Abstract
The Laser-driven Ion-beam Trace Probe (LITP) is a new poloidal magnetic field (Bp) diagnostic method in tokamak devices. It measures the ion displacements which are linear integrations of Bp along the ion beam traces, and a proper tomography method is necessary for the Bp reconstruction. A tomography method based on the solution of partial differential equation is used. The diffusion term and perturbation term are used to avoid the divergence and smooth the reconstructed results. Numerical results show that both the diffusion term and the perturbation term obviously improved the reconstruction results of Bp for LITP.

Abstract
Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MPK) cascades play important roles in plant development, immune signaling and stress responses. MPK4 was initially identified as a negative regulator in systemic acquired resistance (SAR) because the levels of salicylic acid (SA) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) were higher in the Arabidopsis mpk4 mutant. MPK4 is highly expressed in guard cells, specialized epidermal cells forming stomatal pores on leaf surface that function at the frontline of bacterial pathogen invasion. In addition to biotic stresses, stomatal guard cells also mediate cellular responses to abiotic stimuli such as drought and CO2 changes. MPK4 appears to play different roles in different plant systems. In this review, we briefly discuss the protein kinase MPK4 functions and focus on its signaling roles in different plant systems, especially in stomatal guard cells.

Minimal clinically important difference (MCID) for work productivity and activity impairment (WPAI) questionnaire in psoriasis patients. J Eur Acad Dermatol Venereol 2018; 33:318-324. Abstract
BACKGROUND The clinical meaningfulness of improvements in the Work Productivity and Activity Impairment Questionnaire for Psoriasis (WPAI-PsO) reported by patients with psoriasis in response to treatment is unknown due to the lack of any publications that report minimal clinically importance differences (MCID) for WPAI-PsO outcomes. OBJECTIVE To determine the MCIDs for the work productivity loss and activity impairment domains of the Work Productivity and Activity Impairment Questionnaire for Psoriasis (WPAI-PsO) using results from three Phase 3 trials of ixekizumab. METHODS MCIDs for WPAI-PsO domains were derived using treatment agnostic data from patients participating in UNCOVER-1/-2/-3. The analysis included patients randomized to placebo and two ixekizumab treatment groups (ixekizumab either every 2 weeks or 4 weeks) from the trials. WPAI-PsO was administered at baseline and Week 12 for UNCOVER-1/-2/-3 and at Weeks 24, 36, 52 and 60 in UNCOVER-1/-2. MCIDs for the WPAI-PsO domains through Week 12 were derived using an anchor-based method supplemented with the distribution-based method. Anchors included 75%/90%/100% improvement in Psoriasis Area and Severity Index, Static Physicians Global Assessment (sPGA[0] and sPGA[0,1]) and Dermatology Life Quality Index MCID). MCIDs were triangulated using receiver operating characteristics (ROC) and distribution-based methods. RESULTS The analyses included 3126 patients (Placebo: 792, Ixekizumab: 2334). All anchors were shown to be valid. Significant differences in the domains of WPAI-PsO were observed between patients achieving clinically meaningful improvement in the validated anchors (all P-values < 0.001). ROC analyses suggested a 20% improvement in the work productivity loss or activity impairment components best represented the benefit of meeting a clinical meaningful improvement in the validated anchors. The distribution-based method supported the results of the anchor-based method. CONCLUSION The MCIDs for both the work productivity loss and the activity impairment domains of WPAI-PsO were estimated to be 20% in patients with PsO.

Abstract
It was hypothesized that mangroves, tropical wetlands, could be used for the finishing treatment of domestic wastewaters. Our aim was to determine if a nutrient-stressed mangrove could tolerate long-term discharges of pretreated wastewater (PW). Since 2008, in an in situ experimental system set up in Mayotte Island (Indian Ocean), domestic PW are discharged into two impacted areas (675 m2) dominated by different species of mangrove trees. Anthropogenic inputs during > 4.5 years led to an increase in vegetation growth associated with an increase in leaf pigment content, leaf surface and tree productivity. A marked increase in tree mortality was observed. There was no effect on crabs and meiofauna densities, but significant modifications of community structures. These effects may be directly linked to PW inputs, or indirectly to the modifications of the environment associated with higher tree growth. However, our results indicate that there was no major dysfunction the ecosystem.

Abstract
In the present study, two experiments were performed to study the effects of feeding fermented corn and soybean meal mixed feed (FMF) with Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium to lactating sows on the performance of the sows and their progeny. In experiment 1, 60 sows were allocated to the following three dietary treatments: 1) sows fed a corn and soybean meal basal diet (control) from day 3 before parturition to weaning, 2) sows fed a diet with 7.5% FMF, and 3) sows fed a diet with 15% FMF. Results indicated that feeding 15% FMF significantly improved (P < 0.05) the sows' ADFI, the individual piglet weaning weights, and piglet weight gain and reduced (P < 0.05) the backfat loss of sows compared with the control group. However, the 7.5% FMF treatment did not alter the performance of the sows or their progeny. Therefore, we considered the level of 15% FMF to be more efficient than 7.5% FMF. To verify the results of experiment 1, we performed experiment 2, in which 60 sows at 111 d of gestation were allocated into the following two dietary treatments: 1) sows fed a basal lactation diet (control) from d 111 of gestation to weaning and 2) sows fed a basal diet with 15% FMF. Compared with the control group, 15% FMF inclusion significantly increased (P < 0.05) the sows' ADFI, litter weight gain, and individual piglet weight gain during lactation and markedly decreased the backfat loss of sows (P < 0.05) and piglet diarrhea incidence (P < 0.05). Additionally, the milk yield and IgA contents of the milk in sows fed 15% FMF were greater (P < 0.05) than those of the control group. Furthermore, the apparent total tract digestibility of GE, DM, and total P of sows was increased (P < 0.05) with 15% FMF supplementation. Therefore, the present study indicates that supplementing sow diets with 15% FMF from parturition to weaning has the potential to 1) increase sow ADFI, milk production, milk IgA content, and nutrient digestibility and promote sow reproductive performance by shortening the weaning-to-estrous interval and 2) promote the growth performance of their progeny and decrease diarrhea incidence.

CCR2 - and CCR2 + corneal macrophages exhibit distinct characteristics and balance inflammatory responses after epithelial abrasion. Mucosal Immunol 2017; 10:1145-1159. Abstract
Macrophages are distributed throughout the body and are crucial for the restoration of damaged tissues. However, their characteristics in the cornea and roles in the repair of corneal injures are unclear. Here we show that corneal macrophages can be classified as CCR2- macrophages, which already exist in the cornea at embryonic day 12.5 (E12.5) and are similar to yolk sac-derived macrophages, microglia, in phenotype and gene expression, and CCR2+ macrophages, which do not appear in the cornea until E17.5. At a steady state, CCR2- corneal macrophages have local proliferation capacity and are rarely affected by monocytes; however, following corneal epithelial abrasion, most CCR2- corneal macrophages are replaced by monocytes. In contrast, CCR2+ macrophages are repopulated by monocytes under both a steady-state condition and following corneal wounding. Depletion of CCR2+ macrophages decreases corneal inflammation after epithelial abrasion, whereas depletion of CCR2- macrophages increases inflammation of the injured cornea. Loss of either cell type results in a delay in corneal healing. These data indicate that there are two unique macrophage populations present in the cornea, both of which participate in corneal wound healing by balancing the inflammatory response.

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of schistosomiasis transmission interruption model based on intensive agriculture in hilly endemic areas, so as to provide the reference for the similar endemic areas. Methods Based on the development of intensive agriculture in Guanghan City, a comprehensive demonstration area of schistosomiasis control with measures such as new rural construction, hardening ditches, the adjustment of industrial structure and water remediation measures was constructed. Jinhua, Shiguan and Hongyan villages were chosen as the evaluation sites to comparatively analyze the indexes of intensive agriculture and schistosomiasis control effects. Results Compared with the demonstration area before construction, in 2014, the harden rates of ditches and village roads were increased by 49.57% and 39.33% respectively; and the proportion of agricultural machinery increased by 25%. The positive rate of serological tests of schistosomiasis was decreased by 81.74%. The Oncomelania hupensis snail area was decreased from 2.44 hm2 (2007) to 0 (2014). The awareness rate of schistosomiasis control knowledge and correct behavior rate of the residents were increased from 51.28% and 90.85% to 91.29% and 97.69% respectively. The experience of the demonstration area ensured the entire Guanghan District achieved the schistosomiasis transmission interruption criterion at the end of 2014. Conclusions The schistosomiasis control model of intensive agriculture combined with other comprehensive measures has a good effect on interrupting the endemic of schistosomiasis, and it can realize the sustainable development of the agricultural economy and schistosomiasis control.
