Abstract
We present measurements of the cross section and double-helicity asymmetry A_{LL} of direct-photon production in p[over →]+p[over →] collisions at sqrt[s]=510 GeV. The measurements have been performed at midrapidity (|η|<0.25) with the PHENIX detector at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider. At relativistic energies, direct photons are dominantly produced from the initial quark-gluon hard scattering and do not interact via the strong force at leading order. Therefore, at sqrt[s]=510 GeV, where leading-order-effects dominate, these measurements provide clean and direct access to the gluon helicity in the polarized proton in the gluon-momentum-fraction range 0.02<x<0.08, with direct sensitivity to the sign of the gluon contribution.

Abstract
Broadband supercontinuum (SC) light sources generated through nonlinear effects in solid-core photonic crystal fibers (PCFs) have been widely used in spectroscopy, metrology, and microscopy, leading to great application successes. The short-wavelength extension of such SC sources, a longstanding challenge, has been the subject of intensive study over the past two decades. However, the exact mechanism of blue and ultraviolet light generation, especially for some resonance spectral peaks in the short-wavelength regime, is not yet fully understood. Here, we demonstrate that the effect of inter-modal dispersive-wave radiation, which results from phase matching between pump pulses at the fundamental optical mode and packets of linear waves at some higher-order modes (HOMs) propagating in the PCF core, might be one of the critical mechanisms that can result in some resonance spectral components with wavelengths much shorter than that of the pump light. We observed in an experiment that several spectral peaks resided in the blue and ultraviolet regimes of the SC spectrum, whose central wavelengths can be tuned by varying the PCF-core diameter. These experimental results can be interpreted well using the inter-modal phase-matching theory, providing some useful insights into the SC generation process.

Abstract
The morphology of dodecane in a nanopore at temperatures typical in exploited or depleted oil reservoirs is investigated using molecular dynamics simulation. The dodecane morphology is found to be determined by interactions between interfacial crystallization and surface wetting of the simplified oil, while "evaporation" only plays a minor role. The morphology changes from an isolated, solidified dodecane droplet to a film with orderly lamellae structures remaining within, and finally to a film containing randomly distributed dodecane molecules, as the system temperature increases. In a nanoslit under the impact of water, since water wins against oil in surface wetting on the silica surface due to electrostatic interaction induced hydrogen bonding between water and the silanol group of silica, the spreading of dodecane molecules over the silica surface is impeded by this water confinement mechanism. Meanwhile, interfacial crystallization is enhanced, leading to always an isolated dodecane "droplet," with crystallization weakening as the temperature increases. Since dodecane is immiscible to water, there is no mechanism for dodecane to escape the silica surface, and the competition of surface wetting between water and oil determines the morphology of the crystallized dodecane droplet. For the CO2-dodecane system in a nanoslit, CO2 is an efficient solvent for dodecane at all temperatures. Therefore, interfacial crystallization rapidly disappears. The competition of surface adsorption between CO2 and dodecane is secondary for all cases. The dissolution mechanism is a clear clue for the fact that CO2 is more effective than water flooding in oil recovery for a depleted oil reservoir.

Abstract
The world has paid a heavy price for the pandemic of the emerging respiratory communicable disease, so more concern about communicable disease surveillance and early warning has been aroused. This paper briefly reviews the establishment of the surveillance and early warning system of respiratory communicable diseases in China, discusses its future development and introduces the novel surveillance methods and early warning models for the purpose of establishment of a multi-channel surveillance and multi-dimensional early warning system of communicable diseases in the future and the improvement of the prevention and control of emerging respiratory communicable diseases in China.

Abstract
AIM To develop a unified deep-learning-based method for automated intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) segmentation on computed tomography (CT) images with different layer thickness parameters. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total of 134 patients from an internal database (67 patients) and an external database (called CQ500, 67 patients) were employed. The CT examinations included multiple layer thicknesses such as 0.625, 1.25 and 5 mm. ICH segmentation was performed by a coarse-to-fine strategy, including three stages of three-dimensional (3D) skull-stripping segmentation, 3D ICH localisation segmentation, and two-dimensional (2D) ICH fine segmentation. The three stages shared the same sICHNet for segmentation and employed mixed precision training to speed up the training process. In addition, the 3D contextual information from CT was maintained by formatting the consecutive slices into a three-channel image in the 2D ICH fine segmentation. RESULTS Experimental results demonstrated that the coarse-to-fine segmentation strategy achieved the best performance with a mean Dice coefficient of 0.887. ICH volume consistency was observed (p<0.05) between manual and automatic segmentations, and between segmentations of same individual but with different layer thicknesses in internal dataset and external database. Automated segmentation achieved a relatively consistent segmentation time of 20.01 ± 2.03 seconds no matter the layer thickness of the CT images and the extent of ICH. Longitudinal studies with conservative management and surgical treatment were also visualised. CONCLUSIONS The coarse-to-fine deep learning strategy achieved the best ICH segmentation performance on CT images. The automated segmentation was 5-42 times faster than manual segmentation given ICH of different extents and using different layer thickness parameters.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE We primarily aimed to investigate whether there are phenotypic and genetic links underlying body mass index (BMI) and overall osteoarthritis (OA). We then intended to explore whether the relationships differ across sexes and sites. METHOD We first evaluated the phenotypic association between BMI and overall OA using data from the UK Biobank. We then investigated the genetic relationship leveraging summary statistics of the hitherto largest genome-wide association studies performed for BMI and overall OA. Finally, we repeated all analyses in a sex- (female, male) and site- (knee, hip, spine) specific manner. RESULTS Observational analysis suggested an increased hazard of diagnosed OA per 5 kg/m2 increment in BMI (hazard ratio = 1.38, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 1.37-1.39). A positive overall genetic correlation was observed for BMI and OA (rg = 0.43, P = 4.72 × 10-133), corroborated by 11 significant local signals. Cross-trait meta-analysis identified 34 pleiotropic loci shared between BMI and OA, of which seven were novel. Transcriptome-wide association study revealed 29 shared gene-tissue pairs, targeting nervous, digestive, and exo/endocrine systems. Mendelian randomization demonstrated a robust BMI-OA causal relationship (odds ratio = 1.47, 95% CI = 1.42-1.52). A similar pattern of effects was observed in sex- and site-specific analyses, with BMI affecting OA comparably in both sexes and most strongly in the knee. CONCLUSION Our work demonstrates an intrinsic relationship underlying BMI and overall OA, reflected by a pronounced phenotypic association, significant biological pleiotropy, and a putative causal link. Stratified analysis further reveals that the effects are distinct across sites and comparable across sexes.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Trichomonas vaginalis macrophage migration inhibitory factor (TvMIF) on THP-1 macrophages. METHODS Recombinant TvMIF protein was prokaryotic expressed and purified, and endotoxin was removed after identification. Following exposure to TvMIF at concentrations of 0, 1, 5, 10, 50 and 100 ng/mL, the cytotoxicity of the recombinant TvMIF protein to THP-1 macrophages was tested using cell counting kit (CCK)-8 assay, and the apoptosis of THP-1 macrophages and reactive oxygen species (ROS) were detected using flow cytometry. The relative expression of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3), caspase-1, interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and IL-18 genes was quantified using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (qPCR) assay, and the expression of caspase-1, NLRP3, gasdermin D (GSDMD), gasdermin D N-terminal (GSDMD-NT) and pro-IL-1β proteins were determined using Western blotting assay. RESULTS Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) displayed successful expression and purification of the recombinant TvMIF protein with a molecular weight of 15.5 kDa, and the endotoxin activity assay showed the successful removal of endotoxin in the recombinant TvMIF protein (endotoxin concentration < 0.1 EU/mL), which was feasible for the subsequent studies on protein functions. Flow cytometry revealed that the recombinant TvMIF protein at a concentration of 10 ng/mL and less promoted the apoptosis of THP-1 macrophages, and the highest apoptotic rate of THP-1 macrophages was seen following exposure to the recombinant TvMIF protein at a concentration of 5 ng/mL, while the recombinant TvMIF protein at concentrations of 50 and100 ng/mL inhibited the apoptosis of THP-1 macrophages. Exposure to the recombinant TvMIF protein at a concentration 1 ng/mL resulted in increased ROS levels in THP-1 macrophages. qPCR assay quantified significantly elevated caspase-1, NLRP3, IL-18 and IL-1β expression in THP-1 macrophages 8 hours post-treatment with the recombinant TvMIF protein at a concentration 1 ng/mL, and Western blotting determined increased caspase-1, NLRP3, pro-IL-1β, GSDMD and GSDMD-NT protein expression in THP-1 macrophages following exposure to the recombinant TvMIF protein at a concentration 1 ng/mL. Pretreatment with MCC950 significantly reduced GSDMD and GSDMD-NT protein expression. CONCLUSIONS High-concentration recombinant TvMIF protein inhibits macrophage apoptosis, while low-concentration recombinant TvMIF protein activates NLRP3 inflammasome and promotes macrophage pyroptosis.

Abstract
AIM To investigate whether spleen imaging characteristics of baseline 2-[18F]-fluoro-2-deoxy-d-glucose (18F-FDG) positron-emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) can help to predict the clinical outcome in complete response (CR) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). MATERIALS AND METHODS Three hundred and six patients with DLBCL were enrolled in the study and divided into recurrence and non-recurrence groups. The splenic abnormalities were compared using the chi-square test and quantitative indexes were compared using the t-test. The Cox proportional hazard regression model was used for univariate and multivariate analysis. Kaplan-Meier curves and log-rank tests were used to compare progression-free survival (PFS). Propensity score matching (PSM) was used to match patients with and without splenic abnormalities according to age, gender, and initial Ann Arbor stage at a 1:2 ratio (52:104); then the recurrence and PFS results were compared again. RESULTS Age, international prognostic index (IPI), stage, splenomegaly, and focal splenic lesions were significantly different between the recurrence and non-recurrence groups. IPI, stage, baseline spleen mean standard uptake value (SUVmean)/liver SUVmean, splenomegaly, and focal lesions were selected by Cox single-factor analysis, and only focal lesions showed a statistical difference in terms of Cox multivariate analysis (p=0.022, hazard ratio [HR]: 2.843). After PSM, focal splenic lesions (n=20) were still statistically different (p=0.003) between the recurrence and non-recurrence groups, and this played an essential role in PFS forecasting (p=0.0004, HR: 3.767). CONCLUSION Focal splenic lesions were identified as an independent risk factor for the prognosis of DLBCL. Pretreatment splenomegaly and focal splenic lesions appeared to be related to the relapse and PFS of DLBCL patients. Focal splenic lesions still showed meaningful predictive value even with propensity matching.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Stroke is one of the leading causes of disability and mortality in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Risk models have been developed for predicting stroke and stroke-associated mortality among patients with T2DM. Here, we evaluated risk factors of stroke for individualized prevention measures in patients with T2DM in northern China. METHODS In the community-based Tianjin Chronic Disease Cohort study, 58,042 patients were enrolled between January 2014 and December 2019. We used multiple imputation (MI) to impute missing variables and univariate and multivariate Cox's proportional hazard regression to screen risk factors of stroke. Furthermore, we established and validated first-ever prediction models for stroke (Model 1 and Model 2) and death from stroke (Model 3) and evaluated their performance. RESULTS In the derivation and validation groups, the area under the curves (AUCs) of Models 1-3 was better at 5 years than at 8 years. The Harrell's C-index for all models was above 0.7. All models had good calibration, discrimination, and clinical net benefit. Sensitivity analysis using the MI dataset indicated that all models had good and stable prediction performance. CONCLUSION In this study, we developed and validated first-ever risk prediction models for stroke and death from stroke in patients with T2DM, with good discrimination and calibration observed in all models. Based on lifestyle, demographic characteristics, and laboratory examination, these models could provide multidimensional management and individualized risk assessment. However, the models developed here may only be applicable to Han Chinese.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Obesity and overweight are risk factors for chronic disease worldwide. The purpose of this study was to compare the transcriptome of exercise-induced fat mobilization in obese people, and to explore the effect of different exercise intensity on the correlation of immune microenvironment remodeling and lipolysis in adipose tissue. MATERIALS AND METHODS Microarray datasets of adipose tissue before and after exercise were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus. Then, we used gene-enrichment analysis and PPI-network construction to elucidate the function and enrichment pathways of the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and to identify the central genes. A network of protein-protein interactions was obtained using STRING and visualized with Cytoscape. RESULTS A total of 929 DEGs were identified between 40 pre-exercise (BX) samples and 65 post-exercise (AX) samples from GSE58559, GSE116801, and GSE43471. Among these DEGs, adipose tissue-expressed genes were duly recognized. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses indicated that DEGs were mostly enriched in lipid metabolism. Studies have found that mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway and forkhead box O (FOXO) signaling pathway are up-regulated, while Ribosome, coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and IGF-1 gene are down-regulated. Although we found the up-regulated genes that noted IL-1 among others, and the down-regulated gene was IL-34. The increase of inflammatory factors leads to changes in cellular immune microenvironment, and high-intensity exercise leads to increased expression of inflammatory factors in adipose tissue, leading to inflammatory responses. CONCLUSIONS Exercise at different intensities leads to the degradation of adipose and is accompanied by changes in the immune microenvironment within adipose tissue. High intensity exercise can cause the imbalance of immune microenvironment of adipose tissue while causing fat degradation. Therefore, moderate intensity and below exercise is the best way for the general population to reduce fat and weight.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the characteristics of scientific papers in the field of global liver diseases published by Chinese scholars that were retracted for diverse reasons from the Retraction Watch database, so as to provide a reference to publishing-related papers. Methods: The Retraction Watch database was retrieved for retracted papers in the field of global liver disease published by Chinese scholars from March 1, 2008 to January 28, 2021. The regional distribution, source journals, reasons for retraction, publication and retraction times, and others were analyzed. Results: A total of 101 retracted papers that were distributed across 21 provinces/cities were retrieved. Zhejiang area (n = 17) had the most retracted papers, followed by Shanghai (n = 14), and Beijing (n = 11). The vast majority were research papers (n = 95). The journal PLoS One had the highest number of retracted papers. In terms of time distribution, 2019 (n = 36) had the most retracted papers. 23 papers, accounting for 8.3% of all retractions, were retracted owing to journal or publisher concerns. Liver cancer (34%), liver transplantation (16%), hepatitis (14%), and others were the main areas of retracted papers. Conclusion: Chinese scholars have a large number of retracted articles in the field of global liver diseases. A journal or publisher chooses to retract a manuscript after investigating and discovering more flawed problems, which, however, require further support, revision, and supervision from the editorial and academic circles.

Abstract
AIM To establish and verify a 2-[18F]-fluoro-2-deoxy-d-glucose (FDG) positron-emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT)-based radiomics nomogram to predict mediastinal lymph node metastasis (LNM) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients preoperatively. MATERIALS AND METHODS This retrospective study enrolled 155 NSCLC patients (primary cohort, n=93; validation cohort, n=62). For each patient, 2,704 radiomic features were extracted from the primary lung cancer regions. Four procedures including the Mann-Whitney U-test, Spearman's correlation analysis, minimum redundancy-maximum relevance (mRMR), and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) binary logistic regression were utilised for determining essential features and establishing a radiomics signature. After that, a nomogram was established. The nomogram's potential was assessed based on its discrimination, calibration, and clinical usefulness. The radiomics signature and nomogram predictive performances were evaluated with respect to the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), specificity, accuracy, and sensitivity. RESULTS The radiomics signature composed of eight selected features had good discriminatory performance of LNM versus non-LNM groups an AUC of 0.851 and 0.826 in primary and validation cohorts, respectively. The nomogram also indicated good discrimination with an AUC of 0.869 and 0.847 in the primary and validation cohorts, respectively. Furthermore, good calibration was demonstrated utilising the nomogram. CONCLUSIONS An 18F-FDG PET/CT-based radiomics nomogram that integrates the radiomics signature and age was promoted to predict mediastinal LNM within NSCLC patients, which could potentially facilitate individualised therapy for mediastinal LNM before treatment. The nomogram was beneficial in clinical practice, as illustrated by decision curve analysis.

Abstract
There is limited information is known about the composition difference of the gut microbiota in patients with constipation and healthy controls. Here, the faecal 16S rRNA fastq sequence data of microbiota from the publicly available American Gut Project (AGP) were analysed. The tendency score matching (PSM) method was used to match in a 1:1 manner to control for confounding factors age, gender, body mass index (BMI), and country. A total of 524 participants including 262 patients with constipation and 262 healthy controls were included in this analysis. The richness and evenness of the gut microbiota in the constipation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The dominant genera in the constipation group include Escherichia_Shigella, Pseudomonas, and Citrobacter. The dominant genera in the control group include Faecalibacterium, Prevotella, Roseburia, Clostridium_XlVa, and Blautia. The abundance of three butyrate production-related pathways were significantly higher in the constipation group than in the control groups. There was no significant difference in the diversity and gut microbiota composition in patients with constipation at different ages. In conclusion, patients with constipation showed gut microbiota and butyrate metabolism dysbiosis. This dysbiosis might provide a reference for the diagnosis and clinical therapy of diseases.

Abstract
We present improved germanium-based constraints on sub-GeV dark matter via dark matter-electron (χ-e) scattering using the 205.4 kg·day dataset from the CDEX-10 experiment. Using a novel calculation technique, we attain predicted χ-e scattering spectra observable in high-purity germanium detectors. In the heavy mediator scenario, our results achieve 3 orders of magnitude of improvement for m_{χ} larger than 80 MeV/c^{2} compared to previous germanium-based χ-e results. We also present the most stringent χ-e cross-section limit to date among experiments using solid-state detectors for m_{χ} larger than 90 MeV/c^{2} with heavy mediators and m_{χ} larger than 100 MeV/c^{2} with electric dipole coupling. The result proves the feasibility and demonstrates the vast potential of a new χ-e detection method with high-purity germanium detectors in ultralow radioactive background.

Abstract
A search for exotic dark matter (DM) in the sub-GeV mass range has been conducted using 205 kg day data taken from a p-type point contact germanium detector of the CDEX-10 experiment at China's Jinping underground laboratory. New low-mass dark matter searching channels, neutral current fermionic DM absorption (χ+A→ν+A) and DM-nucleus 3→2 scattering (χ+χ+A→ϕ+A), have been analyzed with an energy threshold of 160 eVee. No significant signal was found; thus new limits on the DM-nucleon interaction cross section are set for both models at the sub-GeV DM mass region. A cross section limit for the fermionic DM absorption is set to be 2.5×10^{-46} cm^{2} (90% C.L.) at DM mass of 10 MeV/c^{2}. For the DM-nucleus 3→2 scattering scenario, limits are extended to DM mass of 5 and 14 MeV/c^{2} for the massless dark photon and bound DM final state, respectively.

Abstract
An exciplex with significant thermally activated delayed fluorescence properties was realized, comprising diphenyl-[3'-(1-phenyl-1H-phenanthro[9,10-d]imidazol-2-yl)-biphenyl-4-yl]-amine as a donor and 2,4,6-tris[3-(diphenylphosphinyl)phenyl]-1,3,5-triazine as an acceptor. A very small energy difference between the singlet and triplet levels and a large rate constant of the reverse intersystem crossing were attained simultaneously, contributing to the efficient upconversion of triplet excitons from the triplet state to the singlet state and thermally activated delayed fluorescence emission. A high-efficiency organic light-emitting device based on the exciplex was fabricated, which exhibited a maximum current efficiency, power efficiency, external quantum efficiency, and exciton utilization efficiency of 23.1 cd/A, 24.2 lm/W, 7.32%, and 54%, respectively. The efficiency roll-off of the exciplex-based device was slight, as illustrated by a large critical current density of 34.1 mA/cm2. This efficiency roll-off was ascribed to triplet-triplet annihilation, as confirmed by the triplet-triplet annihilation model. We proved the high binding energy of the excitons and excellent charge confinement within the exciplex by performing transient electroluminescence measurements.

Abstract
Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors are novel treatment approaches for psoriasis. However, there is no direct comparison of JAK inhibitors in plaque psoriasis. In order to compare the efficacy and safety of JAK inhibitors in psoriasis, we conducted a network meta-analysis using eligible randomized clinical trials (RCTs). The efficacy of JAK inhibitors was evaluated using a 75% improvement in Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI75) from baseline, and the proportion of patients achieving the Physician's Global Assessment (PGA) response. The incidence of treatment-related adverse events (AEs) was also assessed. A total of eight RCTs with tofacitinib, peficitinib, solcitinib, baricitinib, abrocitinib and deucravacitinib were included. A total of 3612 participants who were diagnosed with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis were analysed. Overall, JAK inhibitors showed superior PASI75 response over placebo at both 8 and 12 weeks. Among all included JAK inhibitors, tofacitinib 15 mg twice a day (BID) had the highest probability of achieving PASI75 at both 8 and 12 weeks (SUCRA = 0.938 and 0.937, separately), followed by tofacitinib 10 mg BID (SUCRA = 0.905 and 0.908, separately) and deucravacitinib 12 mg once daily (QD) (SUCRA = 0.874 and 0.837, separately). A similar finding was observed for PGA response. Safety assessment showed that all JAK inhibitors had non-inferior safety compared with placebo, except for deucravacitinib 6 mg BID and 12 mg QD. Tofacitinib 2 mg BID was the first-ranked drug for safety profile followed by deucravacitinib 3 mg QD, and tofacitinib 5 mg BID. When comprehensively evaluated the efficacy and safety, tofacitinib (2 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg BID) was superior to other included JAK inhibitors with satisfying PASI75 and PGA response, as well as relatively low incidence of AEs. Our study confirmed that JAK inhibitors had promising treatment efficacy for moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Tofacitinib showed superior efficacy and safety over peficitinib, solcitinib, baricitinib, abrocitinib and deucravacitinib.

Abstract
Aim: To identify epigenetic alterations of differentially expressed genes and screen out targeted therapeutic drugs in endometriosis. Methods: Based on the Gene Expression Omnibus database and a series of biological information analysis tools, supplemented by validation of clinical samples, aberrant DNA methylation-driven genes and their functions were explored, as well as possible targeted drugs. Results: This study screened out a range of DNA methylation-driven genes that were associated with powerful properties and corresponding pathways. Among them, BDNF and CCL2 were key genes in the development of endometriosis. Four chemical agents have been flagged as potential treatments for endometriosis. Conclusion: These candidate genes and small-molecule agents may be further explored as potential targets and drugs for endometriosis diagnosis and therapy, respectively.

Abstract
The process of atmospheric pollutants traceability based on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is affected by many factors that can impact and increase the complexity of the traceability of atmospheric pollutants. In this study, we proposed a new algorithm called the fuzzy control traceability (FCT) to track odor plumes. Our proposed algorithm combined the characteristics and fuzzy control of the UAV and designed a controller based on the actual environment of the UAV. The fuzzy controller fuzzed the input gas concentration information, established fuzzy control rules by imitating human brain thinking, and outputted the turning angle and the move length according to rules, thus realizing intelligent tracking of the odor plume by the UAV. We compared the FCT algorithm with the bio-inspired "ZigZag" algorithm to validate its performance. Various concentration fields were constructed, and ten sets of experiments are performed using the two algorithms in different concentration fields. The average success rate of the FCT algorithm under different concentration fields was 95.4% higher than that of the ZigZag algorithm.Implications: Fuzzy control logic is applied to the field of air pollutant traceability of drones, and a single drone traceability algorithm based on fuzzy control is proposed; and in view of the shortcomings of a single traceability subject in the traceability, multiple traceability subjects are introduced to optimize fuzzy control.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effects of exercise intervention on musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) in nursing staff. Methods: In september 2021, we searched the articles on exercise intervention for nurses with musculoskeletal diseases in Embase, PubMed, ClinicalTrails, Wanfang, CNKI and other databases in September 2021, and the search period was from database creation to August 2021. The quality of article was evaluated by Cochrane bias risk assessment tool and MINORS. The systematic review method with narrative synthesis was used to analyze the research results. Results: A total of 7 studies were included, including 6 randomized controlled trials and 1 quasi-experiment. The sample size of the experimental group was 276, and the control group was 273. Depending on the type of exercise intervention, muscle strength training, muscle strength training+stretch/flexibility training, Back School program can reduce the local pain of nursing staff. Among them, muscle strength training can improve the nursing staff's muscle function and quality of life, muscle strength training+stretching/flexibility training can increase muscle strength, range of physical activity and self-efficacy, the Back School program is effective for improving poor posture. Conclusion: Exercise intervention is effective on controlling musculoskeletal disorder symptoms in nursing staff, managers can develop exercise strategies for different MSD symptoms.

Abstract
Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) is now the most prevalent orbital disease in adults, with a complex pathophysiology and a wide range of clinical symptoms. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the research on the treatment of TAO. Periorbital steroid injections are considered a precise local treatment and can improve ocular symptoms with minor side effects. However, there is no standardized orbital injection protocol in China, resulting in increased complications. Therefore, it is essential to standardize periorbital steroid injections in treating TAO.

Abstract
Abstract
Background
Radiotherapy and surgery are the standard treatments for lung cancer brain metastases (BMs). However, limitted studies focused on the treatments for patients with lung cancer BMs with poor prognosis factors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of radiotherapy and surgery in patients with lung cancer BMs with poor prognosis factors, providing reference for clinical strategies.
Material and Methods
We analyzed retrospectively 714 patients with lung cancer BMs. A 1:1 propensity score matching (PSM) was performed to balance potential confounders. Analyses of overall survival (OS) and risk factors for OS were assessed by log-rank test and Cox proportional hazard model.
Results
Age ≥65 years, Karnofsky Performance Scale (KPS) score ≤70, anaplastic large-cell lymphoma kinase (ALK)/epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) wild type, extracranial metastases, non-surgery and non-radiotherapy led to poor prognosis. Patients were stratified according to these factors. Radiotherapy and surgery showed no survival benefit in patients with aged ≥65 years or pretreatment KPS score ≤70 before and after PSM. Before PSM, whole brain radiotherapy (WBRT) improved the OS and predicted good prognosis in patients with ALK/EGFR wild type or extracranial metastases. WBRT also predicted good prognosis in patients with non-surgery. Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) improved the OS and predicted good prognosis in patients with ALK/EGFR wild type or non-surgery. WBRT plus SRS improved the OS and predicted good prognosis in patients with extracranial metastases or non-surgery. WBRT plus SRS also predicted good prognosis in patients with ALK/EGFR wild type. Surgery improved the OS and predicted good prognosis in patients with non-radiotherapy. After PSM, SRS improved the OS and predicted good prognosis in patients with non-surgery. WBRT plus SRS improved the OS and predicted good prognosis in patients with non-surgery or extracranial metastases. WBRT plus SRS also predicted good prognosis in patients with ALK/EGFR wild type. Surgery improved the OS of patients with non-radiotherapy. We defined that the treatment would provide significant survival benefit if it both prolonged the OS and predicted good prognosis. Meanwhile, the results after PSM were more convincing than the results before PSM.
Conclusion
Radiotherapy has significant survival benefit in patients with lung cancer BMs with poor prognosis factors, including patients with ALK/EGFR wild type or extracranial metastases or non-surgery. Surgery only has significant survival benefit in patients with non-radiotherapy.

Abstract
The first study of the angular distribution of μ^{+}μ^{-} pairs produced in the forward rapidity region via the Drell-Yan reaction pp→γ^{*}/Z+X→ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-}+X is presented, using data collected with the LHCb detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.1 fb^{-1}. The coefficients of the five leading terms in the angular distribution are determined as a function of the dimuon transverse momentum and rapidity. The results are compared to various theoretical predictions of the Z-boson production mechanism and can also be used to probe transverse-momentum-dependent parton distributions within the proton.

Abstract
Background Endometriosis is one of the most common gynecological diseases, and seriously reduces the quality of life of patients. However, the pathogenesis of this disease is unclear. Therefore, more studies are needed to elucidate its pathogenesis. Our previous publication found that the Sonic Hedgehog (SHH) signaling pathway was activated in endometriosis. This study tested whether SHH signaling in endometrial stromal cells (ESCs) was critical for the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods To examine the effect of inhibiting the SHH signaling pathway on endometriosis, we first isolated ESCs from eutopic endometrial tissues of patients with or without endometriosis and identified the extracted cells by morphological observation and immunofluorescence. Then, we treated ESCs with the GLI inhibitor GANT61 and used CCK-8, wound healing and invasion assays to detect cell activities, such as proliferation, invasion and metastasis. Furthermore, we detected the expression of key proteins and proliferation markers of the SHH signaling pathway in the lesions of nude mice using immunochemistry. Results We demonstrated that higher concentrations of GANT61 decreased the proliferation rate and migration distance of ESCs. We observed that GANT61 inhibited the invasion of ESCs. In addition, blockage of the SHH signaling pathway significantly reduced cell proliferation in vitro. Conclusions Our study suggested that inhibition of the SHH pathway is involved in cell proliferation and invasive growth in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.

Abstract
With manufacturing going through the Industry 4.0 revolution, a vast amount of data and information exchange leads to an increase in complexity of digitized manufacturing systems. To tackle such complexity, one solution is to design and operate a digital twin model under different levels of abstraction, with different levels of detail, according to the available information and scope of the model. To support efficient, coherent and stable information flows between models with different levels of detail, a mathematical structure, called a delta lens, has been explored and developed to support rigorous bidirectional transitions between the models. To support different types of abstractions in manufacturing, a hybrid delta lens has been proposed and its formal representation is developed to support the generalization of its structure and properties. Benefits of the proposed hybrid delta lenses are demonstrated through an application to an industrial case to support the modelling of an automatic, high-throughput assembly line.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the role of vasohibin-2 (VASH2) in regulation of proliferation and metastasis of cervical cancer cells. METHODS We analyzed the differentially expressed genes between cervical cancer cells with flotillin-1 overexpression and knockdown by RNA-seq combined with analysis of public databases. The expression levels of VASH2 were examined in normal cervical epithelial cells (HcerEpic), cervical cancer cell lines (HeLa, C-33A, Ca ski, SiHa and MS751) and fresh cervical cancer tissues with different lymph node metastasis status. We further tested the effects of lentivirus-mediated overexpression and interference of VASH2 on proliferation, migration, invasion and lymphatic vessel formation of the cervical cancer cells and detected the expression levels of key epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers and TGF-β mRNA. RESULTS RNA-seq and analysis of public databases showed that VASH2 expression was significantly upregulated in cervical cancer cells exogenously overexpressing flotillin-1 (P < 0.05) and downregulated in cells with flotillin-1 knockdown (P < 0.05), and was significantly higher in cervical cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis than in those without lymph node metastasis (P < 0.01). In cervical cancer cell lines Ca Ski, SiHa, and MS751 and cervical cancer tissue specimens with lymph node metastasis, VASH2 expression was also significantly upregulated as compared with HcerEpic cells and cervical cancer tissues without lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). Exogenous overexpression of VASH2 significantly promoted proliferation, migration, invasion and lymphatic vessel formation of cervical cancer cells, whereas these abilities were significantly inhibited in cells with VASH2 knockdown (P < 0.05). The cervical cancer cells overexpressing VASH2 showed significant down- regulation of e-cadherin and up- regulation of N-cadherin, Vimentin and VEGF-C, while the reverse changes were detected in cells with VASH2 knockdown (P < 0.05). TGF-β mRNA expression was significantly up-regulated in cervical cancer cells overexpressing VASH2 and down-regulated in cells with VASH2 knockdown (P < 0.001). CONCLUSION Flotillin-1 may participate in TGF-β signaling pathway-mediated EMT through its down-stream target gene VASH2 to promote the proliferation, migration, invasion and lymphatic vessel formation of cervical cancer cells in vitro.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the epidemiology, characteristics and risk factors of functional constipation (FC) in children aged 0-4 years in Xi'an. Methods: From October, 2020 to June, 2021, a prevalence survey was conducted among 2 615 children aged 0-4 years in Xi'an by group sampling. The related factors of FC were investigated by questionnaire designed based on Rome Ⅳ diagnostic criteria.The children were divided into FC group and non-FC group. The prevalence, symptoms and signs of FC were analyzed, and its risk factors were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression. Results: A total of 2 985 valid questionnaires were handed out, and 2 711 (90.8%) were received back. A total of 2 615 questionnaires were valid, with an effective rate of 96.5%. There were 1 338 males (51.2%) and 1 277 females (48.8%). There were 260 cases in FC group and 2 355 cases in non-FC group. The prevalence of FC in children aged 0-4 years in Xi 'an was 10.6%.There were significant differences in FC prevalence among children of different ages and sex (χ2=14.58,4.39, both P<0.05), but not in urban or rural residence (χ2=3.29, P=0.070). The main symptoms of FC group in the last month were large-diameter feces (73.5%, 191/260), painful defecation or dry and hard defecation (65.8%, 171/260). In the last month, FC group had higher incidences of the Bristol type 1, 2 and 3 stool, fecal retention, prolonged defecation, abdominal pain and incomplete defecation compared with non-FC group, with statistical significance (all P<0.05). Parental history of childhood constipation (OR=2.13, 95%CI 1.55-2.92), fever in the last month (OR=1.86, 95%CI 1.32-2.63), history of constipation (OR=3.24, 95%CI 2.46-4.26) and taking probiotics in the last month (OR=1.45, 95%CI 1.11-1.91) were risk factors of FC in children aged 0-4 years. Stratified with age, the results showed that complementary feeding earlier than 5 months of age or later than 6 months of age (OR=2.42, 95%CI 1.13-5.20), dry stools during the complementary feeding (OR=11.27, 95%CI 5.15-24.66), history of constipation (OR=2.29, 95%CI 1.23-4.29) and taking probiotics in the last month (OR=1.88, 95%CI 1.10-3.23) were risk factors of FC in children aged 0-<1 year, and breastfeeding (OR=0.53, 95%CI 0.29-0.94) was a protective factor of FC in children aged 0-<1 year. Family members' recent constipation history (OR=2.02, 95%CI 1.06-3.85) and past history of constipation (OR=3.06, 95%CI 1.74-5.38) were FC risk factors for children aged 1-<2 years. Parental history of childhood constipation (OR=3.12, 95%CI 2.00-4.85), frequency of eating vegetables less than 3 times per week (OR=3.28, 95%CI 2.00-5.38), history of constipation (OR=3.66, 95%CI 2.42-5.53) and taking antibiotics in the last month (OR=1.65, 95%CI 1.06-2.55) were risk factors for FC in children aged 2-4 years. Conclusions: FC in children aged 0-4 years in Xi'an is mainly manifested with large-diameter feces and painful defecation or dry and hard defecation in the last month. It is associated with a variety of risk factors, which are different in different age groups.

Abstract
Background The cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated molecules-4 (CTLA-4) is related to the relapse of Graves' disease (GD) after anti-thyroid drugs (ATDs) withdrawal. We performed a meta-analysis to generate large-scale evidence on whether the CTLA-4 exon 1+49A/G polymorphism can predict the relapse of GD after ATDs withdrawal. Methods and Results The PubMed, EMBASE,the Cochrane Library and reference lists of relevant studies were searched to identify eligible studies from inception to Jan, 2021. Ten eligible studies consisting of 1450 GD patients with a total of 848 relapsed patients were included in the meta-analysis.In Caucasians patients, the CTLA-4 exon 1+49A/G polymorphism significantly elevated the relapse risk of GD in additive (OR = 2.07, 95% CI: 1.18-3.62, P=0.011), dominant (OR = 2.52, 95% CI: 1.17-5.41, P=0.02), homozygote model(OR = 3.264, 95% CI: 1.25-8.52, P=0.016), except recessive (OR = 2.18, 95% CI = 0.98-4.86, P = 0.062) and heterozygote model (OR = 2.141, 95% CI = 0.958-4.786, P = 0.064). In Asian subgroup, none of these genotypes show any associations with the relapse of GD after ATDs withdrawal. Conclusion This meta-analysis suggests that the CTLA-4 exon1 +49A/G polymorphism is associated with the relapse risk of GD after ATDs withdrawal in Caucasians, not Asians. Compared with the AA genotype, Caucasian patients with GG genotype have 3.264 times risk of relapse. A more aggressive treatment such as radioactive iodine or thyroidectomy, or longer periods treatment of ATDs should be recommended in Caucasian patients with the GG genotype.

Abstract
The first full angular analysis and an updated measurement of the decay-rate CP asymmetry of the D^{0}→π^{+}π^{-}μ^{+}μ^{-} and D^{0}→K^{+}K^{-}μ^{+}μ^{-} decays are reported. The analysis uses proton-proton collision data collected with the LHCb detector at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. The dataset corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1}. The full set of CP -averaged angular observables and their CP asymmetries are measured as a function of the dimuon invariant mass. The results are consistent with expectations from the standard model and with CP symmetry.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) is the main cause of death from ischemic heart diseases. Stanniocalcin 1 (STC1) has a potential therapeutic effect on MIRI. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of STC1 on inflammation and apoptosis of myocardium in MIRI. MATERIALS AND METHODS We used rats to make ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) models and determined the efficiency of modeling by 2, 3, 5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride staining, echocardiography, and lactate dehydrogenase detection. We injected subcutaneously recombinant human STC1 (2.5 μg/kg, 5 μg/kg) into rats daily one week before modeling to detect the effect of STC1 pretreatment on inflammation and apoptosis of rat myocardial cells. In addition, we cultured rat myocardial cell lines (H9c2 cells) to investigate the effect of STC1 on myocardial cells. RESULTS The cardiac function and structure of I/R rats were obviously destroyed. After treating rats with STC1, we found that the cardiac function and structure of the rats were significantly improved. In addition, STC1 reduced the expression of inflammatory factors and apoptosis levels in rat myocardium. Stimulation of STC1 also improved the viability of H9c2 cells in vitro. CONCLUSIONS Therefore, STC1 can alleviate MIRI by inhibiting inflammation and apoptosis. It indicated that STC1 may have a potential therapeutic effect on MIRI.

Abstract
Tests of lepton universality in B^{0}→K_{S}^{0}ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-} and B^{+}→K^{*+}ℓ^{+}ℓ^{-} decays where ℓ is either an electron or a muon are presented. The differential branching fractions of B^{0}→K_{S}^{0}e^{+}e^{-} and B^{+}→K^{*+}e^{+}e^{-} decays are measured in intervals of the dilepton invariant mass squared. The measurements are performed using proton-proton collision data recorded by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1} . The results are consistent with the standard model and previous tests of lepton universality in related decay modes. The first observation of B^{0}→K_{S}^{0}e^{+}e^{-} and B^{+}→K^{*+}e^{+}e^{-} decays is reported.

Abstract
The first observation of the semileptonic b-baryon decay Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ}, with a significance of 6.1σ, is reported using a data sample corresponding to 3 fb^{-1} of integrated luminosity, collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV at the LHC. The τ^{-} lepton is reconstructed in the hadronic decay to three charged pions. The ratio K=B(Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ})/B(Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}π^{-}π^{+}π^{-}) is measured to be 2.46±0.27±0.40, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The branching fraction B(Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ})=(1.50±0.16±0.25±0.23)% is obtained, where the third uncertainty is from the external branching fraction of the normalization channel Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}π^{-}π^{+}π^{-}. The ratio of semileptonic branching fractions R(Λ_{c}^{+})≡B(Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}τ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{τ})/B(Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}μ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ}) is derived to be 0.242±0.026±0.040±0.059, where the external branching fraction uncertainty from the channel Λ_{b}^{0}→Λ_{c}^{+}μ^{-}ν[over ¯]_{μ} contributes to the last term. This result is in agreement with the standard model prediction.

Abstract
Felines have significant advantages in terms of sports energy efficiency and flexibility compared with other animals, especially in terms of jumping and landing. The biomechanical characteristics of a feline (cat) landing from different heights can provide new insights into bionic robot design based on research results and the needs of bionic engineering. The purpose of this work was to investigate the adaptive motion adjustment strategy of the cat landing using a machine learning algorithm and finite element analysis (FEA). In a bionic robot, there are considerations in the design of the mechanical legs. (1) The coordination mechanism of each joint should be adjusted intelligently according to the force at the bottom of each mechanical leg. Specifically, with the increase in force at the bottom of the mechanical leg, the main joint bearing the impact load gradually shifts from the distal joint to the proximal joint; (2) the hardness of the materials located around the center of each joint of the bionic mechanical leg should be strengthened to increase service life; (3) the center of gravity of the robot should be lowered and the robot posture should be kept forward as far as possible to reduce machine wear and improve robot operational accuracy.

Abstract
Endometriosis is a benign gynecological disease sharing several features with malignant tumor. Cytoplasmic polyadenylation element-binding protein 3 (CPEB3), a potential target of miR-21-5p, is downregulated in endometriotic specimens. However, the function of CPEB3 in endometriosis is elusive. In this study, in cultured primary human endometrial stromal cells (ESCs), the overexpression and inhibition of CPEB3 were achieved by transduction of adenovirus-mediated CPEB3 overexpressed plasmid and shRNA, respectively. Functional analysis uncovered that upregulated CPEB3 reduced cell viability and arrested cell cycle entry. The expression of cyclin D1 and c-Myc was decreased after CPEB3 overexpression. Overexpression of CPEB3 facilitated ESC apoptotic potential, accompanied by increased Bax, cleaved-caspase 3 and cleaved-caspase 9, and reduced Bcl2. Moreover, elevated CPEB3 weakened migration and invasion abilities of ESCs. CPEB3 overexpression also reduced the expression of fibronectin and vimentin and the activities of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9 and MMP-2. Interestingly, these effects were counteracted by CPEB3 inhibition. Furthermore, CPEB3 controlled the protein level of CXCL12, a homeostatic chemokine. CXCL12 elevation partially reversed the effects of CPEB3 on inhibiting ESC proliferation, migration and invasion, and promoting apoptosis. Based on these findings, it seems possible that CPEB3, as a critical player, attenuated the progression of endometriosis through repressing CXCL12 expression.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical characteristics of biliary obstruction patients with Clonorchis sinensis infections, so as to provide insights into the clinical diagnosis and therapy of this comorbidity. METHODS A total of 45 biliary obstruction patients with C. sinensis infections that were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from October 2012 to September 2019 were enrolled, and 45 patients with biliary obstruction alone at the hospital during the same study period were recruited as controls. Univariate analysis was performed to analyze the epidemiological characteristics, clinical manifestations, laboratory examination results and imaging manifestations related to C. sinensis infection, and the statistically significant univariate was used as an independent variable for multivariate logistic regression analysis. RESULTS Compared with biliary obstruction alone, males (91.11% vs. 46.67%; χ2 = 20.737, P < 0.01) and rural areas (62.22% vs. 22.22%; χ2 = 14.757, P < 0.01) showed a significantly higher proportion in biliary obstruction patients with C. sinensis infections. The major clinical symptoms involved in had jaundice (45 cases, 100%) and abdominal pain (40 cases, 88.89%) in C. sinensis-infected patients. Logistic regression analysis showed that males [odds ratio (OR) = 10.717, 95% confidential interval (CI): (2.571, 44.662)] and drinking alcohol [OR = 4.474, 95% CI: (1.019, 19.642)] were risk factors for biliary obstruction patients with C. sinensis infections, while living in city [OR = 0.128, 95% CI: (0.038, 0.435)] was a protective factor. Additionally, in biliary obstruction patients with C. sinensis infections, lower total bilirubin (Z = -2.566, P <0.05) and direct bilirubin (Z = -3.454, P <0.05), higher indirect bilirubin (Z = -3.821, P < 0.05), thickening of the bile duct wall and dilatation of the intrahepatic bile duct were detected. CONCLUSIONS A comprehensive diagnosis requires to be made based on clinical symptoms, laboratory and imaging examinations, in order to improve the diagnosis of biliary obstruction patients with C. sinensis infections.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the prevalence of chronic cough, chronic expectoration and dyspnea and related factors in residents aged ≥40 years in China, and provide basic data for the prevention and control of chronic respiratory diseases. Methods: Data were from 2014-2015 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease surveillance in China. The information about chronic respiratory symptoms were collected by face-to-face interview. The prevalence rates of chronic cough, chronic expectoration, dyspnea and chronic respiratory symptoms and their 95%CI were estimated with complex sampling weights. Results: A total of 75 082 subjects were included in the analysis. The prevalence rates of chronic cough, chronic expectoration, dyspnea and chronic respiratory symptoms in the Chinese aged ≥40 years were 3.75% (95%CI: 3.38%-4.11%), 5.83% (95%CI: 5.40%-6.26%), 2.45% (95%CI: 2.02%-2.87%) and 8.93% (95%CI: 8.25%-9.62%), respectively. The prevalence rates of chronic cough, chronic expectoration, dyspnea and chronic respiratory symptoms in patients with chronic respiratory diseases were relatively higher, which were 10.27%, 13.85%, 6.43%, 20.72% respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, region, education level, occupation, BMI, family history of respiratory diseases, history of severe respiratory infections in childhood, exposure to dust or chemicals in workplace and smoking status affected the prevalence of chronic cough, chronic expectoration and dyspnea. The prevalence of the three types of chronic respiratory symptoms increased significantly with age, which were higher in western region, smokers and underweight/obese subjects. The three prevalence rates mentioned above were higher in those with a history of severe respiratory infection in childhood, those exposed to biomass fuel in household, and those exposed to dust or chemicals in workplace. Conclusions: The prevalence rate of chronic respiratory symptoms was high in residents aged ≥40 years in China. Many factors affected the prevalence of chronic respiratory symptoms. Comprehensive prevention and control measures targeting risk factors should be taken to reduce the burden of chronic respiratory diseases.

Abstract
Photodynamic therapy (PDT), which utilizes light excite photosensitizers (PSs) to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS) and consequently ablate cancer cells or diseased tissue, has attracted a great deal of attention in the last decades due to its unique advantages. However, the advancement of PDT is restricted by the inherent characteristics of PS and tumor microenvironment (TME). It is urgent to explore high-performance PSs with TME regulation capability and subsequently improve the therapeutic outcomes. Herein, we reported a newly engineered PS of polymer encapsulated carbonized hemin nanoparticles (P-CHNPs) via a facile synthesis procedure for boosting photodynamic anticancer therapy. Solvothermal treatment of hemin enabled the synthesized P-CHNPs to enhance oxidative stress in TME, which could be further amplified under light irradiation. Excellent in vitro and in vivo PDT effects were achieved due to the improved ROS (hydroxyl radicals and singlet oxygen) generation efficiency, hypoxia relief, and glutathione depletion. Moreover, the superior in vitro and in vivo biocompatibility and boosted PDT effect make the P-CHNPs a potential therapeutic agent for future translational research.

Abstract
Metal halide perovskite (MHP) nanocrystals (NCs) have shown promising application in photocatalytic CO2 reduction, but their activities are still largely restrained by severe charge recombination and narrow solar spectrum response. Assembly of heterojunctions can be beneficial to the charge separation in MHPs while the assembly process usually brings native interfacial defects, impeding efficient charge separation between two materials. Herein, an in-situ generation strategy was developed to prepare CsPbBr3 /WO3 heterojunction, using WO3 nanosheets (NSs) as growing substrate for the growth of CsPbBr3 NCs. The developed CsPbBr3 /WO3 heterojunction exhibited a high-quality interface, greatly facilitating charge transfer between two semiconductors. The hybrid photocatalyst displayed an excellent activity toward CO2 reduction, which was about 7-fold higher than pristine CsPbBr3 NCs and 3.5-fold higher than their assembled counterparts. The experimental results and theoretical simulations revealed that a Z-scheme mechanism with a favorable internal electric field was responsible for the good performance of CsPbBr3 /WO3 heterojunction. By using O-defective WO3 NSs as a near-infrared (NIR) light absorber, the CsPbBr3 /WO3 heterojunction could harvest NIR light and showed an impressive activity toward CO2 reduction. This work demonstrates a new strategy to design MHP-based heterojunctions by synergistically considering the interface quality, charge transfer mode, interfacial electric field, and light response range between two semiconductors.

Abstract
Cisplatin (CDDP) chemoresistance seriously affects the prognosis and survival of patients with ovarian cancer (OC). Previous research has shown that circular RNA CDR1as is biologically associated with a large number of cancers. However, the molecular mechanism underlying the role of CDR1as in CDDP chemoresistance in OC remains unclear. Here, we investigated the mechanism of CDR1as in CDDP-resistant OC. First, we employed bioinformatics analysis and quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) to determine the expression of CDR1as and related RNAs in CDDP-sensitive and -resistant OC tissues and cells. Then, functional experiments were used to determine cell proliferation, invasion, migration, and apoptosis in CDDP chemoresistance and parent OC cells in vitro. The effect of CDR1as in CDDP chemoresistance OC progression was tested in nude mice in vivo. Moreover, dual-luciferase assays and RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) were performed to confirm the interactions of CDR1as and related RNAs. Finally, we used Western blotting to determine protein expression levels. Our findings interpret the underlying mechanisms of the CDR1as/miR-1299/PPP1R12B axis and shed light on the clinical applications for CDDP-chemoresistant OC.

Background Chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) is a life-threatening disease with a poor prognosis if left untreated. Pulmonary endarterectomy is the standard treatment for CTEPH, but around 40% of CTEPH patients are non-eligible for surgery.
Purpose To investigate the efficacy and safety of refined balloon pulmonary angioplasty (BPA) for inoperable CTEPH in a prospective multicenter registry from China.
Methods We conducted a prospective multicenter cohort study using the data from National Rare Disease Registry System of China. Total 140 consecutive patients with inoperable CTEPH who completed BPA between Jan 2016 and Dec 2020 were enrolled. The key efficacy outcomes were changes from baseline to re-evaluation in mean pulmonary arterial pressure, pulmonary vascular resistance, and six-minute walking distance. The safety outcomes were procedure-related complications. The survival outcome was all-cause mortality.
Results Among the 140 patients who completed BPA, the mean age at diagnosis was 58 ± 14 years and 60.0% were female. At re-evaluation, the least-squares mean change from baseline was -18.3 mm Hg (95% confidence interval [CI], -19.9 to -16.6, P < 0.001) in mean pulmonary arterial pressure, -5.3 Wood U (95% CI, -5.9 to -4.6, P < 0.001) in pulmonary vascular resistance, and 87 meters (95% CI, 74 to 101, P < 0.001) in six-minute walking distance. BPA procedure-related complications occurred in 109 of 650 BPA sessions (16.8%), but severe complications requiring noninvasive positive pressure ventilation only occurred in 4 (0.6%) BPA sessions. During a mean follow-up time of 32 ± 14 months, 4 patients died, including 2 peri-procedural deaths, contributing to the survival rates of 97.8% (95% CI, 93.4 to 99.3) at 1 year and 96.9% (95% CI, 91.9 to 98.8) at 3 and 5 years.

Abstract
This study aimed to observe the efficacy and safety of canagliflozin in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy (DN) and investigate its effect in reducing urinary protein levels. A total of 132 patients with DN and normal renal function (estimated glomerular filtration rate >60 ml/min/1.73 m2) combined with urine albumin/creatinine ratio (UACR) no less than 30 mg/g were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 66 cases in each group. Irbesartan treatment was administered to the control group based on conventional treatment, while a combination of canagliflozin and irbesartan was given to the observation group based on conventional treatment. The changes in blood glucose, blood pressure, body weight, renal function, and urinary protein were observed in both groups. Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group showed a significant decrease in blood glucose, blood pressure, body weight, and urinary protein starting at week 4 of treatment and continuing until the end of the experiment at week 24 (all P<0.05). Within the observation group, blood glucose, blood pressure, body weight, and urinary protein decreased significantly with 24 weeks of treatment compared with those before the experiment (P<0.01). Patients in the observation group experienced a mild decrease in renal function at week 4, but the function began to gradually recover by week 8 and had returned to the baseline by the end of the study (P<0.05). In conclusion: canagliflozin has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of early DN. It also lowers urinary protein levels and blood glucose.
