Abstract
The aim of this study was to assess the effects of energy-restricted feeding during rearing on the sexual maturation and reproductive performance of Rugao layer breeders. A total of 2,400 8-wk-old Rugao layer breeders were randomly assigned to one of 5 groups (480 pullets per group) with eight replicates and were fed one of 5 diets that were nutritionally similar with the exception of apparent metabolizable energy corrected for nitrogen (AMEn) content (2,850, 2,750, 2,650, 2,550, and 2,450 kcal AMEn/kg) from 8 to 18 wks of age. The daily amount of feed was restricted to the absolute quantity of the diet consumed by laying hens fed 2,850 kcal AMEn per kg diet ad libitum (control). From 18 to 52 wks of age, all hens were fed basal diets ad libitum. The body weight of layer breeders at 18 wks of age decreased linearly with increasing energy restriction (P < 0.001), but caught up within 3 wks of ad libitum feeding (P = 0.290). The coefficient of variation of the body weight of the hens at 18, 21, and 24 wks of age decreased linearly (P = 0.010, 0.025, and 0.041, respectively) with increasing energy restriction during rearing. Energy-restricted feeding delayed sexual organ development at 18, 20, and 22 wks of age, including the number of large yellow follicles, oviduct length, oviduct length index, oviduct index, and ovary stroma index (P < 0.05), and delayed sexual maturity, including the age at laying the first egg and the age at 5% and 50% egg production (P = 0.042, 0.004, and 0.029, respectively). Consequently, egg number from 5% to 50% egg production decreased linearly as the degree of energy restriction increased (P = 0.001) and egg production of hens in the energy-restricted feeding groups was lower than that of hens in the ad libitum feeding group (6.36, 6.43, 6.4, and 4.61% vs. 14.29%; P < 0.05) from 18 to 20 wks of age. Furthermore, egg weight increased linearly as energy restriction increased (P < 0.001) and laying hens in the most severe energy-restricted feeding group had more setting eggs (normal eggs weighing >40 g) than hens in the ad libitum feeding and lighter energy-restricted feeding groups (149.57 vs. 144.34, 142.66, 143.63, and 141.78; P < 0.05). No significant differences were observed in fertility, hatchability of fertile eggs, and hatchability of setting eggs (P = 0.381, 0.790, and 0.605, respectively). In conclusion, moderate energy restriction (85.97%, 2,450 vs. 2,850 kcal AMEn/kg) from 8 to 18 wks of age increased egg weight as well as the production of setting eggs in native layer breeders throughout the laying period, without adverse effects on productive performance from 18 to 52 wks of age, or fertility and hatchability at 52 wks of age.

Abstract
Temperature and precipitation are the two most critical climate variables and their extreme states have more severe impacts than average states on both human society and natural ecosystem. In this study, an integrated multivariate trend-frequency analysis (IMTFA) approach is developed for the risk assessment of climate extremes under the global warming. Through incorporating multiple time series analysis techniques (i.e., M-K test, Sen's slope estimator and Pettitt test) and copula function into a general framework, IMTFA is capable not only of analyzing the temporal trends and change points of extreme temperatures and precipitations, but also of quantifying their univariate and multivariate risks. IMTFA is applied to the Central Asia with considering a long-term (1881-2018) observation data. Our findings are: (i) significant wetting and warming trends were occurred in the Central Asia over past one hundred years, where 42.5%, 59.4% and 79.2% stations have change points for extreme precipitations, maximum and minimum temperatures, respectively; (ii) the occurrences of extreme climate events show obviously spatial heterogeneity, where the highest risks of meteorological drought, flood and frost events are occurred in the southwest, southeast and northeast regions, respectively; (iii) global warming significantly affects the intensities and frequencies of extreme precipitations and temperatures, and their univariate and multivariate risks are intensified in the most regions of Central Asia. The above findings can provide more valuable information for risk assessment and disaster adaptation of climate extremes in Central Asia.

Abstract
Perioperative treatment is critical to improve the outcomes of patients with advanced gastric cancer. There are three therapeutic modes of perioperative treatment for resectable gastric cancer: neoadjuvant chemotherapy+ D1/D2 surgery+ adjuvant chemotherapy, D0/D1 surgery+ adjuvant radiochemotherapy, and D2 surgery+ adjuvant chemotherapy. Over the decades, a large number of clinical studies had been conducted to optimize the perioperative treatment mode of gastric cancer, including the postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and perioperative chemotherapy, and to explore the feasibility of preoperative radiochemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy in advanced gastric cancer. After nearly 20 years of development and exploration, although the perioperative treatment mode for advanced gastric cancer has become standardized, there are still some core issues that need to be solved urgently, including the selection of population for perioperative treatment, the limitation of efficaly evaluation criteria, insufficient emphasis on laparoscopic exploration before neoadjuvant treatment, and lack of exploration in esophagogastric junction cancer. We should fully integrate the current clinical research data into clinical practice, adopt a multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode, and follow the principles of standardized diagnosis and treatment based on a multi-dimensional analysis of patient characteristics, and formulate the most reasonable treatment strategy to ultimately benefit patients.

Abstract
Objective: This study investigated the professional identity of administrators in 3rd class hospitals in Shanghai, analyzing the professional identity of administrators and associated factors in public hospitals. Methods: In May 2019, Huashan Hospital conducted a questionnaire survey. Through the analysis of the survey data, this study discussed the correlation between the professional identity degree and the external factors. Three main dimensions of occupational identity were extracted by principal component analysis, namely the professional self-identity, organizational identity and social identity. External influencing factors were analyzed by factor analysis, and five main factors were extracted. Results: It was found that the professional self-identity was much higher than the organizational and social identity. The degree of organizational identity was significantly related to external factors (r=0.212,0.426,0.146,0.580,0.610,P <0.01). Respect factors (r=0.553,0.580,0.570) and self-realization factors (r=0.563,0.610,0.433) had the highest correlation with professional identity. Conclusion: Initiating with improving organizational identity, the authorities and hospitals should establish a scientific and reasonable promotion and incentive mechanism to enhance the degree of professional identity.

Abstract
Mottled eggs in layer chickens are gaining increasing attention because of the economic impact on the egg industry caused by the reduced sale value of commodity eggs. However, the genetic architecture underlying mottled eggs is not well understood. The genetic architecture underlying the mottled egg trait was investigated using genome-wide association studies (GWAS) by high-density arrays, using a total of 407 pink eggs and 799 blue eggs from an F2 resource population generated by crossing Dongxiang Blue-shelled and White Leghorn chickens. The mottled egg score in blue eggs was found to be higher than that in pink eggs. The single-nucleotide polymorphism heritability of mottled egg at laying day and storage for 7 days was 0.18 and 0.20, respectively. Bivariate GWAS provided 29 significant loci, mainly located on GGA2, GGA3, GGA8, GGA10, GGA15, GGA17, and GGA23, affecting mottled egg on laying day. Candidate genes RIMS2, SLC25A32, RIMBP2, VPS13B, and RGS3 were obtained for mottled eggshell by bivariate GWAS and gene annotation. Our findings provide new insights into the genetic architecture of mottled egg in hens, and demonstrate that a genomic selection method would be profitable for breeding out the mottled egg trait.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of Schistosoma japonicum infections in Elaphurus davidianus released to Poyang Lake areas and evaluate the impact of the project of "E. davidianus released to wild environments for natural reproduction and growth" "(E. davidianus return home project") on the transmission of schistosomiasis in Poyang Lake areas. METHODS During the period from April 2018 to December 2019, the population distribution, inhabiting activity and natural reproduction of E. davidianus released to Poyang Lake areas were investigated by means of GPS and artificial observations. The S. japonicum infection was identified in animal feces in E. davidianus inhabitats using a hatching test, and snail distribution was surveyed in E. davidianus inhabiting grass islands using a systematic sampling method. RESULTS A total of 51 E. davidianus were released to the Poyang Lake areas in 2018, which subsequently produced 5 E. davidianus habitats in Yinlong Lake, Longkou, Nanchi Lake, Lianzi Lake and Zhu Lake. E. davidianus was found to predominantly inhibit in grass islands, farmlands and forest lands in hilly regions around the Poyang Lake areas. The natural reproduction rate of E. davidianus was 25% in the habitats in 2019, and the mean density of snails was 0.009 to 0.039 snails/0.1 m2 in E. davidianus inhabitats; however, no S. japonicum infection was identified in snails. In addition, the mean densities of wild E. davidianus and bovine feces were 4.6 samples/hm2 and 2.1 samples/hm2, Conclusions The E. davidianus released to Poyang Lake areas may get infections with S. japonicum, and cause schistosomiasis transmission through fecal contamination in grass islands. The impact on and the prevalence of S. japonicum infection was 4.35% and 13.16% (P = 0.236), respectively; however, the intensities of S. japonicum infections were "+++" and "+", respectively. CONCLUSIONS The E. davidianus released to Poyang Lake areas may get infections with S. japonicum, and cause schistosomiasis transmission through fecal contamination in grass islands. The impact on local schistosomiasis transmission and the response strategy requires to be investigated following the release of E. davidianus to lake regions, to ensure the achievement of the goal of schistosomiasis elimination and the successful implementation of the "E. davidianus return home project" in Poyang Lake areas.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence and changing patterns of Schistosoma japonicum infections in goats in Dantu District of Zhenjiang City, so as to provide the scientific data for the management of in livestock. METHODS The S. japonicum infections were detected using a miracidial hatching test (one test for one stool specimen) in goats grazed in settings with snail habitats in Dantu District of Zhenjiang City at spring and autumn of each year from 2004 to 2019, and the prevalence and intensity of S. japonicum infections were estimated. RESULTS A total of 21 836 goat stool samples were detected from 2004 to 2019, and 86 were positive for S. japonicum (0.39% prevalence). The highest prevalence of S. japonicum infections in goats was seen in 2004 (1.25%) and no infections were detected in goats since 2013. S. japonicum-infected goats were identified in marshland-type endemic areas and plain regions with waterway networks, and there was a significant difference in the prevalence of S. japonicum infections in goats between these two types of endemic areas (0.50% vs. 0.15%; χ2 = 11.566, P < 0.05). The prevalence of S. japonicum infections was significantly greater in goats at ages of more than 10 months (0.51%) and over 10 months (0.44%) than in other goats (χ2 = 13.088, P < 0.05), and higher prevalence was found in autumn than in spring (0.54% vs. 0.27%; χ2 = 9.597, P < 0.05). In addition, there were 76.74% of S. japonicum-infected goats with intensity of"+++"and"++++". CONCLUSIONS Although the high prevalence of S. japonicum infections has been effectively controlled in goats in Dantu District, goat remains to be an important source of S. japonicum infections that should be given a high priority for control to consolidate the schistosomiasis control achievements.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the characteristics of HIV-1 genotypes and drug resistance among men who have sex with men in Kunming in 2018. Methods: A total of 193 plasma samples were collected from the newly reported HIV-1 infected MSM in Kunming from January to December 2018. Viral RNA was extracted, and the gag, pol, env gene segments were amplified by nested PCR. HIV-1 genotypes and drug resistance were also analyzed. Subsequently, the evolutionary characteristics of CRF55_01B and CRF68_01B among MSM in Kunming were analyzed by Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo method. Results: Multiple HIV-1 genotypes were identified among these 193 samples, including CRF07_BC (39.4%, 76/193), CRF01_AE (34.2%, 66/193), unique recombinant forms (URFs) (20.2%, 39/193), CRF08_BC (3.1%, 6/193), CRF55_01B (1.6%, 3/193), subtype B (1.0%, 2/193) and CRF68_01B (0.5%, 1/193). Results from the Bayesian evolutionary analysis showed that CRF55_01B started to spread locally after being imported from other provinces, while CRF68_01B was likely to have been brought in from the eastern provinces of China. Prevalence of HIV-1 drug resistant strains was 2.6%(5/190) before antiviral treatment, with mutation rates resistant to non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors being the highest (2.1%, 4/190) among MSM in Kunming, 2018. Conclusion: The diversity of HIV-1 was increasing among MSM in Kunming. Although the resistance rate on pretreatment drug was relatively low, the emergence of multiple resistant strains to first-line antiviral drugs posed a challenge to antiretroviral therapy, in Kunming.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the role of the scoring and strain ratio methods of ultrasonic elastography in the differential diagnosis of choroidal melanoma and choroidal hemangioma. Methods: A cross-sectional study. Twenty-five patients (25 eyes) with choroidal melanoma treated in the Department of Ophthalmology, Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University from July to October 2016 were included in this study. There were 13 males and 12 females, with an average age of (48±12) years old. Twenty-five patients (25 eyes) with choroidal hemangioma treated in the same period were selected for differential diagnosis, including 12 males and 13 females, with an average age of (37±13) years. The lesions were examined by ultrasound elastography and scored, and the strain ratio of the tumor to the orbital tissue was measured. Two independent sample t test was used to compare the difference in the elasticity score and strain ratio between choroidal melanoma and choroidal hemangioma. The sensitivity, specificity and area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve were calculated to analyze the value of the two methods in the differential diagnosis of choroidal melanoma and choroidal hemangioma. Results: The elastography score of choroidal melanoma was (3.48±0.77) points, including 2 points in 3 cases, 3 points in 8 cases, 4 points in 13 cases, and 5 points in 1 case. The elastography score of hemangioma was (2.28±0.46) points, including 2 points in 18 cases and 3 points in 7 cases. The difference in the elasticity score between patients with the two kinds of tumors was statistically significant (t=6.694, P<0.01). The strain ratio was 42.97±15.83 and 12.21±9.24 in the patients with choroidal melanoma and choroidal hemangioma, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (t=8.392, P<0.01). Using 3 points as the diagnostic critical point of the elastography score, the sensitivity was 88.0%, the specificity was 72.0%, and the area under the ROC curve was 0.80 (95% cofidence interval: 0.663 to 0.900, P<0.01). Using 21.67 as the diagnostic critical point of the strain ratio, the sensitivity was 92.0%, the specificity was 92.0%, and the area under the ROC curve was 0.92 (95% cofidence interval: 0.808 to 0.978, P<0.01). Conclusions: Ultrasound elastography plays a role in the differential diagnosis of choroidal melanoma and choroidal hemangioma. The differential diagnostic value of the strain ratio method is higher than the scoring method. (Chin J Ophthalmol, 2020, 56: 676-680).

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the characteristics of HIV-1 molecular network in men who have sex with men (MSM) from 2016 to 2018 in Kunming, Yunnan province, explore the risk factors associated with HIV-1 transmission network and provide evidence for the effective implementation of intervention. Methods: A total of 540 samples of newly reported HIV-1 positive MSM were consecutively collected in Kunming from 2016 to 2018, the pol gene fragments were amplified by nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR). HIV-1 molecular networks were constructed according to the bootstrap value of the maximum likelihood evolutionary tree over 95% and the genetic distance less than 3%. The factors associated with the subjects entering network and network growth were further analyzed. Results: Among 459 successfully sequenced samples, seven genotypes were found, in which CRF07_BC (49.2%, 226/459) and CRF01_AE (40.3%, 185/459 ) were predominant. Other genotypes included URFs (4.8%, 22/459), CRF08_BC (3.1%, 14/459), CRF55_01B (1.7%, 8/459), B (0.7%, 3/459) and CRF68_01B (0.2%, 1/459). A total of 163 sequences entered the network, with an entry rate of 35.5%(163/459), forming 56 clusters with the number of individuals in the cluster was between 2 and 13. The analysis of the factors associated with entering network showed that the MSM who married and had multiple homosexual partners were more likely to be found in HIV-1 molecular networks. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the number of sexual partners was the factor for the growth of HIV-1 molecular network. According to the criteria for the emergence of three or more newly reported cases in every year, six transmission clusters were judged as active transmission clusters, in which MSM who were not Kunming natives, had sexually transmitted diseases (STD), were divorced and students were the key targets of intervention. Conclusions: HIV-1 genotypes in MSM in Kunming were becoming complex, the risk factors associated with transmission networks in MSM in Kunming included being married and having multiple partners, the intervention targets in active transmission clusters included MSM who were not Kunming natives, had STD, were divorced and students. This study provided the basis for applying HIV-1 molecular networks to real-time intervention in this population.

Abstract
Searches for electron antineutrino, muon neutrino, and muon antineutrino disappearance driven by sterile neutrino mixing have been carried out by the Daya Bay and MINOS+ collaborations. This Letter presents the combined results of these searches, along with exclusion results from the Bugey-3 reactor experiment, framed in a minimally extended four-neutrino scenario. Significantly improved constraints on the θ_{μe} mixing angle are derived that constitute the most constraining limits to date over five orders of magnitude in the mass-squared splitting Δm_{41}^{2}, excluding the 90% C.L. sterile-neutrino parameter space allowed by the LSND and MiniBooNE observations at 90% CL_{s} for Δm_{41}^{2}<13 eV^{2}. Furthermore, the LSND and MiniBooNE 99% C.L. allowed regions are excluded at 99% CL_{s} for Δm_{41}^{2}<1.6 eV^{2}.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to compare the dynamic changes of egg selenium (Se) deposition and deposition efficiency and to evaluate the efficacy of selenium-enriched yeast (SY) in laying hens over the 84 d feeding period after SY supplementation. A total of one thousand one hundred fifty-two 30-wk-old, Hy-Line Brown hens were randomly assigned to 1 of 6 groups (192 laying hens per group) with 6 replicates of 32 birds each, fed a basal diet (without Se supplementation), basal diet with 0.3 mg/kg of Se from sodium selenite (SS) or basal diets with 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, or 0.4 mg/kg of Se from SY, respectively. The results showed that the Se concentrations in the eggs and breasts from hens fed a SY-supplemented diet were significantly higher than those from hens fed a SS-supplemented diet or a basal diet (P < 0.001). There was a positive linear and quadratic correlation between Se concentrations in the eggs from hens fed a SY-supplemented diet and dietary Se supplementation on days 28, 56, and 84 (r2 = 0.931, 0.932, 0.976, P < 0.001; r2 = 0.946, 0.935, 0.976, P < 0.001), respectively. The Se deposition efficiency in whole eggs from hens fed a basal or SY-supplemented diet weresignificantly higher than those in eggs from hens fed a SS-supplemented diet on days 28, 56, and 84 (P < 0.001), respectively. In addition, there was a positive linear and quadratic correlation between Se concentrations in the eggs from hens fed SY-supplemented diet (r2 = 0.655, 0.779, 0.874, 0.781, P < 0.001; r2 = 0.666, 0.863, 0.944, 0.781, P < 0.001) or SS-supplemented diet (r2 = 0.363, P = 0.002; r2 = 0.440, P = 0.002) and number of feeding days. In conclusion, the organic Se from SY has higher bioavailability and deposition efficiency of Se in whole eggs as compared with inorganic Se from SS. The Se concentrations and Se deposition efficiency in the eggs increased from hens fed a SS- or SY-supplemented diet but decreased from hens fed a basal diet with the extension of the experimental duration. The results indicate that the dietary Se supplementation from SY should be limited to a maximum of 0.1 mg Se/kg complete feed when the eggs and meat produced from hens fed a SY-supplemented diet are used as food for humans directly, whereas up to 0.4 mg/kg organic Se from SY can be used to supplement the diets for laying hens when the products are used as raw materials for producing Se-enriched food.

Abstract
The extended line defect of graphene is an extraordinary candidate in valleytronics while the high valley polarization can only occur for electrons with high incidence angles which brings about tremendous challenges to experimental realization. In this paper, we propose a novel quantum mechanism to filter one conical valley state in the line defect of graphene by applying a local magnetic field. It is found that due to the movement of the Dirac points, the transmission profiles of the two valleys are shifted along the injection-angle axis at the same pace, resulting in the peak transmission of one valley state being reduced drastically while remaining unaffected for the other valley state, which induces nearly perfect valley polarization. The valley polarization effect can occur for all the incident angle and plays a key role in graphene valleytronics.

Methods: Data were from brucellosis case reporting cards in National Notifiable Disease Report System (NNDRS), Excel 2010 software was used to establish the database, the duplicated reporting was identified by using Spark DataFrame aggregation analysis in Python 3.2. Results: During 2005-2017, a total of 499 577 cases of brucellosis were reported, but the duplicated reporting rate was 75.76/10 000 (3 785/499 577). The duplicated reporting rate in same year was 37.21/10 000 (1 859/499 577), the duplicated reporting rate in other year was 39.87/10 000 (1 992/499 577) and the overall duplicated reporting rate increased year by year. The duplicated reporting rate in same institution was 33.59% (1 271/3 785) and the duplicated reporting rate by other institutions was 66.41% (2 514/3 785). Hospitals had the highest number of duplicated reporting (2 757), and community healthcare centers had the highest of duplicated reporting rate (281.27/10 000) (123/4 373). The reported incidence of brucellosis was 2.926 4/100 000 in 2017, the corrected incidence was 2.844 8/100 000 after removing the duplicated reporting, which was the maximum decrease from 2005 to 2017, the corrected incidence decreased by 2.79%. From 2005 to 2017, the average reported incidence of brucellosis in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region was 14.712 0/100 000, and the corrected incidence was 14.060 0/100 000 after removing the duplicate reporting, with a decrease by 4.43%, the biggest decline in China. The average reported incidence of brucellosis in Ningxia Hui autonomous region was 13.987 1/100 000, and the corrected incidence of brucellosis was 13.662 2/100 000, with a decrease of 2.32%, ranking second in China. The reasons for duplicated reporting of brucellosis included repeated medical care seeking in same or different medical institutions in same year or other year, including the repeated medical care seeking in other areas. Conclusions: During 2005-2017, the number of duplicated reporting of brucellosis cases was on the rise in China. Hospital and community health service centers had highest case number and rate of duplicate reporting respectively, the duplicated reporting was mainly caused by re-reporting by other institutions or in other years. The duplicated reporting of brucellosis had greatly affected the accuracy of surveillance data of brucellosis in some provinces, such as Xinjiang and Ningxia. It is recommended to further strengthen brucellosis reporting management, improve data quality of NNDRS.

Abstract
TNF-α has been confirmed to promote tumor growth in LSCC. PGE2 expression in LSCC tissues was significantly higher than in tumor-adjacent tissues. In the present work, we aimed to discover the combined role of TNF-α and PGE2 in LSCC progression and its potential mechanisms. TNF-α and PGE2 were quantified by ELISA. TRAF2, MMP-9 and GRK2 expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry and western blot. UM-SCC-11A cell proliferation was tested by CCK-8, and cell migration and invasion were determined by transwell assay. GRK2/TRAF2 interaction was tested by Co-IP. The results showed that TNF-α, PGE2, TRAF2, MMP-9 and GRK2 expressions were significantly higher in tumor tissues than in tumor-adjacent tissues. Higher expressions of TRAF2, MMP-9 and GRK2 were associated with poorer prognosis of LSCC. Combined TNF-α with PGE2 promoted UM-SCC-11A cell proliferation, migration and invasion. The interactions of TRAF2 and GRK2, as well as MMP-9 expression, were upregulated in response to TNF-α and PGE2 co-stimulation. In conclusion, we found crosstalk between PGE2 and TNF-α signaling pathways, and the interaction between GRK2 and TRAF2 led to the activation of TNF-α-TRAF2-MMP-9 signaling and resulted in the progression of LSCC.

Abstract
Objective: To explore related factors affecting evolution of recent small subcortical infarct (RSSI) with small-artery occlusion. Methods: A total of 96 RSSI patients with RSSI were admitted from Shanghai Tongji Hospital between January 2015 and December 2018. The age of patients containing 60 men was 64.5 (58-73) years, and MRI follow-up time was 11.6 (6.3-11.8) months. Clinical information of patients, images data at baseline head MRI and evolution outcomes at follow-up MRI were collected. All patients were divided into cavitation group (lacunes) and no cavitation group (white matter hyperintensities (WMH) and disappearance) to analyze related factors. Results: Fifty-nine cases (61.5%) developed to cavities, 32 cases (33.3%) were focal WMH, and 5 cases (5.2%) disappeared. In the univariate analysis, RSSI maximum diameter on the DWI or T(2)WI sequence of cavitation group was significantly higher than non-cavitation group, but male proportion was lower (11.6 (9.9-16.6) vs 8.6 (6.9-13.0) mm, 11.8 (9.7-16.2) vs 8.8 (6.7-13.1) mm, 54.2% vs 75.7%, all P<0.05). In Logistic regression analysis, the maximum diameter on DWI sequence was an independent predictor of cavity formation (P=0.022,OR=1.138).When conducting quantitative analysis of infarct diameter and taking infarct maximum diameter ≤10 mm group as reference, the cavitation risk of maximum diameter>15 mm group was about 7.5 times higher (P=0.010, OR=7.464). The maximum diameter of 10-15 mm lost predictive value for cavity formation (P=0.129, OR=2.444). Conclusions: About 61.5% of RSSI develop to cavitation and 38.5% to WMH or disappear. The RSSI showing larger diameter on DWI has a greater possibility of cavitation.

Abstract
Objective: The current study aimed to evaluate the predictive performances of anatomic staging system (AS) and prognostic staging system (PS) proposed in the 8th edition American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) staging manual in patients with pure mucinous breast cancer (PMBC). Methods: Clinicopathologic features and follow-up information were collected from a total of 3628 patients with PMBC. Breast cancer-specific survival (BCSS) were compared among patients in different stage groups. Likelihood ratio (LR) χ(2), Akaike information criterion (AIC) and Harrell's concordance index (C-index) were used to evaluate the predictive performances of AS and PS in PMBC. Results: In PMBC, BCSS was associated with tumor size (P=0.002), lymph node status (P=0.002), grade(P=0.003), PR status(P=0.017)and the receipt of radiation. Compared to AS, 1326 patients (37.54%) underwent stage change after applying PS, with 6.50% upstaged and 37.04% downstaged. There were significant differences in BCSS among patients of different stages under the AS and PS (P<0.001). However, PS was not superior to AS in predicting prognosis (AS vs PS, LR χ(2): 16.41 vs 17.5; AIC: 357.44 vs 358.35; C-index, 0.72 vs 0.73, P=0.667). Conclusions: Both of AS and PS proposed in the 8th edition American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) staging manual were predictive factors in patients with PMBC. Compared with AS, the PS did not show superiority in prognosis prediction among patients with PMBC.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate whether type 2 diabetes mellitus increases the risk of hepatitis B-related cirrhosis combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus for the occurrence of primary hepatocellular carcinoma, and to compare the effects of different nature of diabetes duration on the risk of different anti-diabetic drugs. Methods: A retrospective case-control study was conducted. (1) 325 cases with hepatitis B-related cirrhosis complicated with primary hepatocellular carcinoma were selected as the study group and 601 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis as the control group. The relationship between diabetes mellitus and the risk of primary liver cancer was analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis. (2) Selected the study group and control group combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and used multivariate logistic regression analysis to study the relationship between diabetes-related factors and the risk of primary liver cancer. Results: The incidence of diabetes was 14.2% in the study group and 6.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that type 2 diabetes was one of the independent risk factors for primary hepatocellular carcinoma, which had increased the risk of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (adjusted odds ratio (AOR): 1.982, 95% CI: 1.224-3.210). Patients with diabetes > 10 years (adjusted ratio: AOR value 6.011, 95% CI: 1.659-21.777) were at significantly higher risk for primary hepatocellular carcinoma than that of patients with diabetes < 10 years. Metformin (adjusted odds ratio: AOR 0.188, 95% CI: 0.052-0.688) had reduced the risk, while insulin (adjusted odds ratio: AOR 6.682, 95% CI: 1.899-23.510) had increased the risk. Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes mellitus is one of the independent risk factors for primary HCC, which can increase the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma in hepatitis B cirrhosis in relation to the duration of diabetes mellitus. The risk of hepatocellular carcinoma is higher in patients with duration of diabetes > 10 years and metformin reduces the risk.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of Schistosoma japonicum infections in wild animals in transmission-controlled schistosomiasis-endemic areas in Jiangxi Province, so as to provide scientific evidence for implementing precision control interventions and achieving the goal of transmission interruption and elimination of schistosomiasis. METHODS Five endemic villages from Ruichang City and Pengze County that were heavily endemic for schistosomiasis in Jiangxi Province, were selected as the study villages. Wild animals like wild mice were captured, and the livers of wild animals were purchased from the snail habitats in the study villages for detection of S. japonicum infections. In the study villages, S. japonicum human infections were screened using indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA) followed by parasitological examinations with miracidial hatching test and Kato-Katz method, and the S. japonicum infection in livestock was tested using a miracidial hatching test with a plastic tube. In addition, snail survey was conducted in the study villages by means of systematic sampling combined with environmental sampling, and the S. japonicum infection in snails was detected using a loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay. RESULTS A total of 240 liver specimens were sampled or purchased from 5 species of wild animals in the study villages, including wild mice, weasels, pigs, deer and rabbits. A total of 172 wild mice were captured, with a 2.91% rate of S. japonicum infection, and there was no S. japonicum infection detected in other wild animals. The prevalence of Capillaria hepatica infection was 12.21%, 1.96% and 12.50% in wild mice, deer and pigs, respectively. In addition, there was no S. japonicum infection found in either humans or livestock in the study villages, and the mean snail density varied from 0.13 to 0.80 snails/0.1 m2 in the study villages. LAMP assay detected S. japonicum infection in 2 tubes in a study village. CONCLUSIONS The role of wild animals in schistosomiasis transmission and their potential risks can not be neglected in hilly schistosomiasis-endemic areas of Jiangsu Province after transmission control. Intensified surveillance and targeted control measures should be implemented to consolidate schistosomiasis control achievements.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of apatinib combined with chemotherapy in the first-line treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with negative driving genes. Methods: From January 2016 to March 2018, 62 advanced NSCLC patients with negative driving genes diagnosed at Xuzhou Cancer Hospital were randomly divided into study group (30 cases) and control group (32 cases), respectively. The patients in the study group were treated with standard first-line chemotherapy combined with apatinib, while those in control group were treated with chemotherapy alone. Results: The disease control rate (DCR) and objective remission rate (ORR) in the study group were 60.0% and 16.7%, respectively, higher than 46.9% and 9.3% in the control group, but without statistical difference (P>0.05). The median progression-free survival (PFS) of study group and control group were 6.4 months and 4.9 months, respectively (P=0.004), and the median overall survival (OS) were 11.3 months and 9.2 months, respectively (P=0.006). Multivariate survival analysis indicated that treatment regimen (P=0.001) was the independent prognostic factor of PFS, and PS score (P=0.002), clinical stage (P=0.02) and treatment regimen (P<0.001) were the independent prognostic factors of OS. After treatment, the incidence of hypertension and hand-foot syndrome in the study group were 46.7% and 53.3%, respectively, significantly higher than 3.3% and 0 in the control group, respectively (P<0.05). The incidence of grade 3-4 adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in the study group was 26.7% (8/30), mainly including hypertension, hand-foot syndrome and bone marrow suppression. The incidence of grade 3-4 ADRs in the control group was 15.6% (5/32), all of which were bone marrow suppression, without significant difference (P=0.286). There was no difference in serum levels of VEGF and CEA between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the serum level of VEGF in the study group was (169.3±10.1) pg/ml, lower than (211.8±16.7) pg/ml of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Apatinib combined with first-line chemotherapy for advanced NSCLC patients with negative driving genes is safe and beneficial for survival. This therapeutic strategy can significantly prolong the PFS and OS, and further improvement and application can be considered as a choice in the clinical treatment.

Abstract
Acute schistosomiasis is a clinical type of schistosomiasis with severe symptoms. The number of acute schistosomiasis cases is not only a sensitive indicator to assess the endemic situation and control effects, but also an important indicator to define schistosomiasis outbreaks and evaluate the achievements of infection control or transmission control. Acute schistosomiasis control is therefore of great significance to achieve the goal of schistosomiasis elimination in China. This paper analyzes the features and causes of acute schistosomiasis, and proposes some suggestions for future acute schistosomiasis control in China.

Abstract
Abstract
Background
closure of atrial septal defect (ASD) has emerged as the treatment of choice for the majority of defect. The biodegradable ASD closure device is a novel, absorbable device made of poly-L_latic acid (PLLA). This study evaluates the feasibility, safety and effectiveness of PLLA biodegradable ASD closure device in a swine model and for the first time in human.
Objective
The study reports on the 24- and 36- month follow-up results of PLLA device implanted in a swine model and the first-in- man experience with 6-month follow-up.
Method
Preclinical study was done in a swine ASD model. In a clinical setting, 5 pediatric patients with a secundum ASD who a clinically left-to-right shunt were enrolled in our center. Percutaneous ASD closure procedure with PLLA device was performed with fluoroscopic and transcatheter echocardiography (TTE) guidance. Procedure results and clinical outcomes at 1 day, 30 days, 3 months and 6 months after closure procedure were analyzed.
Results
24- and 36-month follow-up results of preclinical study demonstrated that the PLLA device exhibited good endothelialization and degradability in a swine model. In clinical study, device implantation was successfully achieved in all of 5 patients (median age, 3.6 years; range, 3.1–6.5 years). The mean ASD size was (13.4±2.4)mm (range, 10–16mm). The mean pulmonary-to-systemic blood flow ratio (Qp:Qs) was (1.7±0.2):1 with a range of 1.5:1 to 2.0:1. The mean procedure time and the mean fluoroscopy time were (36.2±11.3) and (6.4±1.0)minutes, respectively. There was no evidence of short-term complications related to the device or the delivery system. No device dislodgement, significant aortic valve or mitral valve regurgitation, new onset cardiac arrhythmia, or other adverse events were reported.
Characteristics and procedure data of the 5 patients who underwent ASD closure procedure with PLLA device Patient No. Age Weight Gender Defect size Qp:Qs Mean Pulmonary Pressure Device size (mm) Sheath (Fr) Procedure time Fluoroscopy time Immediate residual shunt (years) (kg) (mm) (mmHg) (mm) (Fr) (min) (min) 1 4.9 23.5 Male 17 1.7:1 22 24 12 52 7.6 None 2 3.1 10.0 Male 14 2.0:1 19 20 12 26 5.4 None 3 6.5 21.0 Male 15 1.8:1 22 20 12 31 6.0 None 4 3.2 14.5 Female 12 1.5:1 13 18 10 44 7.3 None 5 3.6 12.5 Male 10 1.5:1 17 14 10 28 5.5 None
