Abstract
The Born cross sections of the process e^{+}e^{-}→D^{*0}D^{*-}π^{+} at center-of-mass energies from 4.189 to 4.951 GeV are measured for the first time. The data samples used correspond to an integrated luminosity of 17.9 fb^{-1} and were collected by the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring. Three enhancements around 4.20, 4.47, and 4.67 GeV are visible. The resonances have masses of 4209.6±4.7±5.9 MeV/c^{2}, 4469.1±26.2±3.6 MeV/c^{2}, and 4675.3±29.5±3.5 MeV/c^{2} and widths of 81.6±17.8±9.0 MeV, 246.3±36.7±9.4 MeV, and 218.3±72.9±9.3 MeV, respectively, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The first and third resonances are consistent with the ψ(4230) and ψ(4660) states, respectively, while the second one is compatible with the ψ(4500) observed in the e^{+}e^{-}→K^{+}K^{-}J/ψ process. These three charmoniumlike ψ states are observed in the e^{+}e^{-}→D^{*0}D^{*-}π^{+} process for the first time.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of a new endoscopic anastomosis clip in the treatment of defects after endoscopic full-thickness resection (EFTR). Methods: Retrospective cohort study. Fourteen patients [4 males and 10 females, aged (55.9±8.2) years (45-69 years)] with gastric submucosal tumors underwent EFTR at the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were included from December 2018 to January 2021. Patients were divided into new anastomotic clamp group (n=6) and nylon ring combined with metal clips group (n=8). Preoperative endoscopic ultrasound examinations were required to all patients to evaluate the wound condition. The size of the defect, operation time required for wound closure, success rate of closure, postoperative gastric tube placement time, postoperative hospital stay, incidence of complications, preoperative and postoperative serological indexes were compared between the two groups. All patients were followed up after the operation, among which the general endoscopy was reviewed in the first month after the operation, and the telephone and questionnaire follow-up were used in the second, third, sixth month and one year after the operation to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the new endoscopic anastomosis clip and nylon rope combined with metal clip after the EFTR operation. Results: Both groups successfully completed EFTR and were successfully closed. There was no significant difference between the age, tumor diameter and defect diameter of the two groups (all P>0.05). Compared with the nylon ring combined with metal clip group, the operation time of the new anastomotic clip group was shortened [(5.0±1.8) minutes vs (35.6±10.2) minutes, P<0.001]. The operation time was shortened [(62.2±12.5) minutes vs (92.5±0.2) minutes, P=0.007]. Postoperative fasting time decreased [(2.8±0.8) days vs (4.9±1.1) days, P=0.002]. The hospital stay after operation was also shortened [(5.2±0.8) days vs (6.9±1.5) days, P=0.023]. The total intraoperative bleeding volume decreased [(20.00±5.48) ml vs (35.63±14.75) ml, P=0.031]. The patients in both groups received endoscopic examination 1 month after operation, and there was no delayed perforation and bleeding after operation. There was no obvious symptoms of discomfort. Conclusion: The new anastomotic clamp is suitable for the treatment of full-thickness gastric wall defects after EFTR, and shows advantages of shorter operation, less bleeding, and fewer postoperative complications.

Abstract
We reply to the Comment by Donath et al. on our setup, which allows a total 3D control of the polarization direction of the electron beam in an inverse photoemission spectroscopy (IPES) experiment, a significant advance with respect to previous setups with partial polarization control. Donath et al. claim an incorrect operation of our setup after comparing their results, treated to enhance the spin asymmetry, with our spectra without the same treatment. They also equal spectra backgrounds instead of equaling peak intensities above the background. Thus, we compare our Cu(001) and Au(111) results with the literature. We reproduce previous results, including spin-up/spin-down spectral differences observed for Au and not observed for Cu. Also, spin-up/spin-down spectral differences appear at the expected reciprocal space regions. In the Comment, it is also stated that our tuning of the spin polarization misses the target because the spectra background changes when tuning the spin. We argue that the background change is irrelevant to IPES since the information is contained in peaks produced by primary electrons, those having conserved their energy in the inverse photoemission process. Second, our experiments agree with previous results from Donath et al. [Wissing et al., New J. Phys. 15, 105001 (2013)] and with a zero-order quantum-mechanical model of spins in vacuum. Deviations are explained by more realistic descriptions including the spin transmission through an interface. Consequently, the operation of our original setup is fully demonstrated. Our development corresponds to "the promising and rewarding angle-resolved IPES setup with the three-dimensional spin resolution," as indicated in the Comment, after our work.

Abstract
Using a sample of 4.3×10^{5} η^{'}→ηπ^{0}π^{0} events selected from the ten billion J/ψ event dataset collected with the BESIII detector, we study the decay η^{'}→ηπ^{0}π^{0} within the framework of nonrelativistic effective field theory. Evidence for a structure at π^{+}π^{-} mass threshold is observed in the invariant mass spectrum of π^{0}π^{0} with a statistical significance of around 3.5σ, which is consistent with the cusp effect as predicted by the nonrelativistic effective field theory. After introducing the amplitude for describing the cusp effect, the ππ scattering length combination a_{0}-a_{2} is determined to be 0.226±0.060_{stat}±0.013_{syst}, which is in good agreement with theoretical calculation of 0.2644±0.0051.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the protective effect of forsythiaside B (FB) against cerebral oxidative stress injury induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) in mice and explore the underlying mechanism. METHODS Ninety C57BL/6 mice were randomized into sham-operated group, middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model group, and low-, medium and highdose (10, 20, and 40 mg/kg, respectively) FB groups. The expression levels of MDA, ROS, PCO, 8-OHdG, SOD, GSTα4, CAT and GPx in the brain tissue of the mice were detected using commercial kits, and those of AMPK, P-AMPK, DAF-16, FOXO3 and P-FOXO3 were detected with Western blotting. Compound C (CC), an AMPK inhibitor, was used to verify the role of the AMPK pathway in mediating the therapeutic effect of FB. In another 36 C57BL/6 mice randomized into 4 sham-operated group, MCAO model group, FB (40 mg/kg) treatment group, FB+CC (10 mg/kg) treatment group, TTC staining was used to examine the volume of cerebral infarcts, and the levels of ROS and SOD in the brain were detected; the changes in the protein expressions of AMPK, P-AMPK, DAF-16, FOXO3 and P-FOXO3 in the brain tissue were detected using Western blotting. RESULTS In mice with cerebral IR injury, treatment with FB significantly reduced the levels of ROS, MDA, PCO and 8-OHdG, increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD, GSTα4, CAT and GPx, and enhanced phosphorylation of AMPK and FOXO3 and DAF-16 protein expression in the brain tissue (P < 0.01). Compared with FB treatment alone, the combined treatment with FB and CC significantly reduced phosphorylation of AMPK and FOXO3, lowered expression of DAF-16 and SOD activity, and increased cerebral infarction volume and ROS level in the brain tissue of the mice (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION FB inhibits oxidative stress injury caused by cerebral I/R in mice possibly by enhancing AMPK phosphorylation, promoting the downstream DAF-16 protein expression and FOXO3 phosphorylation, increasing the expression of antioxidant enzymes, and reducing ROS level in the brain tissue.

Abstract
Interstitial lung diseases such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) are caused by persistent micro-injuries to alveolar epithelial tissues accompanied by aberrant repair processes. IPF is currently treated with pirfenidone and nintedanib, compounds which slow the rate of disease progression but fail to target underlying pathophysiological mechanisms. The DNA repair protein 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase-1 (OGG1) has significant roles in the modulation of inflammation and metabolic syndromes. Currently, no pharmaceutical solutions targeting OGG1 have been utilized in the treatment of IPF. In this study we show Ogg1-targeting siRNA mitigates bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in male mice, highlighting OGG1 as a tractable target in lung fibrosis. The small molecule OGG1 inhibitor, TH5487, decreases myofibroblast transition and associated pro-fibrotic gene expressions in fibroblast cells. In addition, TH5487 decreases levels of pro-inflammatory mediators, inflammatory cell infiltration, and lung remodeling in a murine model of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis conducted in male C57BL6/J mice. OGG1 and SMAD7 interact to induce fibroblast proliferation and differentiation and display roles in fibrotic murine and IPF patient lung tissue. Taken together, these data suggest that TH5487 is a potentially clinically relevant treatment for IPF but further study in human trials is required.

Risk factors for postoperative hypotension after adrenalectomy for phaeochromocytoma: derivation of the PACS risk score. EUROPEAN JOURNAL OF SURGICAL ONCOLOGY 2023; 49:497-504. Abstract
BACKGROUND Due to the risk of postoperative hypotension (PH), invasive monitoring is recommended for patients who undergo adrenalectomy for phaeochromocytoma. Due to high costs and limited availability of intensive care, our aim was to identify patients at low risk of PH who may not require invasive monitoring. METHODS Data for patients who underwent adrenalectomy for phaeochromocytoma between 2012 and 2020 were retrospectively collected by nine UK centres, including patient demographics, intraoperative and postoperative haemodynamic parameters. Independent risk factors for PH were analysed and used to develop a clinical risk score. RESULTS PH developed in 118 of 430 (27.4%) patients. On univariable analysis, female sex (p = 0.007), tumour size (p < 0.001), preoperative catecholamine level (p < 0.001), open surgery (p < 0.001) and epidural analgesia (p = 0.006) were identified as risk factors for PH. On multivariable analysis, female sex (OR 1.85, CI95%, 1.09-3.13, p = 0.02), preoperative catecholamine level (OR: 3.11, CI95%, 1.74-5.55, p < 0.001), open surgery (OR: 3.31, CI95%, 1.57-6.97, p = 0.002) and preoperative mean arterial blood pressure (OR: 0.59, CI95%, 0.48-1.02, p = 0.08) were independently associated with PH, and were incorporated into a clinical risk score (AUROC 0.69, C-statistic 0.69). The risk of PH was 25% and 68% in low and high risk patients, respectively. CONCLUSION The derived risk score allows stratification of patients at risk of postoperative hypotension after adrenalectomy for phaeochromocytoma. Postoperatively, low risk patients may be managed on a surgical ward, whilst high risk patients should undergo invasive monitoring.

Abstract
PURPOSE To investigate the association between sarcopenia and overactive bladder (OAB) in a United States adult population from 2011 to 2018, and whether sarcopenia can predict the risk of OAB. MATERIALS AND METHODS We analyzed data from the 2011-2018 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey in a cross-sectional study(NHANES) of 8746 participants, of whom 1213 were diagnosed with OAB, we analyzed correlations by sex, age, race, education level, marital status, household income-to-poverty ratio, hypertension, diabetes, strenuous work activity, moderate work activity, strenuous recreational activity, moderate recreational activity, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, and uric acid levels using restricted cubic spline plots of dose-response curves, univariate and multivariate Logistic regression. Models based on sex, age, education, household income to poverty ratio, hypertension, diabetes, sarcopenia index, and cotinine were developed and evaluated using Nomogram, calibration curves, receiver operating characteristic curves, and clinical decision curves. RESULTS Of the 1213 OAB patients, 388 (32.0%) were male and 825 (68.0%) were female. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that sarcopenia index was negatively correlated with the prevalence of OAB (OR=0.084, 95% CI, 0.056 - 0.130, P <0.001;OR=0.456, 95%CI, 0.215-0.968, P= 0.0041). Dose curve analysis of the sarcopenia index and prevalence of OAB showed that the prevalence of OAB decreased significantly with increasing sarcopenia index. Sarcopenia was positively correlated with OAB (OR=2.400, 95%CI, 2.000 - 2.800, P <0.001;OR=1.46, 95%CI, 1.096 -1.953, P = 0.010). In addition, our model shows that sarcopenia can predict the prevalence of OAB (AUC = 0.750) and has some clinical decision-making implications. CONCLUSION Sarcopenia is positively associated with the risk of OAB in United States adults and can be used as a predictor of OAB prevalence.

Abstract
β decay of proton-rich nuclei plays an important role in exploring isospin mixing. The β decay of ^{26}P at the proton drip line is studied using double-sided silicon strip detectors operating in conjunction with high-purity germanium detectors. The T=2 isobaric analog state (IAS) at 13 055 keV and two new high-lying states at 13 380 and 11 912 keV in ^{26}Si are unambiguously identified through β-delayed two-proton emission (β2p). Angular correlations of two protons emitted from ^{26}Si excited states populated by ^{26}P β decay are measured, which suggests that the two protons are emitted mainly sequentially. We report the first observation of a strongly isospin-mixed doublet that deexcites mainly via two-proton decay. The isospin mixing matrix element between the ^{26}Si IAS and the nearby 13 380-keV state is determined to be 130(21) keV, and this result represents the strongest mixing, highest excitation energy, and largest level spacing of a doublet ever observed in β-decay experiments.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the feasibility and rationality of lobectomy in the treatment of pediatric thyroid papillary carcinoma (PTC) with low-intermediate risk. Methods: The clinicopathological features and follow-up data of pediatric PTC with low-intermediate risk were reviewed from March 2000 to December 2018 in Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. The correlations between different surgical procedures and prognoses were evaluated. Propensity score matching(PSM) was used to adjust for risk factors, and the difference in prognoses between the total thyroidectomy (TT) group and the lobectomy (LT) group was compared. Results: A total of 140 patients were included in the study, including 36 males and 104 females. The age range was from 6-year-old to 18-year-old. There were 43 low-risk patients and 97 intermediate-risk patients. The median follow-up time was 87.5 months, ranging from 8 to 241 months, and 20 patients (14.3%) showed recurrence during the follow-up period. Univariate analysis showed that N1b, extrathyroidal extension, the number of lymph node metastasis>5, the ratio of lymph node metastasis≥0.19, and radioactive iodine treatment were risk factors for recurrence (all P value below 0.05), but multivariate analysis showed that only the ratio of lymph node metastasis≥0.19 (HR=8.69, 95%CI=1.08-70.21, P=0.043) was an independent risk factor for recurrence. There was no significant difference in the 5-year recurrence free survival rates between TT group and LT group before propensity score matching (82.8% vs. 86.5%, χ2=0.219, P=0.640) and after propensity score matching (89.6% vs. 90.4%, χ2=0.099, P=0.753). Conclusion: There is no significant difference in recurrence-free survival between TT group and LT group. Lobectomy is feasible for selective pediatric PTC with low-intermediate risk.

Abstract
The study of the Cabibbo-favored semileptonic decay Λ_{c}^{+}→Λe^{+}ν_{e} is reported using a 4.5 fb^{-1} data sample of e^{+}e^{-} annihilations collected at center-of-mass energies ranging from 4.600 GeV to 4.699 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. The branching fraction of the decay is measured to be B(Λ_{c}^{+}→Λe^{+}ν_{e})=(3.56±0.11_{stat}±0.07_{syst})%, which is the most precise measurement to date. Furthermore, we perform an investigation of the internal dynamics in Λ_{c}^{+}→Λe^{+}ν_{e}. We provide the first direct comparisons of the differential decay rate and form factors with those predicted from lattice quantum chromodynamics (LQCD) calculations. Combining the measured branching fraction with a q^{2}-integrated rate predicted by LQCD, we determine |V_{cs}|=0.936±0.017_{B}±0.024_{LQCD}±0.007_{τ_{Λ_{c}}}.

Abstract
Objective: Reflux esophagitis (RE) may be negatively correlated with Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection, but the conclusion and relevant mechanism is still controversial. This study proposed to explore the correlation between RE and H. pylori infection based on natural population. Methods: From July 2013 to December 2014, 3 940 residents aged 40-69 years were recruited in Linqu County of Shandong Province and Hua County of Henan Province by the whole sampling method. All the subjects underwent gastroscopy, and gastric mucosa biopsy specimens were collected for pathological diagnosis and Warthin-Starry (WS) staining to identify H. pylori infection. Venous blood samples of some subjects were collected for H. pylori immunoglobulin G (H. pylori-IgG) detection. Also, demographic and sociological data were collected. Chi-square test and logistic regression were used to analyze the correlation between RE and H. pylori infection. Results: A total of 359 cases of RE were detected. Excluding RE and other upper gastrointestinal organic diseases, 3 382 cases were considered as controls. Chi-square test showed that WS staining positive rate in RE group was significantly lower than that in control group (P=0.023), but there was no significant difference in the positive rate of H. pylori-IgG between the two groups (P=0.281). There were significant differences between RE group and control group in gender composition, age, body mass index (BMI), smoking, alcohol consumption, education level and mucosal active inflammation. Multivariate regression analysis showed that RE was negatively correlated with gastric mucosa active inflammation [OR=0.754 (95%CI 0.600-0.949), P=0.016], and positively correlated with male [OR=4.231 (95%CI 3.263-5.486), P<0.001], age ≥60 years, BMI≥24 kg/m2 [OR=1.540 (95%CI 1.220-1.945), P<0.001]. Compared to those aged 40-49 years and 50-59 years, the odds ratio (OR) of RE in these aged ≥60 years were 1.566 (95%CI 1.144-2.143, P=0.005) and 1.405 (95%CI 1.093-1.805, P=0.008). Conclusion: RE is more closely related to H. pylori present infection. Multivariate analysis showed that RE is negatively correlated with active inflammation of gastric mucosa caused by H. pylori infection, and positively correlated with male, overweight and aged ≥60 years.

Abstract
The radiative hyperon decay Λ→nγ is studied using (10087±44)×10^{6} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector operating at BEPCII. The absolute branching fraction of the decay Λ→nγ is determined to be (0.832±0.038_{stat}±0.054_{syst})×10^{-3}, which is a factor of 2.1 lower and 5.6 standard deviations different than the previous measurement. By analyzing the joint angular distribution of the decay products, the first determination of the decay asymmetry α_{γ} is reported with a value of -0.16±0.10_{stat}±0.05_{syst}.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation on work burnout and the mediating effects of work stress. Methods: In 2020, questionnaire survey was conducted in 1 655 gastroenterologists working in 28 provinces of China. Mediation model was used to analyze the mediating effects of work stress in the relationship between intrinsic motivation and burnout. Resutls 1655 valid questionnaires were collected, including 1 132 women and 523 men, with an average age of 39.26. Intrinsic motivation was related to reduced level of burnout, including emotional exhaustion, dehumanization and low sense of accomplishment (β=-2.06, -1, 77 and-4.20;P<0.001). Job stress partially mediated the negative correlation between intrinsic motivation and job burnout in three dimensions, accounting for 40%, 15% and 5% (β=-1.58, -0.36 and-0.21;P<0.05), respectively. In female physicians, the intrinsic motivation was more directly related to the reduction of burnout, especially in the dimension"emotional exhaustion"(direct effect accounting for 62% in female gastroenterologists and 46% in male). Conclusions: Enhancing the intrinsic motivation of gastroenterologists can directly reduce burnout and indirectly reduce burnout by alleviating work stress. In the same work environment, female physicians' intrinsic motivation had a greater and more direct effect on reducing burnout.

Abstract
Using a sample of (10.09±0.04)×10^{9} J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring, a partial wave analysis of the decay J/ψ→γηη^{'} is performed. The first observation of an isoscalar state with exotic quantum numbers J^{PC}=1^{-+}, denoted as η_{1}(1855), is reported in the process J/ψ→γη_{1}(1855) with η_{1}(1855)→ηη^{'}. Its mass and width are measured to be (1855±9_{-1}^{+6}) MeV/c^{2} and (188±18_{-8}^{+3}) MeV, respectively, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic, and its statistical significance is estimated to be larger than 19σ.
