Abstract
目的 探讨经急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)儿童方案治疗达到完全缓解(CR)和部分缓解(PR)的T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤(T-LBL)患者应用造血干细胞移植巩固治疗的疗效及预后因素。 方法 收集2013年1月至2017年1月于唐都医院血液病中心接受治疗的T-LBL患者的临床资料,将达到CR或PR的患者纳入研究,进行回顾性分析。 结果 ①48例患者接受了ALL儿童方案治疗,经2个疗程的诱导化疗后39例达CR,9例达PR。其中接受自体造血干细胞移植(auto-HSCT)者14例,接受异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)者7例,21例患者移植后造血功能均顺利重建。②中位随访时间31(9~16)个月。3年总生存(OS)率为61.0%(95% CI 53.7%~68.3%),3年无进展生存(PFS)率为54.8%(95% CI 47.1%~62.2%)。③移植组和未移植组3年OS率分别为84.7%和42.8%(P=0.006),两组3年PFS率分别为75.4%和38.9%(P=0.004)。④auto-HSCT组与allo-HSCT组患者的OS率、PFS率差异均无统计学意义(P值分别为0.320、0.597)。⑤骨髓侵犯、未接受造血干细胞移植是影响患者长期预后的独立危险因素[ HR=5.804(95% CI 1.140~29.549),P=0.034;HR=5.871(95% CI 1.711~20.140),P=0.005]。 结论 ALL儿童方案化疗序贯造血干细胞移植治疗T-LBL疗效确切,安全性好。auto-HSCT与allo-HSCT患者的OS率及PFS率差异均无统计学意义。骨髓侵犯、未接受造血干细胞移植是影响T-LBL患者长期预后的独立危险因素。

Abstract
We have performed a quantum mechanic calculation (including solving the coupled Gross-Pitaevskii equations to obtain the spatial wave functions, and diagonalizing the spin-dependent Hamiltonian in the spin-space to obtain the total spin state) together with an analytical analysis based on a classical model. Then, according to the relative orientations of the spins SA, SB and SC of the three species, the spin-structures of the ground state can be classified into two types. In Type-I the three spins are either parallel or anti-parallel to each other, while in Type-II they point to different directions but remain to be coplanar. Moreover, according to the magnitudes of SA, SB and SC, the spin-structures can be further classified into four kinds, namely, p + p + p (all atoms of each species are in singlet-pairs), one species in f (fully polarized) and two species in q (a mixture of polarized atoms and singlet-pairs), two in f and one in q, and f + f + f. Other combinations are not allowed. The scopes of the parameters that supports a specific spin-structure have been specified. A number of spin-structure-transitions have been found. For Type-I, the critical values at which a transition takes place are given by simple analytical formulae, therefore these values can be predict.

Abstract
Objective: To choose various occupational health risk assessment of the mature methods at home and abroad respectively occupational health risk assessment was carried out on the 4s stores, to explore different risk assessment methods on the 4 s shop the applicability of the occupational health risk assessment. Methods: Chemical was applied on the harmful factors of occupational health risk assessment technology guideline in the composite index method, quantitative cancer risk assessment method using the guidelines for the harmful factors of occupational health risk assessment of chemical technology of composite index method, quantitative cancer risk assessment method, international commission on mining and metals (ICMM) occupational health risk assessment quantitative method and the occupational-disease-inductive operation classification to evaluate chemical factors in 4S store, Combined with on-site occupational health investigation to compare with the result of risk assessment and analysis of international mining and metals (ICMM) committee occupational health risk assessment quantitative method and the occupational-disease-inductive operation classification of 4S store to evaluate chemical factors, combined with on-site occupational health investigation comparison and analysis the result of the risk assessment. Results: Except for 6 times, the results of ICMM matrix method and comprehensive index method were consistent, which were all higher than job classification. The other results were job classification of >of ICMM matrix method >comprehensive index method or job classification of >of ICMM matrix method. Conclusion: When the concentration of occupational-disease-inductive factors is lower than 1/2 limit, the risk assessment results tend to be ICMM quantitative >composite index method >operation classification. When the occupational-disease-inductive factors were involved with triphenyl, the quantitative non-carcinogenic risk assessment method was more likely to reach the conclusion that the occupational health risk was unacceptable.

Abstract
Heracleum moellendorffii Hance is a medicinal vegetable species, and the seed dormancy of this species has caused many agricultural problems. One stratification technique involves alternating layers of seeds and substrate to allow post-ripening of dormant seeds under appropriate environmental conditions and to release dormancy. Non-stratified seeds (NS), cotyledon-stage-embryo seeds (CS) and germinated seeds (GS) represent key stages of H. moellendorffii seeds during stratification. To better understand the breaking of dormancy caused by stratification, tandem mass tag (TMT) mass spectrometry (MS)/MS was used to detect proteins among NS, CS and GS. A total of 876 proteins were identified, which were subjected to Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analyses. The results showed that carbohydrate metabolic processes, responses to stress and ribosome biogenesis were the main biological processes. The changes in protein accumulation were validated by qRT-PCR. The results showed that starch, sucrose, pyruvate and fatty acid metabolism played significant roles and that the contents of stored substances were gradually degraded during stratification. This study provides a theoretical basis in terms of proteomics for exploring the post-ripening and germination of H. moellendorffii seeds.

Abstract
Retrospective analysis of 18 cases of occupational acute 1, 2-dichloroethane (1, 2-DCE) poisoning. The results showed that all patients have the main manifestations such as dizziness, headache, unresponsiveness and other symptoms of nervous system damage; Brain CT showed varying degrees of diffuse white matter lesions. Brain MRI showed extensive involvement of white matter in both cerebral hemispheres. Affected white matter area presented low intensity on T1WI, hyperintensity on T2WI and T2-Flair; Lumbar puncture examination of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure (262.5±48.39) mm H(2)O; After treatment, the required time for CSF pressure to restore was (161.56±75.27) days (50-280) days. Summary, Occupational acute 1, 2-DCE poisoning caused by toxic encephalopathy can be manifested as persistent abnormalities in CSF pressure, and the CSF pressure drops slowly during treatment; Early head CT and lumbar puncture examination will be helpful for early detection of intracranial pressure in toxic encephalopathy caused by acute 1, 2-DCE poisoning. Dynamic monitoring of CSF provides guidance for acute 1, 2-DCE poisoning with a long time of treatment and various types of dehydrating agents.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the prevalence of gynecologic diseases among married female workers. Methods: The data of married female workers who underwent occupational health examination in a physical examination center from January to December 2017 were collected. The relationship between the detection of common gynecological diseases, age and occupational types examined by gynecological routine, TCT, breast B-mode ultrasound, uterus and appendix B-mode ultrasound were analyzed. Results: Among the 1142 female workers, the total detection rate of reproductive tract infections was 67.25% (768/1142), the total detection rate of breast-related diseases was 75.22% (859/1142) ; the total detection rate of gynecological tumors and benign lesions was 14.71% (168/1142). The detection rate of breast hyperplasia was the highest 67.08% (766/1142), followed by vaginitis 51.66% (590/1142). Among the abnormalities detected in breast-related diseases, gynecological tumors and benign lesions, the highest detection rate was found in public institutions (85.66% and 27.13%), and the lowest was found in factory workers (70.24% and 7.89%). With the increase of age, the detection rate of breastrelated diseases (breast hyperplasia, breast cyst), gynecological tumors, benign lesions (uterine myoma), and Nessler's cyst abnormalities in married female workers increased (χ(2)(trend)=7.647、21.653、107.411、53.802, P<0.05), while the detection rate of columnar epithelium of cervix decreased (χ(2)(trend)=7.404, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total detection rate of reproductive tract infectious diseases (vaginitis, cervical polyps, cervical hypertrophy) among married famale workers of different ages (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The common gynecological diseases of married female workers are affected by many factors such as age and occupation. Health examination and health education should be carried out regularly to reduce the incidence of gynecological diseases among female workers according to different ages and occupations.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of Schistosoma japonicum infections in wild animals in transmission-controlled schistosomiasis-endemic areas in Jiangxi Province, so as to provide scientific evidence for implementing precision control interventions and achieving the goal of transmission interruption and elimination of schistosomiasis. METHODS Five endemic villages from Ruichang City and Pengze County that were heavily endemic for schistosomiasis in Jiangxi Province, were selected as the study villages. Wild animals like wild mice were captured, and the livers of wild animals were purchased from the snail habitats in the study villages for detection of S. japonicum infections. In the study villages, S. japonicum human infections were screened using indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA) followed by parasitological examinations with miracidial hatching test and Kato-Katz method, and the S. japonicum infection in livestock was tested using a miracidial hatching test with a plastic tube. In addition, snail survey was conducted in the study villages by means of systematic sampling combined with environmental sampling, and the S. japonicum infection in snails was detected using a loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay. RESULTS A total of 240 liver specimens were sampled or purchased from 5 species of wild animals in the study villages, including wild mice, weasels, pigs, deer and rabbits. A total of 172 wild mice were captured, with a 2.91% rate of S. japonicum infection, and there was no S. japonicum infection detected in other wild animals. The prevalence of Capillaria hepatica infection was 12.21%, 1.96% and 12.50% in wild mice, deer and pigs, respectively. In addition, there was no S. japonicum infection found in either humans or livestock in the study villages, and the mean snail density varied from 0.13 to 0.80 snails/0.1 m2 in the study villages. LAMP assay detected S. japonicum infection in 2 tubes in a study village. CONCLUSIONS The role of wild animals in schistosomiasis transmission and their potential risks can not be neglected in hilly schistosomiasis-endemic areas of Jiangsu Province after transmission control. Intensified surveillance and targeted control measures should be implemented to consolidate schistosomiasis control achievements.

Abstract
Purpose
Metabolic syndrome (MetS) and obesity are both crucial risk factors for heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and atrial fibrillation (AF). However, the prognostic value of utilizing left atrial (LA) deformation imaging in metabolically healthy obese (MHO) or metabolically unhealthy normal weight (MUNW) subjects remains largely unexplored.
Methods
Speckle-tracking echocardiography was used to evaluate LA strain and strain rate among 3,915 subjects free from clinical heart failure (mean age: 50.0±10.6 years, 66.2% male) undergoing annual cardiovascular health survey. Metabolically unhealthy was defined by the presence of at least one MetS component or history of cardiovascular disease. Participants were categorized as: metabolically healthy normal weight (MHNW), metabolically unhealthy normal weight (MUNW), metabolically healthy overweight/obese (MHO), metabolically unhealthy overweight/obese (MUO).
Results
Markedly decreased LA strain, early-diastolic LA strain rate and increased LA stiffness were observed with metabolic disorders (all trend p: <0.05). During a median follow-up period of 3.68 years, significantly higher risk of primary endpoints (death, heart failure, major cardiovascular events) was observed in MUO vs. MHO (HR=1.87, p=0.005) and MUNW vs. MHNW (HR=2.82, p=0.004). Similar patterns with incident AF (MUO vs MHO: HR=3.05, p=0.001, MUNW vs MHNW: HR=4.04, p=0.002) were also observed. After multivariate adjustment, risk of AF remained associated with low LA strain (β=−0.07, p<0.001), systolic LA strain rate (β:−0.05, p=0.007) and high LA stiffness (β=0.18, p<0.001).

Conclusion
Metabolic abnormality may contribute to certain aspects of mechanistic LA dysfunction tightly linked to clinical events, even with normal lean body mass. Our observations may be insightful for targeted interventions in higher-risk patients with subclinical atrial dysfunction.

Abstract
An accident of mixed acute gas poisoning accident happened in a place in GuangDong in March 2018. To investigates three poisoning workers and related clinical data were summarized., we tested the field air and analyzed the accident reasons. This event due to the staff lack of occupational protection awareness and illegal operation. The working environment must be ventilated before limited space operation, and must be sure that the limited space is safe by toxic gas monitoring. In case of occupational acute gas poisoning, rescuers should help the persons who are poisoned reasonably and meanwhile their own safety.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) in male welders in different work areas of shipbuilding industry based on their operational working position and body position characteristics and to analyze the operational positions and ergonomic loads. Methods: In February 2017, 412 male welders from the hull and block work areas of a large ship factory were selected by stratified sampling. The prevalence and effects of WMSDs within a year were investigated using the Nordic Musculoskeletal Disorders Questionnaire, and a rapid exposure checklist was used to obtain the ergonomic load index by comprehensive scoring; the exposure-response relationship between the ergonomic loads and WMSDs symptoms of subjects in the hull and block work areas was evaluated. Results: Among the male welders working in the hull work area of shipbuilding industry, WMSDs occurred more commonly in the neck, lower back/waist, and legs, accounting for 53.16% (126/237) , 51.90% (123/237) , and 41.77% (99/237) , respectively; among those working in the block work area, WMSDs occurred more commonly in the lower back/waist, wrist, and legs, accounting for 52.57% (92/175) , 49.14% (86/175) , and 45.14% (79/175) , respectively. There were significant differences in the distribution of cases of pain within the last 7 days and one month, pain lasting more than one month, or absence from work due to pain within a year in the four positions between the two work areas (P<0.05). In the hull work area, high and extremely high exposure levels were mainly seen in the neck, lower back/waist, and legs, accounting for 76.79%(182/237), 69.20%(164/237), and 59.49%(141/237), respectively; in the block work area, high and extremely high exposure levels were mainly seen in the lower back/waist, wrist, and legs, accounting for 77.71%(136/175), 50.29% (88/175), and 46.29% (81/175), respectively. The detection rates of WMSDs in these four positions significantly increased as the exposure levels rose (P<0.01). Conclusion: The WMSDs of male welders working in the hull and block work areas of shipbuilding industry occurs more commonly in the lower back/waist and legs. The risk of WMSDs symptoms increases with the rise of ergonomic load.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the applicability of semi-quantitative risk assessment methods in wood furniture manufacturing companies. Methods: Two medium-sized wooden furniture manufactures were randomly selected as research objects, namely A company and B company. Used the Semi-Quantitative risk assessment method (the ratio method, the index method and the comprehensive method) in the "Guidelines for occupational health risk assessment of chemicals in the workplace" (GBZ/T 298-2017) to conduct occupational hygiene survey, occupational hazard factor testing and occupational health risk assessments for two wood furniture manufacturers from January to October 2018, and compared and analyzed the applicability of these three semi-quantitative risk assessment methods in wooden furniture manufacturing enterprises. Results: The occupational health status of A enterprises was worse than that of B enterprises, and the occupational health risk level was higher than that of B enterprises, and the risk level of A enterprise is 3~4, and the risk level of B enterprise is 2~3. The occupational health risk level obtained by the index method was consistent with the comprehensive method, while the risk level of some occupational disease hazards used the ratio method was inconsistent with the results of the index method and the comprehensive method. Compared with the index method and the comprehensive method, when E/OEL<0.5 or E/OEL≥2, there might be a certain fluctuation in the occupational health risk level obtained by the ratio method. Conclusion: The semi-quantitative risk assessment is more objective, comprehensive and flexible in the application of occupational health risk assessment, and can assess the occupational health risk level of chemical poisons in wood furniture manufacturing enterprises.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze 8 cases of paraquat lung transplantation in the world, and to explore the timing of lung transplantation and the factors affecting prognosis. Methods: An analysis of the clinical data of a paraquat poisoning lung transplant patient completed by The 12th People's Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and The First People's Hospital affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University in August 2017 and literature review. Results: A 26 years old female patient was admitted to the hospital ingested 20% paraquat solution 20ml. On the 58th day of poisoning, she underwent double lung transplantation under general anesthesia. The operation was successful. Excised lungs show extensive lung fibrosis in both lungs, which was consistent with paraquat poisoning. Used tacrolimus and corticosteroids and mycophenolate antirejection, the patient discharged 46 days after surgery. 7 articles were retrieved through the search tool, and a total of 8 articles included this case were reported. Five patients who underwent lung transplantation within 1 month after poisoning all died, And 3 patients conducted lung transplantation for more than 1 month after poisoning survived; Pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the sputum in 3 of the 8 cases, all containing Pseudomonas, 2 of which died, and our case survived. Conclusion: Appropriate transplantation time window is very important for the prognosis of paraquat poisoning after lung transplantation. Active treatment of the sputum pathogens, improving the donor receptor matching, and exhausting the various means to remove the paraquat from the storage pool which may improve success rate of lung transplantation.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the serological characteristics of anti-mitochondrial antibody M2 subtype (AMA-M2) in patients with drug-induced liver injury (DILI) and primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), in order to provide reference for clinical differential diagnosis. Methods: Laboratory data of 2802 DILI cases who visited the hospital between January 2011 and December 2017 were retrospectively collected. AMA-M2 positive patients were analyzed with respect to laboratorical findings, and serum data of 120 patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) at the same period was taken as a control. A chi-square test was used for group comparisons. One-way ANOVA and rank sum tests was used for ALT, AST, ALP, GGT and three groups of immunoglobulin M. Results: Among 2802 DILI patients, AMA-M2 positive rate was 5.1% (144/2 802), 77.1% (111/144) was DILI alone, 22.2% (32/144) was DILI with PBC, and 0.7% (1/144) was DILI with Sjogren's syndrome. An AMA-M2 level in DILI alone group was mostly mild and moderate than the PBC group and the DILI combined with the PBC group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in AMA-M2 levels between DILI group combined with PBC group and PBC group (P > 0.05). ALT and AST levels of DILI alone group and DILI combined with PBC were (585.92 ± 653.04) U/L, (501.45 ± 512.67) U/L and (373.47 ± 502.60) U/L, (335.97 ± 513.96) U/L, respectively, which were significantly higher than PBC group [(106.33 + 134.08) U/L, (112.59 + 152.20) U/L]. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05).The ALP level of DILI alone group was (152.58 + 81.46) U/L, which was lower than PBC group (237.86 + 215.09). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The level of immunoglobulin M in the DILI alone group was (1.76 ± 1.16) g/L, which was lower than PBC group (4.74 ± 5.74) g/L and the DILI combined with the PBC group (3.31 ± 1.68) g/L. There was significant difference between the two groups. During follow-up, 2.7% of patients with DILI had cirrhosis, 42.3% had lower AMA-M2 titer, 14.4% had lower AMA-M2 titer, 13.5% had higher AMA-M2 titer and five cases developed PBC. Conclusion: AMA-M2 is not only positive in patients with PBC, but also low-to-medium or even high-level AMA-M2 may be detected in DILI patients. For AMA-M2-positive DILI patients, it is necessary to identify whether they are associated with PBC. Secondly, the levels of ALT, AST and ALP should be analyzed, and the patients should be on regular follow up for early and timely detection of drug-induced PBC.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the short-term outcomes and safety of submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection (STER) for submucosal tumors (SMT) originating from muscularis propria (MP) layer at esophagogastric junction. Methods: The clinical data of 31 patients with SMT originating from MP layer at esophagogastric junction underwent STER were collected and retrospectively analyzed. Results: The success rate of STER of the thirty-one patients was 100%. The mean tumor size was (2.5±1.3) cm and the average operative time was (95.9±56.7) min. Perforation occurred in 3 patients and was successfully clipped by endo-clips during operation. One patient developed delayed bleeding and the bleeding was stopped by endoscopic hemostasis. Twenty-nine leiomyomas and two stromal tumors (GIST) were finally pathologically diagnosed. No local recurrence and distant metastasis were noted during the mean 15.4 months follow-up of 20 cases. According to the lesion size, 31 patients who received STER were divided into two groups. The operation time of maximum diameter ≥3.5 cm group was (134.0±70.6) min, significantly longer than (80.3±42.6) min of maximum diameter <3.5 cm group (P=0.014). However, the en bloc removal rate, postoperative hospital stay and the complication incidence between the two groups had no obvious differences (P>0.05). Univariate analysis showed that the piecemeal removal group had longer tumor diameter, higher incidence of irregular tumor morphology, and longer operative time than the en bloc removal group (all P<0.05). Stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that irregular shape was a risk factor for failure of en bloc removal (OR=18.000, 95% CI: 1.885~171.88, P=0.012). Conclusion: As a new method of minimally invasive treatment, STER technology appears to be a safe and effective option for patients with SMT originating from MP layer at esophagogastric junction.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical features, etiological features and prognostic risk factors of long-term glucocorticoid users with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). Methods: A retrospective study included 100 long-term glucocorticoid users with CAP (G-CAP group) from 11 hospitals of China between January 2014 and December 2014, while 100 non-immunocompromised patients with community-acquired pneumonia were enrolled as controls (nICH-CAP group). Characteristics including age, gender, underlying diseases, corticosteroids, symptoms, disease severity, imaging manifestations, etiology, respiratory failure, mechanical ventilation, whether the application of vasoactive drugs, antibiotics application, hospital mortality rate between the two groups were compared, and the prognostic factors of G-CAP were investigated using Logistic regression. Results: The peripheral blood lymphocytes[1.06(0.70, 1.68) vs 1.44 (0.87, 1.98)]in G-CAP group was less than nICH-CAP group (P<0.05). CT with pulmonary interstitial change (28.6% vs 9.9%), the proportion of patients with respiratory failure (25.0% vs 7.0%), mechanical ventilation (9.0% vs 2.0%), noninvasive mechanical ventilation (12.0% vs 2.0%), septic shock (9.0% vs 2.0%), and the hospital mortality rate (13.0% vs 3.0%) in G-CAP group were significantly higher than in nICH-CAP group (all P<0.05). Bacterial infection accounted for the highest proportion of infection (61.3%) in G-CAP group, but also virus infection (19.4%) and mixed infection (16.1%). Pseudomonas accounted for the highest proportion (47.4%) in bacterial infection of G-CAP. Logistic regression analysis showed that peripheral blood lymphocytes (OR=0.004, 95% CI: 0.000-0.234; P<0.05) and respiratory failure (OR=17.766, 95% CI: 4.933-131.0; P<0.05) were independent predictors of death in G-CAP group. Conclusions: The proportion of severe pneumonia and the mortality rate of patients with G-CAP are higher than the patients with nICH-CAP. Lymphopenia and respiratory failure are associated with poor outcome of patients with G-CAP.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the in vitro and in vivo effect of GP73 on the proliferation, invasion and metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: GP73 gene was knocked out using CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system in H22 and HepG2 cells, and stable knock out strains were constructed. The knockout efficiency was measured by western blot. Colony formation assay was used to detect the effect of GP73 on long-term survival ability. Cells were then highly synchronized in G(1) phase upon treatment with cell synchronization reagents (mimosine), and the percentage of cells in G(2)/M phase at different time points was detected by flow cytometry. The invasive and metastasis abilities of hepatocellular carcinoma cells were detected by Transwell™ assay. Furthermore, the tumor formation abilities in vivo were examined using subcutaneous xenograft models. Results: The stable knock out strains of GP73 in H22 and HepG2 cells were successfully established via puromycin selection. The number of colonies of GP73 knock out groups in HepG2 and H22 cells 10 days after transfection were 400±70 and 248±60, respectively. They were significantly lower than those in the control groups (980±40 and 1 100±50, respectively; P<0.01). In addition, GP73 knockout slowed down the cell cycle progression. Moreover, the cell numbers that had migrated to the underside of the filters were 312±50 and 305±49 in the GP73 knockout groups of HepG2 and H22 cells, respectively, significantly lower than 1 540±87 and 1 270±86 in the controls (P<0.01). For transwell invasion assay, the cell number that had invaded into the underside of the filters were 230±47 and 238±54 in the GP73 knockout groups of HepG2 and H22 cells, respectively, significantly lower than 648±74 and 596±63 in the controls(P<0.01). Furthermore, the tumor volume of GP73 knockout group was (70±170) mm(3,) significantly smaller than (1 200±110)mm(3) of the control guoup (P<0.01). Conclusions: GP73 knockout decreases the proliferation, invasive and migratory abilities of HepG2 and H22 cells in vitro and in vivo. GP73 may contribute to tumorigenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the role and mechanism of action of green tea polyphenols in noise-induced hearing loss. Methods: Male specific pathogen-free guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal control group with 9 guinea pigs, noise exposure group with 36 guinea pigs, and green tea polyphenol intervention group with 36 guinea pigs. Auditory brainstem response (ABR) threshold shift was examined before noise exposure and at 1, 3, 7, and 14 days of noise exposure. The surface preparation of cochlear basilar membrane was used for hair cell count and the morphology of hair cells was also observed. Western blot was used to observe the expression of cysteinyl aspartate-specific protease-9 (caspase-9) and cysteinyl aspartate-specific protease-3 (caspase-3) in cochlear tissue. Results: Both the noise exposure group and the green tea polyphenol intervention group had an increase in ABR threshold after noise exposure, and the green tea polyphenol intervention group had a significantly lower ABR threshold shift than the noise exposure group at all time points (P<0.05). Both groups had enlargement, atrophy, or loss of hair cells after noise exposure, and at 7 and 14 days of noise exposure, the noise exposure group had a significantly higher rate of abnormal hair cells than the green tea polyphenol intervention group (P<0.05). Both groups had an increase in the expression of caspase-9 and caspase-3 after noise exposure, and the noise exposure group had a significantly greater increase than the green tea polyphenol intervention group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Green tea polyphenols can reduce noise-induced hearing loss and hair cell injury, possibly by regulating the expression of caspase-9 and caspase-3.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the occupational disease spatial distribution characteristics in Guangzhou and Foshan city in 2006-2013 with Geographic Information System and to provide evidence for making control strategy. Methods: The data on occupational disease diagnosis in Guangzhou and Foshan city from 2006 through 2013 were collected and linked to the digital map at administrative county level with Arc GIS12.0 software for spatial analysis. Results: The maps of occupational disease and Moran's spatial autocor-relation analysis showed that the spatial aggregation existed in Shunde and Nanhai region with Moran's index 1.727, -0.003. Local Moran's I spatial autocorrelation analysis pointed out the "positive high incidence re-gion" and the "negative high incidence region" during 2006~2013. Trend analysis showed that the diagnosis case increased slightly then declined from west to east, increase obviously from north to south, declined from? southwest to northeast, high in the middle and low on both sides in northwest-southeast direction. Conclusions: The occupational disease is obviously geographical distribution in Guangzhou and Foshan city. The corresponding prevention measures should be made according to the geographical distribution.

Abstract
Objective: A solvent desorption-gas chromatography method for determination of ethylal in workplace air has been established. Methods: Ethylal in workplace air was collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed with carbon disulfide, and the desorption solutions were analysed by capillary column GC with FID detector. Results: The method presented a good linearity in the range of 0.87~34 800.00 mg/L of ethylal in the standard solution, with the correlation coefficient being r=0.999 7. The limit of detection and the limit of quantification of this method were respectively 0.20 mg/L and 0.80 mg/L, and the minimum detectable concentration and the minimum quantification concentration of this method were respectively 0.17 mg/m(3) and 0.60 mg/m(3) per 1.50 L of air.The within-run precision of the method was 2.93%-6.20%, and the between-run precision 3.67%-6.44%. The desorption efficiency between 94.22%-97.27%. Ethylal in activated carbon tube could be kept at least 7 days at room temperature without significant loss. Conclusion: The method could be used for determination of ethylal in workplace air.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the occupational health survey of 1-brominepropane (1-BP) enterprises and understand the impact of 1-BP on the health of occupational exposure population. Methods: The occupational health data of 15 1-BP workers were collected from 3 time nodes in 0 months, June and December, and the effects of occupational exposure to 1-BP on health were analyzed. Results: In the workplace with pure 1-BP, the mean air concentration in the workplace was 26.8 mg/m(3), and the personal contact level was 29.7 to 63.4 mg/m(3). The occupational health monitoring data showed that white blood cell count (WBC) , red blood cell count (RBC) , aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were compared in 0 months, June, and 12 months, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . Conclusion: During the 12 months observation period, the occupational exposure to 1-BP caused the number of peripheral blood erythrocyte and leukocyte count and the level of alanine transaminase in the workers, but it did not exceed the normal reference range.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the prevalence and related risk factors of prostate diseases in traffic policemen. Methods: A total of 848 traffic policemen who took part in the physical examination among August and September in 2016 were selected as research subjects, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect their information including smoking, alcohol drinking, biological and physiological indicators, as well as prostate disease etc. The relationship between the prevalence of prostate diseases and related risk factors was analyzed by Non-conditional Logistic Regression. Results: The total prostate disease prevalence rate was 40.2% in the study subjects, and there is statistical significance (P<0.05) of differences between prostate disease group and non disease group in age, work age, smoking, drinking and field work. Single factor analysis showed that age, work age, smoking, and field work are independent risk factors of prostate disease (P<0.05) . Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that increasing age (OR 1.03) , smoking (OR 1.92) and field work time (OR 1.47) significantly increased the risk of prostate disease in male police after age, smoking, drinking, BMI, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and other indicators were adjusted. Conclusion: age, smoking and field work time are risk factors of prostate diseases in the traffic police. There is great significance in publicizing the harmful effects of smoking and reducing the duration of field work.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the results of occupational physical examination for silica dust, benzene and noise-exposed laborer in 2016 in Guangzhou, to provide basis for occupational health supervise. Methods: The data were derived from "occupational disease and health information surveillance system" and the summary data reported by all the occupational physical examination agencies, and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method. Results: 77506 data from 21 agencies of 12 district were collected, and 63 suspected occupational disease were detected, which including 1 silicosis, 8 benzene poisoning, 54 noise deafness. Conclusion: Noise exposure was distributed widely, noise deafness had to be focused on, occupational chronic benzene poisoning and silicosis should be monitored continuously. Small, foreign economy and manufacturing industry should be supervised firstly.
