Abstract
Mutations in fibrillin-1 (FBN1) were detected in an autosomal dominant Marfan syndrome (MFS) pedigree. The related phenotypes and the significance of mutation screening were discussed. Complete medical and cardiovascular examinations for all pedigree members were performed. Whole exons sequencing (WES) was used to sequence the DNA of the patients and their relatives. The potential pathogenic mutation sites were screened by bioinformatics method. Sanger sequencing was used to verify the mutation sites in the pedigree. The results showed that FBN1 missense mutation was c.6806 T>C in exon 56, resulting in isoleucine being replaced by threonine (p. Ile2269Thr). This mutation has not been reported in Chinese Han population. The occurrence of the mutations strongly correlated with the phenotypes of the patients. The results expand the mutation spectrum of FBN1, and it is helpful to further explore the molecular pathogenesis of MFS and MFS related diseases.

Abstract
Monolayer Six Cy constitutes an important family of 2D materials that is predicted to feature a honeycomb structure and appreciable bandgaps. However, due to its binary chemical nature and the lack of bulk polymorphs with a layered structure, the fabrication of such materials has so far been challenging. Here, the synthesis of atomic monolayer Si9 C15 on Ru (0001) and Rh(111) substrates is reported. A combination of scanning tunneling microscopy (STM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM), and density functional theory (DFT) calculations is used to infer that the 2D lattice of Si9 C15 is a buckled honeycomb structure. Monolayer Si9 C15 shows semiconducting behavior with a bandgap of ≈1.9 eV. Remarkably, the Si9 C15 lattice remains intact after exposure to ambient conditions, indicating good air stability. The present work expands the 2D-materials library and provides a promising platform for future studies in nanoelectronics and nanophotonics.

Abstract
Porous organic polymer (POP) coated on a metal-organic framework (MOF) has the functions and advantages of MOF and POP at the same time and has excellent catalytic ability. In this study, an efficient dual-functional core-shell composite MOF@POP with Lewis acid and Brønsted base sites was synthesized using the impregnation method in which MIL-101(Cr) was the core component and polymelamine formaldehyde (PMF) was the shell component. Most importantly, the obtained MIL-101(Cr)@PMF showed perfect catalytic activity in the deacetalization-Knoevenagel tandem reaction. In addition, it could still maintain ultrahigh physical and chemical stability.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the application value of Metagenomic Next-Generation sequencing (mNGS) in infectious patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT). Methods: Patients suspected with local or systemic infections were retrospectively included after allo-HSCT in our department from April 2019 to November 2020. Pathogenic microorganisms were tested by mNGS in samples from peripheral blood, cerebrospinal fluid, alveolar lavage Liquid, abscess, etc. Other diagnostic methods such as bacterial/fungal culture, viral PCR detection were simultaneously explored comparing with mNGS results. Results: A total of 112 samples in 83 patients were detected by mNGS, and 34 pathogenic microorganisms were determined. Among these positive samples, 11 strains of bacteria (17 times) with the most common Escherichia coli (4/17) were reported. There were 7 strains of fungi (10 times) detected with primary Candida albicans (7/29). Although arvovirus 30.2% (39/129) were predominantly detected, its diagnostic relevance with infections was not definite. Other pathogenic viruses including cytomegalovirus (CMV) 25.6% (33/129) and Epstein Barr virus (EBV) 14.0% (18/129)were of significance. Comparing with golden diagnostic criteria, the sensitivity of mNGS was 86.5%, and specificity was 45.0%. Regarding single pathogen infection, the consistency of mNGS and conventional methods was 82.9% (29/35), while it was 16/17 in combination infections. Conclusion: mNGS could be a potential method to determine pathogens in patients suspected with infections after allo-HSCT.

Abstract
Mariculture has been one of the fastest-growing global food production sectors over the past three decades. With the congestion of space and deterioration of the environment in coastal regions, offshore aquaculture has gained increasing attention. Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) and rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) are two important aquaculture species and contribute to 6.1% of world aquaculture production of finfish. In the present study, we established species distribution models (SDMs) to identify the potential areas for offshore aquaculture of these two cold-water fish species considering the mesoscale spatio-temporal thermal heterogeneity of the Yellow Sea. The values of the area under the curve (AUC) and the true skill statistic (TSS) showed good model performance. The suitability index (SI), which was used in this study to quantitatively assess potential offshore aquaculture sites, was highly dynamic at the surface water layer. However, high SI values occurred throughout the year at deeper water layers. The potential aquaculture areas for S. salar and O. mykiss in the Yellow Sea were estimated as 52,270 ± 3275 (95% confidence interval, CI) and 146,831 ± 15,023 km2, respectively. Our results highlighted the use of SDMs in identifying potential aquaculture areas based on environmental variables. Considering the thermal heterogeneity of the environment, this study suggested that offshore aquaculture for Atlantic salmon and rainbow trout was feasible in the Yellow Sea by adopting new technologies (e.g., sinking cages into deep water) to avoid damage from high temperatures in summer. Abstract
This Letter reports the first measurement of high-energy reactor antineutrinos at Daya Bay, with nearly 9000 inverse beta decay candidates in the prompt energy region of 8-12 MeV observed over 1958 days of data collection. A multivariate analysis is used to separate 2500 signal events from background statistically. The hypothesis of no reactor antineutrinos with neutrino energy above 10 MeV is rejected with a significance of 6.2 standard deviations. A 29% antineutrino flux deficit in the prompt energy region of 8-11 MeV is observed compared to a recent model prediction. We provide the unfolded antineutrino spectrum above 7 MeV as a data-based reference for other experiments. This result provides the first direct observation of the production of antineutrinos from several high-Q_{β} isotopes in commercial reactors.

Abstract
BACKGROUND This study aimed to detect the expression and distribution of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR-2), and erythropoietin (EPO) proteins in small intestinal tissues of 50-day-old, newborn, and adult yaks. The results provide basic data for the study of the relationship between adaptability and age of plateau yak. MATERIALS AND METHODS Small intestine tissues from healthy adult, 50-day-old, and newborn yak were collected and embedded in paraffin sections. Histological features were observed by haematoxylin and eosin staining. The expression of VEGF, VEGFR-2, and EPO proteins were detected by immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS Immunohistochemical results showed that of the expression VEGF, VEGFR-2, and EPO were detected in the small intestinal villi of yaks at all ages. The EPO expression level in the jejunum and duodenal villous epithelial cells of newborn yaks was significantly higher than that of 50-day-old and adult yaks. The EPO expression level in ileum villous epithelial cells of 50-day-old yaks was significantly higher than that of newborn and adult yaks. VEGF expression in newborn yak ileum and jejunum epithelial cells of the intestinal villus were significantly higher than in the 50-day-old and adult. In the 50-day-old yaks, the duodenal intestinal villus epithelial cells expression levels were higher than in the adult and newborn yaks. The expression level of VEGFR-2 in the ileum, jejunum and duodenal villous epithelial cells of 50-day-old yak was significantly higher than in that of adult and newborn yak. CONCLUSIONS The expression and distribution characteristics of EPO, VEGF, and VEGFR-2 in yak intestinal tissues of different ages indicate that these proteins may be involved in the physiological regulation of yak intestines in hypoxic environments. It may be an important regulatory protein in yak adaptation to a high altitude and low oxygen environment.

Abstract
PURPOSE To explore the underlying risk factors and to prevent misdiagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) coexisted with vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia (VaIN). METHODS Clinical data of patients pathologically diagnosed with CIN were collected from January 2017 to December 2018. A total of 446 cases were analyzed, including 406 cases of single lesions ('CIN single' group) and 40 cases complicated with VAIN ('VAIN concurrent' group). RESULTS The median age of the VAIN concurrent group was 53 years (46.25-59 years), and the median age of the CIN single group was 44 years (36-50 years). Regarding menopausal status, there were 28 cases (70.0%) in the VAIN concurrent group and 89 cases (21.9%) in the CIN single group (P < 0.005). The median load of high-risk human papillomavirus (Hr-HPV) in the VAIN concurrent and CIN single group was 923.4 relative light units/cutoff (RLU/CO) (145-2172.2 RLU/CO) and 229.155 RLU/CO (18.615-638.1275 RLU/CO), respectively (P = 0.037). The results revealed that the menopausal status was an independent risk factor for VAIN occurrence in CIN patients. The risk of VAIN in menopausal patients was higher than that in non-menopausal CIN patients (OR = 8.311, 95% CI 4.062-17.005). Age and HPV load were also related to the concurrence of VAIN and CIN. CONCLUSION Examinations regarding vaginal screening are of great importance in the diagnosis of perimenopausal and postmenopausal CIN patients, especially patients with Hr-HPV load. Colposcopy and tissue biopsy should also be performed, when necessary, to avoid misdiagnosis and the appearance of vaginal lesions.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the health-seeking behaviors of imported malaria cases after returning to China, and to investigate the factors affecting the time to initial diagnosis, so as to provide the scientific evidence for early identification of imported malaria cases and prevention of severe cases development and secondary transmission. METHODS The individual demographic features, and the disease onset and the time to initial diagnosis of imported malaria cases in Jiangsu Province in 2019 were captured from the National Notifiable Disease Report System and the Information Management System for Parasitic Disease Control in China. The characteristics of health-seeking behaviors and epidemiological features of imported malaria cases were descriptively analyzed, and the factors affecting the time to initial diagnosis of imported malaria cases after returning to China were identified using multivariate logistic regression analysis. RESULTS A total of 244 imported malaria cases were reported in Jiangsu Province in 2019, and the time to initial diagnosis of the cases were 1-12 days, with mean time of (1.53 ± 1.65) days, with median time of one day. The highest number of malaria cases seeking healthcare services were found on the day of developing primary symptoms (76 cases, 31.1%), followed by on the second day (68 cases, 27.9%), on the third day (46 cases, 18.9%), and 54 cases (22.1%) received initial diagnosis 3 days following presence of primary symptoms, including 3 cases with initial diagnosis at more than one week. High proportions of imported malaria cases with a delay in the time to initial diagnosis were seen in migrant workers who returned to China in January (14 cases, 5.7%) and December (13 cases, 5.3%) and those aged between 41 and 50 years (32 cases, 13.1%). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed relative short time to initial diagnosis among imported malaria cases returning to China on March [odds ratio (OR) = 0.16, P = 0.03, 95% confidence interval (CI): (0.03, 0.85)] and those with a history of overseas malaria parasite infections [OR = 0.36, P = 0.001, 95% CI: (0.19, 0.67)]. CONCLUSIONS Timely health-seeking behaviors should be improved among imported malaria cases in Jiangsu Province, patients with a history of overseas malaria infections require faster health-seeking activities.

Abstract
A joint determination of the reactor antineutrino spectra resulting from the fission of ^{235}U and ^{239}Pu has been carried out by the Daya Bay and PROSPECT Collaborations. This Letter reports the level of consistency of ^{235}U spectrum measurements from the two experiments and presents new results from a joint analysis of both data sets. The measurements are found to be consistent. The combined analysis reduces the degeneracy between the dominant ^{235}U and ^{239}Pu isotopes and improves the uncertainty of the ^{235}U spectral shape to about 3%. The ^{235}U and ^{239}Pu antineutrino energy spectra are unfolded from the jointly deconvolved reactor spectra using the Wiener-SVD unfolding method, providing a data-based reference for other reactor antineutrino experiments and other applications. This is the first measurement of the ^{235}U and ^{239}Pu spectra based on the combination of experiments at low- and highly enriched uranium reactors.

According to the international MCI working group standards and the European Alzheimer's Disease Federation working group standards, patients were divided into MCI group and control group. There were 58 males and 42 females in each group. The patient's plasma hnRNP A2/B1, Aβ42 and P-tau levels were detected before operation. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of MCI were calculated. The receiver operating characteristic curve were drew to evaluate the diagnostic value of each index. Results: The plasma levels of hnRNP A2/B1, Aβ42 and P-tau in the MCI group were 310.0 (275.1, 344.2), 34.5 (24.9, 42.5), 190.4 (150.4, 301.7) ng/L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group [272.7 (239.6, 291.5), 18.7 (14.7, 26.6), 140.0 (101.8, 217.5) ng/L]. The differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Taking the international MCI working group standard as the gold standard, the sensitivity, specificity and area under the ROC curve (AUC) of plasma hnRNP A2/B1 for predicting MCI were 80%, 61%, and 0.781, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and AUC of plasma Aβ42 for predicting MCI were 78%, 73%, and 0.744. The sensitivity, specificity, and AUC of P-tau for predicting MCI were 51%, 79%, and 0.675, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and AUC of hnRNP A2/B1 and Aβ42 in predicting MCI were not statistically significant (all P>0.05), but the sensitivity of both were higher than P-tau (all P<0.001). Compared with P-tau, the AUC of plasma hnRNP A2/B1 was higher when predicting MCI (P<0.05). When the three indicators were combined, the sensitivity was 82%, and the AUC was 0.842, both of which were the highest, but the specificity reduced (71%) (all P<0.05). Conclusions: Plasma hnRNP A2/B1 combined with Aβ42 and P-tau levels can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of MCI diagnosis in elderly MCI patients before surgery, and have the greatest diagnostic efficiency. It has certain application value.

Abstract
TiSe_{2} is a layered material exhibiting a commensurate (2×2×2) charge density wave (CDW) with a transition temperature of ∼200 K. Recently, incommensurate CDW in bulk TiSe_{2} draws great interest due to its close relationship with the emergence of superconductivity. Here, we report an incommensurate superstructure in monolayer TiSe_{2}/CuSe/Cu(111) heterostructure. Characterizations by low-energy electron diffraction and scanning tunneling microscopy show that the main wave vector of the superstructure is ∼0.41a^{*} or ∼0.59a^{*} (here a^{*} is in-plane reciprocal lattice constant of TiSe_{2}). After ruling out the possibility of moiré superlattices, according to the correlation of the wave vectors of the superstructure and the large indirect band gap below the Fermi level, we propose that the incommensurate superstructure is associated with an incommensurate charge density wave (I-CDW). It is noteworthy that the I-CDW is robust with a transition temperature over 600 K, much higher than that of commensurate CDW in pristine TiSe_{2}. Based on our data and analysis, we present that interface effect may play a key role in the formation of the I-CDW state.

Abstract
Since the advent of graphene ushered the era of 2D materials, many forms of hydrogenated graphene have been reported, exhibiting diverse properties ranging from a tunable bandgap to ferromagnetic ordering. Patterned hydrogenated graphene with micron-scale patterns has been fabricated by lithographic means. Here, successful millimeter-scale synthesis of an intrinsically honeycomb-patterned form of hydrogenated graphene on Ru(0001) by epitaxial growth followed by hydrogenation is reported. Combining scanning tunneling microscopy observations with density-functional-theory (DFT) calculations, it is revealed that an atomic-hydrogen layer intercalates between graphene and Ru(0001). The result is a hydrogen honeycomb structure that serves as a template for the final hydrogenation, which converts the graphene into graphane only over the template, yielding honeycomb-patterned hydrogenated graphene (HPHG). In effect, HPHG is a form of patterned graphane. DFT calculations find that the unhydrogenated graphene regions embedded in the patterned graphane exhibit spin-polarized edge states. This type of growth mechanism provides a new pathway for the fabrication of intrinsically patterned graphene-based materials.

Abstract
Glycerol is widely used as a cryoprotectant to protect the sperm from freezing damage during cryopreservation. However, glycerol at a high concentration has toxic effects on the sperm. Therefore, we explored the effects of partially replacing glycerol with cholesterol-loaded cyclodextrin (CLC) in a cryoprotectant on protamine deficiency, in vitro capacitation, and fertilization ability of freeze-thawed Yanbian Yellow cattle sperm. We used fresh semen, control (6% glycerol), and four treatment-I, II, III, and IV (3% glycerol + 0, 0.75, 1.5, and 3 mg/mL CLC, respectively)-groups. Computer-assisted semen analysis; JC-1, CMA3, and FluoZin-3-AM staining; flow cytometry; and IVF were conducted. Replacing a portion of glycerol with 1.5 mg/mL CLC significantly improved sperm motility, viability, plasma membrane integrity, acrosome integrity, and membrane lipid disorders, mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP), capacitation, and fertilization ability (P < 0.05) compared with the control. Additionally, in group I and III, the protamine deficiency were significantly lower (P < 0.05) than in the control group. It was found that 6% glycerol has a higher degree of damage to sperm DNA integrity than 3% glycerol. Overall, this study revealed that partial replacement of glycerol with CLC can be used as a novel cryoprotection method to reduce the toxicity of glycerol and improve the quality of thawed Yanbian Yellow cattle sperm.

Abstract
Objective: Based on the 2014 version of the International Association of Urological Pathology (ISUP) pathological classification standards, a prediction model that can predict the pathological classification of ISUP ≥2 in patients with prostate cancer (PCa) before radical prostatectomy (RP) was established and evaluated. Methods: The clinical data of 171 patients who had undergone RP from January 2017 to September 2020 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University and obtained postoperative pathological results of all specimens were retrospectively collected. The patients were 46-83 (70±7) years old. For patients with RP ISUP pathologic stage as the gold standard, according to the pathological grading is level 2 or higher is divided into two groups(42 patients with ISUP grade=1 and 129 patients with ISUP grade ≥2). the predictors of ISUP pathology grade ≥2 after RP were screened by logistics regression analysis, predictive models were established and ROC curves were used to evaluate the efficacy of each model in diagnosing RP with pathological grade ≥2, and comparisons were conducted by DeLong test. Results: Compared with patients with ISUP grade=1, patients with ISUP grade≥2 had higher prostate specific antigen (PSA) and prostate specific antigen density (PSAD) (14.21(8.57, 24.98)ng/ml vs 7.98(5.41, 12.54)ng/ml, 0.33(0.20, 0.74)μg.L-1.ml-1 vs 0.16(0.12, 0.24)μg.L-1.ml-1), lower prostate volume (PV) (48.62(34.17,73.99)ml vs 38.94(28.15,54.84)ml)(all P<0.05). Multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging (mp-MRI) prostate imaging and reporting system (PI-RADS) score, the positive ratio of puncture needles and the pathological grade of puncture ISUP were also significantly different between the two groups (all P<0.05). The combined mp-MRI PI-RADS score (OR=3.337, 95%CI: 1.990-5.593, P<0.001) and puncture ISUP pathological grading (OR=4.041, 95%CI: 1.960-8.334, P<0.001) had the highest diagnostic efficacy for pathological grading ≥2 after RP (AUC=0.916, P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined mp-MRI PI-RADS score and puncture ISUP pathological grading had the highest diagnostic efficacy for pathological grading ≥2 after RP.

Abstract
Background Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory disease caused by excessive activation of CD4+T cells, including Th17, Th1 and Th22. The role of CD8+T cells in psoriasis pathogenesis remains poorly understood. Aim To identify the phenotype of CD8+T cells in patients with psoriasis and to investigate its role in the formation of lesions. Methods The phenotype of CD8+T cells in psoriatic lesions was detected by immunofluorescence staining. Flow cytometry was performed to detect their phenotype in peripheral blood. Thereafter, coculture of CD8αα+T cells with autogenous CD4+T cells was performed to investigate the function of CD8αα+T cells in patients with psoriasis. Finally, pro‐inflammatory factors produced by CD8αα+T cells were examined by immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry. Results Compared to the CD8αβ+T cells, CD8αα+T cell infiltration in psoriatic lesions markedly increased. Moreover, epidermal CD8αα+T cells exhibited tissue‐resident memory T cells (TRM) phenotypes and dermal CD8αα+T cells exhibited effector memory (TEM) phenotypes in psoriatic lesions. Additionally, we found that CD8αα+T cells from patients with psoriasis did not express the markers of regulatory T cells and could promote the proliferation of CD4+T effector cells and produce interleukin‐17 and interferon‐γ. Conclusions Our findings demonstrate that CD8αα+T cells contribute to the pathogenesis of psoriasis by producing pro‐inflammatory factors.

Abstract
Objective: To compare the recovery and quality of life of patients with oral and oropharyngeal tumors treated with three kinds of free soft tissue flaps. Methods: The clinical data of 103 patients, including 66 males and 37 females, aged 26-74 years, who underwent primary repair of defects after resection of oral and oropharyngeal tumors in Sichuan Tumor Hospital from July 2014 to August 2020 were analyzed. Anterolateral thigh flap (ALTF) was used in 43 patients, radial forearm free flap (RFFF) in 45 patients, and lateral arm free flap (LAFF) in 15 patients. Postoperative qualities of life of patients were evaluated by the university of Washington quality of life questionnaire and oral health impact scale (HIP-14 Chinese edition). SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: The T staging of RFFF or LAFF group was significantly lower than that of ALTF group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in mean flap areas between ALTF group ((55.87±27.38) cm2) and LAFF group ((49.93±19.44) cm2), while RFFF group had smaller mean flap area ((33.18±6.05) cm2) than ALTF group (t=5.311, P<0.001) and LAFF group (t=3.284, P=0.005). In terms of oral functions including swallowing, mastication, taste and spitmouth, there were no significant differences between LAFF group and RFFF group (P>0.05), but both groups had better oral functions than ALTF group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in appearance scores between LAFF group (75(75, 75)) and ALTF group (75(75,75) vs.75(75,75),Z=-1.532, P=0.126), and both groups had higher scores than RFFF group (50(50, 75),Z values were -3.447 and -3.005 respectively, P<0.05). RFFF group had higher speech score (100(67, 100)) than LAFF group (67(50, 76),Z=-2.480, P<0.05) and ALTF group (67(33, 67),Z=-5.414, P<0.05). ALTF group had lower mean score of quality of life than RFFF group [72(56,77) vs.79(69, 89),Z=-3.070, P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference in the mean scores of qualities of life between ALTF group and LAFF group (Z=1.754, P=0.079). According to the evaluation of oral health impact scale (HIP-14 Chinese version) 1 year after surgery, individual item scores and the average score of all items in ALTF group were lower than those in RFFF and LAFF groups (P<0.05), with no significant difference between RFFF group and LAFF group (P>0.05). Conclusions: RFFF has unique advantages for small tissue defects, while ALTF is suitable for large tissue defects, such as buccal penetrating defect, whole tongue and near whole tongue defect, and LAFF is a compromise choice between ALTF and RFFF. ALTF is inferior to RFFF and LAFF in oral functional reconstruction, including swallowing, chewing, taste and spittle. ALTF and LAFF are superior to RFFF in postoperative appearance.

Abstract
Objective: To examine the effect of adjuvant radiotherapy on postoperative complications of immediate deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap breast reconstruction. Methods: Data was collected from 185 patients underwent immediate DIEP reconstruction during November 2006 to March 2020 Department of Breast surgery, Fudan University shanghai Cancer Center. All the patients were female, aging (43.0±7.8) years (range: 29 to 61 years). The series included with a total of 187 flaps (2 bilateral, 183 unilateral). Included patients were divided into 2 groups: immediate DIEP reconstruction requring or not requring post-mastectomy radiation therapy (71 cases (71 flaps) in PMRT group, 114 cases (116 flaps) in control group). The aesthetic outcome were measured by Kroll score system and compared between the groups by t test. The complications included partial flap loss, minor necrosis were analyzed between the groups by χ2 test, while the influence of the other correlation factors on complication occurrence was analyzed by Logistic analysis. Results: The controll groups showed higher aesthetic results (2.21±0.55 vs. 2.47±0.82, t=-2.593, P=0.010). Complication rate in PMRT group was higher than that in control group (19.7% (15/71) vs. 4.2% (4/116), χ²=15.079,P<0.01). The complication rate was not correlated with age, body mass index, perforator number, neoadjuvant chemotherapy and adjuvant chemotherapy. Conclusions: Correlation was observed between adiuvant radiotherapy and post-operative complication of the DIEP flap. However, the complication occurrence and aesthetic results remain in the acceptable range. The other factors such as age, body mass index, perforator number, neoadjuvant chemotherapy and adjuvant chemotherapy should not be considered as prognosis factor of post-operative complication of the DIEP flap.
