected by BESIII at BEPCII. Clear signals are observed for psi'-->pi0 h(c) with and without the subsequent radiative decay h(c)-->gamma eta(c). First measurements of the absolute branching ratios B(psi'-->pi0 h(c)) = (8.4+/-1.3+/-1.0) x 10(-4) and B(h(c)-->gamma eta(c)) = (54.3+/-6.7+/-5.2)% are presented. A statistics-limited determination of the previously unmeasured h(c) width leads to an upper limit Gamma(h(c))<1.44 MeV (90% confidence). Measurements of M(h(c)) = 3525.40+/-0.13+/-0.18 MeV/c2 and B(psi'-->pi0 h(c)) x B(h(c)-->gamma eta(c)) = (4.58+/-0.40+/-0.50) x 10(-4) are consistent with previous results.

Abstract
Nitric oxide (NO) is a short-life free radical that acts as the small biological molecule, and exists in body extensively. Since its discovery over 20 years ago, NO has been found to play an important regulation role in angiogenesis, nerve and immune system. The subsequent studies also showed that NO exerted an important biological action in wound repairing and healing, which involved in the following phases of wound repair, inflammation, cell proliferation, matrix deposition and remodeling. This paper reviews recent findings from in vitro & in vivo studies of NO in wound repair, and the biological function and mechanisms of NO in wound repair.

Abstract
Satellite glial cells (SGCs) surround primary afferent neurons in sensory ganglia, and increasing evidence has implicated the K(+) channels of SGCs in affecting or regulating sensory ganglion excitability. The inwardly rectifying K(+) (Kir) channel Kir4.1 is highly expressed in several types of glial cells in the central nervous system (CNS) where it has been implicated in extracellular K(+) concentration buffering. Upon neuronal activity, the extracellular K(+) concentration increases, and if not corrected, causes neuronal depolarization and uncontrolled changes in neuronal excitability. Recently, it has been demonstrated that knockdown of Kir4.1 expression in trigeminal ganglia leads to neuronal hyperexcitability in this ganglia and heightened nociception. Thus, we investigated the contribution of Kir4.1 to the membrane K(+) conductance of SGCs in neonatal and adult mouse trigeminal and dorsal root ganglia. Whole cell patch clamp recordings were performed in conjunction with immunocytochemistry and quantitative transcript analysis in various mouse lines. We found that in wild-type mice, the inward K(+) conductance of SGCs is blocked almost completely with extracellular barium, cesium and desipramine, consistent with a conductance mediated by Kir channels. We then utilized mouse lines in which genetic ablation led to partial or complete loss of Kir4.1 expression to assess the role of this channel subunit in SGCs. The inward K(+) currents of SGCs in Kir4.1+/- mice were decreased by about half while these currents were almost completely absent in Kir4.1-/- mice. These findings in combination with previous reports support the notion that Kir4.1 is the principal Kir channel type in SGCs. Therefore Kir4.1 emerges as a key regulator of SGC function and possibly neuronal excitability in sensory ganglia.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND AIMS To explore the ability of waist circumference (WC), body mass index (BMI) and waist to hip ratio (WHR) to predict two or more non-adipose components of the metabolic syndrome (MetS) among individuals aged 18-85 in North China. METHODS AND RESULTS This study is a cluster sample survey of 101,510 individuals, complete data are 75,788 subjects, 59,874 males and 15,914 females. Their ages were 51.9+/-12.7 years (males) and 48.7+/-11.5 years (females). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was used to examine discrimination and find optimal cut off values of WC, BMI and WHR to predict two or more non-adipose components of MetS. The area under the ROC curve (AURC) for WC (0.694) and BMI (0.692) in females showed no difference. In males BMI (0.657) had a better discrimination than WC (0.634). WHR was weaker in both sexes. The optimal cut off value of WC in males (86.5 cm) was higher than in females (82.1cm); and that of BMI was about 24 kg/m(2) in both genders. The optimal cut off values of WC, BMI, and WHR, increased with age in both sexes. CONCLUSIONS BMI and WC are more useful than WHR for predicting two or more non-adipose components of MetS. Cut off values for WC in males, and those of BMI and WHR in both sexes are lower than that in present MetS criteria; WC in females is slightly higher. Cut off values of WC, BMI and WHR were increased with age in the Chinese.
