Abstract
Objectives: This study explored the relationship between weight control and atrial fibrillation (AF) recurrence after catheter ablation in overweight and obese patients. Methods: We prospectively enrolled consecutive 333 overweight and obese patients aged 28 to 87 years old, who underwent catheter ablation for AF in Beijing Anzhen Hospital between October 2015 and February 2016. Data of patients' characteristics, laboratory examination and treatment were collected at baseline. Each patient was followed up at 3, 6 and 12 months after ablation to collect information on weight, AF recurrence, stroke, major bleeding, hospitalization for cardiovascular reasons and death, etc. Patients were divided into weight controlled group (ΔBMI<-1 kg/m(2)) and weight uncontrolled group (ΔBMI≥-1 kg/m(2)), according to the changes in the most recent exposure BMI before AF recurrence in patients with recurrence or the BMI at 12 months' follow-up in patients without recurrence and the BMI at baseline. Multivariate logistic regression was performed to adjust other known risk factors of AF recurrence and to explore the association between weight control and AF recurrence after catheter ablation. Results: There were 54 patients in weight controlled group and 279 patients in weight uncontrolled group. There were no significant differences in age, gender, education level, left atrial size and history of hypertension between the two groups (all P>0.05). The proportion of patients using angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors/angiotensin receptor blockers was higher in the weight controlled group (50.0%(27/54) vs. 34.8%(97/279), P=0.034). However, there was no significant difference in the proportion of patients with obesity (33.3% (18/54) vs. 29.7% (83/279)), paroxysmal AF (59.3% (32/54) vs. 56.6% (158/279)) and AF duration less than 5 years (76.9% (40/52) vs. 65.4% (178/272)) between the weight controlled group and the uncontrolled group. During 1-year follow-up after ablation, the recurrence rate of AF was significantly lower in the weight controlled group than that in the weight uncontrolled group (14.8% (8/54) vs. 32.6%(91/279), P=0.009). Multivariable logistic regression analysis shows that weight control is independently associated with a lower postoperative AF recurrence rate (OR=0.40, 95%CI 0.18-0.90, P=0.026). Conclusion: Weight control is strongly associated with a lower AF recurrence rate after catheter ablation in overweight and obese patients.

Abstract
Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2) plays an important role in both vasculogenesis and angiogenesis. Inhibition of VEGFR-2 has been demonstrated as a key method against tumor-associated angiogenesis. Thiazolopyrimidine is an important analog of the purine ring, and we choose the thiazolopyrimidine scaffold as the mother nucleus. Two series of thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for their antiproliferative activity. In HUVEC inhibition assay, compounds 3l (=1-(5-{[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-methyl[1,3]thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-7-yl]amino}pyridin-2-yl)-3-(3,4-dimethylphenyl)urea) and 3m (=1-(5-{[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-methyl[1,3]thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-7-yl]amino}pyridin-2-yl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)urea) exhibited the most potent inhibitory effect (IC50 =1.65 and 3.52 μm, respectively). Compound 3l also showed the best potency against VEGFR-2 at 50 μm (98.5 %). These results suggest that further investigation of compound 3l might provide potential angiogenesis inhibitors.

Abstract
Objective: To recognize the efficacy and safety of paritaprevir/ritonavir-ombitasvir combined with dasabuvir (OBV/PTV/RTV+DSV) in the treatment of genotype 1b chronic hepatitis C. Methods: Patients with genotype 1b chronic hepatitis C who were admitted to the People's Hospital of Henan Province, Huashan Hospital of Shanghai and the Fifth Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of China between November 2017 to August 2018 were enlisted. All patients received OBV/PTV/RTV+DSV antiviral therapy. HCV RNA levels were measured at baseline, weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 12, and 24, then 12 weeks, and 24 weeks after completion of treatment; patients' comorbidity, concomitant medications, and clinical adverse events were recorded. Results: 108 patients were enrolled in the study, with an average age of 49.1 years, 44 patients were male (40.8%), 96.3% (104/108) were newly diagnosed, and four patients had previous treatment history, of whom three were treated with IFN and one with IFN + DAA. Ninety-eight cases completed 12 weeks treatment and 89 cases were in follow up for 12 weeks, after discontinuation of the drug. Overall, 89 cases (100%) achieved SVR12.One patient treated with PR and DAA had HCV RNA level of 869175 IU/mL at 4 weeks of treatment, which was significantly higher than the baseline HCV RNA level (301776IU/ML), and was judged as failure of treatment; and follow-up was discontinued. Of all enrolled patients, 19 (17.6%) had underlying diseases and 15 (13.9%) had combined medications. During treatment, adverse events (AE) occurred in 11 patients (10.1%). The main adverse events were pruritus and elevated bilirubin. Conclusion: Combined antiviral therapy (OBV/PTV/RTV+DSV) of 12 weeks are highly effective with good safety profile in the treatment of Chinese patients with genotype 1b chronic hepatitis C.

Abstract
The cross section of the process e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}D^{0}D^{*-} for center-of-mass energies from 4.05 to 4.60 GeV is measured precisely using data samples collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring. Two enhancements are clearly visible in the cross section around 4.23 and 4.40 GeV. Using several models to describe the dressed cross section yields stable parameters for the first enhancement, which has a mass of 4228.6±4.1±6.3 MeV/c^{2} and a width of 77.0±6.8±6.3 MeV, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second ones are systematic. Our resonant mass is consistent with previous observations of the Y(4220) state and the theoretical prediction of a DD[over ¯]_{1}(2420) molecule. This result is the first observation of Y(4220) associated with an open-charm final state. Fits with three resonance functions with additional Y(4260), Y(4320), Y(4360), ψ(4415), or a new resonance do not show significant contributions from either of these resonances. The second enhancement is not from a single known resonance. It could contain contributions from ψ(4415) and other resonances, and a detailed amplitude analysis is required to better understand this enhancement.

Abstract
Magnetic skyrmions are topologically protected domain structures related to the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI). To understand how magnetic skyrmions occur under different circumstances, we propose a model for skyrmion formation in a bilayer system of ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic (FM/AFM) films, in which the bulk DMI is only present in the AFM film. Micromagnetic simulations reveal that skyrmions are formed in this system due to the competition between the DMI and demagnetization energies. A critical interfacial exchange energy (Ai = 6.5 mJ/m2) is determined, above which the competition occurs at its full extent. More skyrmions are formed with increasing external magnetic field till a critical value above which the external field is too large and thus leading to the annihilation of skyrmions. The spacing between two skyrmions can be as small as 45 nm. Our results may give technological implications for future skyrmion applications.

Abstract
Angiogenesis is crucial for tumor growth and inhibition of angiogenesis has been regarded as a promising approach for cancer therapy. Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2) is an important factor in angiogenesis. In this work, a novel series of thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives inhibiting angiogenesis were rationally designed and synthesized. Their inhibitory activities against human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) were investigated in vitro. 1-(4-Fluorophenyl)-3-{4-[(5-methyl-2-phenyl[1,3]thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)amino]phenyl}urea (19b) and 1-(3-Fluorophenyl)-3-{4-[(5-methyl-2-phenyl[1,3]thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)amino]phenyl}urea (19g) exhibited the most potent inhibitory effect on HUVEC proliferation (IC50 =12.8 and 5.3 μm, respectively). Compound 19g could inhibit the migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells. These results support the further investigation of these compounds as potent anticancer agents.

Abstract
Objective: To report the clinical outcomes and safety profile of 27G(+) transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy (TSV) in eyes with posterior segment disease. Methods: Prospective, interventional case series. Eyes undergoing 27G(+) TSV for a vitreoretinal surgery indication were included from Dec 2015 to Mar 2016. Change in visual acuity and occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative complications with minimum follow-up of 6 weeks were recorded. Results: Eighty-three eyes met the inclusion criteria. Surgical indications included epiretinal membrane (n=27), proliferative diabetic retinopathy (n=17), full-thickness macular hole (n=11), rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with or without proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) (n=8), vitreous hemorrhage(n=7), vitreous opacities (n=7), diabetic macular edema non-response to anti-VEGF agents(n=4), intraocular lens or cataract nucleus dropped into vitreous cavity (n=2). Mean follow-up was 19 weeks (range 6-34 weeks). Visual acuity improved in all cases. The cutter incarcerated with trocar in a vitreous hemorrhage case. There were no other intraoperative complications and no case required sutured at the conclusion of surgery. Postoperative complications included transient ocular hypertension in 2 eyes (2.4%) and transient hypotony in 1 eye (1.2%). No cases of postoperative endophthalmitis, sclerotomy related retinal tears, or choroidal detachments were encountered in the follow-up period. Conclusion: The 27G(+) TSV was effective and safe for varied surgical indications with low rates of intraoperative and postoperative complications. (Chin J Ophthalmol, 2018, 54:918-922).

Abstract
Objective: To investigation HER2 status in gastric adenocarcinoma of Chinese and contributing factors to the HER2 expression. Methods: HER2 status of 40 842 gastric adenocarcinomas and clinical data were retrospectively collected from 23 hospitals dated from 2013 to 2016. The association between HER2 positivity and clinicopathologic features was analyzed. Results: Of the 40 842 patients the median age was 62 years, the male female ratio was 2.6∶1.0. The rate of HER2 positivity was 8.8% (3 577/40 842). HER2 expression was related to the tissue type, tumor location, Lauren classification and tumor differentiation (P values: 0.009, 0.001, <0.01 and <0.01, respectively). Different HER2 expression status was observed between primary and recurrent tumors in 7.6% (48/635) cases. The rates of HER2 positivity ranged from 2% to 10% among different institutions. The rates of HER2 FISH amplification were dramatically different among the 23 hospitals (0-100%) with an average rate of 10% (810/8 156) in patients with HER2 IHC 2+ . Conclusions: HER2 expression is associated with clinicopathologic characteristics. HER2 re-assessment of tumor tissue and use of in situ hybridization techniques increase HER2 positivity. The current retrospective study should reflect the HER2 status in gastric adenocarcinoma of Chinese patients.

Abstract
Using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^{-1} taken at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector operated at the BEPCII collider, we perform an analysis of the semileptonic decays D^{0(+)}→π^{-(0)}μ^{+}ν_{μ}. The branching fractions of D^{0}→π^{-}μ^{+}ν_{μ} and D^{+}→π^{0}μ^{+}ν_{μ} are measured to be (0.272±0.008_{stat}±0.006_{syst})% and (0.350±0.011_{stat}±0.010_{syst})%, respectively, where the former is of much improved precision compared to previous results and the latter is determined for the first time. Using these results along with previous BESIII measurements of D^{0(+)}→π^{-(0)}e^{+}ν_{e}, we calculate the branching fraction ratios to be R^{0}≡B_{D^{0}→π^{-}μ^{+}ν_{μ}}/B_{D^{0}→π^{-}e^{+}ν_{e}}=0.922±0.030_{stat}±0.022_{syst} and R^{+}≡B_{D^{+}→π^{0}μ^{+}ν_{μ}}/B_{D^{+}→π^{0}e^{+}ν_{e}}=0.964±0.037_{stat}±0.026_{syst}, which are compatible with the theoretical expectation of lepton flavor universality within 1.7σ and 0.5σ, respectively. We also examine the branching fraction ratios in different four-momentum transfer square regions, and find no significant deviations from the standard model predictions.

Abstract
Exchange coupling between hard and soft magnetic materials at the nanoscale exhibits novel or improved physical properties for energy and data storage applications. Recently, exchange coupling has also been explored in core/shell magnetic nanostructures (MNS) composed of hard and soft magnetic spinel ferrites, but applications have been limited in biomedicine due to the presence of "toxic" cobalt based ferrites as hard magnetic component. We report core/shell MNS where both core and shell components are soft magnetic ferrites (Fe3O4, MnFe2O4, and Zn0.2Mn0.8Fe2O4) and show that exchange coupling still exists due to the difference in their anisotropy. The physical properties (saturation magnetization, susceptibility, anisotropy, r2 relaxivity, and specific absorption rate) of core/shell MNS are compared with the same size single phase counterparts which excludes any size dependent effect and gives the direct effect of exchange coupling. After optimization of core and shell components and their proportions, we have shown that a core/shell MNS shows significantly higher contrast enhancement and thermal activation properties than their single phase counterparts due to exchange coupling between core and shell ferrites. Our finding provides a novel way to improve theranostic properties of spinel ferrite based MNS while maintaining their biocompatibility.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the application of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) in pediatrics in China as well as the outcomes. Methods: Data was conducted by questionnaire to investigate the use of ECMO in children under the age of 18 in China by June 30, 2017. All patients were divided into two age groups: pediatric patients (29 d-18 y) and neonates (1-28 d); Also by the causes of ECMO treating including cardiac, respiratory and extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ECPR). The form included the numbers of ECMO cases, weaned and discharged cases, according to the different ages and causes. In addition, the departments that routinely participate in ECMO management were acquired. Results: Totally 43 tertiary hospitals were enrolled, of which 30 have implemented ECMO for the children patients (comprising pediatrics and neonates), including 14 general hospitals, 5 cardiothoracic specialty hospitals and 11 children's or women and children's hospitals. ECMO for pediatrics and neonates was firstly carried out at mainland China in 2004. To the deadline of investigation, 800 patients were supported with ECMO, among which 658 were pediatrics, much more than 142 of neonates. As to pediatrics, 453 were supported with ECMO for cardiac indications with 287 (63.4%) weaned off and 215 (47.5%) survived to discharge; for respiratory causes, 79 cases were registered with 47 (59.5%) weaned off and 36 (45.6%) discharged; for ECPR, 126 were enrolled with 62 (49.2%) successfully weaned off and 48 (38.1%) discharged. In contrast, neonatal patients undergoing cardiac ECMO contained 79 cases, with 39 (49.4%) weaned off and 26 (32.9%) discharged; due to respiratory causes, 40 neonates were included, with 26 (65.0%) weaned off and 21 (52.5%) discharged; 23 neonatal patients consisted of ECPR cause and 10 (43.5%) of them successfully weaned off, but only 6 (26.1%) finally survived. Among the 30 hospitals conducted ECMO for pediatrics and neonates, the average number of departments for ECMO management is 4.03±1.87. Conclusions: Although ECMO used for children in mainland China is relatively late, a certain number of cases have been accumulated, and there is still a gap compared with the international standard. Meanwhile, each hospital has preliminarily built up its own ECMO team.

Abstract
Using a low background data sample of 9.7×10^{5} J/ψ→γη^{'}, η^{'}→γπ^{+}π^{-} events, which are 2 orders of magnitude larger than those from the previous experiments, recorded with the BESIII detector at BEPCII, the decay dynamics of η^{'}→γπ^{+}π^{-} are studied with both model-dependent and model-independent approaches. The contributions of ω and the ρ(770)-ω interference are observed for the first time in the decays η^{'}→γπ^{+}π^{-} in both approaches. Additionally, a contribution from the box anomaly or the ρ(1450) resonance is required in the model-dependent approach, while the process specific part of the decay amplitude is determined in the model-independent approach.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the structure of macular region and prognosis after vitrectomy in idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane patients. Methods: Retrospective case series study. The cases of 74 idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane patients (31 female patients, 43 male patients, aged 68.1±6.9) who received surgery treatment in our hospital during January 2013 and December were collected and analyzed. Ophthalmic routine examination and optical coherence tomography (OCT) have been conducted for all patients prior to operation. All eyes underwent vitecrtomy and macular epiretinal membrane peeling. During the 12 months follow up, the preoperative and postoperative data including best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), foveal thickness, changes of morphology in ellipsoid zone were observed and analyzed. All the patients were divided into two groups, continuous group (52 patients) and discontinuous group (22 patients), based on the preoperative continuity status of ellipsoid zone. The data of preoperative macular retinal thickness, the relationship between age and course of the disease, preoperative BCVA and postoperative BCVA were analyzed statistically with repeated ANOVA method. The postoperative BCVA were analyzed statistically with t test mtehod, based on the different grouping of continuity status of ellipsoid zone. Results: The preoperative LogMar BCVA, and the postoperative LogMAR BCVA of 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month after operation were 0.59±0.26, 0.63±0.34, 0.46±0.22, 0.45±0.23, 0.41±0.23 (F=25.122, P<0.05) respectively. The preoperative foveal thickness, and the postoperative foveal thickness of 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month after operation were (468.12±73.07), (371.57±57.09), (320.57±65.88), (294.85±69.36), (283.5±66.56)μm (F=8.802, P<0.05), the difference between the figures are of statistical significance. The postoperative BCVA of continuous group (0.34±0.27) improved significantly, as compared to the BCVA of discontinuous group (0.62±0.24) (t=-4.209, P<0.05). There is no obvious relationship between the degree of preoperative macular edema and postoperative visual function (r=0.015, P> 0.015). Seven patients still have macular edema one year after surgery. Conclusion: The postoperative visual function in patients with idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane has negative correlation with preoperative thickness of fovea, and has positive correlation with continuity of ellipsoid zone. Abstract
Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of the Weitan Waifu patch on the postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome (PGS) of gastrointestinal cancer. Methods: The multi-center, double-blind, randomized controlled trial was conducted with superiority design. Patients with PGS of gastrointestinal cancer diagnosed in 4 AAA hospitals and the abdominal symptom manifested as cold syndrome by Chinese local syndrome differentiation were recruited. These patients were randomly divided into two groups according to 1∶1 proportion. Placebo or Weitan Waifu patch was applied in control group or intervention group, respectively, based on the basic treatments, including nutrition support, gastrointestinal decompression, promoting gastric dynamics medicine. Two acupuncture points (Zhongwan and Shenque) were stuck with placebo in control group or patch in treatment group. The intervention course was 14 days or reached the effective standard. Results: From July 15, 2013 to Jun 3, 2015, 128 participants were recruited and 120 eligible cases were included in the full analysis set (FAS), and 60 cases in each group. 88 cases were included in the per-protocol set (PPS), including 45 cases in the treatment group and 43 cases in the control group. In the FAS, the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 68.3%, significantly superior than 41.7% of the control group (P=0.003). The medium time of effective therapy in the treatment group was 8 days, significantly shorter than 10 days in the control group (P=0.017). In the FAS, 3 adverse events occurred in the treatment group, including mild to moderate decrustation, pruritus and nausea. The incidence rate of adverse events was 5.0% (3/60) and these symptoms were spontaneously remitted after drug withdrawal. No severe adverse events were observed in the control group. There was no significant difference between these two groups (P=0.244). Conclusion: Weitan Waifu patch is a safely and effectively therapeutic method for patients with PGS (cold syndrome) of gastroenterological cancer. Abstract
Objective: To investigate the correlation between TNM staging of primary cholangiocarcinoma and the maximum standard uptake value (SUVmax) of (18)F-2-deoxy-D-glucose positron emission tomography with computerized tomography ((18)F-FDG PET/CT). Methods: A retrospective analysis of 36 patients with confirmed primary cholangiocarcinoma from October 2014 to July 2016 was carried out. All the patients underwent preoperative PET/CT in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from November 2014 to July 2016, the SUVmax was calculated by drawing region of interest around the primitive tumor area.According to the American Cancer Joint Committee (AJCC) guidelines for the clinical staging of intrahepatic and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, the differences of SUVmax were compared in the patients with different age, gender and staging, and the correlation between TNM staging and SUVmax was determined.Data were compared with independent sample t test between groups. Results: The mean SUVmax of 36 patients with primary cholangiocarcinoma was 7.87±3.17 (2.1-14.6). The SUVmax values of patients with lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis (t=0.364, 0.343, both P<0.05), respectively. There was significant difference in SUVmax between patients with different TNM staging (F=1.352, P=0.021). There was no significant differences in SUVmax between patient with different gender, age (>70 years or<70 years) and T staging (t=1.058, 1.980, F=1.252, all P>0.05). Spearman correlation analyses showed that the TNB stage of primary cholangiocarcinoma was positively correlated with its SUVmax (r=0.658, P=0.007). Conclusion: The SUVmax is positively correlated with the TNM staging of primary cholangiocarcinoma, which is helpful for the clinical staging and prognosis of the patients.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The treatment of haemophilia varies across countries and across regions within some countries. Similar variation has been observed in health-related quality of life (HR-QoL). Relatively little is known about the HR-QoL of boys with haemophilia in China. AIM The aim of this study was to describe the HR-QoL of boys with haemophilia in China using the Canadian Haemophilia Outcomes-Kids Life Assessment Tool (CHO-KLAT). METHODS Boys (4-18 years of age) with haemophilia and their parents were enroled in a cross-sectional study. All parents/guardians of study subjects were requested to complete a CHO-KLAT questionnaire during a clinic visit, and report on several other clinical and socioeconomic factors in the past year. Boys who were > 7 years also completed the CHO-KLAT. RESULTS A total of 269 parents of boys with haemophilia, from 13 hospitals in 12 provinces, were enroled during 2014. The boys ranged from 4.0 to 17.9 years of age; 91% had haemophilia A, most had moderate (52%) or severe (36%) disease, and most were receiving sub-optimal on-demand therapy or low-dose prophylactic therapy. Child self-report CHO-KLAT scores were available for 171 boys ≥7 years of age and ranged from 24.2 to 85.3 with a mean of 57.6 (n = 171). Parent proxy-reported CHO-KLAT scores ranged from 25.0 to 88.7 with a mean of 55.1 (n = 269). CONCLUSION HR-QoL scores in boys with haemophilia in China were substantially lower than reported from Canadian and European boys with haemophilia. Longer term prospective studies are required to examine the factors impacting the HR-QoL for boys with haemophilia in China.

Abstract
BACKGROUND VEGFR-2 inhibitors have been widely used in the treatment of cancer. In our continued efforts to search for potent and novel VEGFR-2 inhibitors as antitumor agents, we have identified a series of ureas and amides bearing a oxazolopyrimidine scaffold. AIM OF THE STUDY To discover more potent VEGFR-2 inhibitors with stronger binding affinity and better physical and chemical properties. METHODS 23 pyrimidinylacetamide-based ureas were designed and synthesized. Replacement of oxazolopyrimidine with a pyrimidinylacetamide generated a series of novel VEGFR-2 inhibitors. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS In HUVEC inhibition assay, the most potent compound (compound 16) possessed an IC50 value of 0.43 μM. Compound 16 also inhibited the migration and capillary like tube formation of HUVECs with inhibition rate at 22% (1 μM) and 17.5% (0.8 μM) respectively. These results support the further investigation of compound 16 as a potential anti-cancer agent.

Abstract
The spin and parity of the Z_{c}(3900)^{±} state are determined to be J^{P}=1^{+} with a statistical significance larger than 7σ over other quantum numbers in a partial wave analysis of the process e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}J/ψ. We use a data sample of 1.92 fb^{-1} accumulated at sqrt[s]=4.23 and 4.26 GeV with the BESIII experiment. When parametrizing the Z_{c}(3900)^{±} with a Flatté-like formula, we determine its pole mass M_{pole}=(3881.2±4.2_{stat}±52.7_{syst}) MeV/c^{2} and pole width Γ_{pole}=(51.8±4.6_{stat}±36.0_{syst}) MeV. We also measure cross sections for the process e^{+}e^{-}→Z_{c}(3900)^{+}π^{-}+c.c.→J/ψπ^{+}π^{-} and determine an upper limit at the 90% confidence level for the process e^{+}e^{-}→Z_{c}(4020)^{+}π^{-}+c.c.→J/ψπ^{+}π^{-}.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze pre- and post-operation electrocardiograms (ECGs) features of patients underwent orthotopic heart transplantation (OHT), and provide evidences for identifying and analyzing post OHT ECGs. Methods: Nine hundreds and ninty-eight pre- and post- OHT standard 12-leads ECGs from 110 consecutive patients, who underwent OHT in our hospital from May 2008 to May 2014, were analyzed. Results: The mean heart rate(HR)was (86.9±16.4) beats per minute before OHT, and (100.0±0.4) beats per minute after OHT. P wave's amplitude, duration, amplitude multiplied by duration of donor heart in lead Ⅱ were (0.124±0.069)mV, (111.1±17.2)ms, (14.34±9.51)mV·ms before OHT; (0.054±0.037)mV, (86.9±27.0)ms, (5.02±4.03)mV·ms at 1 month after OHT; (0.073±0.049)mV, (93.9±17.5) ms, (7.00±4.81)mV·ms at 6 years after OHT. ECGs rotation occurred in 83.64%(92/110) patients after OHT, and prevalence of clockwise rotation was 76.36%(84/110). Sinus tachycardia was evidenced in 99.09%(109/110) patients after OHT, and incomplete right bundle branch block was present in 60.91%(67/110) patients after OHT. Pseudo complete atrioventricular block mostly occurred at 2 days after OHT. Prevalence of double sinus rhythm was 27.95%(263/941) post OHT, 40% of them occurred between the 1st and the 2nd month post OHT; the atrial rate of recipient hearts was (104.0±10.2) beats per minucte between the 3rd and the 6th month post OHT, and was (95.3±4.2) beats per minucte between the 4th year and the 5th year. P wave's amplitude, duration, amplitude multiplied by duration of recipient heart in lead Ⅱ were (0.066±0.055) mV, (52.8±34.7) ms, (4.67±4.95) mV·ms at 1 month after OHT, (0.043±0.040)mV, (44.4±40.5) ms , (3.11±3.61) mV·ms between the 1st year and 2nd year after OHT. The absolute value of P-wave(originating from the donor heart) terminal force in chest leads increased in 48.99%(461/941) patients post OHT, the P-wave terminal force of V(1) , V(2) and V(3) were -0.044(-0.066, -0.028), -0.060(-0.087, -0.038), -0.035(-0.056, 0) mm·s. Notched P wave in chest leads was presented in 10.31%(97/941) patients post OHT. PR segment depression in chest leads occurred in 60.24%(100/166) patients between the 3rd month and the 6th month, the incidence of PR segment depression in V(1) , V(2) and V(3) was 21.04%(198/941), 37.41%(352/941) and 28.69%(270/941), respectively. Conclusions: OHT is related to significantly changed ECGs. The mean HR increased significantly after OHT, then decreased gradually after half a year to one year, but it was still higher than preoperative mean HR after five or six years; the P waves of donor heart were usually inconspicuous or small in first month after OHT, and they became bigger after 2 months, and their duration and amplitude then became relatively steady afterwards. ECGs rotation, especially the clockwise rotation, was common post OHT. A variety of arrhythmias originating from the donor heart including sinus tachycardia and incomplete right bundle branch block could be found. Pseudo complete atrioventricular block could also be found in the early phase after OHT. With the extension of time, the incidence of double sinus rhythm reduced gradually. The atrial rate and P wave of recipient heart presented with a tendency to become lower. The absolute value of P-waves(originating from the donor heart) terminal force in chest leads (mainly V(1), V(2) and V(3)) increased, notched P waves in chest leads (mainly V(1), V(2)) and PR segments depression in chest leads (mainly V(2), V(3) and V(4)) also belong to typical post OHT ECGs features.

Abstract
We report the first direct measurement of decays of the Λ_{c}^{+} baryon involving the neutron. The analysis is performed using 567 pb^{-1} of e^{+}e^{-} collision data collected at sqrt[s]=4.599 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. We observe the decay Λ_{c}^{+}→nK_{S}^{0}π^{+} and measure the absolute branching fraction to be B(Λ_{c}^{+}→nK_{S}^{0}π^{+})=[1.82±0.23(stat)±0.11(syst)]%. A comparison to B[Λ_{c}^{+}→p(K[over ¯]π)^{0}] provides an important test of isospin symmetry and final state interactions.

Abstract
The cross section for the process e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}J/ψ is measured precisely at center-of-mass energies from 3.77 to 4.60 GeV using 9 fb^{-1} of data collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring. Two resonant structures are observed in a fit to the cross section. The first resonance has a mass of (4222.0±3.1±1.4) MeV/c^{2} and a width of (44.1±4.3±2.0) MeV, while the second one has a mass of (4320.0±10.4±7.0) MeV/c^{2} and a width of (101.4_{-19.7}^{+25.3}±10.2) MeV, where the first errors are statistical and second ones are systematic. The first resonance agrees with the Y(4260) resonance reported by previous experiments. The precision of its resonant parameters is improved significantly. The second resonance is observed in e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}J/ψ for the first time. The statistical significance of this resonance is estimated to be larger than 7.6σ. The mass and width of the second resonance agree with the Y(4360) resonance reported by the BABAR and Belle experiments within errors. Finally, the Y(4008) resonance previously observed by the Belle experiment is not confirmed in the description of the BESIII data.
