Abstract
Objective: To explore the anatomical characteristics of the anterolateral thigh perforator flap pedicled with oblique branch trunk of lateral circumflex femoral artery in the muscular septum and the clinical effect of this flap in repairing skin and soft tissue defects in the extremities. Methods: A retrospective observational study was conducted. From December 2020 to April 2021, 59 patients with skin and soft tissue defects in the extremities admitted to the Department of Hand Surgery of Suzhou Ruihua Orthopaedic Hospital met the inclusion criteria, including 46 males and 13 females, aged 20 to 81 years. The wound area after debridement ranged from 8 cm×5 cm to 38 cm×20 cm. According to the condition of the wound, the perforators in the anterolateral femoral region on the unaffected side were located by color Doppler ultrasound. The anterolateral thigh perforator flap with the oblique branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery as the source artery was designed, and the wound was repaired by unilateral flap or series combination of bilateral flaps (with the area of unilateral flap ranging from 7 cm×5 cm to 37 cm×11 cm). The wound of the donor site was sutured directly. The following items were recorded, including the number of perforators in the anterolateral femoral region marked before operation, the course characteristics of oblique branch trunk of lateral circumflex femoral artery and its perforators, and the number, origin, and type of perforators observed during operation, the flap repair mode and the flap harvest time. After operation, the survival condition of the flap, the wound healing time in the recipient site, and the suture healing in the donor area were observed, and the recovery of the donor and recipient areas was followed up. At the last follow-up, the sensation function evaluated by sensory rating scale of British Medical Research Association and two-point discrimination of the area transplanted with flap were recorded, and the improved comprehensive curative effect evaluation scale of flap was used to evaluate the repair effect of the flap. Results: A total of 156 perforators were marked in the anterolateral femoral region before operation, and 144 perforators were observed during the operation, of which 98 came from the oblique branch of the lateral circumflex femoral artery, and the first perforator of the oblique branch was the intermuscular septal perforator. Once formed, most oblique branch trunk of lateral circumflex femoral artery in the muscular septum could be divided into the deep branch and the superficial branch at the middle and upper 1/3 junction of the line between the anterior superior iliac spine and the lateral edge of the patella, the deep branch mainly ran in the muscle of vastus intermedius and vastus lateralis, and rarely developed the skin perforators, while the superficial branch mainly ran in the muscular septum between the rectus femoris and the vastus lateralis, and grew out the perforators to the proximal skin of the anterolateral femoral region. Fifty-six patients were repaired with unilateral flap and 3 patients with bilateral flap in series combination, with the harvesting time of the unilateral flap ranged from 9 to 99 min. Three patients developed arterial crisis within 48 hours after operation and survived after timely exploration; the flap of 1 patient developed necrosis 11 days after operation and was repaired by abdominal split-thickness skin graft; the other flaps survived smoothly. The wound healing time in the recipient area was 10 to 42 days after operation, and the sutures in the donor area healed well. During the follow-up of 6 to 10 months, 8 patients underwent thinning and plastic surgery 6 months after operation because of bloating in the flap transplantation area, while the other patients had a good shape of the flap transplantation area, with no deep tissue infection such as osteomyelitis, with soft texture, good elasticity, no pain, and good blood circulation; all the donor areas were left with linear scars, normal blood circulation in the distal extremities, no limitation of knee joint motion or quadriceps muscle strength. At the last follow-up, the sensation function was restored in the flap transplantation area of the affected limb, including 14 cases of S1 grade and 45 cases of S2 grade; there was only one point of two-point discrimination; the curative effect evaluation of flap repair included excellent in 24 cases, good in 35 cases, and general in 3 cases. Conclusions: The anterolateral thigh perforator flap pedicled with oblique branch trunk of lateral circumflex femoral artery in the muscular septum has the advantages of relatively concealed donor area, large cutting width, and simple operation during surgery. It protects the donor area to the greatest extent while repairing skin and soft tissue defects in the extremities, and is a useful supplement to the classic anterolateral thigh perforator flap.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of free descending branch tissue flap of lateral circumflex femoral artery in repairing Wagner grade 3 or 4 diabetic foot wounds. Methods: A retrospective observational study was conducted. From October 2019 to January 2022, 12 patients (10 males and 2 females, aged 38-66 years, with an average of 52 years) with diabetic foot wounds who met the inclusion criteria were admitted to the First People's Hospital of Yulin, of whom 5 cases being Wagner grade 3 and 7 cases being Wagner grade 4. Wound debridement and vacuum sealing drainage were performed to control infection, and the wound area after debridement was between 13 cm×6 cm and 28 cm×11 cm. The wounds were repaired with free descending branch tissue flaps of lateral circumflex femoral artery. Among them, the wounds of 4 cases were repaired with single flap of musculocutaneous branch or intermuscular branch of descending branch tissue flap of lateral circumflex femoral artery, 1 case with lobulated flap, 1 case with bilateral tandem flap, and 6 cases with chimeric lateral femoral muscle flap. The area of resected tissue flap was 9 cm×7 cm to 21 cm×10 cm; end-to-end anastomosis was selected between vessels in the donor sites and the recipient sites, and pressurized treatment should be performed if necessary. The donor site wounds of 10 patients were treated with cosmetic tension-relieving suture, and the donor site wounds of 2 patients were repaired with split-thickness skin graft from head. After operation, the condition of wound repair was recorded. After wound healing, the level of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of patients was measured. During follow-up, the wound healing of the recipient site and scar formation of the donor site were observed. Before and 6 months after operation, computer tomography angiography was used to detect and compare the blood perfusion of the affected limb. At the last follow-up, the walking ability of the patients was recorded. Results: The wounds of 9 patients healed well after operation; the flaps in the recipient site of 2 patients were infected on postoperative day 5 after surgery and were repaired by suturing in stage Ⅱ after open drainage and inflammation control; the distal end of the grafted tandem flap in 1 patient gradually developed purple necrosis on postoperative day 4 and was repaired with a skin graft after debridement. After wound healing, the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose value of all patients was controlled in the range of 8-12 mmol/L. During Follow-up of 6 months to 1 year, 3 patients had partial ulceration in the plantar compression area, which healed after decompression combined with dressing change or flap repair, while the other 9 patients had no ulceration in the recipient area; the appearance of the affected foot was plump after wound healing, the transplanted flaps had good blood supply and good fit with the surrounding tissue, and were wear-resistant, but insensitive. During follow-up, only linear scar remained in the donor area of direct suture in 10 cases, and the skin grafts in the donor area were completely survived in 2 cases. Compared with the patency of the main blood vessels of the ankle joint segment of the affected limb before operation, the vascular network of the flap transplantation area in the affected foot was formed 6 months after operation. At the last follow-up, 8 patients could walk independently, and 4 patients could walk with crutches. Conclusions: The free descending branch tissue flap of lateral circumflex femoral artery is effective in repairing Wagner grade 3 or 4 diabetic foot wounds, which can shorten the course of disease and improve local blood flow.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of individualized positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) setting guided by chest electrical impedance tomography (EIT) on the incidence of hypoxemia in elderly patients undergoing robot-assisted radical prostatectomy in the post anesthesia care unit (PACU). Methods: From September 2020 to October 2021, sixty elderly patients, with the American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) of Grade Ⅰ to Ⅲ, who underwent selective robot-assisted radical prostatectomy under general anesthesia in the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were selected. The participants were divided into two groups by the minimum randomized grouping method: EIT-PEEP group (EP group, n=30) and fixed PEEP group (FP group, n=30). After completion of tracheal intubation and establishment of pneumoperitoneum flexion posture, the individualized PEEP setting was guided by EIT in EP group, and the PEEP setting in FP group was 5 cmH2O (1 cmH2O=0.098 kPa) to the end of operation. During the operation, the ventilation mode of pressure regulation volume control was adopted. The driving pressure, dynamic lung compliance (Cdyn), oxygenation index and hemodynamics were recorded at 5 min (T1), 30 min (T2), 60 min (T3) after PEEP setting and at the time of tracheal catheter removal (T4) in both groups. The primary end point was the incidence of hypoxemia in PACU after extubation. Results: The incidence of hypoxemia after extubation was 3.3% (1/30) in EP group and 26.7% (8/30) in FP group (P=0.030). The difference of driving pressure between the two groups at T2 [(13.1±2.4) cmH2O vs (14.9±2.9) cmH2O, P=0.012], T3 [(12.7±2.4) cmH2O vs (15.6±2.8) cmH2O, P<0.001] was statistically significant. In EP group, Cdyn was improved at T2 [(38.4±7.2) ml/cmH2O vs (31.9±5.2) ml/cmH2O, P=0.006] and T3 [(37.5±9.0) ml/cmH2O vs (30.4±5.9) ml/cmH2O, P=0.001]. In EP group, PaO2/FiO2 increased at T1 [(465.7±84.5) mmHg vs (383.5±58.0) mmHg, 1 mmHg=0.133 kPa, P<0.001], T2 [(504.7±105.8) mmHg vs (418.9±73.7) mmHg, P=0.001], T3 [(520.7±92.2) mmHg vs (423.2±90.7) mmHg, P<0.001], T4 [(368.7±42.0) mmHg vs (339.5±54.9) mmHg, P=0.024]. Conclusion: The individualized PEEP setting guided by EIT can reduce the incidence of hypoxemia in elderly patients undergoing robot assisted radical prostatectomy in PACU.

Abstract
β decay of proton-rich nuclei plays an important role in exploring isospin mixing. The β decay of ^{26}P at the proton drip line is studied using double-sided silicon strip detectors operating in conjunction with high-purity germanium detectors. The T=2 isobaric analog state (IAS) at 13 055 keV and two new high-lying states at 13 380 and 11 912 keV in ^{26}Si are unambiguously identified through β-delayed two-proton emission (β2p). Angular correlations of two protons emitted from ^{26}Si excited states populated by ^{26}P β decay are measured, which suggests that the two protons are emitted mainly sequentially. We report the first observation of a strongly isospin-mixed doublet that deexcites mainly via two-proton decay. The isospin mixing matrix element between the ^{26}Si IAS and the nearby 13 380-keV state is determined to be 130(21) keV, and this result represents the strongest mixing, highest excitation energy, and largest level spacing of a doublet ever observed in β-decay experiments.

Abstract
Objective: To assess the value of cyclin D1 immunocytochemistry combined with a small panel molecular analysis in indeterminate cytological diagnosis of Bethesda category Ⅲ-Ⅴ. Methods: A consecutive cohort of 96 thyroid FNA specimens with indeterminate diagnosis (TBSRTC category Ⅲ-Ⅴ) and available histopathologic follow-up data were collected between December 2018 and December 2021 in Department of Pathology, Beijing Hospital. The cases were evaluated by cyclin D1 immunocytochemistry and molecular testing of BRAFV600E or a small panel of markers (BRAF, N-RAS, H-RAS, K-RAS and TERT) in the FNA specimens. The identification of the optimal cut-off point of cyclin D1 for the diagnosis of malignancy was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves and the assessment of the area under the ROC curve (AUC). The specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) of all these markers were evaluated with the crosstabs and significance was calculated. Results: Ninty-six patients with 96 thyroid nodules were enrolled, including 42 cases of TBSRTC-III, 10 cases of TBSRTC-IV and 44 cases of TBSRTC-V. There were 79 females and 17 males with a median age of 47 years (range, 25 to 75 years). A 7.5% cut-off value for positive cyclin D1 nuclear immunostaining in thyroid cells demonstrated 100% PPV, 57.1% NPV, 81.0% sensitivity and 100% specificity for thyroid malignancy diagnosis. The sensitivity of the BRAFV600E mutation test or combined with a small panel test alone for thyroid malignancy diagnosis were 65.5% and 69.0% respectively. The sensitivity for thyroid malignancy diagnosis increased to 94.0% and 95.2% respectively when combining the cyclin D1 immunocytochemistry with the molecular test, and the specificities remained 100% and 91.7% respectively. The accuracy of cyclin D1 immunocytochemistry combined with a small panel of molecular test in detecting thyroid malignancy increased to 94.8% compared to using these markers alone. Conclusions: The addition of cyclin D1 immunocytochemistry and a small panel of molecular testing to FNA cytology can increase the sensitivity and NPV of cytology in indeterminate categories, and this supplementary approach provides a simple, accurate and convenient diagnostic method for reducing unnecessary thyroidectomies.

The study of the Cabibbo-favored semileptonic decay Λ_{c}^{+}→Λe^{+}ν_{e} is reported using a 4.5 fb^{-1} data sample of e^{+}e^{-} annihilations collected at center-of-mass energies ranging from 4.600 GeV to 4.699 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. The branching fraction of the decay is measured to be B(Λ_{c}^{+}→Λe^{+}ν_{e})=(3.56±0.11_{stat}±0.07_{syst})%, which is the most precise measurement to date. Furthermore, we perform an investigation of the internal dynamics in Λ_{c}^{+}→Λe^{+}ν_{e}. We provide the first direct comparisons of the differential decay rate and form factors with those predicted from lattice quantum chromodynamics (LQCD) calculations. Combining the measured branching fraction with a q^{2}-integrated rate predicted by LQCD, we determine |V_{cs}|=0.936±0.017_{B}±0.024_{LQCD}±0.007_{τ_{Λ_{c}}}.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of interventional endobronchial one-way valves (EBV) for the treatment of peripheral bronchopleural fistula (BPF). Methods: A total of 33 patients with peripheral BPF who underwent EBV implantation in Endoscopy Center of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital from August 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. All the patients were diagnosed with peripheral BPF before the implantation surgery. The detailed medical records of the patients were collected, and the etiology, lesion location, treatment method and operation process, treatment efficacy and postoperative complications were analyzed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of EBV implantation. Results: Of the 33 patients in our study, 26 were male and 7 were female. The median age was 54.7 (28-86) years. There were 18 cases of BPF after thoracic surgery (54.5%), 6 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax (18.2%), and 12 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and non-tuberculous mycobacterial infection with spontaneous pneumothorax (36.4%). A total of 63 valves were inserted in the 33 cases, and a maximum of valves and at least one were inserted in a single case. The lesions were located in the right lower lobe in 16 cases (48.5%) and the left upper lobe in 12 cases (36.4%). Of the 33 patients undergoing EBV placement, 22 (66.7%) were successful, with chest drainage tube indwelling duration of (88.5±36.6) days and (29.6±11.4) days, respectively, before and after EBV treatment. The time from EBV placement to successful withdrawal of EBV was (102.2±31.3) days. During a postoperative follow-up of 6 months after EBV treatment, the main complications were 29 cases with attachment of secretions to the EBV (90.6%) and 13 cases (40.6%) with mild granulation proliferation. In addition, there were five patients with moderate to severe granulation proliferation (15.6%), one with valve displacement or shedding (3.1%), and one with bleeding (3.1%). Conclusions: In this study, the success rate of EBV placement and occlusion was 66.7%. Transbronchoscopic EBV placement in the treatment of peripheral BPF is a effective treatment with relatively minor complications.

Abstract
The radiative hyperon decay Λ→nγ is studied using (10087±44)×10^{6} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector operating at BEPCII. The absolute branching fraction of the decay Λ→nγ is determined to be (0.832±0.038_{stat}±0.054_{syst})×10^{-3}, which is a factor of 2.1 lower and 5.6 standard deviations different than the previous measurement. By analyzing the joint angular distribution of the decay products, the first determination of the decay asymmetry α_{γ} is reported with a value of -0.16±0.10_{stat}±0.05_{syst}.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the survival and prognosis of Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) patients receiving standard first-line therapy. Methods: Data of clinical characteristics and treatment outcomes of patients with HL diagnosed in Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CHCAMS) from January 1st, 2000 to December 31st, 2018 who received standard first-line treatment were retrospectively analyzed and compared with that of HL patients who received treatment in the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) database in the United States during the same period. Factors associated with freedom from progression (FFP) of patients in CHCAMS were analyzed. Treatment and survival data of patients with relapsed/refractory HL (r/rHL) who had failed the standard first-line treatment during the corresponding period in CHCAMS were collected to analyze the outcomes of salvage therapy. Results: A total of 764 HL patients in CHCAMS were included in this study. The median age was 30 years (range, 14-83 years), with 424 males and 340 females. By February 26th, 2022, the patients were followed-up for a median time of 111 months(range, 0.3-262.0 months). Lymphoma-specific survival (LSS) rate and overall survival (OS) rate at 10 years for HL patients in CHCAMS was 91.7% (95%CI: 89.5%-93.9%) and 87.1% (95%CI: 84.5%-89.8%), respectively. LSS and OS rate at 10 years for HL patients from SEER database was 86.8% (95%CI: 86.3%-87.2%) and 79.0% (95%CI: 78.5%-79.5%), respectively. The unadjusted LSS and OS rate for patients in CHCAMS were higher than those for patients from SEER database (both P<0.001). No significant difference was observed in LSS and OS rate (both P>0.05) between the two groups after adjustment. European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer staging system (early-stage unfavorable: HR=2.35, 95%CI: 1.13-4.89, P=0.023; advanced stage: HR=5.44, 95%CI: 2.62-11.30, P<0.001) and serum β2 microglobulin (HR=1.67, 95%CI: 1.08-2.58, P=0.021) were influencing factors of FFP for patients in CHCAMS. The complete remission rate, median progression-free survival (PFS), 5-year PFS rate and 5-year OS rate for the 116 patients with r/rHL was 37.9% (95%CI: 29.6%-47.0%), 15.0 months (95%CI: 9.9-20.1 months), 29.9% (95%CI: 20.9%-38.9%) and 62.9% (95%CI: 54.1%-71.7%), respectively. Conclusions: The outcomes of HL patients receiving standard first-line treatment are excellent. However, the therapeutic effect of HL patients who incurrs disease progression or relapse after standard first-line treatment is not satisfying.

Abstract
Using a sample of (10.09±0.04)×10^{9} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring, a partial wave analysis of the decay J/ψ→γηη^{'} is performed. The first observation of an isoscalar state with exotic quantum numbers J^{PC}=1^{-+}, denoted as η_{1}(1855), is reported in the process J/ψ→γη_{1}(1855) with η_{1}(1855)→ηη^{'}. Its mass and width are measured to be (1855±9_{-1}^{+6}) MeV/c^{2} and (188±18_{-8}^{+3}) MeV, respectively, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic, and its statistical significance is estimated to be larger than 19σ.

Abstract
Behavioral changes in newborn 3-day-old rats (n=44) with modeled hypoxic-ischemic brain injury (HIBI) were observed, and the expression of CDK8 in brain tissues was detected to clarify the significance of CDK8. In 30 min, 3 h, and 3 days after HIBI, the left (ischemic) hemisphere was taken for examination. In 3 days after HIBI, the rat pups were examined in the behavioral tests. In rat pups with HIBI, changes of CDK8 expression were detected by Western blotting and real-time PCR and changes in the righting reflex and forelimb grip strength test (p<0.05) were revealed in comparison with sham-operated animals. The expression of CDK8 increased 30 min after HIBI and decreased in 3 h and 3 days. Hypoxia and ischemia of the left brain may affect locomotion, but not sensation. Since CDK8 is involved in the immune response after cerebral hypoxia and ischemia, this kinase can be used as an early diagnostic index.

Abstract
The in vitro study demonstrates wirelessly controlled modulation of neural activity using magnetoelectric nanoparticles (MENPs), synchronized to magnetic field application with a sub-25-msec temporal response. Herein, MENPs are sub-30-nm CoFe2O4@BaTiO3 core-shell nanostructures. MENPs were added to E18 rat hippocampal cell cultures (0.5 μg of MENPs per 100,000 neurons) tagged with fluorescent Ca2+ sensitive indicator cal520. MENPs were shown to wirelessly induce calcium transients which were synchronized with application of 1200-Oe bipolar 25-msec magnetic pulses at a rate of 20 pulses/sec. The observed calcium transients were similar, in shape and magnitude, to those generated through the control electric field stimulation with a 50-μA current, and they were inhibited by the sodium channel blocker tetrodotoxin. The observed MENP-based magnetic excitation of neural activity is in agreement with the non-linear M - H hysteresis loop of the MENPs, wherein the MENPs' coercivity value sets the threshold for the externally applied magnetic field.

Abstract
Using e^{+}e^{-} annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6.32 fb^{-1} collected at center-of-mass energies between 4.178 and 4.226 GeV with the BESIII detector, we perform the first amplitude analysis of the decay D_{s}^{+}→K_{S}^{0}K^{+}π^{0} and determine the relative branching fractions and phases for intermediate processes. We observe an a_{0}-like state with mass of 1.817 GeV in its decay to K_{S}^{0}K^{+} for the first time. In addition, we measure the ratio {B[D_{s}^{+}→K[over ¯]^{*}(892)^{0}K^{+}]/B[D_{s}^{+}→K[over ¯]^{0}K^{*}(892)^{+}]} to be 2.35_{-0.23stat}^{+0.42}±0.10_{syst}. Finally, we provide a precision measurement of the absolute branching fraction B(D_{s}^{+}→K_{S}^{0}K^{+}π^{0})=(1.46±0.06_{stat}±0.05_{syst})%.

Abstract
Objective: To establish a graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of trace gallium in whole blood. Methods: From January to May 2021, the five factors of ashing temperature, ashing time, atomization temperature, atomization time and matrix modifier concentration in the determination of gallium in whole blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were optimized by using L(16) (4(5)) orthogonal test design. At the same time, within-run, between-run, spiking recovery test and other methodological indicators were tested. Results: Under the optimized detection conditions, the linear range of determination of gallium in whole blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was 0.29-100.00 μg/L (r=0.9991) . The within-run and between-run relative standard deviations (RSD) of repetitive measurement at 10.0, 50.0, 80.0 μg/L concentration levels were 2.3%-4.4% and 1.5%-3.6%, the recovery rate of spiking was 98.1%-103.8%, and the detection limit of the method was 0.13 μg/L. Conclusion: Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of trace gallium in whole blood is easy to operate, has a wide linear range, low detection limit, accurate and reliable results, which is suitable for occupational health examinations and the determination of acute gallium poisoning.

Abstract
We report on a blinded analysis of low-energy electronic recoil data from the first science run of the XENONnT dark matter experiment. Novel subsystems and the increased 5.9 ton liquid xenon target reduced the background in the (1, 30) keV search region to (15.8±1.3) events/(ton×year×keV), the lowest ever achieved in a dark matter detector and ∼5 times lower than in XENON1T. With an exposure of 1.16 ton-years, we observe no excess above background and set stringent new limits on solar axions, an enhanced neutrino magnetic moment, and bosonic dark matter.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and contributing factors of pedicle nasoseptal flap in endoscopic nasopharyngectomy for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: Thirty-nine patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to the Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital of Fudan University from July 2016 to July 2019 were reviewed, with 19 males and 20 females, aging from 30 to 75 years old. All patients underwent endoscopic nasopharyngectomy, followed by reconstruction with the pedicle nasoseptal flap. The methods of preoperative assessment, mucosal flap preparation and nasopharyngeal reconstruction were summarized, and factors affecting the survival of the pedicle nasoseptal flap were discussed. The rates between groups were compared by Fisher's exact test. Results: Ipsilateral mucosal flap was used in 19 cases while contralateral mucosal flap in 20 cases. After the operation, there were 33 cases with complete epithelialization and 6 cases with flap necrosis. Univariate analysis suggested that the number of radiotherapy courses was an important factor affecting the survival of flap (OR=7.429, 95%CI: 1.120-49.270, P=0.042). However, gender, age, type of transnasal endoscopic nasopharyngectomy, osteonecrosis, side of flap and internal carotid artery resection had no influence on flap survival (all P>0.05). All patients were followed-up for 24 to 60 months. Among them, 8 patients had local recurrence and then operated again, 4 patients survived with systemic metastases and 2 patients died. Conclusion: The pedicle nasoseptal flap is a good material for reconstruction for endoscopic nasopharyngectomy, but it is less effective for patients with multiple course radiotherapy.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of marsupialization treatment for odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) and unicystic ameloblastoma (UA) based on the three-dimensional volumetric change over time, and to determine the difference between OKC and UA in terms of the absolute volume reduction (AVR) and absolute shrinkage speed (ASS), and whether they are correlated with the preoperative volume, time after marsupialization (time between marsupialization and second treatment), and patient age. This was a retrospective cohort study with a sample size of 60 patients: 29 with OKC and 31 with UA. Pre- and post-marsupialization cone beam computed tomography images were analysed using Mimics software. The volume reduction and shrinkage speed were analysed and correlated with the preoperative volume, time after marsupialization, and demographic data. Descriptive univariable and multivariable statistics were computed; significance was set at P ≤ 0.05. The mean percentage volume reduction after marsupialization was 67.6 ± 9.6% for OKC and 63.3 ± 20.1% for UA. There was no significant difference in AVR or ASS between the OKC and UA groups. For OKC and UA, the preoperative volume (both P < 0.001) and time after marsupialization (P = 0.024 and P < 0.001, respectively) were associated with AVR. Moreover, for OKC and UA, the preoperative volume and time after marsupialization were also significantly associated with the ASS (all P < 0.001). For both lesions, patient age was not significantly related to AVR or ASS. Marsupialization appears to be a viable option to decrease the volume of OKC and UA. Age was found not to be associated with the volume reduction of either UA or OKC.

Abstract
As a pituitary hormone, prolactin (PRL) is also synthesized by immune system cells, and exerts its effects on the immune system by binding to its receptor (PRLR) via endocrine and paracrine/autocrine pathways. The immune organs adapt to the presence of fetal alloantigens during pregnancy, and the immune system is composed of primary organs and secondary organs. The objective of this study is to analyze the effects of early pregnancy on expression of PRL and PRLR in maternal immune organs in sheep. In this study, the thymus, lymph node, the spleen and the liver were sampled at day 16 of the estrous cycle, and at days 13, 16, and 25 of pregnancy in ewes. Expression of PRL and PRLR was analyzed through quantitative real-time PCR, Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Our data showed that there were an upregulation of PRL and PRLR in the thymus, lymph node and the spleen, and a downregulation in the liver during early pregnancy in ewes. In conclusion, it is reported for the first time that early pregnancy has tissue specific effects on expression of PRL isoform and PRLR isoform in the thymus, lymph node, the spleen and the liver, which may be owing to these organs exerting different functions during early pregnancy, and necessary for the successful pregnancy in sheep.

Precise Measurements of Decay Parameters and CP Asymmetry with Entangled Λ-Λ[over ¯] Pairs. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2022; 129:131801. [PMID: 36206435 DOI: 10.1103/physrevlett.129.131801] [Citation(s) in RCA: 3] [Impact Index Per Article: 1.5] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Track Full Text] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Received: 04/26/2022] [Accepted: 09/01/2022] [Indexed: 06/16/2023]
Abstract
Based on 10 billion J/ψ events collected at the BESIII experiment, a search for CP violation in Λ decay is performed in the difference between CP-odd decay parameters α_{-} for Λ→pπ^{-} and α_{+} for Λ[over ¯]→p[over ¯]π^{+} by using the process e^{+}e^{-}→J/ψ→ΛΛ[over ¯]. With a five-dimensional fit to the full angular distributions of the daughter baryon, the most precise values for the decay parameters are determined to be α_{-}=0.7519±0.0036±0.0024 and α_{+}=-0.7559±0.0036±0.0030, respectively. The Λ and Λ[over ¯] averaged value of the decay parameter is extracted to be α_{avg}=0.7542±0.0010±0.0024 with unprecedented accuracy. The CP asymmetry A_{CP}=(α_{-}+α_{+})/(α_{-}-α_{+}) is determined to be -0.0025±0.0046±0.0012, which is one of the most precise measurements in the baryon sector. The reported results for the decay parameter will play an important role in the studies of the polarizations and CP violations for the strange, charmed and beauty baryons.

First Observation of the Direct Production of the χ_{c1} in e^{+}e^{-} Annihilation. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2022; 129:122001. Abstract
We study the direct production of the J^{PC}=1^{++} charmonium state χ_{c1}(1P) in electron-positron annihilation by carrying out an energy scan around the mass of the χ_{c1}(1P). The data were collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. An interference pattern between the signal process e^{+}e^{-}→χ_{c1}(1P)→γJ/ψ→γμ^{+}μ^{-} and the background processes e^{+}e^{-}→γ_{ISR}J/ψ→γ_{ISR}μ^{+}μ^{-} and e^{+}e^{-}→γ_{ISR}μ^{+}μ^{-} is observed by combining all the data samples. The χ_{c1}(1P) signal is observed with a significance of 5.1σ. This is the first observation of a C-even state directly produced in e^{+}e^{-} annihilation. The electronic width of the χ_{c1}(1P) resonance is determined to be Γ_{ee}=(0.12_{-0.08}^{+0.13}) eV, which is of the same order of magnitude as theoretical calculations.

Evidence for a Neutral Near-Threshold Structure in the K_{S}^{0} Recoil-Mass Spectra in e^{+}e^{-}→K_{S}^{0}D_{s}^{+}D^{*-} and e^{+}e^{-}→K_{S}^{0}D_{s}^{*+}D^{-}. Abstract
We study the processes e^{+}e^{-}→K_{S}^{0}D_{s}^{+}D^{*-} and e^{+}e^{-}→K_{S}^{0}D_{s}^{*+}D^{-}, as well as their charge conjugated processes, at five center-of-mass energies between 4.628 and 4.699 GeV, using data samples corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.8 fb^{-1} collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII storage ring. Based on a partial reconstruction technique, we find evidence of a structure near the thresholds for D_{s}^{+}D^{*-} and D_{s}^{*+}D^{-} production in the K_{S}^{0} recoil-mass spectrum, which we refer to as the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0}. Fitting with a Breit-Wigner line shape, we find the mass of the structure to be (3992.2±1.7±1.6) MeV/c^{2} and the width to be (7.7_{-3.8}^{+4.1}±4.3) MeV, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. The significance of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0} signal is found to be 4.6σ including both the statistical and systematic uncertainty. We report the Born cross section multiplied by the branching fraction at different energy points. The mass of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0} is close to that of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{+}. Assuming SU(3) symmetry, the cross section of the neutral channel is consistent with that of the charged one. Hence, we conclude that the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0} is the isospin partner of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{+}.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the prevalence and change trend of severe multiple disabling birth defects in Chongqing City from 2007 to 2020, and to provide a basis for comprehensive prevention and control measures of severe multiple disabling birth defects. Methods: Based on hospital monitoring data, 1 103 children with severe multiple disabling birth defects monitored by all birth defects monitoring institutions in Chongqing City from January 2007 to December 2020 were included in the study. They were grouped by year, perinatal gender, maternal permanent residence (urban/rural), maternal age, different regions and other categories. Chi-square test was used to analyze the differences in the incidence of severe multiple disabling birth defects in different categories, and linear trend test was used to analyze the change trend. Results: From 2007 to 2020, a total of 1 022 314 perinatal births and 1 103 severe multiple disabling birth defects were monitored in Chongqing City, with an incidence of 10.79/10 000, including 11.47/10 000 in urban areas and 9.48/10 000 in rural areas, with an incidence higher in urban areas than in rural areas(χ2=8.424,P=0.004). Male was 10.47/10 000, female was 10.97/10 000, there was no significant difference between male and female(χ2=0.606,P=0.436). The incidence of maternal in different age groups was u-shaped, and there was statistical difference in incidence among different age groups (χ2=59.465, P<0.001). The incidence of maternal in<20 years old and ≥35 years old was higher, and in 25-29 years old was lower. The incidence rate was 17.96/10 000 in 2007 and 7.18/10 000 in 2020, which decreased by 60.02% in 2007-2020. The incidence of neural tube defect, chromosome syndrome, limb shortening and abdominal wall defect decreased by 78.12%, 77.38%, 80.55% and 91.30%, respectively. Severe Congenital heart disease rose by 456.16%. From 2007 to 2020, the overall incidence of the disease showed a decreasing trend (χ2trend =117.046, P<0.001), except for the rise of severe congenital heart disease, (χ2trend=8.744, P=0.003), the other four types of diseases were on the decline (neural tube defects χ2trend =48.618, P<0.001; chromosome syndrome χ2trend=50.999, P<0.001; limb shortening χ2trend=73.464, P<0.001; abdominal wall defect χ2trend=79.863, P<0.001). Conclusion: From 2007 to 2020, the incidence of severe disabling birth defects in Chongqing City showed a downward trend, and there were regional and age differences. The incidence of severe congenital heart disease is on the rise.

Abstract
Using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 11.3 fb^{-1} collected at center-of-mass energies from 4.23 to 4.70 GeV with the BESIII detector, we measure the product of the e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}ψ_{2}(3823) cross section and the branching fraction B[ψ_{2}(3823)→γχ_{c1}]. For the first time, resonance structure is observed in the cross section line shape of e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}ψ_{2}(3823) with significances exceeding 5σ. A fit to data with two coherent Breit-Wigner resonances modeling the sqrt[s]-dependent cross section yields M(R_{1})=4406.9±17.2±4.5 MeV/c^{2}, Γ(R_{1})=128.1±37.2±2.3 MeV, and M(R_{2})=4647.9±8.6±0.8 MeV/c^{2}, Γ(R_{2})=33.1±18.6±4.1 MeV. Though weakly disfavored by the data, a single resonance with M(R)=4417.5±26.2±3.5 MeV/c^{2}, Γ(R)=245±48±13 MeV is also possible to interpret data. This observation deepens our understanding of the nature of the vector charmoniumlike states. The mass of the ψ_{2}(3823) state is measured as (3823.12±0.43±0.13) MeV/c^{2}, which is the most precise measurement to date.

Abstract
Objective: To examine the clinical efficacy of 3 anti-reflux methods of digestive tract reconstruction after proximal gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods: The clinical data and follow-up data of gastric cancer patients who underwent anti-reflux reconstruction after proximal gastrectomy in 11 medical centers of China from September 2016 to August 2021 were retrospectively collected, including 273 males and 65 females, aging of (63±10) years (range: 28 to 91 years). Among them, 159 cases were performed with gastric tube anastomosis (GTA), 107 cases with double tract reconstruction (DTR), and 72 cases with double-flap technique (DFT), respectively. The duration of operation, length of postoperative hospital stay and early postoperative complications (referring to Clavien-Dindo classification) of different anti-reflux reconstruction methods were assessed. Body mass index, hemoglobin and albumin were used to reflect postoperative nutritional status. Reflux esophagitis was graded according to Los Angeles criteria based on the routinely gastroscopy within 12 months after surgery. The postoperative quality of life (QoL) was evaluated by Visick score system. The ANOVA analysis, Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test, χ2 test and Fisher's exact test were used for comparison between multiple groups, and further comparison among groups were performed with LSD, Tamhane's test or Bonferroni corrected χ2 test. The mixed effect model was used to compare the trends of Body mass index, hemoglobin and albumin over time among different groups. Results: The operation time of DFT was significantly longer than that of GTA and DTR ((352±63) minutes vs. (221±66) minutes, (352±63) minutes vs. (234±61) minutes, both P<0.01). The incidence of early complications with Clavien-Dindo grade Ⅱ to Ⅴ in GTA, DFT and DTR groups was 17.0% (27/159), 9.7% (7/72) and 10.3% (11/107), respectively, without significant difference among these three groups (χ2=3.51, P=0.173). Body mass index decreased more significantly in GTA than DFT group at 6 and 12 months after surgery (mean difference=1.721 kg/m2, P<0.01; mean difference=2.429 kg/m2, P<0.01). body mass index decreased significantly in DTR compared with DFT at 12 months after surgery (mean difference=1.319 kg/m2, P=0.027). There was no significant difference in hemoglobin or albumin fluctuation between different reconstruction methods perioperative. The incidence of reflux esophagitis one year after surgery in DTR group was 12.9% (4/31), which was lower than that in DFT (45.9% (17/37), χ2=8.63, P=0.003). Follow-up of postoperative quality of life showed the incidence of Visick grade 2 to 4 in DFT group was lower than that in GTA group (10.4% (7/67) vs. 34.6% (27/78), χ2=11.70, P=0.018), while there was no significant difference between DFT and DTR group (10.4% (7/67) vs. 22.2% (8/36, P>0.05). Conclusions: Compared with GTA and DTR, DFT is more time-consuming, but there is no significant difference in early complications among three methods. DFT reconstruction is more conducive to maintain postoperative nutritional status and improve QoL, especially compared with GTA. The risk of reflux esophagitis after DTR reconstruction is lower than that of DFT.

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate whether the developmental changes in glucose metabolism were associated with insulin signaling in the middle and later stages of goose embryos. Serum and liver were sampled on embryonic day 19, 22, 25, 28, and day of hatchment, with 30 eggs at each sampling time point, and 6 replicates of 5 embryos. The embryonic growth traits, serum glucose, hormone levels, and the hepatic mRNA expressions of target genes related to glucose metabolism and insulin signaling were measured at each time point. Relative body weight, relative liver weight, and relative body length decreased linearly and quadratically from embryonic day 19 to day of hatchment, while relative yolk weight decreased linearly from embryonic day 19 to day of hatchment. Serum glucose, insulin, and free triiodothyronine levels increased linearly with increasing incubation time, while no differences were observed in serum glucagon and free thyroxine levels. The hepatic mRNA expression related to glucose catabolism (hexokinase, phosphofructokinase, and pyruvate kinase) and insulin signaling (insulin receptor, insulin receptor substrate protein, Src homology collagen protein, extracellular signal-regulated kinase, and ribosomal protein S6 kinase, 70 ku) increased quadratically from embryonic day 19 to day of hatchment. The expression of citrate synthase and isocitrate dehydrogenase mRNA decreased linearly and quadratically respectively from embryonic day 19 to day of hatchment. Serum glucose levels were positively related to serum insulin (r = 1.00) and free triiodothyronine (r = 0.90) levels, as well as the hepatic mRNA expression of insulin receptor (r = 1.00), insulin receptor substrate protein (r = 0.64), extracellular signal-regulated kinase (r = 0.81), and ribosomal protein S6 kinase, 70 ku (r = 0.81) related to insulin signaling. In conclusion, glucose catabolism was enhanced and had positive correlations with the insulin signaling in the middle and later stages of geese embryogenesis.

Abstract
Objective: To Summarize the safety, clinical outcome and technical evolution of laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was carried out. Clinical data of 3012 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer from January 2010 to March 2022 at Department of General Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were retrospectively collected and analyzed. Case inclusion criteria were gastric malignancies confirmed by pathology, without distant metastasis by examination before operation and exploration during operation, patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, intact function of important organs and with complete data. Exclusion criteria were patients who underwent emergency gastric cancer resection due to gastric bleeding, perforation or obstruction, etc., tumor found to invade adjacent organs such as pancreas or transverse colon during the operation, conversion to open surgery during the operation, those who had other malignant tumors (except thyroid cancer) within 5 years, and those had severe cardiopulmonary, liver, or kidney insufficiency before surgery. Outcomes included: (1) baseline information of patients; (2) trend of the quantity of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy year by year; (3) evolution of the mode of digestive tract reconstruction; (4) periopertive outcome short-term complication was defined as complication occurring within 30 days after operation and classified accordiny to the clavien-Dindo criteria; and (5) 5-year overall survival. SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. Continuous variables that obeyed the normal distribution were expressed in the form of Mean±SD. Days of hospital stay that did not follow a normal distribution were expressed as median (Q1,Q3), and the Mann-Whiney U test was used for comparison. Discrete variables were expressed as cases (%), and chi-square test or rank sum test was used for comparison between groups. Linear regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the amount of surgery and the year of surgery. Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test were used for survival analysis. Two-tailed P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Results: Among the 3012 cases, 2114 were male and 898 were female. The patients' average age at surgery was (61.1±10.7) years old. According to the number of cumulative cases, the patients were divided into three groups: early, intermediate and late, with 1004 patients in each group. The early group consisted of patients undergoing operation from January 2010 to October 2018, the intermediate group consisted of patients undergoing operation from October 2018 to January 2021, and the late group consisted of patients undergoing operation from January 2021 to March 2022. (1) General information: There were 691 (68.8%), 699 (69.6%) and 724 (72.1%) male patients in early, intermediate and late groups respectively; the average age increased from 56.6 years in 2010 to 62.8 years in March 2022. As for the tumor stage T1, T2, T3, T4, there were 49.0%, 14.4%, 23.9% and 12.6% in the early group; 47.5%, 12.9%, 26.9% and 12.6% in the intermediate group; 39.7%, 14.6%, 30.0%, and 15.6% in the late group, respectively. Patients with N0, N1, N2, N3a, N3b stage were 56.8%, 13.7%, 13.4%, 11.0%, and 5.0% in the early group; 55.7%, 12.9%, 12.8%, 11.6%, and 6.9% in the intermediate group; 51.0%, 16.1%, 12.8%, 12.5%, and 7.5% in the late group, respectively. (2) Year-by-year change in the number of gastric cancer operations: From 19 cases per year in 2010 to 786 per year in 2021, the annual number of gastric cancer operations was proportional to the year of operation (y=47.505x, R2=0.67). The proportion of patients with stage I disease showed a fluctuating downward trend over time, while the proportion of patients with stage III disease increased slightly, accounting for 34% until March 2022. (3) Evolution of digestive tract reconstruction methods: Except in 2010, the digestive tract reconstruction method of distal gastrectomy focused on Billroth-II+Braun anastomosis among patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery in other years, whose proportion had gradually increased from less than 20% in 2016 to about 70% after 2021; the gastrointestinal reconstruction methods after total gastrectomy had gradually increased in π anastomosis and overlap anastomosis since 2016, of which π anastomosis reached about 65% in 2019, and overlap anastomosis reached almost 30% in 2020; the anastomosis methods after proximal gastrectomy had been mainly double-channel anastomosis (54%) and esophagogastric anastomosis (30%) since 2016, and double-channel anastomosis accounted for up to 70% in 2019. (4) Operation time: The operation time of early, intermediate and late group was (193.3±49.8) min, (186.9±44.3) min and (206.7±51.4) min respectively. Intermediate group was significantly shorter than early group (t=3.005, P=0.003), while late group was significantly longer than early group (t=5.875, P<0.001) and intermediate group (t=9.180, P<0.001). Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of free superficial peroneal artery perforator flaps in repairing skin and soft tissue defects of the hallux. Methods: A retrospective observational study was conducted. From January 2020 to January 2021, 13 patients with skin and soft tissue defects of the hallux who met the inclusion criteria were admitted to Department of Foot and Ankle Surgery of Ruihua Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University, including 12 males and 1 female, aged 26 to 53 years. Before operation, the perforating point of the superficial peroneal artery perforator was located by color Doppler ultrasound on the calf on the same side of the affected hallux and marked on the body surface. The operation was performed under spinal anesthesia combined with continuous epidural anesthesia. The area of skin and soft tissue defect after debridement was 4.5 cm×2.5 cm to 12.0 cm×3.0 cm. According to the size and shape of the wound, the superficial peroneal artery perforator flap was designed with the line between the fibular head and the lateral malleolus tip parallel shifting 2 cm to the tibial side as the flap axis line, and the perforating point of the perforator near the midpoint of the axis line as the center. The cut area of the flap was 5.0 cm×3.0 cm to 13.0 cm×4.0 cm, and part of the deep fascia was cut when the pedicle was freed. The donor site wound was sutured directly. During the operation, the number and type of the perforator and the cutting time of the flap were recorded, and the length of the perforator pedicle and diameter of the perforator were measured. The survival of the flap, the healing time and the healing condition of the donor and recipient areas were recorded after operation. The color, texture, elasticity of the flap, standing and walking functions of patients, the recovery of the donor area, and the patients' satisfaction with the recovery of the donor and recipient areas were recorded during the follow-up. At the last follow-up, the sensation of the flap was evaluated by the British Medical Association sensory function evaluation standard, the function of the affected limb was evaluated by the American Society of Foot and Ankle Surgery scoring system, and the excellent and good rate of the function of the affected limb was calculated. Results: A total of 13 perforators of the superficial peroneal artery were detected during the operation, all of which were septocutaneous perforators, and the perforator diameter was 0.3 to 0.5 mm. The vascular pedicle length was 2 to 5 cm. Flap cutting time was 11 to 26 minutes. The flaps of 13 patients all survived completely. The wounds at the donor and recipient sites healed well 9 to 18 days after operation. During follow-up of 6 to 14 months, the flaps had good color, texture, and elasticity; 11 patients had no obvious bloated appearance, and the other 2 patients underwent flap thinning and plastic surgery in the second stage because of their bloated appearance; all the patients returned to normal walking and standing functions. There was only one linear scar left in the donor site, with no obvious scar hyperplasia or hyperpigmentation. All the patients were satisfied with the recovery of the donor and recipient areas. At the last follow-up, the sensation of the flap was evaluated as grade S3 in 2 cases, grade S2 in 9 cases, and grade S1 in 2 cases; the function of the affected limb was evaluated as excellent in 7 cases and good in 6 cases, with an excellent and good rate of 100%. Conclusions: The free superficial peroneal artery perforator flap has relatively constant vascular anatomy, which is thin and wear-resistant, with less damage to the donor site after flap excision, and can preserve the shape and function of the hallux to the greatest extent. It is an effective method for repairing skin and soft tissue defect of the hallux.

[Association between metabolic risk factors and the hepatitis B reactivation of inactive HBsAg carriers in Jiangsu province: a cohort study]. ZHONGHUA LIU XING BING XUE ZA ZHI = ZHONGHUA LIUXINGBINGXUE ZAZHI 2022; 43:1301-1308. Abstract
Objective: To analyze the impact of metabolic risk factors on the epidemiological characteristics of the reactivation of inactive HBsAg carriers (IHC) and provide effective intervention measures to standardize the management of chronic hepatitis B infections. Methods: Based on the chronic hepatitis B infection cohort established in 2010 in Jiangsu province, six follow-up visits from 2012 to 2020 were conducted to analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of the hepatitis B reactivation of IHC and the impact of metabolic risk factors, including obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and hyperglycemia. Results: From 2012 to 2020, 2 527 IHC and 17 730 person-years were observed during a median follow-up period of 7.0 person-years. Ninety-eight cases of hepatitis B reactivation, with a cumulative reaction rate, was 3.9%, and the incidence density was 5.53/1 000 person-years. Multivariate Cox proportional risk regression analysis showed that age and baseline HBV DNA were independent risk factors of HBV reactivation. Compared with the patients ≥60 years, 40-49 age group (aHR=2.16, 95%CI:1.20-3.90) and 20-29 age group (aHR=5.48, 95%CI:2.07-14.48) were significantly associated with hepatitis B reactivation. Compared with the HBV DNA negative patients at baseline, the risk of hepatitis B reactivation was higher in the group with low HBV DNA level 100-1 999 IU/ml (aHR=1.67, 95%CI:1.11-2.52). Stratification analysis results showed that compared with those without metabolic risk factors, in the ≥50 age group, patients with ≥2 metabolic risk factors showed adjusted HR of 2.73 (95%CI:1.08-6.96). Conclusions: The risk of hepatitis B being reactive is the persistent existence of IHC in communities in Jiangsu province, especially young adults, low-level HBV DNA carriers, and IHC with ≥2 metabolic risk factors. Follow-up for these IHC should be strengthened to reduce the risk of disease progression by antiviral treatment at the right time.

Search for Subsolar-Mass Binaries in the First Half of Advanced LIGO's and Advanced Virgo's Third Observing Run. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2022; 129:061104. Abstract
We report on a search for compact binary coalescences where at least one binary component has a mass between 0.2 M_{⊙} and 1.0 M_{⊙} in Advanced LIGO and Advanced Virgo data collected between 1 April 2019 1500 UTC and 1 October 2019 1500 UTC. We extend our previous analyses in two main ways: we include data from the Virgo detector and we allow for more unequal mass systems, with mass ratio q≥0.1. We do not report any gravitational-wave candidates. The most significant trigger has a false alarm rate of 0.14 yr^{-1}. This implies an upper limit on the merger rate of subsolar binaries in the range [220-24200] Gpc^{-3} yr^{-1}, depending on the chirp mass of the binary. We use this upper limit to derive astrophysical constraints on two phenomenological models that could produce subsolar-mass compact objects. One is an isotropic distribution of equal-mass primordial black holes. Using this model, we find that the fraction of dark matter in primordial black holes in the mass range 0.2 M_{⊙}<m_{PBH}<1.0 M_{⊙} is f_{PBH}≡Ω_{PBH}/Ω_{DM}≲6%. This improves existing constraints on primordial black hole abundance by a factor of ∼3. The other is a dissipative dark matter model, in which fermionic dark matter can collapse and form black holes. The upper limit on the fraction of dark matter black holes depends on the minimum mass of the black holes that can be formed: the most constraining result is obtained at M_{min}=1 M_{⊙}, where f_{DBH}≡Ω_{DBH}/Ω_{DM}≲0.003%. These are the first constraints placed on dissipative dark models by subsolar-mass analyses.
