Abstract
The antiinflammatory, analgesic and antiproteolytic activity was studied for some 3-carboxymethylthio-4H-1,2,4-triazole derivatives in order to discover the influence of substituents in positions 4- and 5- in the 3-mercapto-4H-1,2,4-triazole nucleus and the possibility of correlating antiinflammatory and antiproteolytic activity.
