Abstract
AbstractLittle is known about the association between surface water quality and cancer incidence, especially in China. Drinking water quality has been linked to the incidence of several cancers in individual-level studies. However, few studies have attempted to examine multiple pollutants and multiple cancers at population level. This study used water monitoring and population-level cancer data from across China to examine spatial associations between water pollutants and types of cancer. We found a “dose–response” relationship between the number of pollutants present at high levels and cancer incidence. These results provide evidence of a nationwide spatial association between water quality and cancer in China. The precise relationship varies with cancers and pollutants. However, the overall consistency of the “dose–response” relationship suggests that surface water quality is an important factor in cancer incidence. Our findings highlight new issues such as the changing effects when different pollutants co-exist and an increasing number of new cancer cases partially attributable to poor water quality. Our work also points to some ways to deal with these challenges.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the incidence of delayed vaccination with the national immunization program vaccines among children aged 0-6 years in Xuhui District, Shanghai, and to evaluate the safety of delayed vaccination. Methods: A stratified random sampling was used to obtain six vaccination clinics in Xuhui District, Shanghai. The vaccination records of children 0-6 years from these six vaccination clinics were collected from the Shanghai Immunization Program Information Management System. Adverse events following immunization (AEFI) data were collected from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. Descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the data. Children were divided into the timely vaccination group and delayed vaccination group according whether they were delayed in vaccination (received one month or more after the recommended age among children aged ≤1 year; received three months or more after the recommended age among children aged >1 year). The safety of four vaccination methods-individual vaccination, simultaneous vaccination, routine vaccination and combined vaccination-were further compared. Differences between groups were compared using chi-square test. Results: From 2019 to 2021, six vaccination clinics in Xuhui District administered 124 031 doses of the national immunization program vaccines among children aged 0-6 years, and delayed vaccinations accounted for 25.99% (32 234/124 031) of these doses. In 2020, the delayed vaccination rate during the first-level COVID-19 public health emergency response period in Shanghai was significantly higher than that in the same period in 2019 (34.70% vs. 24.19%, χ2=136.23, P<0.05). The delayed vaccination rate during the COVID-19 vaccination campaign in 2021 was significantly higher than that in the same period in 2019 (25.27% vs. 22.55%, χ2=82.80, P<0.05). From 2019 to 2021, a total of 475 cases of AEFI were reported in six vaccination clinics, with a reported incidence of 382.97 per 100 000 doses, including 421 cases of common adverse reaction (88.63%, 339.43 per 100 000 doses), 51 cases of rare adverse reaction (10.74%, 41.12 per 100 000 doses) and 3 cases of coincidences (0.63%, 2.42 per 100 000 doses). The reported incidence of AEFI among delayed vaccinations was significantly lower than that among timely vaccinations (291.62 per 100 000 doses vs. 415.05 per 100 000 doses). The incidence of AEFI for the four delayed vaccination methods (individual vaccination, simultaneous vaccination, routine vaccination and combined vaccination) was lower than that for timely vaccination. There were significant differences between the groups except for the routine vaccination group (χ2=9.82, P<0.05; χ2=5.46, P<0.05; χ2=2.97, P>0.05; χ2=11.89, P<0.05). Conclusions: In Xuhui District of Shanghai, 25.99% of doses of the national immunization program vaccines administered to children 0-6 years were delayed. Delayed vaccination does not increase the risk of AEFI compared with timely vaccination.

Abstract
Self-assembling peptides, offering favorable biocompatibility, high stability, and easy incorporation of various functionalities, have demonstrated enormous potential for the precise design of next-generation nanodrugs for non-invasive tumor therapy. Peptide-based supramolecular photodynamic therapy (PDT) has shown great promise as an emerging modality for cancer treatment, achieving substantially-enhanced photosensitizer delivery selectivity and treatment efficacy, based on peptide biological activity and self-assembly potential. Although considerable research has been conducted toward fabricating self-assembling peptide-based smart nanodrugs for PDT, few studies have investigated cellular biophysical responses as indicators of tumor function and metabolic state. Here, via atomic force microscopy (AFM)-based morphological and mechanical measurements, including optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, we observed, for the first time, variation in membrane stiffness of human liver (HepG2) cancer cells treated with self-assembling peptides serving as a PDT nanodrug. This biophysical information will help to establish a comprehensive understanding of the anticancer effect of peptide-based smart nanodrugs, and highlight the exceptional ability of AFM in determining cell-surface properties.

Abstract
Photoenzymatic decarboxylation shows great promise as a pathway for the generation of hydrocarbon fuels. CvFAP, which is derived from Chlorella variabilis NC64A, is a photodecarboxylase capable of converting fatty acids into hydrocarbons. CvFAP is an example of coupling biocatalysis and photocatalysis to produce alkanes. The catalytic process is mild, and it does not yield toxic substances or excess by-products. However, the activity of CvFAP can be readily inhibited by several factors, and further enhancement is required to improve the enzyme yield and stability. In this article, we will examine the latest advancements in CvFAP research, with a particular focus on the enzyme's structural and catalytic mechanism, summarized some limitations in the application of CvFAP, and laboratory-level methods for enhancing enzyme activity and stability. This review can serve as a reference for future large-scale industrial production of hydrocarbon fuels.

Abstract
Fatty acid photodecarboxylase in Chlorella variabilis NC64A (CvFAP) performed excellent ability to exclusively decarboxylate renewable fatty acids for C1-shortened hydrocarbons fuel production under visible light. However, the large-scale application by such an approach is limited by the free state of CvFAP catalyst, which is unstable for efficient biofuel production. In this study, CvFAP was immobilized in magnetic nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) nanoparticles for facile recovery by a simple procedure. The shift of Ni 2p in electron binding energy was detected to clarify the interaction between Ni2+ and histidine of CvFAP. The coordination of NiFe2O4 and CvFAP contributed to an efficient affinity binding with an immobilization capacity of 98 mg/g carrier. Hydrocarbon fuel concentration of 3.7 mM was obtained by NiFe2O4@CvFAP-induced photoenzymatic decarboxylation. The high stability of CvFAP in terms of residual enzyme activity of 79.7% and 68% at pH 9 and organic solvent ratio of 60%, respectively, were observed.

Abstract
Birth weight is an indicator linking intrauterine environmental exposures to later-life diseases, and intrauterine metal exposure may affect birth weight in a sex-specific manner. We investigated sex-specific associations between prenatal exposure to metal mixtures and birth weight in a Chinese birth cohort. The birth weight of 1296 boys and 1098 girls were recorded, and 10 metals in maternal urine samples collected during pregnancy were measured using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Bayesian Kernel Machine Regression was used to estimate the association of individual metals or metal mixtures and birth weight for gestational age (BW for GA). The model showed a sex-specific relationship between prenatal exposure to metal mixtures and BW for GA with a significant negative association in girls and a non-significant positive association in boys. Cadmium (Cd) and nickel (Ni) were positively and negatively associated with BW for GA in girls, respectively. Moreover, increasing thallium (Tl) concentration lowered the positive association between Cd and BW for GA and enhanced the negative association between Ni and BW for GA in girls. When exposure to other metals increased, the positive association with Cd diminished, whereas the negative association with Ni or Tl increased. Our findings provide evidence supporting the complex effects of intrauterine exposure to metal mixtures on the birth weight of girls and further highlight the sex heterogeneity in fetal development influenced by intrauterine environmental factors.

Abstract
Introduction: Long axial length (AL) is a risk factor for myopia. Although family studies indicate that AL has an important genetic component with heritability estimates up to 0.94, there have been few reports of AL-associated loci. Methods: Here, we conducted a multiethnic genome-wide association study (GWAS) of AL in 19,420 adults of European, Latino, Asian, and African ancestry from the Genetic Epidemiology Research on Adult Health and Aging (GERA) cohort, with replication in a subset of the Consortium for Refractive Error and Myopia (CREAM) cohorts of European or Asian ancestry. We further examined the effect of the identified loci on the mean spherical equivalent (MSE) within the GERA cohort. We also performed genome-wide genetic correlation analyses to quantify the genetic overlap between AL and MSE or myopia risk in the GERA European ancestry sample. Results: Our multiethnic GWA analysis of AL identified a total of 16 genomic loci, of which 5 are novel. We found that all AL-associated loci were significantly associated with MSE after Bonferroni correction. We also found that AL was genetically correlated with MSE (rg = -0.83; SE, 0.04; p = 1.95 × 10-89) and myopia (rg = 0.80; SE, 0.05; p = 2.84 × 10-55). Finally, we estimated the array heritability for AL in the GERA European ancestry sample using LD score regression, and found an overall heritability estimate of 0.37 (s.e. = 0.04). Discussion: In this large and multiethnic study, we identified novel loci, associated with AL at a genome-wide significance level, increasing substantially our understanding of the etiology of AL variation. Our results also demonstrate an association between AL-associated loci and MSE and a shared genetic basis between AL and myopia risk.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the direct economic burden caused by measles cases in Shanghai from 2017 to 2019 and its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 161 laboratory-confirmed measles cases reported from January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2019, in Shanghai were included in the study through the "Measles Surveillance Information Reporting and Management System" of the "China Disease Surveillance Information Reporting and Management System". Through telephone follow-up and consulting hospital data, the basic information of population, medical treatment situation, medical treatment costs and other information were collected, and the direct economic burden of cases was calculated, including registration fees, examination fees, hospitalization fees, medical fees and other disease treatment expenses, as well as transportation and other expenses of cases. The multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the main influencing factors of the direct economic burden. Results: The age of 161 measles cases M (Q1, Q3) was 28.21 (13.33, 37.00) years. Male cases (56.52%) were more than female cases (43.48%). The largest number of cases was≥18 years old (70.81%). The total direct economic burden of 161 measles cases was 540 851.14 yuan, and the per capita direct economic burden was 3 359.32 yuan. The direct economic burden M (Q1, Q3) was 873.00 (245.01, 4 014.79) yuan per person. The results of multiple linear regression model analysis showed that compared with other and unknown occupations, central areas and non-hospitalized cases, the direct economic burden of measles cases was higher in scattered children, childcare children, students, and cadre staff in the occupational distribution, suburban areas and hospitalized, with the coefficient of β (95%CI) values of 0.388 (0.150-0.627), 0.297 (0.025-0.569), 0.327 (0.148-0.506) and 1.031 (0.853-1.209), respectively (all P values<0.05). Conclusion: The direct economic burden of some measles cases in Shanghai is relatively high. Occupation, area of residence and hospitalization are the main factors influencing the direct economic burden of measles cases.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study was performed to evaluate the efficacy of immediate cytoreductive nephrectomy (CRN) followed by programmed cell death factor-1 (PD-1) inhibitors vs. deferred CRN after the administration of 4 cycles of neoadjuvant therapy using nivolumab preceding the debulking and postoperative chemotherapy in metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC). PATIENTS AND METHODS We recruited 84 patients with primary mRCC admitted to our Oncology Department from 2018 to 2020 and randomized them 1:1 to receive either CRN followed by nivolumab (control group) or 4 cycles of neoadjuvant therapy using nivolumab before CRN and postoperative chemotherapy (study group), with 42 patients in each group. The primary clinical endpoints were the clinical efficacy and safety of the PD-1 antibody. Clinical outcomes were assessed 3 months after treatment. RESULTS Patients were followed-up for 10-52 months, with a median follow-up period of 40.50 months. The control group reported 2 cases of complete remission and 10 cases of partial remission, with an objective response rate (ORR) of 28.57% (12/42). The study group reported 4 cases of complete remission and 14 cases of partial remission with an ORR of 42.86% (18/42). No significant differences in the ORR were identified between the two groups (p > 0.05). Progression-free survival of the patients was significantly extended from 30 months (19-51) to 43 months (38-76) after administrating the PD-1 inhibitors before the debulking (HR = 0.501, 95% CI: 0.266 to 0.942). There were no significant differences in the median survival of patients between the two groups [44 months (38-79) vs. 44 months (32-81)] (HR = 0.814, 95% CI: 0.412 to 1.612). The two protocols had a similar safety profile. CONCLUSIONS Nivolumab administration preceding delayed CRN provides significant progression-free survival benefits for patients with mRCC, but its impact on overall survival requires further investigations.

Abstract
Green light was documented to improve the photostability of fatty acid photodecarboxylase from Chlorella variabilis (CvFAP). Compared to blue light, green light increased the pentadecane yield by 27.6% and improved the residual activity of CvFAP to 5.9-fold after the preillumination. Kinetics and thermodynamics indicated that blue light facilitated a high CvFAP activity.

Abstract
In the Multi beam source (MBS) of our Multi Beam Scanning Electron Microscope (MBSEM), an aperture lens array (ALA) splits the emission cone of the Schottky field emitter into multiple beamlets. When the apertures in the ALA are close to each other, the ALA can introduce aberrations to these beamlets through the electrostatic interaction of neighbouring apertures with each aperture's lens field. When the apertures are arranged in a square grid pattern, the aberration causes fourfold astigmatism. The effect on the beam spot is analyzed through a combination of 3D simulations and experimental validation. To counterbalance the fourfold astigmatism, a correction scheme is proposed in which a slightly non-round profile is applied to the aperture lenses.

Abstract
Objective This research aim was to evaluates the role of the pre-ablation neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR) as predictors of distant metastases in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC). Methods A retrospective analysis was given to 140 patients with DTC who received 131I remnant ablation after surgery. The patients were divided into two groups based on the existence of distant metastasis. Results The two groups showed no significant difference in age, gender, WBCs, neutrophils, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils and whether the tumor was multifocal. In the univariate analysis, significant differences were found in tumor size (p=0.021), lymphocyte (p=0.012), NLR (p=0.027), and LMR (p=0.007). According to the ROC curves, NLR had an AUC of 0.612 ± 0.097 with a cut-off value of 1.845, sensitivity of 60.0%, and specificity of 66.2% (p=0.027). LMR had an AUC of 0.638 ± 0.095 with a cut-off value of 4.630, sensitivity of 84.6%, and specificity of 35.4% (p=0.007). In the multivariate analysis, larger tumor size (OR=5.246, 95% CI 1.269-10.907, p=0.009) and higher NLR (OR=2.087, 95% CI 0.977-4.459, p=0.034) were statistically significant for distant metastases. Conclusion This research reveals that pre-ablation NLR and tumor size are significantly statistically correlated with distant metastases in patients with DTC.

Abstract
Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) is one of the effective methods to control the development of myopia in children and adolescents. The mechanical pressure of eyelids on the Ortho-K lens and the hydraulic effect of tears under the Ortho-K lens can alter the curvature or shape of the cornea, which can correct refractive error and control myopia development progress. The tear film is a thin layer of liquids evenly distributing in the conjunctival sac. Wearing an Ortho-K lens can decrease the tear film stability, which will influence the Ortho-K. In this article, the relevant domestic and overseas research results are summarized and analyzed, aiming to sort out and discuss the effection of tear film stability on the fitting, shaping, safety, and visual quality of the Ortho-K, as well as to provide suggestions for clinicians and researchers.

Abstract
BACKGROUND China is experiencing a postpeak smoking epidemic with accelerating population ageing. Understanding the impacts of these factors on the future cancer burden has widespread implications. METHODS We developed predictive models to estimate smoking-related cancer deaths among men and women aged ≥35 years in China during 2020-2040. Data sources for model parameters included the United Nations World Population Prospects, China Death Surveillance Database, national adult tobacco surveys and the largest national survey of smoking and all causes of death to date. The main assumptions included stable sex-specific and age-specific cancer mortality rates and carcinogenic risks of smoking over time. RESULTS In a base-case scenario of continuing trends in current smoking prevalence (men: 57.4%-50.5%; women: 2.6%-2.1% during 2002-2018), the smoking-related cancer mortality rate with population ageing during 2020-2040 would rise by 44.0% (from 337.2/100 000 to 485.6/100 000) among men and 52.8% (from 157.3/100 000 to 240.4/100 000) among women; over 20 years, there would be 8.6 million excess deaths (0.5 million more considering former smoking), and a total of 117.3 million smoking-attributable years of life lost (110.3 million (94.0%) in men; 54.1 million (46.1%) in working-age (35-64 years) adults). An inflection point may occur in 2030 if smoking prevalence were reduced to 20% (Healthy China 2030 goal), and 1.4 million deaths would be averted relative to the base-case scenario if the trend were maintained through 2040. CONCLUSIONS Coordinated efforts are urgently needed to curtail a rising tide of cancer deaths in China, with intensified tobacco control being key.

Abstract
Combined crown and post-and-core treatment often requires multiple intermittent appointments and takes a long time. This article describes a novel method for simultaneously fabricating a custom glass fiber post-and-core and the corresponding crown. The critical step, defined as a post-and-core virtual try-in, is to construct a virtual crown abutment that mimics the profile of a real one gained after post-cementation and tooth preparation. The fully digital workflow optimizes the treatment and saves time by accomplishing restorations on the first visit.

Abstract
Sequential recommendation (SR) learns users’ preferences by capturing the sequential patterns from users’ behaviors evolution. As discussed in many works, user-item interactions of SR generally present the intrinsic power-law distribution, which can be ascended to hierarchy-like structures. Previous methods usually handle such hierarchical information by making user-item sectionalization empirically under Euclidean space, which may cause distortion of user-item representation in real online scenarios. In this paper, we propose a Poincaré-based heterogeneous graph neural network named PHGR to model the sequential pattern information as well as hierarchical information contained in the data of SR scenarios simultaneously. Specifically, for the purpose of explicitly capturing the hierarchical information, we first construct a weighted user-item heterogeneous graph by aliening all the user-item interactions to improve the perception domain of each user from a global view. Then the output of the global representation would be used to complement the local directed item-item homogeneous graph convolution. By defining a novel hyperbolic inner product operator, the global and local graph representation learning are directly conducted in Poincaré ball instead of commonly used projection operation between Poincaré ball and Euclidean space, which could alleviate the cumulative error issue of general bidirectional translation process. Moreover, for the purpose of explicitly capturing the sequential dependency information, we design two types of temporal attention operations under Poincaré ball space. Empirical evaluations on datasets from the public and financial industry show that PHGR outperforms several comparison methods.

Abstract
As one of the fastest-growing carbon emission sources, the aviation sector is severely restricted by carbon emission reduction targets. Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) has emerged as the most potential alternative to traditional aviation fuel, but harsh production technologies limit its commercialization. Fatty acids photodecarboxylase from Chlorella variabilis NC64A (CvFAP), the latest discovered photoenzyme, provides promising approaches to produce various carbon-neutral biofuels and fine chemicals. This review highlights the state-of-the-art strategies to enhance the application of CvFAP in carbon-neutral biofuel and fine chemicals production, including supplementing alkane as decoy molecular, screening efficient CvFAP variants with directed evolution, constructing genetic strains, employing biphasic catalytic system, and immobilizing CvFAP in an efficient photobioreactor. Furthermore, future opportunities are suggested to enhance photoenzymatic decarboxylation and explore the catalytic mechanism of CvFAP. This review provides a broad context to improve CvFAP catalysis and advance its potential applications.

Abstract
PURPOSE To develop and validate models to predict who will develop myopia in the following year based on cycloplegic refraction or ocular biometry and to identify thresholds of premyopia. METHODS Prospective longitudinal data of nonmyopic children at baseline from the Guangzhou Twins Eye Study and the Guangzhou Outdoor Activity Longitudinal Study were used as the training set, and the Singapore Cohort Study of the Risk factors for Myopia study formed the external validation set. Age, sex, cycloplegic refraction, ocular biometry, uncorrected visual acuity, and parental myopia were integrated into 3 logistic regression models to predict the onset of myopia in the following year. Premyopia cutoffs and an integer risk score system were derived based on the identified risk. RESULTS In total, 2896 subjects with at least 2 visits were included. Cycloplegic refraction at baseline is a better predictor to identify the children with myopia onset [C-statistic=0.91, 95% confidence interval (CI), 0.87-0.94; C-statistic=0.92, 95% CI, 0.92-0.92 for internal and external validation, respectively], comparing to axial length, corneal curvature radius (CR) and anterior chamber depth (C-statistic=0.81, 95% CI, 0.73-0.88; C-statistic=0.80, 95% CI, 0.79-0.80, respectively), and axial length/CR (C-statistic=0.78, 95% CI, 0.71-0.85; C-statistic=0.76, 95% CI, 0.75-0.76). With a risk of >70%, the definitions of premyopia indicating approaching myopia onset were 0.00 D for 6-8 years and -0.25 D for ≥9 years in children with 2 myopic parents. CONCLUSIONS Either cycloplegic refraction or ocular biometry can predict 1-year risk of myopia. Premyopia can be successfully defined through risk assessments based on children's age and predict who would require more aggressive myopia prophylaxis.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Numerous observational studies have revealed an increased risk of death and complications with transfusion, but this observation has not been confirmed in randomized controlled trials (RCTs). The "transfusion kills patients" paradox persists in real-world observational studies despite application of analytic methods such as propensity-score matching. We propose a new design to address this long-term existing issue, which if left unresolved, will be deleterious to the healthy generation of evidence that supports optimized transfusion practice. METHODS In the new design, we stress three aspects for reconciling observational studies and RCTs on transfusion safety: (1) re-definition of the study population according to a stable hemoglobin range (gray zone of transfusion decision; 7.5-9.5 g/dL in this study); (2) selection of comparison groups according to a trigger value (last hemoglobin measurement before transfusion; nadir during hospital stay for control); (3) dealing with patient heterogeneity according to standardized mean difference (SMD) values. We applied the new design to hospitalized older patients (aged ≥60 years) undergoing general surgery at four academic/teaching hospitals. Four datasets were analyzed: a base population before (Base Match-) and after (Base Match+) propensity-score matching to simulate previous observational studies; a study population before (Study Match-) and after (Study Match+) propensity-score matching to demonstrate effects of our design. RESULTS Of 6141 older patients, 662 (10.78%) were transfused and showed high heterogeneity compared with those not receiving transfusion, particularly regarding preoperative hemoglobin (mean: 11.0 vs. 13.5 g/dL) and intraoperative bleeding (≥500 mL: 37.9% vs. 2.1%). Patient heterogeneity was reduced with the new design; SMD of the two variables was reduced from approximately 100% (Base Match-) to 0% (Study Match+). Transfusion was related to a higher risk of death and complications in Base Match- (odds ratio [OR], 95% confidence interval [CI]: 2.68, 1.86-3.86) and Base Match+ (2.24, 1.43-3.49), but not in Study Match- (0.77, 0.32-1.86) or Study Match+ (0.66, 0.23-1.89). CONCLUSIONS We show how choice of study population and analysis could affect real-world study findings. Our results following the new design are in accordance with relevant RCTs, highlighting its value in accelerating the pace of transfusion evidence generation and generalization.

Abstract
Data sparsity has been a long-standing issue for accurate and trustworthy recommendation systems (RS). To alleviate the problem, many researchers pay much attention to cross-domain recommendation (CDR), which aims at transferring rich knowledge from related source domains to enhance the recommendation performance of sparse target domain. To reach the knowledge transferring purpose, recent CDR works always focus on designing different pairwise directed or undirected information transferring strategies between source and target domains. However, such pairwise transferring idea is difficult to adapt to multi-target CDR scenarios directly, e.g., transferring knowledge between multiple domains and improving their performance simultaneously as such strategies may lead the following issues: (1) When the number of domains increases, the number of transferring modules will grow exponentially, which causes heavy computation complexity. (2) A single pairwise transferring module could only capture the relevant information of two domains, but ignores the correlated information of other domains, which may limit the transferring effectiveness. (3) When a sparse domain serves as the source domain during the pairwise transferring, it would easily leads the negative transfer problem, and the untrustworthy information may hurt the target domain recommendation performance. In this paper, we consider the key challenge of the multi-target CDR task: How to identify the most valuable trustworthy information over multiple domains and transfer such information efficiently to avoid the negative transfer problem? DR-MTCDR aims at transferring the trustworthy domain-shared information across domains, which has the two major advantages in both efficiency and effectiveness: (1) For efficiency, DR-MTCDR utilizes a unified module on all domains to capture disentangled domain-shared information and domain-specific information, which could support all domains recommendation and be insensitive to the number of domains. (2) For effectiveness, based on the disentangled domain-shared and domain-specific information, DR-MTCDR has the capability to lead positive effect and make trustworthy recommendation for each domain. Empirical evaluations on datasets from both public datasets and real-world large-scale financial datasets have shown that the proposed framework outperforms other state-of-the-art baselines.
