Abstract
Objective: The objective of my study is to investigate the incidence ERG fusion positive adenocarcinoma and its correlation with gleason grade and gleason group.
Methods: it is a descriptive cross sectional study. 100 cases of prostatic adenocarcinoma were retrieved and ERG immunohistochemical stain was applied on all these cases. ERG expression, extent of staining, percentage of tumor cells positive for ERG, pattern of staining were recorded. We found out relationship of ERG expression and gleason grade/ gleason group.
Results: ERG expression was seen in 62/100 (62%) cases. mean patient age of ERG positive prostatic adenocarcinoma patients was 69.68years. In GG1 (14.5%) 9 cases exhibited ERG positivity. In GG2-3, 41.93% cases and in GG4-5, 43.54% cases showed ERG expression.
Conclusion: To conclude, age of presentation of ERG positive adenocarcinoma was high. ERG expression was seen in 62% of our cases which was much higher than reported in other Asian countries. In our study we found a significant correlation between ERG expression and high gleason grade group.

Abstract
Optimum planting arrangement is an important attribute for efficient utilization of available resources and to obtain high yield of cotton. Application of plant growth promoter and retardant on cotton in improved planting density are the innovative techniques in the establishment of more productive cotton crop. Therefore, we planned a field study to assess the role of bio-stimulant and growth retardant in the resource utilization efficiency of cotton cultivars planted under variable row spacing at Agronomic Research Area Bahauddin Zakariya University and Usmania Agricultural Farm Shujabad during Kharif 2012. Experimental treatments consisted of cotton genotypes viz. CIM-573 and CIM-598, cultivated under conventional (75 cm), medium (50 cm) and ultra-narrow row spacing (25 cm) with foliar spray of bio-stimulant (moringa leaf extract) and growth retardant (mepiquate chloride), either sole or in combination, keeping distilled water as a control. Exogenously applied MLE alone and MLE + MC significantly enhanced the number of squares, flowers and green bolls per plant leading to higher cotton seed and lint yield of CIM 598 cultivar cultivated under conventional row spacing. While application of MC alone and MLE + MC produced maximum micronaire value, fiber strength and fiber uniformity ratio of CIM 573 cultivar cultivated under conventional row spacing. The results suggested that application of MLE is a possible approach to enhance the cotton productivity and the use of MC to enhance the fiber quality attributes under conventional row spacing.

Abstract
Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare and highly aggressive tumor with a poor prognosis. The literature on prognosis from low-income or low-middle-income countries is limited and scarce. This study aimed to determine the clinical and histopathological characteristics, recurrence-free survival (RFS), overall survival (OS), and the factors affecting ACC's prognosis. This was a retrospective study of patients that presented with ACC to the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer & Research Center, Lahore, Pakistan, between January 2011 and May 2018. Information regarding demographics and clinical and histopathological variables were extracted and analyzed. Of the 25 subjects, 16 (64%) were female. The median age of the sample was 35 years (range; 21 - 72 years). Statistically significant associations were found between RFS and functional status of the tumor (p = 0.014), cortisol overproduction (p = 0.02), androgen excess (testosterone [p = 0.03] and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate [DHEA SO4] [p = 0.004]), Ki-67 score (p = 0.03), mitotic rate (p = 0.02), stratified mitotic rate (p = 0.01), and composite variable of disease (p = 0.004). The OS was found to have statistical associations with cortisol hypersecretion (p = 0.02), DHEA SO4 excess (p = 0.01), Modified Weis Score (p < 0.001), mitotic rate (p = 0.02), stratified mitotic rate (p = 0.003), and composite variable of disease (p = 0.001). Linear regression (forward-type) analysis suggested that the functional status of the tumor and the disease recurrence index statistically predicted the variance in RFS and OS, respectively. Multiple clinical and histopathological variables appear to affect the prognosis of ACC. However, based on multivariable analysis, it appears that the functional status of the tumor and the composite variable of disease recurrence are predictors of RFS and OS, respectively.

Abstract
Lhermitte-Duclos disease (LDD) is a relatively uncommon condition of the cerebellum. It is generally characterised as a hamartomatous lesion of posterior fossa and is common in the third and fourth decades of life. According to the World Health Organisation, it is classified as a grade I tumour with potential for recurrence. Otherwise, this disease is generally associated with good prognosis. Malignant transformation of LDD has not yet been reported. However, genetic counselling of the patient is recommended with active surveillance. Since LDD is believed to be a pathognomonic feature of Cowden syndrome, which is a multi-system autosomal dominant hereditary disorder characterised by multiple hamartomas and an elevated risk of benign and malignant neoplasms, we decided to report this important entity considering its rarity and high clinical significance.

Abstract
Introduction Breast phyllodes tumor’s (PT) clinical behavior is difficult to predict on histology. There is limited amount of data available on the role of biological markers. The objective of this study was to assess the expression of CD117 (c-KIT) in PT of the breast and its relationship with morphology and clinical outcome. Methods A total of 78 patients having available clinical records between 2004 and 2014 with breast PT were retrieved from the cancer registry at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Lahore and were followed up. Immunohistochemical studies were performed on all the cases using monoclonal antibody CD117 (DAKO A4502) using Leica Bond-Max automated biosystem (Leica Biosystems, Melbourne, Australia). Staining proportion and intensity of both epithelial and stromal elements were analyzed. Evaluation of the protein expression was determined and scored. Results Patients’ mean age was 45.13 ± 11.4 years. Thirty-nine (50.0%) patients had tumor on right side, 38 (48.7%) had on left and only one (1.3%) was bilateral. Thirty-two (41.0%) patients had benign PT, 21 (26.9%) had borderline and 25 (32.1%) had malignant PT. Negative CD117 expression was observed in 20 (62.5%), eight (38.0%) and 12 (48.0%) of benign, borderline and malignant PTs, respectively. Positive CD117 expression was observed in 12 (37.5%) benign, 13 (61.9%) borderline and 13 (52.0%) malignant PTs. There was insignificant association between CD117 expression with respect to tumor sub-type, patient’s age and clinical behavior (p-value > 0.05). Conclusion CD117 expression was not found to be associated with tumor type and was not associated with increased risk of recurrence in this sample of patients. Further work is needed to better understand the prognostic value of CD117 expression in breast PTs.

Abstract
Background Post-infectious glomerulonephritis (PIGN) (immune complex-mediated glomerulonephritis) and C3 glomerulopathy are sub-types of glomerulonephritis (GN) with hypercellularity. Both have overlapping clinical and morphologic features on a kidney biopsy, however, the treatment and prognosis of these diseases are quite different making their distinction of utmost importance. Immune complex-mediated glomerulonephritis arises from glomerular deposition of immune-complexes (Igs) and C3 as a result of activation of classical (CP) and lectin pathways (LP). C4d is produced as a result of activation of the CP/LP. On the other hand, C3 glomerulopathy results from activation of alternative pathway of complement. Aim To distinguish between PIGN and C3 glomerulopathy with the help of C4d IHC stain. Materials and Methods We studied 28 biopsies reported as GN with hypercellularity from January 2015 to January 2020. Clinical information, histological features and immunofluorescence patterns were analyzed. C4d IHC was performed on all the biopsies. Six known cases of immune complex-mediated GN were selected to act as a positive control for C4d staining. Results Amongst 28 cases originally reported as GN with hypercellularity, 18 were labeled as post-infectious GN and 10 as C3 glomerulopathy based on clinical information and serological findings. 13 of 18 (72.2%) cases of PIGN had mild to moderate (1-2+) C4d staining, 2 (11.1%) had strong (3+) staining and 3 (16.7%) cases were negative for C4d staining. In the 10 biopsies of C3 glomerulopathy, mild (1+) C4d staining was noted only in 3 (30%) biopsies. C4d had moderate to strong (2-3+) staining in the control group. Conclusion C4d IHC stain can be helpful in distinguishing PIGN from C3 glomerulopathy.

Abstract
Efficient and cost-effective removal of radioactive iodine (radioiodine) from radioactive contaminated water has become a crucial task, following nuclear power plant disasters. Several materials for removing radioiodine have been reported in the literature. However, most of these materials exhibit some limitations, such as high production cost, slow adsorption kinetics, and poor adsorption capacity. Herein, we present silver/iron oxide nanocomposites (Ag/Fe3O4) for the efficient and specific removal of iodine anions from contaminated water. The Ag/Fe3O4 were synthesized using a modified method and characterized via scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction analyses. This adsorbent showed a high adsorption capacity for iodine anions (847 mg/g of the adsorbent) in pure water. Next, Ag/Fe3O4 was applied to the removal of radioiodine, and high removal efficiencies were observed in water. In addition, its desalination capacity was retained in the presence of competitive ions and varied pH. After the adsorption process, Ag/Fe3O4 was easily removed from the water by applying an external magnetic field. Moreover, the same operation can be repeated several times without a significant decrease in the performance of Ag/Fe3O4. Therefore, it is expected that the findings presented in this study will offer a new method for desalinating radioiodine in various aqueous media.

Abstract
Background and objective Müllerian adenosarcomas (MA) are rare biphasic tumors with benign epithelial and sarcomatous stromal components. There is very limited cohort study data on MA in the South Asian countries and no such study has been attempted in Pakistan. Our aim was to evaluate the clinicopathological characteristics of MA and to review the published literature on the condition. Additionally, we also analyzed the impact of various prognostic factors on the overall survival (OS) of patients with MA. Materials and methods This was a retrospective observational study performed at the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital and Research Centre, Lahore from 2003 to 2020. A total of 59 histologically confirmed cases of MA were included in the study and critically reviewed. Results The mean age of the patients was 54 ±16 years, and the most common tumor location was the uterine corpus (48, 81.4%), followed by the cervix (eight, 13.6%), ovary (two, 3.4%), and vagina (one, 1.7%). Sarcomatous overgrowth (SO) was seen in 22 (37.3%) patients, and high-grade cytology was observed in 18 (30.5%) patients. Furthermore, lymphovascular invasion (LVI) was present in six (10.2%) patients, and myometrial invasion was noted in 25 (42.4%) patients. The follow-up details of 29 patients were available, and death was recorded in 13 (44.8%) patients with a median OS of three years. Conclusion MA is a rare and diagnostically challenging entity due to its wide differential diagnosis. It is essential to take note of different morphological features such as SO, cytological features, LVI, and heterologous differentiation because of their significant prognostic impact.

Background
Stress cardiovascular magnetic resonance (S-CMR) has been recognized as a reliable technique for the diagnosis and prognostic stratification of patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease (CAD). Recently, the novel technique of feature-tracking (FT) strain has been applied to S-CMR in order to improve the risk stratification of patients. However, no data are available on the prognostication role of FT strain in patients undergoing a S-CMR with dypiridamole. Aim of this study is to assess the additional role of FT strain in the long-term risk stratification of a large population of patients with known or suspected CAD undergoing a S-CMR with dypiridamole.
Methods
731 consecutive patients (age: 63 ± 10 y, male 84%) with stable typical or atypical symptoms suggesting possible cardiac ischemia underwent dipyridamole S-CMR. The patients were followed up for 5.8 ± 1.2 years. CMR-FT analysis of steady state free precession (SSFP) short and long axis cine images obtained in rest and stress conditions was performed in each patient to obtain 2D global peak systolic rest and stress longitudinal (GLS), circumferential (GCS) and radial strains (GRS). Major adverse cardiac events (MACE) were defined as myocardial infarction and cardiac death.
Results
MACE occurred in 64 (8.7%) patients. Patients experiencing MACE showed higher indexed left ventricular (LV) end-diastolic (EDVi), end-systolic (ESVi) volumes and lower LV ejection fraction (LVEF), higher late-gadolinium enhancement (LGE) presence and reduced both rest and stress GLS, GCS and GRS. At multivariable analysis, LVEDVi (HR 1,01 [95% CI 1.001-1.022]) and LGE (HR 2.399 [95% CI 1.322-4.355] were independently associated with MACE (p = 0.027 and p = 0.04 respectively). By Kaplan-Meier analysis, patients with stress GLS ≥ -15.35% had significantly reduced event-free survival compared with those with stress GLS < -15.35 (log-rank p = 0.001). A model based on stress GCS > - 15.3% plus LVEDVi showed a similar prognostication value of a model made of LVEDVi plus LGE.
Conclusions
In patients with known or suspected CAD undergoing S-CMR with dypiridamole, a model based on LVEDVi plus stress GCS owns a prognostication value similar to LVEDVi plus LGE.

Aims To describe the role of coronary CT angiography (CCTA) as the sole available non-invasive diagnostic test for symptomatic patients with suspected CAD in a hub center for cardiovascular emergencies in the presence of limited access to hospital facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods and Results From March 9th to April 30th, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, a consecutive cohort of symptomatic patients with high clinical suspicion of CAD and clinical indication to CCTA were enrolled in a hub hospital in Milan, Italy. When obstructive coronary artery disease was detected (>70% diameter stenosis in a proximal coronary segment or >90% stenosis in any coronary segment) patients were referred to invasive coronary angiography (ICA). Clinical follow-up was assessed in patients in whom ICA was considered deferrable. Overall, 58 consecutive patients were included. Ten (17.2%) symptomatic patients underwent ICA according to CCTA findings, while in 48 (82.8%) patients ICA was deferred. No clinical events were recorded after a mean follow-up of 49.7 ± 16.8 days. In nine out of ten patients referred to ICA, severe coronary artery disease was confirmed and treated accordingly. Changes in medical therapy were significantly more prevalent in patients with vs. those without CAD at CCTA. Conclusion We report a potential pivotal role for CCTA in the triage of non-COVID-19 patients with suspected CAD during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. CCTA may be helpful for identifying patients who necessitate ICA, ensuring adequate resource utilization during the pandemic.

Background
Stress computed tomography perfusion (Stress-CTP) is a functional technique that can be added to coronary computed tomography angiography (cCTA) to improve the management of patients with suspected coronary artery disease (CAD).
Purpose
To determine the impact of routine availability of Stress-CTP added to cCTA in terms of downstream testing, radiation exposure and outcome in patients with high risk or known CAD.
Methods
Patients symptomatic for chest pain, known for CAD, with previous revascularization or with increased pre-test likelihood of CAD, referred for clinically indicated cCTA with Stress-CTP were prospectively enrolled. Data regarding evaluability, overall radiation exposure, invasive and non-invasive downstream testing, hospitalizations, revascularizations, major adverse cardiac events (MACE) as unstable angina, non-fatal myocardial infarction and cardiovascular death after index test were collected at follow-up.
Results
263 consecutive patients were prospectively enrolled (mean age: 65 ± 9 years; male: 79%), of which 162 (62%) had previous revascularization. The mean follow-up was 323 ± 175 days. cCTA and Stress-CTP were fully evaluable in 95% and 99%, respectively. Obstructive CAD and inducible ischaemia were found in 170 (65%) and 129 (49%) subjects, respectively. No significant difference was found between patients with presence or absence of perfusion defects in terms of downstream non-invasive testing (p: 0.229), while patients with inducible ischaemia had more downstream invasive testing, increased overall radiation exposure, more hospitalizations for cardiovascular reasons and revascularization (all endpoints with p: < 0.001). No differences were detected between patients with inducible ischaemia treated with revascularization after index test and patients without inducible ischaemia, even if with obstructive CAD, treated medically in terms of MACE.
Conclusions
Routine implementation of cCTA with Stress-CTP is associated with subsequent low rate of other non-invasive testing, low overall radiation exposure in case of negative Stress-CTP and good prognosis if clinical management is based on combined anatomical and functional information.

Abstract
Objective: Chondroblastoma is rare benign cartilage forming tumor of bone predominantly in individuals less than 20 years of age. Recently immunohistochemical marker DOG 1 has been reported to help in the diagnosis in difficult cases where histological features overlap with other similar entities. Current study aims to assess the sensitivity and specificity of DOG 1 in the diagnosis of chondroblastomas.
Study design: descriptive cross-sectional study
Place and duration of study: The study was conducted from June 2015 to July 2017 in Department of Histopathology, Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Lahore, Pakistan.
Patients and methods: Total fifty-two patients were included in this study including 19 chondroblastomas, 21 giant cell tumors and 12 chondromyxoid fibromas. DOG 1 antibody was applied on all the cases
Results: DOG 1 was positive in 100 % of cases of chondroblastomas. However, intensity and proportion of staining pattern was variable among them. 78% (n=15) cases showed diffuse moderate to strong expression while 22% (n=4) cases showed focal weak expression. Only 10% (n=2) cases of giant cell tumors and 33% (n=4) of chondromyxoid fibromas expressed focal weak expression for DOG 1.
Conclusions: This study confirms 100 % expression of DOG 1 in cases of chondroblastomas but intensity and proportion of staining pattern was variable. Therefore DOG 1 may prove to be a useful immunohistochemical marker for diagnosis of chondroblastomas in the future in difficult cases in correlation with histological and radiological features.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is a rare subtype of chondrosarcoma. The tumor has a characteristic bimorphic pattern with areas of poorly differentiated small round cell component and interspersed islands of well differentiated hyaline cartilage. Histological diagnosis of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is very challenging especially in small biopsies when tumor presents with little cartilaginous component. In such cases, it is very difficult to distinguish mesenchymal chondrosarcoma from other round blue cell tumors like Ewing's sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, small cell osteosarcoma and desmoplastic round blue cell tumor. Immunohistochemically, mesenchymal chondrosarcoma stains positive for NKX2.2, CD99, S100 and SOX9. This immunoprofile is non-specific and overlaps with other round blue cell tumors. Till recently, there was no reliable immunohistochemical marker to differentiate mesenchymal chondrosarcoma from other round blue cell tumors. NKX3.1, though widely used as a diagnostic biomarker for prostatic adenocarcinoma, has been recently proposed by Yoshida et al. (2020) as a unique marker of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma and EWSR1-NFATC2 sarcoma. OBJECTIVE The aim of our study was to further explore utility of NKX3.1 as a diagnostic marker of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma. MATERIAL & METHODS We applied NKX3.1 immunohistochemistry to 21 cases of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma and 32 cases of other round blue cell tumors. RESULTS 14 out of 21 cases (66.7%) of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma stained positive for NKX3.1 with nuclear expression in small round component. Cartilaginous component was predominantly negative. All other round blue cell tumors showed negative results. CONCLUSION Based on our study results we suggest that NKX3.1 is a useful immunohistochemical marker in differentiating mesenchymal chondrosarcoma from its histological mimics.

Objectives
To identify potential imaging features at cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) specific for left-dominant arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (LDAC) diagnosis.
Materials and methods
Between January 2011 and May 2016, we considered 36 consecutive stable patients with a recent diagnosis of significant VA and ECG morphology consistent with a LV origin, detection of potential LV arrhythmic substrate at CMR, undergoing a clinically-indicated LV endomyocardial biopsy. Exclusion criteria were history of known cardiac disease, contraindications to CMR and impaired CMR image quality. After application of these criteria, in 9 patients endomyocardial biopsy showed tissue abnormalities consistent with the diagnosis of LDAC. From the same CMR-endomyocardial biopsy registry, a second group of 9 consecutive patients with a histological diagnosis of previous myocarditis were identified.
Results
Mid-wall LGE in the interventricular septum was detected in 5 myocarditis, without findings in LDAC group (p=0.03), whereas subepicardial LGE at the level of posterolateral wall of LV was detected in 8 cases of LDAC vs. 2 cases of myocarditis (p=0.02). Fat infiltration, and particularly subepicardial posterolateral fat infiltration, was found in all LDAC patients vs. one myocarditis only (p<0.01). No differences in other CMR findings or in any clinical or echocardiographic parameters were found between patients with a biopsy consistent with LDAC vs. patients in whom biopsy suggested myocarditis.
Conclusions
In patients with significant VA and ECG morphology consistent with a LV origin, identification of morpho-functional involvement of the subepicardial layer of LV posterolateral wall at CMR (LGE, fat infiltration, wall dyskinesis) is consistent with a diagnosis of LDAC.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Secretory carcinoma of the salivary gland (SC) is a new entity that harbours a specific ETV6 gene rearrangement. The clinical behaviour of this tumour is not well-known as it is a relatively new entity but it is generally considered as a tumour of low malignant potential. The objective of the study was to find out the frequency of ETV6 translocation in cases diagnosed based on histology and immunohistochemistry, to study morphological features and immunohistochemical findings of our cases and to determine the survival and disease-free status of our patients. METHODS Twenty-five diagnosed cases of SC were retrieved from the archives of SKMCH and RC. Diagnosis was made primarily based on morphology and immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry includes S100, p63, mammaglobin, DOG 1, GCDFP-15, TTF-1, GATA3, SMA, AMA, and AR. The diagnosis was further confirmed by molecular testing, i.e., Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) studies to observe specific ETV6 gene break. Follow up of the patients was done by developing a questionnaire. Statistical analysis of the data was done using SPSS-23.0. RESULTS The mean age of diagnosis was 41±17.4 and the male to female ratio was 1.5:15. The mean size of the tumour was 45.48±27.35. The most common site of the tumour was parotid gland (60%). On morphology, SC showed a wide range of morphological patterns, most common being the tubular, microcystic, intraductal, and papillary. Immunohistochemical stains mammaglobin (22/22), GCDFP-15(15/15) and GATA3 (10/10) showed 100% positive result. However, all cases were negative for p63 (0/18) and DOG 1(0/11). ETV6 break was seen in 17/17 cases (100%). The mean disease-free survival was 75 months and the overall survival was 51.90±2.80 months. CONCLUSIONS This study highlights the presence of specific molecular alteration in all cases, which were diagnosed based on morphology and immunohistochemistry.

Abstract
Introduction: Melanoma ranks 19th among malignancies overall and second among cutaneous types. The incidence worldwide has been on the rise over the last seven decades. Various prognostic factors have been assessed and found to have a profound impact on patient outcome. However, no such studies have been attempted in our population. Our study aimed to have an insight into the behavior of malignant melanoma in our population. Materials and Methods: Cases of cutaneous malignant melanoma treated and followed up at our institute were included in this study. Cases of mucosal and choroidal melanoma were excluded. The parameters noted were age, gender, tumor thickness, Clark level, and presence of ulceration. These parameters were individually correlated with development of distant metastasis, two-year survival, survival duration, and primary tumor and lymph node stage. Appropriate statistical analyses were done. Results: Thirty patients of cutaneous malignant melanomas were treated and followed up at our institution. There was male predilection of 1:1.5. Mean age at diagnosis was 50.1 years. Two-year survival was significantly better in females. Sun-exposed areas of the skin were most commonly involved followed by anal canal that has an unusually high incidence in our society. Majority of our cases were pT4(25) on tumor, nodal status, metastasis (TNM) staging at time of diagnosis. Increasing tumor thickness in terms of primary tumor staging was not found to have any significant impact on two-year survival, distant metastasis, lymph node stage, or survival duration. Sixty percent of cases had ulceration. There was no statistically significant effect on two-year survival (78% in ulcerated group vs 75% in nonulcerated group) and distant metastasis (61% vs 58.3%). In terms of Clark level, 20 cases were level V, seven cases were level IV, two were level III, and one was level I. There was no statistically significant difference between the Clark levels in terms of two years survival, development of distant metastasis, and lymph node stages. Conclusion: Melanoma is an aggressive malignancy that causes high morbidity and morality. It commonly presents at an advanced stage at time of diagnosis in our population. Broader studies are required with early-stage melanomas to compare the various prognostic factors and their impact on prognosis.

Abstract
Concern about environmental exposure to hazardous substances has grown over the past several decades, because these substances have adverse effects on human health. Methods used to monitor the biological uptake of hazardous substances and their spatiotemporal behavior in vivo must be accurate and reliable. Recent advances in radiolabeling chemistry and radioanalytical methodologies have facilitated the quantitative analysis of toxic substances, and whole-body imaging can be achieved using nuclear imaging instruments. Herein, we review recent literature on the radioanalytical methods used to study the biological distribution, changes in the uptake and accumulation of hazardous substances, including industrial chemicals, nanomaterials, and microorganisms. We begin with an overview of the radioisotopes used to prepare radiotracers for in vivo experiments. We then summarize the results of molecular imaging studies involving radiolabeled toxins and their quantitative assessment. We conclude the review with perspectives on the use of radioanalytical methods for future environmental research.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The objective of the study is to analyze the expression of androgen, estrogen and progesterone receptor in different types of endometrial carcinomas and to correlate the androgen receptor expression with estrogen and progesterone receptor and the clinicopathological parameters like lymphovascular invasion, grade of the tumour, size of tumour and extent of myometrial invasion.. METHODS It is a cross-sectional analytical study design with a simple random sample of a total of 54 cases of different types of endometrial carcinomas from the year 2017. Immunohistochemical stains androgen receptor, estrogen receptor, and Progesterone receptor were applied in all the cases. The Pearson Chi-square test of independence was applied to measure association and P-value is calculated to check the significance of the results. RESULTS Androgen receptor expression was observed in 73% of low-grade endometrioid carcinomas, 62.5% of high-grade endometrioid carcinomas, 62% of serous, 20% of clear cell and 18% of carcinosarcomas, respectively. Androgen positive tumours were also positive for estrogen and progesterone in most of the cases, except 3 serous carcinomas and one low-grade endometrioid carcinoma. However, no significant relation was observed between androgen expression and prognostic parameters like the lymphovascular invasion, size of the tumour and myometrial invasion. CONCLUSIONS Maximum expression of androgen receptor was observed in endometrioid and serous carcinomas, while carcinosarcomas and clear cell carcinomas showed minimum expression with no significant correlation between androgen receptor expression and clinicopathological parameters.

Abstract
In this study we consider relatively new bond-additive Mostar indices that appear to provide quantitative measures of peripheral shapes of molecules. We have computed weighted Mostar, edge-Mostar and total-Mostar indices of graphene, [Formula: see text]-types of graphyne and graphdiyne, which are of considerable interest owing to their novel properties and thus find applications in a number of areas such as sensors, catalysis, chemisorption and nanomedicine. We have implemented the results to analyse the weighted Mostar indices and have obtained exact analytical expressions for the title molecules. We propose that Mostar indices together with frontier molecular orbitals, and HOMO-LUMO gaps can provide measures of chemical reactivity and analysis of peripheral molecular shapes.
