Abstract
Objective: To explore the preoperative evaluation of sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy using contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in early breast cancer patients and the involved disturbing factors. Methods: Eighty-three female early breast cancer patients who underwent concurrent surgery in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University between January 2017 and May 2018 were enrolled. CEUS was used to seek SLN and determine lymph node metastasis after signature of preoperative informed consent. Rapid pathological examination was used to determine whether metastasis existed in SLN. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, the differences between CEUS and pathological results, and the involved disturbing factors were evaluated. Results: A total of 212 SLNs were detected by CEUS and SLN biopsy with an average of 2.6 SLNs detected per patient, including 39 SLNs with cancer metastasis (18.4%) and 173 SLNs without cancer metastasis (81.6%). Among the 83 patients, 29 patients were predicted SLN-positive preoperatively utilizing CEUS (including 21 cases with SLN pathological metastasis and 8 cases with non-metastasis), 54 patients were predicted SLN-negative (including 5 cases with SLN pathological metastasis and 49 cases with non-metastasis). The preoperative evaluation of SLN utilizing CEUS were performed with a sensitivity of 80.8% (21/26), specificity of 86.0% (49/57), positive predictive value of 72.4% (21/29), and negative predictive value of 90.7% (49/54), positive likelihood ratio of 5.75, negative likelihood ratio of 0.22, and the accuracy of 84.3% (70/83), respectively. The area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.834 (95% CI: 0.736-0.906). The primary tumor mean size of SLN-negative group predicted preoperatively utilizing CEUS was (1.78±0.14) cm, and that of the SLN positive group was (2.64±0.19) cm. The difference between the two groups was (0.86±0.24) cm with statistical significance (P=0.000 6). The SLN mean size of SLN-negative group (141 SLNs) was (1.41±0.05) cm and that of SLN-positive group (71 SLNs) was (1.69±0.07) cm. The difference between the two groups was (0.28±0.09) cm with statistical significance (P=0.002 8). Conclusions: Preoperative CEUS possesses the predictive value for SLN metastasis in early breast cancer. The predicted results may be influenced by the primary tumor size and the SLN size.

Abstract
Epidemiology is a traditional subject mainly based on principles and concepts, and its teaching method needs further improving to meet the requirement of the new trend of education reform. Lecture-based teaching, problem-based teaching, case-based teaching, and internet based teaching, such as flip class, massive open online course and micro-lecture, all have its own unique merits in the practice of epidemiology teaching. So the combination of traditional teaching and online teaching is the most promising mode. "Rain class" , a mixed mode, is an efficient tool to present the epidemiology case more actually in class. Thus, teaching design and application of "rain class" are worth research.

Abstract
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) nucleoside inhibitors display pan-genotypic activity, a high barrier to the selection of resistant virus, and are some of the most potent direct-acting agents with durable sustained virologic response in humans. Herein, we report, the discovery of β-d-2'-Br,2'-F-uridine phosphoramidate diastereomers 27 and 28, as nontoxic pan-genotypic anti-HCV agents. Extensive profiling of these two phosphorous diastereomers was performed to select one for in-depth preclinical profiling. The 5'-triphosphate formed from these phosphoramidates selectively inhibited HCV NS5B polymerase with no inhibition of human polymerases and cellular mitochondrial RNA polymerase up to 100 μM. Both are nontoxic by a variety of measures and display good stability in human blood and favorable metabolism in human intestinal microsomes and liver microsomes. Ultimately, a preliminary oral pharmacokinetics study in male beagles showed that 28 is superior to 27 and is an attractive candidate for further studies to establish its potential value as a new clinical anti-HCV agent.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the prognostic risk factors of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients with pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP), and to establish risk models for predicting early outcome. Methods: The clinical data of 418 AIDS patients with PCP admitted to Department of Infectious Diseases, Beijing You'an Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2008 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into death group and survival group according to clinical outcome during hospitalization.Data of the two groups were collected including general information and laboratory test results.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze risk factors affecting prognosis of patients, establish prognostic models and evaluate predictive value of the model. Results: Of the 418 AIDS patients with PCP, 388 cases were male and 30 cases were female, aged from 5 to 82 years, mean age was (40±12) years. There were 82 patients in the death group and 336 patients in the survival group.Disease course, bacterial infection and alveolar-arterial oxygen pressure difference(P(A-a)O(2)), serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), white blood cell (WBC), neutrophil (N), alanine aminotransferase (AST), urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum potassium (K) were significantly higher in the death group than those in the survival group (all P<0.05), and arterial oxygen pressure (PaO(2)), blood oxygen saturation (SpO(2)), CD4(+) T lymphocyte count, lymphocyte (L) , hemoglobin (Hb), platelet (PLT), albumin (ALB), prealbumin (PALB), cholinesterase (CHE), cholesterol (CHO), serum chlorine (Cl) and serum sodium (Na) were significantly lower in the death group than those in the survival group (all P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that P(A-a)O(2, )ALB, LDH, N and CD4(+) T lymphocyte count were prognostic factors of AIDS complicated with PCP.Prognostic index=9.736+ 0.112×P(A-a)O(2)-0.719×ALB+ 0.006×LDH+ 0.355×N-0.021×CD4.ROC curve of the short-term prognostic model was 0.985 (95%CI 0.977-0.994), with P value 0.000, cut-off value 0.907, sensitivity 92.0% and specificity 98.8%.The mortality rate increased with the increase of equation value. Conclusions: P(A-a)O(2, )ALB, LDH, N and CD4(+) T lymphocyte count are independent risk factors to predict short-term prognosis in these patients. The short-term prognostic model based on independent risk factors is useful in guiding clinical treatment.

Abstract
An effective resistivity relevant to collisionless magnetic reconnection (MR) in plasma is presented. It is based on the argument that pitch angle scattering of electrons in the small electron diffusion region around the X line can lead to an effective, resistivity in collisionless plasma. The effective resistivity so obtained is in the form of a power law of the local plasma and magnetic field parameters. Its validity is confirmed by direct collisionless particle-in-cell (PIC) simulation. The result agrees very well with the resistivity (obtained from available data) of a large number of environments susceptible to MR: from the intergalactic and interstellar to solar and terrestrial to laboratory fusion plasmas. The scaling law can readily be incorporated into existing collisional magnetohydrodynamic simulation codes to investigate collisionless MR, as well as serve as a guide to ab initio theoretical investigations of the collisionless MR process.

Abstract
A set of differential isolates of Magnaporthe oryzae is needed for the postulation of blast resistance genes in numerous rice varieties and breeding materials. In this study, the pathotypes of 1,377 M. oryzae isolates from different regions of China were determined by inoculating detached rice leaves of 24 monogenic lines. Among them, 25 isolates were selected as differential isolates based on the following characteristics: they had distinct responses on the monogenic lines, contained the minimum number of avirulence genes, were stable in pathogenicity and conidiation during consecutive culture, were consistent colony growth rate, and, together, could differentiate combinations of the 24 major blast resistance genes. Seedlings of rice cultivars were inoculated with this differential set of isolates to postulate whether they contain 1 or more than 1 of the 24 blast resistance genes. The results were consistent with those from polymerase chain reaction analysis of target resistance genes. Establishment of a standard set of differential isolates will facilitate breeding for blast resistance and improved management of rice blast disease.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy, bleeding profile and safety of low-dose levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS 8) in Chinese healthy women of childbearing age. Methods: A multi-center, open-label, single-arm clinical trial conducted at 16 centres in China enrolled 773 healthy women of childbearing age (mean age 31.6 years old, range 18 to 40 years old) , who demanded contraception, from April 2006 to June 2013. All women placed LNG-IUS 8 for 3 years and then been followed up at 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 months. The efficacy variables including pregnancy rate and expulsion rate were analyzed using life table, while observing adverse events (AE) to evaluate the safety. The bleeding profile happened during the study was assessed using 90-day reference intervals (World Health Organization criteria) . Results: Eight pregnancies occurred among 773 women, resulting in a overall Pearl index of 0.42 per 100 women years. The 3-year cumulative pregnancy rate was 0.37 per 100 women years and the 3-year cumulative expulsion rate was 1.99 per 100 women years. The number of women with bleeding/spotting reduced and the bleeding/spotting days declined over time. Totally 219 AE were reported related to LNG-IUS 8 placements. The most common AE were vaginal bleeding (8.2%, 63/773) and the ovarian cyst (6.2%, 52/773) . LNG-IUS 8 had an improving effect on dysmenorrhea that the percentage of women with dysmenorrhea as well as the days of dysmenorrhea decreased over time. The percentage of women satisfied or very satisfied with LNG-IUS 8 was 87.2% (622/713) . Conclusion: LNG-IUS 8 is highly effective and safe for Chinese healthy women of childbearing age.

Abstract
Maximized specific loss power and intrinsic loss power approaching theoretical limits for alternating-current (AC) magnetic-field heating of nanoparticles are reported. This is achieved by engineering the effective magnetic anisotropy barrier of nanoparticles via alloying of hard and soft ferrites. 22 nm Co0.03 Mn0.28 Fe2.7 O4 /SiO2 nanoparticles reach a specific loss power value of 3417 W g-1metal at a field of 33 kA m-1 and 380 kHz. Biocompatible Zn0.3 Fe2.7 O4 /SiO2 nanoparticles achieve specific loss power of 500 W g-1metal and intrinsic loss power of 26.8 nHm2 kg-1 at field parameters of 7 kA m-1 and 380 kHz, below the clinical safety limit. Magnetic bone cement achieves heating adequate for bone tumor hyperthermia, incorporating an ultralow dosage of just 1 wt% of nanoparticles. In cellular hyperthermia experiments, these nanoparticles demonstrate high cell death rate at low field parameters. Zn0.3 Fe2.7 O4 /SiO2 nanoparticles show cell viabilities above 97% at concentrations up to 500 µg mL-1 within 48 h, suggesting toxicity lower than that of magnetite.

Abstract
Objective: To explore experience of wound treatment of extremely severe mass burn patients involved in August 2nd Kunshan factory aluminum dust explosion accident. Methods: On August 2nd, 2014, 98 extremely severe burn mass patients involved in August 2nd Kunshan factory aluminum dust explosion accident were admitted to 20 hospitals in China. The patients with complete medical record were enrolled in the study and divided into microskin graft group with 56 patients and Meek skin graft group with 42 patients. Split-thickness skin in area of residual skin were resected to repair wounds of patients in microskin graft group and Meek skin graft group by microskin grafting and Meek miniature skin grafting, respectively. The residual wound size on 28 days post injury and wound infection after skin grafting of patients in the two groups, and position of donor site of all patients were retrospectively analyzed. Data were processed with t test and chi-square test. Results: The size of residual wound of patients in Meek skin graft group on 28 days post injury was (59±13)% total body surface area (TBSA), which was obviously smaller than that in microskin graft group [(70±14)%TBSA, t=4.379, P<0.05]. Twenty-nine patients in microskin graft group and 11 patients in Meek skin graft group suffered from obvious wound infection after skin grafting. Wounds of patients in two groups were repaired with residual skin around wound in head, trunk, groin, armpit, and uncommon donor sites of scrotum (4 patients), vola (10 patients), and toe or finger web (8 patients). Conclusions: Meek skin graft is the first choice for wound repair of extremely severe burn mass patients, with faster wound healing, less wound infection. Uncommon donor sites of scrotum, vola, and toe or finger web can also be used for wound repair in case of lack of skin.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the prevalence of major human parasitic diseases and related factors in Henan province. Methods: This stratified sampling survey was carried out according to the requirement of national survey protocol of major human parasitic diseases, 2014-2015. The prevalence of soil-transmitted helminths infection, taeniasis and intestinal protozoiasis were surveyed in 104 sites selected from 35 counties (districts) and the prevalence of clonorchiasis was surveyed in 62 sites selected from 37 townships. In each survey spot, 250 persons were surveyed. A total of 26 866 persons and 15 893 persons were surveyed. Modified Kato-Katz thick smear was used to detect the eggs of intestinal helminthes. Tube fecal culture was used to identify the species of hookworm. The Enterobius eggs were detected in children aged 3 to 6 years by using adhesive tape. The cyst and trophozoite of intestinal protozoa were examined with physiological saline direct smear method and iodine stain method. Results: The overall infestation rate of intestinal parasites was2.02% in Henan, and the worm infection rate was higher than protozoa infection rate. Fourteen kinds of intestinal parasites were found, including nematode (5 species), trematode (2 species), and protozoan (7 species). The infection rate of Enterobius vermicularis was highest, and Qinba Mountain ecological area had the highest infestation rate of intestinal parasites in 4 ecological areas of Henan. There was no significant difference in intestinal parasite infection rate between males and females (χ(2)=3.630, P=0.057), and the differences in intestinal parasite infection rate among different age groups had significance (χ(2)=124.783, P=0.000 1). The infection rate reached the peak in age group ≤9 years and the major parasite was Enterobius vermicularis. Furthermore the overall human infection rate of parasite showed a downward trend with the increase of educational level of the people (χ(2)=70.969, P=0.000 1), the differences had significance (χ(2)=120.118, P=0.000 1). For different populations, the infection rate of intestinal parasites was highest among preschool children. The infection of intestinal helminth was mainly mild, only 2 severe cases were detected. The infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis in urban residents was only 0.006%. Logistic regression analysis showed that being preschool children (χ(2)=15.765, P=0.000 1) and drinking well water (χ(2)=45.589, P=0.000 1) were the risk factors for intestinal parasite infection, and annual income per capita of farmers was the protective factor against intestinal parasite infection. The infection rates of protozoa and intestinal parasites decreased sharply compared with the results of previous two surveys, and the rate of intestinal helminth infection also dropped sharply compared with the second survey. The numbers of protozoa, helminth and intestinal parasites detected in this survey were all less than the numbers found in the previous two surveys. Conclusions: Compared the results of three surveys in Henan, the infection rate of protozoa and intestinal parasites showed a downward trend. The prevention and treatment of Enterobius vermicularis infection in children should be the key point of parasitic disease control in the future.

Abstract
A Fe-34.5 wt % Mn-0.04 wt % C ultra-high Mn steel with a fully recrystallised fine-grained structure was produced by cold rolling and subsequent annealing. The steel exhibited excellent cryogenic temperature properties with enhanced work hardening rate, high tensile strength, and high uniform elongation. In order to capture the unique mechanical behaviour, a constitutive model within finite strain plasticity framework based on Hill-type yield function was established with standard Armstrong-Frederick type isotropic hardening. In particular, the evolution of isotropic hardening was determined by the content of martensite; thus, a relationship between model parameters and martensite content is built explicitly.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical features of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) patients with poor response to treatment. Methods: A total of 61 AIH patients were enrolled, among whom 49 (80.33%) achieved complete response (good response group) and 12 (19.67%) had incomplete response (poor response group). The two groups were compared in terms of clinical manifestations, laboratory markers, abdominal ultrasound findings, pathological features by liver biopsy, and response to treatment. Continuous data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (x±s), and the t-test was used for comparison between groups; categorical data were expressed as rates or percentages, and the chi-square test was used for comparison between groups; a binary logistic regression analysis was used to determine influencing factors. Results: Most patients were female in both groups, and there were no significant differences in sex ratio, mean age of onset, and general status including extrahepatic autoimmune disease between the two groups. Compared with the good response group, the poor response group had significantly higher levels of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase (ALP), total bilirubin, immunoglobulin G, and immunoglobulin M (P < 0.05). Compared with the good response group, the poor response group had a significantly higher positive rate of autoimmune antibodies except anti-nuclear antibody (ANA), anti-smooth muscle antibody (SMA), antimitochondrial antibody (AMA), and AMA/M2 (75% vs 16.3%, P < 0.001), and there was a significant difference in the positive rate of gp210 antibody between the two groups (25% vs 0%, P < 0.01). There were significant differences between the poor response group and the good response group in the proportion of patients with liver cirrhosis (50.0 % vs 16.3%, P < 0.05) and splenomegaly (58.3% vs 22.4%, P < 0.05). The binary logistic regression analysis showed that a high serum level of ALP (odds ratio [OR] = 1.017, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.001-1.033, P = 0.034), positive autoimmune antibodies except ANA, SMA, and AMA/M2 (OR = 70.842, 95% CI 2.132-2 354.371, P = 0.017), and liver cirrhosis (OR = 28.777, 95% CI 1.015-815.854, P = 0.049) were independent risk factors for initial treatment outcome. Conclusion: A high serum level of ALP, positive autoimmune antibodies except ANA, SMA, and AMA/M2, and liver cirrhosis are closely associated with poor response in AIH patients.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical features and side effects, with regard to glucocorticoid-induced ocular hypertension, glaucoma or cataract in children with primary nephrotic syndrome. METHODS Clinical data were collected and analyzed from 71 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome with glucocorticoid-induced ocular hypertension, glaucoma or cataract from Jun. 2014 to Jun. 2016. These children were hospitalized in Peking University First Hospital. RESULTS Totally 1 580 children with primary nephrotic syndrome were collected, glucocorticoid-induced complications in eyes were found in 71 cases, and the incidence was 4.5%. There were 66 cases with ocular hypertension, 2 cases with glucocorticoid glaucoma, 2 cases with glucocorticoid glaucoma combined with cataract, 1 case with high intraocular pressure combined with cataract. There were 41 boys and 30 girls with eye-related side effects caused by glucocorticoid. The average age of onset of glucocorticoid-induced eye adverse reactions in children with primary nephrotic syndrome in our research were 8 (2, 16) years. The average duration or interval time from glucocorticoid medication use to eye adverse effects was 157 (6, 420) days. No statistical significance was found in intraocular pressure between different genders, types of glucocorticoid, different route of glucocorticoid and whether methylprednisolone pulse treatment (P>0.05). There was no significant correlation between age, body mass index, blood pressure, cumulative dosage, duration time of glucocorticoid, mean daily dosage and glucocorticoid-induced ocular hypertension (P>0.05). The ocular hypertension was controlled after treatment. CONCLUSION Children with nephrotic syndrome after treatment of glucocorticoid are susceptible to ocular complications, and the occurrence of ocular hypertension is closely related to glucocorticoid susceptibility of the nephrotic children. Regular eye monitor is indispensable for the children suffering from primary nephrotic syndrome.

Abstract
Three new polyketides 4,6,8-trihydroxy-5-methyl-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one (1), 5,7-dihydroxy-3-(1-hydroxyethyl)-3,4-dimethylisobenzofuran-1(3H)-one (2) and 1-(4-hydroxy-6-methoxy-1,7-dimethyl-3-oxo-1,3-dihydroisobenzofuran-1-yl) ethyl acetate (3) together with seven known analogues (4-10) were isolated from desert endophytic fungus Paraphoma sp. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by analysis of NMR data. The absolute configuration of (1-3) was established on the basis of CD experiments. The possible biosynthetic pathway of compounds (1-10) was suggested, which implied that these secondary metabolites might be originated from polyketide biosynthesis with different post-modification reactions. Compounds 2, and 5-8 were evaluated for bioactivities against plant pathogen A. solani, whereas none of them displayed any biological effects. In addition, compounds 1, 2 and 5-10 were also tested for cytotoxic activities against three human cancer cell lines (HepG2 cells, MCF-7 cells and Hela cells) without biological effects.

Abstract
Assessment of groundwater quality plays a significant role in the utilization of the scarce water resources globally and especially in arid regions. The increasing abstraction together with man-made contamination and seawater intrusion have strongly affected groundwater quality in the Arabia Peninsula, exemplified by the investigation given here from the United Arab Emirates, where the groundwater is seldom reviewed and assessed. In the aim of assessing current groundwater quality, we here present a comparison of chemical data linked to aquifers types. The results reveal that most of the investigated groundwater is not suitable for drinking, household, and agricultural purposes following the WHO permissible limits. Aquifer composition and climate have vital control on the water quality, with the carbonate aquifers contain the least potable water compared to the ophiolites and Quaternary clastics. Seawater intrusion along coastal regions has deteriorated the water quality and the phenomenon may become more intensive with future warming climate and rising sea level.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the value of amniotic fluid metabolite detection by mass spectrometry combined with gene mutation analysis in the prenatal diagnosis of glutaric acidemia type Ⅰ (GA-Ⅰ). Method: From January 2009 to December 2016, Department of Pediatric Endocrinology and Genetic, Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine carried out prenatal diagnosis for 24 cases of pregnant women with GA-Ⅰproband. 24 pregnant women without organic acidemia proband for conventional prenatal diagnosis at the same period were used as the control group. The pregnant women of the two groups had the amniocentesis at 16 to 20 weeks of gestation. The levels of glutaryl carnitine (C5DC) and octanoylcarnitine (C8) in amniotic fluid were detected by tandem mass spectrometry, and the levels of glutaric acid was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. All the amniotic fluid cells underwent GCDH gene testing. Result: A total of 4 cases of fetuses were diagnosed by gene mutation analysis combined with mass spectrometry detection, the levels of C5DC (1.58(0.89-2.85) μmol/L), C5DC/C8 (19.74(12.40-25.93))and glutaric acid (129.96 (90.09-66.02) mmol/mol Cr) were significantly higher than the upper limit of the reference, of which in one case with the proband only on mutation was detected, and in the amniotic fluid cells also only one mutation was detected, the diagnosis was made according to the significantly increased levels of amniotic fluid C5DC, C5DC/C8 and glutaric acid. Twenty cases of fetuses were identified as non-GA-Ⅰchildren, of whom in 2 cases of proband only one mutation was detected, and also in amniotic fluid cells one mutation was detected, in 2 cases the diagnosis was excluded because the normal levels of C5DC, C5DC/C8 and glutaric acid. There were 2 cases whose levels of C5DC or glutaric acid were slightly higher than the upper limit of the reference, but the diagnosis was excluded according to genetic testing. Conclusion: Prenatal diagnosis cannot be made by gene analysis when the proband mutation is not clear, and it cannot determine whether the fetus is patient when the mass spectrometry detection of amniotic fluid metabolite is mildly abnormal, while mass spectrometry detection of amniotic fluid C5DC, C5DC/C8 and glutaric acid levels combined with GCDH gene analysis can make up the deficiencies, and make the prenatal diagnosis of GA-Ⅰ more reliably.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical and laboratory features of three children with late-onset type Ⅱ glycogen storage disease(GSD) who presented with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and to analyze the effect of five mutations identified on the acid-α-glucosidase (GAA) activity and stability. Method: Three cases of children with muscle weakness were included in this study.GAA activity was analyzed in Dried Blood Spot of the patients.DNA was extracted from peripheral blood in all the patients and their parents and subjected to polymerase chain reaction and directly sequencing of GAA gene.Five mutant pcDNA3.1-myc-his-GAA expression plasmids(p.G478R, p.P361L, p.P266S, p.Q323X, p.R672Q) were constructed and transient instantaneously transfected into 293T cells to analyze the enzyme activity and stability of GAA. Result: All the three children had the onset of disease at 3 years or 1.5 years of age. They presented with developmental delay, muscle weakness and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.GAA activity of 3 patients was 2.65, 3.55 and 1.51 pmol(punch·h)(8.00-98.02)respectively. Genetic analysis found 5 mutations (p.G478R, p. P361L, p. P266S, p. Q323X, p. R672Q), and all of these 3 cases had clinical manifestations and were diagnosed as late-onset type Ⅱ glycogen storage disease.Five mutant pcDNA3.1-myc-his-GAA expression plasmids were transfected into 293T cells.Five mutant enzyme activities were found to be only 9.9%-22.5% of the wild-type enzyme activity and the protein expression of the five mutants was 32.0%-63.9% compared with the wild type. Conclusion: This study reports 3 children with late-onset GSD Ⅱ accompanied by hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and compensatory stage of cardiac function in addition to limb muscle weakness.Five pathogenic mutations were identified, and these 5 mutations result in decreased GAA activity and GAA expression by in vitro functional analysis.

Abstract
The dynamic magnetic susceptibility of magnetic materials near ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) is very important in interpreting the dc voltage obtained in its electrical detection. Based on the causality principle and the assumption that the usual microwave absorption lineshape of a homogeneous magnetic material around FMR is Lorentzian, the general forms of the dynamic magnetic susceptibility of an arbitrary sample and the corresponding dc voltage lineshapes of its electrical detection were obtained. Our main findings are as follows. (1) The dynamic magnetic susceptibility is not a Polder tensor for a material with an arbitrary magnetic anisotropy. The two off-diagonal matrix elements of the tensor near FMR are not, in general, opposite to each other. However, the linear response coefficient of the magnetization to the total radio frequency (rf) field (the sum of the external and internal rf fields due to precessing magnetization is a quantity which cannot be measured directly) is a Polder tensor. This may explain why the two off-diagonal susceptibility matrix elements were always wrongly assumed to be opposite to each other in almost all analyses. (2) The frequency dependence of dynamic magnetic susceptibility near FMR is fully characterized by six real numbers, while its field dependence is fully characterized by seven real numbers. (3) A recipe of how to determine these numbers by standard microwave absorption measurements for a sample with an arbitrary magnetic anisotropy is proposed. Our results allow one to unambiguously separate the contribution of the anisotropic magnetoresistance to the dc voltage signals from the anomalous Hall effect. With these results, one can reliably extract the information of spin pumping and the inverse spin-Hall effect, and determine the spin-Hall angle. (4) In the case that resonance frequency is not sensitive to the applied static magnetic field, the field dependence of the matrix elements of dynamic magnetic susceptibility, as well as the dc voltage, may have another non-resonance broad peak. Thus, one should be careful in interpreting the observed peaks.

Abstract
In vertebrates, evolutionarily conserved signaling intermediate in the Toll pathway (ECSIT) interacts with the TNF-receptor associated factor 6 (TRAF6) to regulate the processing of MEKK1, activate NF-κB, and also control BMP target genes. However, the role of ECSIT in invertebrates remains largely unexplored. We performed comparative investigations of the expression, gene structure, and phylogeny of ECSIT, Toll-like receptor (TLR), and Smad4 in the cephalochordate Branchiostoma belcheri. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that, in amphioxus, ECSIT, TLR, and Smad4 form independent clusters at the base of Chordate clusters. Interestingly, overall gene structures were comparable to those in vertebrate orthologs. Transcripts of AmphiECSIT were detectable at the mid-neural stage, and continued to be expressed in the epithelium of the pharyngeal region at later stages. In adult animals, strong expression was observed in the nerve cord, endostyle, epithelial cells of the gut and wheel organ, genital membrane of the testis, and coelom and lymphoid cavities, what is highly similar to AmphiTLR and AmphiSmad4 expression patterns during development and in adult organisms. Our data suggests that ECSIT is evolutionarily conserved. Its amphioxus ortholog functions during embryonic development and as part of the innate immune system and may be involved in TLR/BMP signaling.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To detect large genomic deletions or duplications of ornithine transcarbamylase (OTC) gene by multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA). METHOD Thirty cases of suspected OTC deficiency (OTCD) patients based on tandem-mass spectrum results were recruited in Xinhua Hospital from 2012 to 2014, among whom 13 were male and 17 were female. Sanger sequencing of OTC gene revealed mutations in 23 cases. MLPA was performed in the patients whose previous Sanger sequencing failed to detect any disease-causing mutation. The samples were treated via the steps of DNA degeneration, the probe hybridization, connecting the hybridization probe, PCR amplification and capillary electrophoresis. The data were analyzed using Coffalyser software. RESULT Abnormal MLPA results were found in 5 patients without mutation detected in previous Sanger sequencing. Patient 1, a 9-year old girl, had a heterozygous deletion of Exon 2-4. Patient 2, a male newborn, died 10 days after birth. The examination of the mother's sample by MLPA revealed a heterozygous duplication of exon 2-6. Patient 3, a 10-day old boy, was found to harbor a hemizygous deletion of exon 7-10. Patient 4, a 2-year old girl, harbored a heterozygous deletion of exon 1-4. The fifth patient died at the age of 6 years, and his mother carried a heterozygous duplication of exon 1-4. CONCLUSION MLPA can be helpful in detecting the OTC gene defects, particularly for OTCD patients without mutation detected by Sanger sequencing.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the value of integrated pancreatic and biliary stents for prevention of post-Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) pancreatitis. Methods: The clinical data of patients whom had pancreatic stents for prevention of post-ERCP pancreatitis from December 2013 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical effect and complication were compared between straight pancreatic stents group and integrated pancreatic and biliary stents group. Results: A total of 214 patients had pancreatic stents for prevention of post-ERCP pancreatitis. Among them, 139 of the patients received a straight pancreatic stents with the average operation time of 62.1±9.8 min and 75 patients received the integrated pancreatic and biliary stents with the average operation time of 67.2±12.7 min. The average operation time was statistically significantly different (P=0.001). Straight stents group was found to have higher incidence of pancreatic stents proximal migration and spontaneous abscission than integrated pancreatic and biliary stents group (8.6% vs 0, P=0.009; 12.9% vs 1.3%, P=0.004). There was no significant difference in the incidence of acute pancreatitis or hyperamylasemia between the two groups (3.6% vs 2.7%, P=1.000; 5.0% vs 4.0%, P=1.000). A total of 123 patients in the straight stents group received a second ERCP to remove the pancreatic stents in 1 to 8 weeks after ERCP, and 2 patients had acute pancreatitis and 3 patients had high amylase, while there was no complication happened after the remove of integrated pancreatic and biliary stents in one week after ERCP. Conclusion: The clinical effect of integrated pancreatic and biliary stents for the prevention of post-ERCP pancreatitis is better than straight pancreatic stents.

Abstract
The retracted article is: Zhao H, Zhang HW, Zhang T and Gu XM (2016). Tumor necrosis factor alpha gene -308G>A polymorphism association with the risk of esophageal cancer in a Han Chinese population. Genet. Mol. Res. 15: gmr.15025866. Two major concerns were found in this article. Firstly, it was found to be substantially equal to the article "Tumor necrosis factor-alpha gene -308G > A polymorphism alters the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma in a Han Chinese population" published in the Diagnostic Pathology Diagnostic Pathology (2014) 9: 199, by Feng et al.; licensee BioMed Central. 2014 - DOI: 10.1186/s13000-014-0199-3. Secondly, the authors do not discuss limitations of their approaches in the discussion. The discussion is largely an elaboration of the literature in the introduction part. However, even in that context, the discussion does not appropriately review the literature and there are frequent references to conclusions that are not supported by the cited literature. The GMR editorial staff was alerted and after a thorough investigation, there is strong reason to believe that the peer review process was failure. Also, after review and contacting the authors, the editors of Genetics and Molecular Research decided to retract this article in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The authors and their institutions were advised of this serious breach of ethics.
