Abstract
Using e^{+}e^{-} annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6.32 fb^{-1} collected at center-of-mass energies between 4.178 and 4.226 GeV with the BESIII detector, we perform the first amplitude analysis of the decay D_{s}^{+}→K_{S}^{0}K^{+}π^{0} and determine the relative branching fractions and phases for intermediate processes. We observe an a_{0}-like state with mass of 1.817 GeV in its decay to K_{S}^{0}K^{+} for the first time. In addition, we measure the ratio {B[D_{s}^{+}→K[over ¯]^{*}(892)^{0}K^{+}]/B[D_{s}^{+}→K[over ¯]^{0}K^{*}(892)^{+}]} to be 2.35_{-0.23stat}^{+0.42}±0.10_{syst}. Finally, we provide a precision measurement of the absolute branching fraction B(D_{s}^{+}→K_{S}^{0}K^{+}π^{0})=(1.46±0.06_{stat}±0.05_{syst})%.

Abstract
Micro-expressions (MEs) can reflect an individual’s subjective emotions and true mental state, and they are widely used in the fields of mental health, justice, law enforcement, intelligence, and security. However, one of the major challenges of working with MEs is that their neural mechanism is not entirely understood. To the best of our knowledge, the present study is the first to use electroencephalography (EEG) to investigate the reorganizations of functional brain networks involved in MEs. We aimed to reveal the underlying neural mechanisms that can provide electrophysiological indicators for ME recognition. A real-time supervision and emotional expression suppression experimental paradigm was designed to collect video and EEG data of MEs and no expressions (NEs) of 70 participants expressing positive emotions. Based on the graph theory, we analyzed the efficiency of functional brain network at the scalp level on both macro and micro scales. The results revealed that in the presence of MEs compared with NEs, the participants exhibited higher global efficiency and nodal efficiency in the frontal, occipital, and temporal regions. Additionally, using the random forest algorithm to select a subset of functional connectivity features as input, the support vector machine classifier achieved a classification accuracy for MEs and NEs of 0.81, with an area under the curve of 0.85. This finding demonstrates the possibility of using EEG to recognize MEs, with a wide range of application scenarios, such as persons wearing face masks or patients with expression disorders.

Precise Measurements of Decay Parameters and CP Asymmetry with Entangled Λ-Λ[over ¯] Pairs. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2022; 129:131801. Abstract
Based on 10 billion J/ψ events collected at the BESIII experiment, a search for CP violation in Λ decay is performed in the difference between CP-odd decay parameters α_{-} for Λ→pπ^{-} and α_{+} for Λ[over ¯]→p[over ¯]π^{+} by using the process e^{+}e^{-}→J/ψ→ΛΛ[over ¯]. With a five-dimensional fit to the full angular distributions of the daughter baryon, the most precise values for the decay parameters are determined to be α_{-}=0.7519±0.0036±0.0024 and α_{+}=-0.7559±0.0036±0.0030, respectively. The Λ and Λ[over ¯] averaged value of the decay parameter is extracted to be α_{avg}=0.7542±0.0010±0.0024 with unprecedented accuracy. The CP asymmetry A_{CP}=(α_{-}+α_{+})/(α_{-}-α_{+}) is determined to be -0.0025±0.0046±0.0012, which is one of the most precise measurements in the baryon sector. The reported results for the decay parameter will play an important role in the studies of the polarizations and CP violations for the strange, charmed and beauty baryons.

Abstract
We study the direct production of the J^{PC}=1^{++} charmonium state χ_{c1}(1P) in electron-positron annihilation by carrying out an energy scan around the mass of the χ_{c1}(1P). The data were collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. An interference pattern between the signal process e^{+}e^{-}→χ_{c1}(1P)→γJ/ψ→γμ^{+}μ^{-} and the background processes e^{+}e^{-}→γ_{ISR}J/ψ→γ_{ISR}μ^{+}μ^{-} and e^{+}e^{-}→γ_{ISR}μ^{+}μ^{-} is observed by combining all the data samples. The χ_{c1}(1P) signal is observed with a significance of 5.1σ. This is the first observation of a C-even state directly produced in e^{+}e^{-} annihilation. The electronic width of the χ_{c1}(1P) resonance is determined to be Γ_{ee}=(0.12_{-0.08}^{+0.13}) eV, which is of the same order of magnitude as theoretical calculations.

Abstract
We study the processes e^{+}e^{-}→K_{S}^{0}D_{s}^{+}D^{*-} and e^{+}e^{-}→K_{S}^{0}D_{s}^{*+}D^{-}, as well as their charge conjugated processes, at five center-of-mass energies between 4.628 and 4.699 GeV, using data samples corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.8 fb^{-1} collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII storage ring. Based on a partial reconstruction technique, we find evidence of a structure near the thresholds for D_{s}^{+}D^{*-} and D_{s}^{*+}D^{-} production in the K_{S}^{0} recoil-mass spectrum, which we refer to as the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0}. Fitting with a Breit-Wigner line shape, we find the mass of the structure to be (3992.2±1.7±1.6) MeV/c^{2} and the width to be (7.7_{-3.8}^{+4.1}±4.3) MeV, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. The significance of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0} signal is found to be 4.6σ including both the statistical and systematic uncertainty. We report the Born cross section multiplied by the branching fraction at different energy points. The mass of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0} is close to that of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{+}. Assuming SU(3) symmetry, the cross section of the neutral channel is consistent with that of the charged one. Hence, we conclude that the Z_{cs}(3985)^{0} is the isospin partner of the Z_{cs}(3985)^{+}.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the inter-observer agreement of the severity of oral epithelial dysplasia in oral leukoplakia, providing a theoretical basis for the development of a more objective grading system. Methods: This study included 60 digital pathological slides of oral leukoplakia from Oral Medicine Department of West China Hospital of Stomatology, Sichuan University, and 239 tissue microarray images of oral leukoplakia from State Key Laboratory of Oral Diseases, Sichuan University, to evaluate the agreement of grading. Besides, 1 000 patches were generated from the 60 digital pathological slides and were divided into 500 small-sized patches (224 pixel×224 pixel) and 500 large-sized patches (1 024 pixel×1 024 pixel), to evaluate the agreement of feature detection. Gradings and feature detections were completed by three pathological experts from the oral pathology departments of two Grade 3, Class A stomatological hospitals in China. Kappa coefficient was used to quantify the inter-observer agreement among pathologists. Results: Minimal agreement was found in the grading of oral epithelial dysplasia among pathologists (Kappa=0.30 in the pathological slide group, Kappa=0.30 in the tissue microarray group). None agreement was found in feature detection within the small-sized patches group (median Kappa=0.14 for architectural features, median Kappa=0.18 for cytological features), and minimal agreement was found in feature detection within the large-sized patches group (median Kappa=0.25 for architectural features, median Kappa=0.25 for cytological features). Conclusions: Generally, the agreement of grading and feature detection of oral epithelial dysplasia in oral leukoplakia is poor. Development of a more objective grading system of oral epithelial dysplasia based on artificial intelligence may be helpful to improve the agreement.

Abstract
With the development of society, the number of autistic children in China is increasing, which not only makes the family's happiness very low, but also seriously affects the development of teenagers and society. Among the symptoms of autistic children, early childhood communication skills have received extensive attention. In traditional rehabilitation training, with a lack of parents' participation, most of the training cannot arouse the interest of autistic children, so the treatment effect is not obvious. Based on this, this paper proposes the application of family sports games to improve the early communication ability of autistic children. This article aims to investigate the role of family sports games in promoting the development of early communication skills in autistic children. This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to score the comprehensive ability of family sports games. The experimental results of this paper show that before the experiment, the comprehensive scores of children's communication ability in the control group and the experimental group were 18.92 and 18, respectively, which were generally low, and there was no significant difference. This shows that the communication skills of the two groups of children before the experiment are relatively poor. After the test, the children's comprehensive score of communication ability in the experimental group increased by 35.8 points, and the difference was significant, indicating that family sports games have a great impact on the development of children's communication ability.

Abstract
Using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 11.3 fb^{-1} collected at center-of-mass energies from 4.23 to 4.70 GeV with the BESIII detector, we measure the product of the e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}ψ_{2}(3823) cross section and the branching fraction B[ψ_{2}(3823)→γχ_{c1}]. For the first time, resonance structure is observed in the cross section line shape of e^{+}e^{-}→π^{+}π^{-}ψ_{2}(3823) with significances exceeding 5σ. A fit to data with two coherent Breit-Wigner resonances modeling the sqrt[s]-dependent cross section yields M(R_{1})=4406.9±17.2±4.5 MeV/c^{2}, Γ(R_{1})=128.1±37.2±2.3 MeV, and M(R_{2})=4647.9±8.6±0.8 MeV/c^{2}, Γ(R_{2})=33.1±18.6±4.1 MeV. Though weakly disfavored by the data, a single resonance with M(R)=4417.5±26.2±3.5 MeV/c^{2}, Γ(R)=245±48±13 MeV is also possible to interpret data. This observation deepens our understanding of the nature of the vector charmoniumlike states. The mass of the ψ_{2}(3823) state is measured as (3823.12±0.43±0.13) MeV/c^{2}, which is the most precise measurement to date.

Abstract
UNLABELLED To elucidate the association of coffee and bone health would help fracture risk reduction via dietary intervention. Although those who had higher coffee consumption were less likely to have osteoporosis, the associations between coffee consumption and fracture risk need further investigations with better study designs. INTRODUCTION The associations between coffee consumption and the risk of osteoporosis and fracture remain inconclusive. We aimed to better quantify these associations by conducting meta-analyses of observational studies. METHODS Relevant studies were systematically searched on PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane library, and Embase Database up to November 25, 2021. The odds ratio (OR) or relative risk (RR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) was pooled and a dose-response analysis was performed. RESULTS Four studies with 7114 participants for osteoporosis and thirteen studies with 391,956 participants for fracture incidence were included in the meta-analyses. High versus low coffee consumption was associated with a lower risk of osteoporosis [pooled OR (95% CI): 0.79 (0.65-0.92)], while it was non-significantly associated with fracture incidence [pooled OR (95% CI): 0.86 (0.67-1.05) at hip and 0.89 (0.42-1.36) at non-hip]. A non-linear association between the level of coffee consumption and hip fracture incidence was shown (P = 0.004). The pooled RR (95% CI) of hip fracture risk in those who consumed 1, 2-3, 4, and ≥ 9 cups of coffee per day was 0.92 (0.87-0.97), 0.89 (0.83-0.95), 0.91 (0.85-0.98), and 1.10 (0.76-1.59), respectively. The significance in the association between coffee consumption and the hip fracture incidence decreased in those studies that had larger sample size, higher quality, and more adjustments. CONCLUSIONS A dose-dependent relationship may exist between coffee consumption and hip fracture incidence. The effect of high versus low coffee consumption was influenced by study designs. Further studies with dedicated designs are needed to confirm the independent effects of coffee consumption on bone health.

Abstract
The regime of self-compression has been proposed for plasma-based backward Raman amplification upon a flying focus. By using a pumping focus moving with a speed equal to the group velocity of stimulated Raman backscattering (SRBS), only a short part of SRBS which always synchronizes with the flying focus can be amplified. Therefore, instead of a short pulse, plasma noise or a long pulse can seed the BRA amplifiers. Here we demonstrate the regime by 2D particle-in-cell simulations, showing that the pump pulse is compressed from 26 ps to 116 fs, with an output amplitude comparable with the case of a well-synchronized short seed. As only one laser pulse is used in the simulation, the results present a significant path to simplify the Raman amplifiers.

Abstract
Objective The objective of this study is to explore the application of a very important person (VIP) intervention mode in patients with advanced tumors in the western region of China. Methods One hundred and sixty-three patients were randomly divided into a control and experimental groups. The control group received routine care, and the experimental group received VIP future care. The willingness to end-of-life treatment, decision-making certainty, and quality of life were compared between the two groups before intervention (T0), after intervention (T1), and 1 month after intervention (T2). Results There were no significant differences in the basic data of the two groups. Unlike the control group, the experimental group preferred palliative care at the end of T1 (P < 0.05), and the acceptance rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and mechanical treatment decreased significantly. After the VIP intervention, the patient was transferred to the intensive care unit (ICU) (P < 0.05). After 1 month of intervention (T2), the results showed that the overall quality of life, physical discomfort, negative emotions, care and support, survival predicament, and lifetime value of the patients were significantly higher than those before the intervention (all P < 0.05). Decision certainty results showed that the differences between the T0, T1, and T2 time points and the interaction between groups and time were statistically significant, and the interaction was more significant at T2 (P < 0.05). Conclusion VIP future care can change patients' wishes for end-of-life care, improve patients' and quality of life, and increase patient decision-making certainty.

Abstract
Based on (10087±44)×10^{6} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector, the process J/ψ→γπ^{+}π^{-}η^{'} is studied using two largest decay channels of the η^{'} meson, η^{'}→γπ^{+}π^{-} and η^{'}→ηπ^{+}π^{-}, η→γγ. A new resonance, which we denote as the X(2600), is observed with a statistical significance larger than 20σ in the π^{+}π^{-}η^{'} invariant mass spectrum, and it has a connection to a structure around 1.5 GeV/c^{2} in the π^{+}π^{-} invariant mass spectrum. A simultaneous fit on the π^{+}π^{-}η^{'} and π^{+}π^{-} invariant mass spectra with the two η^{'} decay modes indicates that the mass and width of the X(2600) state are 2618.3±2.0_{-1.4}^{+16.3} MeV/c^{2} and 195±5_{-17}^{+26} MeV, where the first uncertainties are statistical, and the second systematic.

Abstract
Using a sample of about 10^{10} J/ψ events collected at a center-of-mass energy sqrt[s]=3.097 GeV with the BESIII detector, the electromagnetic Dalitz decays J/ψ→e^{+}e^{-}π^{+}π^{-}η^{'}, with η^{'}→γπ^{+}π^{-} and η^{'}→π^{+}π^{-}η, have been studied. The decay J/ψ→e^{+}e^{-}X(1835) is observed with a significance of 15σ, and also an e^{+}e^{-} invariant-mass dependent transition form factor of J/ψ→e^{+}e^{-}X(1835) is presented for the first time. The intermediate states X(2120) and X(2370) are also observed in the π^{+}π^{-}η^{'} invariant-mass spectrum with significances of 5.3σ and 7.3σ. The corresponding product branching fractions for J/ψ→e^{+}e^{-}X, X→π^{+}π^{-}η^{'} [X=X(1835), X(2120), and X(2370)] are reported.

Abstract
Background The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has become a global pandemic. Systemic inflammation in COVID-19 patients has been associated with poor clinical outcome. This study aims to determine the relationship between platelet count and in-hospital mortality. Methods The original data of this study were from article development and validation of a predictive model of in-hospital mortality in COVID-19 patients. In this secondary analysis, we adopted multi-variable logistic regression analyses and smooth curve fitting to assess the independent association between platelet count and in-hospital mortality. We further applied a two-piecewise linear regression model to examine the nonlinear association between platelet count and in-hospital mortality. Results Of the 2006 patients, the average age of the participants was 65.9 ± 16.5 years and 42.6% were women. We observed a U-shaped relationship between platelet count and in-hospital mortality. We found two different slopes, the correlations between platelet count and in-hospital mortality of COVID-19 patients were totally different below and above the inflection point which was around 370 × 109/L. On the left side of the inflection point, the OR was 0.996 (OR: 0.996, 95%CI: 0.994–0.998, p < 0.001). On the right side of the inflection point, the OR was 1.011 (OR: 1.011, 95%CI: 1.001–1.021, p = 0.029). Conclusions A U-shaped association between platelet count and in-hospital mortality was found in the patients with COVID-19. The optimal of platelet count associated with the lowest risk of in-hospital mortality was around 370 × 109/L.

Abstract
BackgroundCatastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome (CAPS) is a life-threatening form of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), with rarely occurrence but high mortality. Current classification diagnosis criteria require more than 3 organs involvement in 1-week time and pathological evidence in patient with persistent positive antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL), which could result the delaying diagnosis and treatment. A predictive model could help identify CAPS patients earlier and initiate early intervention.ObjectivesTo develop a predictive model of CAPS in APS patients in a single-center prospective APS cohort.MethodsData of consecutive APS patients referred into Peking Union Medical College Hospital from May 2013 to October 2021 was collected. A binary logistic regression method was used to identify predictors of CAPS, coefficient B was assigned with score value in the development of prediction model, and risk-stratification was based on the calculated score using the predictive model. The performance of the model was assessed by Nagelkerke’s R2, Hosmer-Lemeshow test, Omnibus test, and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC).ResultsA total of 27 CAPS (11.9%) occurred in 226 APS patients. CAPS were more likely to occur in male secondary APS patients with history of arterial thrombosis. Precipitating factors (OR 108.961, 95% CI 23.299 to 509.572), thrombocytopenia (OR 14.765, 95% CI 3.088 to 70.612) and elevated serum creatine (OR 5.339, 95% CI 1.301 to 21.907) were selected by the binary logistic regression. The scores of precipitating factors, thrombocytopenia and elevated serum creatine were 5, 3 and 2. The risk scores were divided into high-risk (7-10) and low-risk (0-6), the risk for CAPS were 73.3% and 2.6%, with sensitivity of 81.5% and specificity of 96%. The Nagelkerke’s R2 (0.696), the Hosmer-Lemeshow test (χ2 =2.192, df=4, p=0.701) and the Omnibus test (χ2 =101.307, df=3, p=0.000) indicated the logistic regression model has a good fit. The AUC was 0.969 (95% CI 0.947 to 0.991, SE=0.011, p=0.000) indicated the model has good discrimination.ConclusionA predictive model of CAPS was developed with precipitating factors, thrombocytopenia, and elevated serum creatine. This model helps physicians identify CAPS in high-risk patients, could achieve early intervention and improve prognosis.Table 1.Characteristics and predicting factors of CAPS in PUMCH-APS cohortCAPS(N=27)Non-CAPS(N=199)pOdds ratiopCoefficient ΒScoreGender(M)14(51.9)64(32.2)0.043Age (y)36.3±15.236.2±12.50.975Disease duration (m)49.7±77.753.9±72.30.777Secondary APS14(51.9)52(26.1)0.006APS diagnosisVenous thrombosis17(63.0)106(53.3)0.342Arterial thrombosis22(81.5)79(39.7)0.000Pregnancy morbidity5(18.5)68(34.2)0.103LA22(81.5)155(77.9)0.671aCL21(77.8)123(61.8)0.105a-β2GP123(85.2)155(77.9)0.384Precipitating factors24(88.9)19(9.5)0.000108.961(23.299-509.572)0.0004.6915WBC(×109/L)9.0±6.36.6±2.90.067HGB(g/L)82.7±20.4130±23.80.000Hemolytic anemia15(55.6)20(10.1)0.000PLT(×109/L)61.1±67.1132±84.00.000Thrombocytopenia24(88.9)80(40.2)0.00014.765(3.088-70.612)0.0012.6923Cr(μmol/L)224.5±225.874.4±28.40.002Elevated Cr15(55.6)34(17.1)0.0005.339(1.301-21.07)0.0201.6752LDH(U/L)476.4±227.0226.9±92.30.000 Elevated LDH25(92.6)54(27.1)0.000Proteinuria18(66.7)28(14.1)0.000Hematuria15(55.6)20(10.1)0.000Figure 1.(A). BackgroundUpadacitinib (UPA) was effective in global Phase 3 trials in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients (pts) with inadequate response (IR) to conventional synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (csDMARDs).ObjectivesTo assess the efficacy and safety of UPA in csDMARD-IR pts with RA in Chinese subgroup from a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo (PBO)-controlled study (NCT02955212) 1.MethodsPts were randomized to 12 weeks of blinded treatment with UPA 15 mg once daily (QD) or PBO, in combination with csDMARDs. Primary and secondary endpoints were analyzed in a Chinese subgroup, including American College of Rheumatology criteria (ACR) responses, remission and low disease activity measures. Safety was analyzed for pts who received ≥1 dose of study drug.Results228 Chinese pts (67.5% of overall trial population) were randomized and took at least one dose of study drug. Baseline characteristics were generally balanced between UPA and PBO. 46% and 35.1% used methotrexate (MTX) alone as concomitant csDMARD in UPA and PBO group, respectively. 38.9% in UPA and 43.0% in PBO group used concomitant csDMARDs other than MTX and 15.0% and 21.9% respectively used a combination. At week 12, more Chinese pts receiving UPA achieved the primary endpoint of ACR20 compared with PBO (71.9% vs 31.6%, nominal p<0.001). UPA also showed greater improvements in all secondary endpoints vs PBO at Week 12 (Table 1), including ACR50 and ACR70, mean change in Disease Activity Score in 28 joints using C-reactive protein (DAS28-CRP), Health Assessment Questionnaire-Disability Index (HAQ-DI), Short-Form 36-item Health Survey-Physical Component Summary (SF-36 PCS), as well as proportion of pts achieving low disease activity based on DAS28-CRP ≤3.2 and Clinical Disease Activity Index (CDAI) ≤10, and clinical remission based on DAS28-CRP <2.6. Onset of response was rapid with more pts receiving UPA achieving ACR20 by Week 1 versus PBO (25.4% vs 5.3%, nominal p<0.001). Through Week 12 treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) occurred in 57.9% of pts on UPA and 49.1% on PBO. The rate of pts with serious AEs (SAEs) was numerically higher with UPA than with PBO (6.1% vs 4.4%). TEAEs reported in ≥ 3% of subjects and with a higher rate on UPA vs. PBO were: upper respiratory tract infection, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hypertension, diarrhea, and leukopenia. Overall safety was consistent with the trial population1 and similar with the reported safety profile of the global clinical program2.Table 1.Summary of Efficacy Endpoint Results at Week 12 in Chinese SubgroupEndpoint aUPA 15mg (N=114)PBO (N=114)Primary endpointACR20, %71.9***31.6Secondary endpointsΔ DAS28-CRP-2.42***-0.75Δ HAQ-DI-0.55***-0.11Δ SF-36 PCS7.63 b***2.94 cDAS28-CRP ≤3.2, %46.5***9.6DAS28-CRP <2.6, %28.1***1.8CDAI ≤10, %33.3***7.0ACR50, %39.5***7.0ACR70, %16.7***2.6ACR20 at Week 1, %25.4***5.3***Nominal p<0.001 vs PBOaNon-responder imputation for binary endpoints; ANCOVA with multiple imputation for DAS28(CRP) and HAQ-DI; mixed model repeated measures for other continuous endpoints. Abstract
BackgroundAnti-β2GPI-Domain 1 (β2GPI-D1) antibodies are potentially pathogenic in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), but their clinical associations and diagnostic value were unclear.ObjectivesTo evaluate the clinical characteristics of APS patients with anti-β2GPI-D1 positivity, and its utility in diagnosing APS among SLE patients.MethodsA total of 338 patients were included, of which 169 patients diagnosed with primary APS (PAPS group), 50 with APS secondary to SLE (SAPS group), 209 with SLE (SLE group). Serum anti-β2GPI-D1 IgG was measured using chemiluminescent immunoassay (Inova Company). Extra-criteria manifestations were analyzed, including thrombocytopenia, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, valvular lesions, APS nephropathy, and non-vascular neurological manifestations.ResultsSimilar presence of anti-β2GPI-D1 IgG was seen among PAPS (32.80%) and SAPS (32.0%) patients, and 96.4% of those with positive anti-β2GPI-D1 IgG showed triple aPLs positivity. Anti-β2GPI-D1 IgG was significantly associated with recurrent thrombosis before APS diagnosis, microscopic thrombosis (p<0.05), but not with adverse pregnancy events (Figure 1). Notably, patients with extra-criteria manifestations, especially thrombocytopenia and APS nephropathy, showed significantly higher titers in anti-β2GPI-D1 IgG (p<0.05). After a median follow-up of twenty-five months, patients with anti-β2GPI-D1 IgG also showed a tendency of more extra-criteria events (3/55 vs 1/114, p=0.095), but not thrombotic events or adverse pregnancy events. Anti-β2GPI-D1 was positive among 8.13% of the SLE controls, and showed higher specificity (91.9%) in diagnosing SAPS among SLE patients as compared to classic aPLs.Figure 1.ConclusionAnti-β2GPI-D1 IgG had a stronger association with extra-criteria manifestations in APS patients compared to three classic APLs, which properly indicated its pathogenic role of microangiopathy.Disclosure of InterestsNone declared
