Abstract
An absolute measurement of the Λ_{c}^{+} lifetime is reported using Λ_{c}^{+}→pK^{-}π^{+} decays in events reconstructed from data collected by the Belle II experiment at the SuperKEKB asymmetric-energy electron-positron collider. The total integrated luminosity of the data sample, which was collected at center-of-mass energies at or near the ϒ(4S) resonance, is 207.2 fb^{-1}. The result, τ(Λ_{c}^{+})=203.20±0.89±0.77 fs, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic, is the most precise measurement to date and is consistent with previous determinations.

Abstract
The dark photon A^{'} and the dark Higgs boson h^{'} are hypothetical particles predicted in many dark sector models. We search for the simultaneous production of A^{'} and h^{'} in the dark Higgsstrahlung process e^{+}e^{-}→A^{'}h^{'} with A^{'}→μ^{+}μ^{-} and h^{'} invisible in electron-positron collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 10.58 GeV in data collected by the Belle II experiment in 2019. With an integrated luminosity of 8.34 fb^{-1}, we observe no evidence for signal. We obtain exclusion limits at 90% Bayesian credibility in the range of 1.7-5.0 fb on the cross section and in the range of 1.7×10^{-8}-200×10^{-8} on the effective coupling ϵ^{2}×α_{D} for the A^{'} mass in the range of 4.0 GeV/c^{2}<M_{A^{'}}<9.7 GeV/c^{2} and for the h^{'} mass M_{h^{'}}<M_{A^{'}}, where ϵ is the mixing strength between the standard model and the dark photon and α_{D} is the coupling of the dark photon to the dark Higgs boson. Our limits are the first in this mass range.

Abstract
89SrCl2 radiopharmaceuticals is mainly used for bone pain palliation in the cancer patients, is being produced in FBTR via 89Y(n, p)89Sr using yttria target. The irradiated yttria target is chemically processed in high pure quartz distilled nitric acid medium in hot cell facility, to avoid the corrosion of components of hotcell due to chloride ions while using HCl medium. Being ionic species, the purified 89Sr(II) cation in aqueous solution containing bulk nitrate and other trace anions, exists as SrXn species where X: F-, Cl-, Br-, NO3-, PO43- and SO42-, n: stoichiometric anion content. The aim of the manuscript is to standardise an efficient ultra-low level anion purification method (ppb range) for the conversion of SrXn to SrCl2 and estimate the residual anionic impurities as recommended by the appropriate source specifications for its medical application. Various methods were standardised for the removal of anions in the SrCl2 source produced by the above process which include evaporation, calcination, anion exchange column, cation exchange column as well as its combination with pre-concentration column of ion chromatography (IC) technique using 89Sr tracers as well as FBTR produced 89Sr solution. Assay of 89Sr and other anions including nitrate for the above study were accomplished using Cerenkov counting and ion chromatography respectively. Thus evaporation-calcination-column chromatography mode was finalised to obtain pure SrCl2 source free from nitrate and other anionic impurities. This is the first ever systematic study for the Radiochemical quality control of nca 89SrCl2 radiopharmaceutical produced in a fast reactor. This study also finds its application to any analytical lab as well as industry where there is a requirement of anion purification in the ppb level.

Abstract
AIMS The standard evaluation of older lung cancer or mesothelioma patients for systemic anti-cancer treatment, based on performance status, is inaccurate. We used the G8 questionnaire to assess a patient's fitness for chemotherapy and explored the correlations between G8 scores, treatment decisions and clinical outcomes. MATERIALS AND METHODS In total, 201 older patients (≥70 years) with advanced lung cancer or mesothelioma were prospectively assessed by standard clinical methods and a G8 questionnaire. Treatment decisions before and after reviewing the G8 score were documented. Patients were divided into low (<11), intermediate (11-14) and high (>14) G8 score groups. Patients' characteristics, treatment plans and clinical outcomes among each G8 score group were compared. Similar analyses were compared between good (<2) and poor (≥2) performance status. RESULTS 10.1% of patients' treatment plans changed after oncologists reviewed G8 scores. The G8 score correlated inversely with performance status. More patients with low G8 scores (22.5%) were offered the best supportive care compared with 4.5% in intermediate and 1.9% in high G8 score groups. More patients (30.1%) with low G8 scores had treatment changed from chemotherapy to best supportive care on the planned day of their treatment, compared with intermediate (7.5%) and high (6.1%) G8 score groups. High G8 score patients received higher chemotherapy intensity and survived longer than patients with intermediate or low G8 scores. CONCLUSIONS The G8 score with two cut-off values can predict functional status, chemotherapy tolerability and prognosis in older patients with lung cancer or mesothelioma, thus supporting oncologists on treatment decisions for this population.

Background
Myocardial Bridge (MB) over the coronary artery and myocardial coat (MC) over the cardiac veins are sometimes detected in angiography and cadaveric dissection. Left anterior descending (LAD) branch of left coronary artery is most frequent site of MB. Rarely MB is also seen over right coronary artery (RCA) branch. MB has proven association with ischemic heart disease and other critical cardiac consequences like myocardial infarction (MI)(1)(2). MC on the other hand has not gained enough attention in erstwhile studies. Large MB can be readily identified in angiograms, but minute MB can be picked up by newer imaging studies like multi-detector computed tomography (MDCT) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) scan(3). Cadaveric dissection however holds its unique place in direct visualization and studying the macro and micro-anatomical characteristics.
Purpose
To study the prevalence and anatomical attributes of MB and MC in cadaveric hearts.
Methods
Ten adult cadaveric hearts (6 male and 4 female) were dissected as part of routine undergraduate teaching during academic year 2021-22. MB over the coronary artery and MC over cardiac vein was identified. Data pertaining to the MB and MC dimensions were measured with digital vernier calliper. Histology of the MC was carried out to confirm its presence and observe the cyto-architecture pattern. Relevant gross macroscopic and microscopic images were photographed and photomicrographed.
Results
20% of the dissected cadavers revealed MB involving LAD in first heart while LAD and RCA both in second heart with length 7.5 mm, 11.5 mm and 1.8 mm respectively. MC was noted over coronary sinus and proximal few millimeters of great and middle cardiac veins. Histological examination revealed cardiac striated muscle in MC with typical cyto-architecture. The mean myocardial muscle index (MMI) of MBs was 1.39.
Conclusions
Present study highlights 20% prevalence of MBs in cadavers involving both right and left coronary artery. 10% of the subjects had histologically confirmed MC over cardiac veins. MC over coronary sinus and other cardiac veins needs more elaborate explorative studies to quantify the anatomic properties and to examine the possible association with cardiovascular disease. Nevertheless, anatomic attributes should be kept in mind to better appreciate MI in evolution and MI at evaluation in a case with MB.

Abstract
We present the study of B[over ¯]^{0}→Σ_{c}(2455)^{0,++}π^{±}p[over ¯] decays based on 772×10^{6} BB[over ¯] events collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e^{+}e^{-} collider. The Σ_{c}(2455)^{0,++} candidates are reconstructed via their decay to Λ_{c}^{+}π^{∓} and Λ_{c}^{+} decays to pK^{-}π^{+}, pK_{S}^{0}, and Λπ^{+} final states. The corresponding branching fractions are measured to be B(B[over ¯]^{0}→Σ_{c}(2455)^{0}π^{+}p[over ¯])=(1.09±0.06±0.07)×10^{-4} and B(B[over ¯]^{0}→Σ_{c}(2455)^{++}π^{-}p[over ¯])=(1.84±0.11±0.12)×10^{-4}, which are consistent with the world average values with improved precision. A new structure is found in the M_{Σ_{c}(2455)^{0,++}π^{±}} spectrum with a significance of 4.2σ including systematic uncertainty. The structure is possibly an excited Λ_{c}^{+} and is tentatively named Λ_{c}(2910)^{+}. Its mass and width are measured to be (2913.8±5.6±3.8) MeV/c^{2} and (51.8±20.0±18.8) MeV, respectively. The products of branching fractions for the Λ_{c}(2910)^{+} are measured to be B(B[over ¯]^{0}→Λ_{c}(2910)^{+}p[over ¯])×B(Λ_{c}(2910)^{+}→Σ_{c}(2455)^{0}π^{+})=(9.5±3.6±1.6)×10^{-6} and B(B[over ¯]^{0}→Λ_{c}(2910)^{+}p[over ¯])×B(Λ_{c}(2910)^{+}→Σ_{c}(2455)^{++}π^{-})=(1.24±0.35±0.10)×10^{-5}. Here, the first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively.

Abstract
Electronically excited atoms or molecules in an environment are often subject to interatomic/intermolecular Coulombic decay (ICD) and/or electron transfer mediated decay (ETMD) mechanisms. A few of the numerous variables that can impact these non-radiative decay mechanisms include bond distance, the number of nearby atoms or molecules, and the polarisation effect. In this paper, we have studied the effect of protonation and deprotonation on the ionization potential (IP), double ionization potential (DIP), and lifetime (or decay width) of the temporary bound state in these non-radiative decay processes. We have chosen LiH-NH3 and LiH-H2 O as test systems. The equation of motion coupled cluster singles and doubles method augmented by complex absorbing potential (CAP-EOM-CCSD) has been used in calculating the energetic position of the decaying state and the system's decay rate. Deprotonation of LiH-NH3 /LiH-H2 O either from the metal center (LiH) or from ammonia/water lowers the IP and DIP compared to the neutral systems. In contrast, protonation increases these quantities compared to neutral systems. The protonation closes the inner valence state relaxation channels for ICD/ETMD. For example, the decay of the O-2s/N-2s state stops in protonated systems (LiH2 + -H2 O, LiH2 + -NH3 , and LiH-NH4 + ). Our study also shows that the efficiency, i. e., the rate of ICD/ETMD, can be altered by protonation and deprotonation. It is expected to have implications for chemical and biological systems.

Abstract
Introduction MTHFR being a key regulatory enzyme of 1-carbon metabolism pathway serves critical function of generation of SAM, replenishment of glutathione and nucleotide synthesis and finally methylation of the bio molecules. MTHFR gene mutation is a rare au-tosomal recessive inborn error of metabolism and presents with severe hyperhomocysteinemia. MTHFR polymorphisms on the other hand are commonly encountered of which two 677 C>T and 1298 A>C have been most widely studied and reported to increase the vulnerability to neural tube defects, congenital heart disease, various neuropsychiatric disorders like autism spectrum diseases and attention deficit hyperactiv-ity disease, cleft lip/ palate, acute leukaemia, cardiovascular diseases, occlusive vascular disease in children. Methods We conducted this prospective clinical trial to examine whether yoga practice can up regulate MTHFR gene expression. Considering the prevalence of MTHFR polymorphism, varied spectrum of its implications in disease causation including male infertility, we conducted the trial involving 30 infertile men who underwent 3 weeks of supervised YBLI. Pre and post intervention assessment of the blood and semen sample was done to see the effects. Results We have found more than fivefold up-regulation in the expression of MTHFR gene with significant reduction of seminal free radical levels after 3 weeks of yoga practice. Interestingly we noticed significantly higher MTHFR polymorphic variants in infertile male patients compared to healthy fertile controls. Conclusion MTHFR polymorphisms are also independently associated with many paediatric diseases. Diagnosing MTHFR deficiency in children is a challenging job and requires high index of suspicion and continuous vigilance. Yoga based lifestyle may be adopted both by parents planning conception and also by adolescent children who are sufferers of this condition to halt the consequences of mild to moderate MTHFR deficiency.

Abstract
The erector spinae plane block is a versatile regional anaesthesia technique used for a variety of truncal surgeries. A novel variation is the sacral erector spinae plane block which is gaining popularity for perineal and anorectal procedures. Local anaesthetic injected at this level blocks the sacral dermatomes and has the potential for more proximal spread to involve lumbar nerve fibres via spread to the lumbar plexus or the epidural space. The advantage of a sacral erector spinae plane block over a neuraxial block is that it is less invasive and may have a better safety profile: there is a reduced risk of epidural haematoma, epidural abscess, haemodynamic instability and motor weakness of the lower extremities. Until now, this approach has been used for midline surgical procedures when the local anaesthetic was injected bilaterally. Its application for lower limb procedures with a single unilateral injection has not been described. We report the use of a unilateral sacral erector spinae plane block at the level of the S2 median crest in two children undergoing lower limb procedures of the hip and thigh. The block was found to provide effective peri-operative analgesia with minimal need for any opioid analgesics and without any significant adverse effects.

Abstract
Spectroscopy in vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) and visible ranges plays an important role in the investigation and diagnosis of tokamak plasmas. However, under harsh environmental conditions of fusion grade devices, such as ITER, VUV-visible systems encounter many issues due to the degradation of optical components used in such systems. Here, near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy has become an effective tool in understanding the edge plasma dynamics. Considering its importance, a NIR spectroscopic diagnostic has been developed and installed on the ADITYA-U tokamak. The system consists of a 0.5 m spectrometer having three gratings with different groove densities, and it is coupled with a linear InGaAs photodiode array. Radiation from the ADITYA-U edge plasma has been collected using a collimating lens and optical fiber combination and transported to the spectrometer. The spectrum in the NIR range from the ADITYA-U plasma has been recorded using this system, in which Paβ and Paγ along with many spectral lines from neutral and singly ionized impurities have been observed. The influxes of H and C have been estimated from measurements. The H influx value is found to be 2.8 × 1016 and 1.9 × 1016 particles cm-2 s-1 from neutral hydrogen lines Hα and Paβ, respectively, and the C influx value is found to be 3.5 × 1015 and 2.9 × 1015 particles cm-2 s-1 from the neutral carbon and singly ionized carbon, respectively. A good agreement is seen between these results and the results obtained by using a routine photomultiplier tube based diagnostic.

Abstract
Abstract
Background
WHO states that 9 out of 10 persons in the world do not breath clean air and 8 million people die prematurely from air pollution each year. The problem is well understood, but actions to mitigate it are lacking. The purpose of the EU-funded AQ-WATCH Project is precisely to develop effective tools based on the most advanced science technologies to help decision-makers in government and the private sector to address air pollution issues in regions of the world where they operate.
Objectives
AQ-WATCH aims to develops a supply chain to generate innovative downstream products for improving air quality forecasts and attribution based on existing space/in-situ observations to improve public health and to optimize renewable energy in regions of the world. The project consortium includes research and business-oriented partners, who brings together the required expertise to define the optimal functionalities of these products to bring them to the market.
Results
The AQ-WATCH products are organized into 5 modules: (1) Air quality atlas, (2) Air quality attribution & mitigation, (3) Dust and fire forecast, (4) Fracking analysis, and (5) Air quality forecast. They are developed for 3 target regions (Beijing, Colorado and Santiago de Chile) and are integrated into a unified user-interface, the AQ-WATCH Toolkit. Product developers and prime users in the target regions are constantly interacting, and the user feedback is collected, analyzed and included during the product development.
Conclusions
Collaborative work done in AQ-WATCH shows strategic interaction between our research and business-oriented partners. Contributions from local parties are proven to be valuable for regional adaption of the products. A throughout dissemination including regional workshops is essential to ensure proper knowledge uptake by the target audience. Constant exchange with the private sector is required for a smooth transfer from scientific results to commercialized marketable products.

Abstract
In this paper, the security strength of the improved optical cryptosystem based on interference has been evaluated. Compared to the previous interference-based cryptosystems in which the plaintext is encoded into two phase-only masks (POMs), here the plaintext is encoded into a POM and an amplitude mask (AM). Since the information of the plaintext cannot be recovered directly when one of the masks is released in the decryption process of the improved cryptosystem, it seems that it is free from the silhouette problem. However, we found that the random phase mask (RPM) serving as the encryption key is not related to the plaintext. Thus, it is possible to recover the RPM first by using the known-plaintext attack (KPA). Moreover, the POM and the AM generated in the encryption path only contains the phase and amplitude information, respectively. Thus, these can be utilized as additional constraints in the proposed iterative process. Based on these findings, two kinds of hybrid attacks, including a KPA and the iterative processes with different constraints, are proposed to crack the improved cryptosystem. In the designed KPA with a pair of the known plaintext and its corresponding masks, the RPM is recovered first. With the aid of the recovered RPM, two iterative processes with different released masks are proposed to recover the information of the plaintext without any knowledge of another mask. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time that the existence of the silhouette problem in the cryptosystem under study has been reported. Numerical simulation has been carried out to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed hybrid attacks.

Abstract
Background. Diagnosing acute appendicitis correctly in a female patient is a challenge for a practicing surgeon. Rate of misdiagnosis of acute appendicitis is very high among female patients. There are many studies carried out to find incidence of acute appendicitis as per various phases of menstruation cycle but the results were conflicting.
Objective. The study was conducted to find the relationship of acute appendicitis with the different phases of the menstruation cycle.
Methods. This research was an observational study carried out in two regional hospitals in northern and north-eastern part of India. Duration of study was 24 months between 01 June 2019 and 31 May 2021. Inclusion Criteria were for all female patients, non-pregnant and menstruating, who were histopathologically confirmed as acute appendicitis. All pathologically proven negative appendectomy patients were excluded from this study. All female patients taking oral contraceptive pills (OCP) were excluded from the study.
Results. A total of 96 females were hospitalized in both hospitals during the study period; 12 of them did not attain menarche (12.5%), 6 had menopause (6.3%) and 78 were menstruating (81.25%). Of those 78 patients, who had physiological menstrual cycles, 6 were in menstrual phase (7.6%), 18 were in proliferative phase (23%), and 54 in luteal phase (69.2%). In our study, there were only 6 cases of acute appendicitis during menstruation. therefore, the expected ratio of cases was 6/14=0.42. The corresponding expected rate for the proliferative phase was 2.78×9=25 cases, whereas for the luteal phase it was 2.78×14=38.92. The expected ratio was 18/25=0.72 for the proliferative phase and 54/39=1.38 for the luteal phase. There was a significant increase in number of cases of acute appendicitis among the menstruating women in luteal phase with p value <0.05. Mean age of the study participants was 28.31±9.56.
Conclusions. According to the result of the study, the incidence of acute appendicitis significantly differs in different phases of menstruation cycle with highest incidence in luteal phase. Hence, female hormones (estrogen and progesterone) are significant in causing acute appendicitis.
