Abstract
We report the properties of sodium (Na) and aluminum (Al) cosmic rays in the rigidity range 2.15 GV to 3.0 TV based on 0.46 million sodium and 0.51 million aluminum nuclei collected by the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer experiment on the International Space Station. We found that Na and Al, together with nitrogen (N), belong to a distinct cosmic ray group. In this group, we observe that, similar to the N flux, both the Na flux and Al flux are well described by the sums of a primary cosmic ray component (proportional to the silicon flux) and a secondary cosmic ray component (proportional to the fluorine flux). The fraction of the primary component increases with rigidity for the N, Na, and Al fluxes and becomes dominant at the highest rigidities. The Na/Si and Al/Si abundance ratios at the source, 0.036±0.003 for Na/Si and 0.103±0.004 for Al/Si, are determined independent of cosmic ray propagation.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a serious cardiovascular disease that threatens human life. MicroRNA is considered to be an important participant in the pathophysiology of AMI. This article focused on the role of microRNA-495 (miR-495) in regulating apoptosis after myocardial infarction (MI) and its underlying mechanisms. MATERIALS AND METHODS H9c2 cells were cultured in an incubator containing 1% O2 to establish a cell model of MI. Quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was utilized to detect miR-495 expression in H9c2 cells. The effects of miR-495 and NFIB on hypoxia-treated H9c2 cells were observed by Western blot, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) detection, MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) assay, flow cytometry, and terminal dexynucleotidyl transferase(TdT)-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining. Luciferase reporter gene experiment was used to prove the regulatory relationship between miR-495 and NFIB. RESULTS Hypoxia induced injury to H9c2 cells, which was manifested by decreased cell viability, increased LDH release, increased pro-apoptotic proteins (Bax, Cleaved Caspase-3) expression, decreased anti-apoptotic protein (Bcl-2) expression, and increased in the rate of apoptosis and TUNEL positive cells. MiR-495 expression was remarkably increased in H9c2 cells treated with hypoxia. Inhibiting miR-495 expression markedly alleviated the hypoxia-induced injury in H9c2 cells, while silencing NFIB aggravated the hypoxia-induced damage. In addition, NFIB was confirmed to be the target of miR-495. CONCLUSIONS MiR-495 expression was increased in hypoxia-treated H9c2 cells. Silencing miR-495 could significantly inhibit hypoxia-induced apoptosis of H9c2 cells by targeting NFIB.

Abstract
Utilizing a customized metal cluster source in tandem with a flow tube reactor and a reflectron time-of-flight mass spectrometer, we have obtained well-resolved pure metal clusters Ptn- and observed their gas-phase reactions with a few small gas molecules. Interestingly, the remarkable inertness of Pt10- was repeatedly observed in different reactions. Meanwhile, we have determined the structure of Pt10- within a regular tetrahedron. Considering that Pt possesses 5d96s1 electron configuration, the tetrahedral Pt10- exhibits unexpected stability at neither a magic number of valence electrons nor a shell closure of geometric structure. Comprehensive theoretical calculations unveil the stability of Pt10- is significantly associated with the all-metal aromaticity. In addition to the classical total aromaticity, which is mainly due to 6s electrons, there is unique beta-aromaticity ascribed to spin-polarized beta 5d electrons pertaining to singly occupied multicenter bonds. Further, we demonstrate the superatomic feature of such a transition metal cluster Pt10-, as Pt6@Pt4-, in mimicking methane.

Abstract
Background:Dermatomyositis (DM) is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease characterized by inflammatory infiltrates in the skin and muscle1. The genes and pathways in the inflamed myopathies in patients with DM are poorly understood2.Objectives:To identify the key genes and pathways associated with DM and further discover its pathogenesis.Methods:Muscle tissue gene expression profile (GSE143323) were acquired from the GEO database, which included 39 DM samples and 20 normal samples. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in DM muscle tissue were screened by adopting the R software. Gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genome (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis was performed by Metascape online analysis tool. A protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was then constructed by STRING software using the genes in significantly different pathways. Network of DEGs was analyzed by Cytoscape software. And degree of nodes was used to screen key genes.Results:Totally, 126 DEGs were obtained, which contained 122 up-regulated and 4 down-regulated. GO analysis revealed that most of the DEGs were significantly enriched in type I interferon signaling pathway, response to interferon-gamma, collagen-containing extracellular matrix, response to interferon-alpha and bacterium, positive regulation of cell death, leukocyte chemotaxis. KEGG pathway analysis showed that upregulated DEGs enhanced pathways associated with the hepatitis C, complement and coagulation cascades, p53 signaling pathway, RIG-I-like receptor signaling, Osteoclast differentiation, and AGE-RAGE signaling pathway. Ten hub genes were identified in DM, they were ISG15, IRF7, STAT1, MX1, OASL, OAS2, OAS1, OAS3, GBP1, and IRF9 according to the Cytoscape software and cytoHubba plugin.Conclusion:The findings from this bioinformatics network analysis study identified the key hub genes that might provide new molecular markers for its diagnosis and treatment.References:[1]Olazagasti JM, Niewold TB, Reed AM. Abstract
Background:Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic, inflammatory synovitis based systemic disease of unknown etiology1. The genes and pathways in the inflamed synovium of RA patients are poorly understood.Objectives:This study aims to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with the progression of synovitis in RA using bioinformatics analysis and explore its pathogenesis2.Methods:RA expression profile microarray data GSE89408 were acquired from the public gene chip database (GEO), including 152 synovial tissue samples from RA and 28 healthy synovial tissue samples. The DEGs of RA synovial tissues were screened by adopting the R software. The Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis were performed. Protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks were assembled with Cytoscape software.Results:A total of 654 DEGs (268 up-regulated genes and 386 down-regulated genes) were obtained by the differential analysis. The GO enrichment results showed that the up-regulated genes were significantly enriched in the biological processes of myeloid leukocyte activation, cellular response to interferon-gamma and immune response-regulating signaling pathway, and the down-regulated genes were significantly enriched in the biological processes of extracellular matrix, retinoid metabolic process and regulation of lipid metabolic process. The KEGG annotation showed the up-regulated genes mainly participated in the staphylococcus aureus infection, chemokine signaling pathway, lysosome signaling pathway and the down-regulated genes mainly participated in the PPAR signaling pathway, AMPK signaling pathway, ECM-receptor interaction and so on. The 9 hub genes (PTPRC, TLR2, tyrobp, CTSS, CCL2, CCR5, B2M, fcgr1a and PPBP) were obtained based on the String database model by using the Cytoscape software and cytoHubba plugin3.Conclusion:The findings identified the molecular mechanisms and the key hub genes of pathogenesis and progression of RA.References:[1]Xiong Y, Mi BB, Liu MF, et al. Abstract
Background:Psoriasis is an immune-mediated, genetic disease manifesting in the skin or joints or both, and also has a strong genetic predisposition and autoimmune pathogenic traits1. The hallmark of psoriasis is sustained inflammation that leads to uncontrolled keratinocyte proliferation and dysfunctional differentiation. And it’s also a chronic relapsing disease, which often necessitates a long-term therapy2.Objectives:To investigate the molecular mechanisms of psoriasis and find the potential gene targets for diagnosis and treating psoriasis.Methods:Total 334 gene expression data of patients with psoriasis research (GSE13355 GSE14905 and GSE30999) were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus database. After data preprocessing and screening of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) by R software. Online toll Metascape3 was used to analyze Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis of DEGs. Interactions of proteins encoded by DEGs were discovered by Protein-protein interaction network (PPI) using STRING online software. Cytoscape software was utilized to visualize PPI and the degree of each DEGs was obtained by analyzing the topological structure of the PPI network.Results:A total of 611 DEGs were found to be differentially expressed in psoriasis. GO analysis revealed that up-regulated DEGs were mostly associated with defense and response to external stimulus while down-regulated DEGs were mostly associated with metabolism and synthesis of lipids. KEGG enrichment analysis suggested they were mainly enriched in IL-17 signaling, Toll-like receptor signaling and PPAR signaling pathways, Cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction and lipid metabolism. In addition, top 9 key genes (CXCL10, OASL, IFIT1, IFIT3, RSAD2, MX1, OAS1, IFI44 and OAS2) were identified through Cytoscape.Conclusion:DEGs of psoriasis may play an essential role in disease development and may be potential pathogeneses of psoriasis.References:[1]Boehncke WH, Schon MP. Abstract
Background:Primary Sjögren’s syndrome (pSS) is an autoimmune disease that featured as lymphoplasmacytic infiltration of the exocrine glands leading to sicca symptoms1. However, its underlying molecular mechanisms remain elusive.Objectives:This study aims to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and pathways associated with the progression of pSS using bioinformatics analysis and explore its pathogenesis.Methods:The pSS-associated gene chip data set GSE66795 was obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database, which included 131 cases of fully-phenotyped pSS patients’ whole blood samples and 29 cases of control samples. DEGs were screened Using R software. Online tool Metascape2 was used to make Gene Ontology (GO) and KEGG pathway enrichment. The PPI network was performed using String database. Hub genes were identified by Cytoscape.Results:A total of 108 DEGs were captured, including 101 up-regulated genes and 7 down-regulated genes. GO enrichment showed that these DEGs were primarily enriched in defense response to virus, response to interferon-gamma, regulation of innate immune response, response to interferon-beta, double-stranded RNA binding, response to interferon-alpha. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed these DEGs were principally enriched in Influenza A, RIG-I-like receptor signaling pathway, necroptosis, Staphylococcus aureus infection. Finally, 9 hub genes (STAT1, IRF7, OAS2, GBP1, OAS1, IFIT3, IFIH1, OAS3, DDX60) had highest degree value.Conclusion:The findings identified molecular mechanisms and the key hub genes that may involve in the occurrence and development of pSS.References:[1]Francois H, Mariette X. Abstract
Background:Pulmonary arterial hypertension with systemic sclerosis (SSc-PAH) is the main cause of death in patients with SSc. Early diagnosis and timely treatment are very important to reduce the mortality of patients with SSc-PAH1. At present, there are not many sensitive markers for the diagnosis of SSc-PAH. Therefore, it is necessary to mine more sensitive markers as more accurate and practical predictors, which is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of SSc-PAH.Objectives:To discover the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and activated signaling pathways in SSc-PAH.Methods:Fifty-five samples (27 SSc-PAH v.s 28 normal controls) in GSE33463 chip data obtained from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) were included in this study. DEGs in SSc-PAH patients were screened by R, key pathways and hub genes were discoved by Metascape2, STRING3 and Cytoscape.Results:Total 431 genes with large differences were identified, including 238 up-regulated genes and 193 down-regulated genes, after standardizing the data (|logFC| > 1; P < 0.05). GO analysis showed that the upregulated genes were mainly involved in defense response to virus, hemoglobin complex, platelet alpha granule membrane and cytokine binding. The downregulated genes were mainly characterized by positive regulation of cell death, regulation of MAPK cascade, regulation of DNA-binding transcription factor activity and transcription factor AP-1 complex. Several significant enriched pathways obtained in the KEGG pathway analysis were Influenza A, Hepatitis C, IL-17 signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway. Finally, after the selected differential genes were introduced into STRING online software, the data information of protein interaction network was derived, and 12 core genes in the network were identified, they were CXCL8, PPBP, LPAR1, FPR2, GNG11, CXCL10, LPAR5, JUN, C3AR1, CCR2, CCR3, IRF2.Conclusion:The genes and signal pathways related to SSc-PAH discovered by bioinformatics methods could not only provided new molecular markers for its diagnosis and treatment, but also provided new ideas for its related biological research.References:[1]Zheng JN, Li Y, Yan YM, et al. Abstract
Combining sweet sorghum (SS) with alfalfa for ensiling has the potential to make a high-quality silage with relatively a better nutrient balance. However, the existing data are insufficient about how changes in ratios of SS to alfalfa in different silage mixtures affect animal performance and meat quality. Therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the effect of feeding total mixed rations containing mixed silages of SS and alfalfa on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, carcass traits and meat quality of Karakul sheep. Five total mixed rations were formulated with different SS proportions at 100%, 80%, 60%, 40%, and 20% on a fresh weight basis. Thirty 4-month old male Karakul sheep with 25.5 ± 1.4 kg BW were randomly allocated into five treatment groups, each with six lambs for this experiment. The results indicated that the Karakul sheep consuming total mixed rations containing SS-Alfalfa (SS-AF) silage mixtures with a lower proportion of SS tended to increase nutrient digestibility, growth performance, carcass traits, and meat quality. Feeding diets with SS at 40% and 20% inclusion rate showed a significant linear increase in the apparent digestibility of DM, CP and NDF, as well as subcutaneous fat thickness and water holding capacity (P < 0.5). Moreover, reduction in SS inclusion rate in these diets caused significant (P < 0.05) linear and quadratic increases in DM intake, final BW, average daily gain, carcass weight, and the amino acid contents of meat (P < 0.05). Conversely, feeding diet with lower SS inclusion rate led to decrease in feed conversion ratio and shear force significantly (P < 0.05) for these sheep. It appears that 40% inclusion of SS was the optimal rate in making the SS-AF silage mixture for lambs to achieve a superior production performance and high-quality meat products in Karakul sheep. However, further research is needed to investigate the effect of feeding SS-AF silage mixtures alongside contrasting ingredients on rumen function, ruminal microorganisms and digestive enzyme activity of sheep and other ruminant animals.

Abstract
Due to their strong relativistic effects, Au clusters exhibit many unusual geometric structures. Among them, Au7-, Au8 and Au9+ have 18 valence electrons satisfying the magic numbers in the jellium model, respectively, but these three non-spherical clusters are not superatoms. In general, a single dopant atom can drastically change the structural and electronic properties of Au clusters. Here, we searched structures of NiAu7-, NiAu8 and NiAu9+ clusters using the genetic algorithm program (GA) combined with density functional theory (DFT). It was found that the alloy clusters are all 3D spherical structures. The molecular orbitals and density of states analysis indicate that they have completely filled superatomic shells (1S21P6), in which the electronic structure of the Ni atom is d10. Then, the electrostatic potential surfaces of the alloy clusters are analyzed, and the calculated results show that the NiAu8 superatom has remarkable σ-holes with positive potential regions. Moreover, these electron-deficient regions can be considered as interaction sites with some electron donors. After a Lewis base CO gas molecule is adsorbed on the Au-based superatom, we found that the C-O bond distance becomes slightly elongated and its stretching frequency presents a significant red-shift. This is due to the fact that 5d electrons of the Au atom of the NiAu8 transfer towards the anti-bond π orbitals of the CO molecule. Hence, this is an effective strategy for finding new types of superatoms and potential catalysts for covalent bond activation.

Abstract
Abstract
Background
Antibiotic-guidelines protect patients by reducing the burden of antibiotic-resistant strains. Some also contain charts for safe dosage and monitoring. Adherence to guidelines promotes patient safety.
Method
Data was collected retrospectively. Electronic records of all in-patients in Neuro-rehab wards on 24/7/2020 were initially analysed. Patients who had not received antibiotics from 1/5/2020 to 24/7/2020 were excluded. Data was analysed using tally chart.
Results
23 patients received antibiotics. Antibiotics were prescribed 45 times over study period. Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) accounted for 37.8% of cases. Chest infections and skin infections accounted for 22% and 15% respectively. Sepsis of unknown origin and Other-Causes each accounted for 8.9%. In 95% of prescriptions, an indication was documented. Also, 100% compliance was recorded in Allergy status review and documentation of course-length of antibiotics. However, only 53.4% met clinical criteria for antibiotics administration. Of the cases which did not meet the clinical criteria, only 52.3% had been discussed with microbiology department /senior clinician.
Conclusions
Neuro-rehabilitation patients present with complex conditions and are sometimes non-communicative. This makes it difficult to adhere to clinical criteria as some of these require symptoms from patients. Such cases must be discussed with microbiologist/senior clinician.

Abstract
PURPOSE The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of liposome-paclitaxel and carboplatin combination chemoradiotherapy for patients with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). PATIENTS AND METHODS Seventy-nine consecutive patients treated with liposome-paclitaxel based concurrent chemoradiotherapy between January 2015 and December 2019 at Cancer hospital of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Zhejiang cancer hospital) were enrolled in this study. The overall response, toxicities, progression-free survival and overall survival were analyzed with SPSS software. RESULTS A total of 302 cycles of weekly chemotherapy were delivered, with a median 4 courses. After concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT), the efficacy was classified as CR in 4 cases (5.1%), PR in 22 cases (28.2%) and SD in 51 cases (65.4%). The median PFS and OS time were 18.2 months and 23.4 months. The 3-year PFS and OS rates were 45.1% and 43.6%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS Liposome-paclitaxel and carboplatin concurrent with radiotherapy is a safe and effective modality for locally advanced ESCC. Further clinical investigation are warranted to evaluate the efficacy of this regimen.

Abstract
UNLABELLED In this large perspective cohort among European children and adolescents, we observed that daytime napping was positively associated with bone stiffness, while short or long sleep duration combined with poor sleep quality was associated with less bone stiffness. Our findings are important for obtaining optimal bone stiffness in childhood. INTRODUCTION To examine the cross-sectional and longitudinal associations between sleep duration, sleep quality, and bone stiffness index (SI) in European children and adolescents. METHODS Four thousand eight hundred seventy-one children aged 2-11 years from the IDEFICS study and 861 children aged 6-15 years from the subsequent I.Family study were included. Sleep duration (i.e., nocturnal sleep and daytime napping) and sleep quality (i.e., irregularly bedtime routine, have difficulty falling asleep and trouble getting up in the morning) were reported by self-administrated questionnaires. Nocturnal sleep duration was converted into age-specific z-scores, and total sleep duration was classified into short, adequate, and long based on the National Sleep Recommendation. Calcaneal SI of both feet were measured using quantitative ultrasound. Linear mixed-effects models with country as a random effect were used, with adjustments for sex, age, pubertal status, family socioeconomic status, physical activity, screen time, body mass index, and daylight duration. RESULTS Nocturnal sleep duration z-scores were positively associated with SI percentiles among participants with adequate sleep duration at baseline. Moreover, the positive association between daytime napping and SI percentiles was more pronounced in participants with adequate sleep duration at baseline, while at 4-year follow-up was more pronounced in participants with short sleep duration. In addition, extreme sleep duration at baseline predicted lower SI percentiles after 4 years in participants with poor sleep quality. CONCLUSION The positive associations between nocturnal sleep, daytime napping and SI depended on total sleep duration. Long-term detrimental effect of extreme sleep duration on SI only existed in individuals with poor sleep quality.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of staged repair strategy for chronic sacrococcygeal radiation ulcer. Methods: The retrospective cohort study method was applied. Twelve patients with chronic sacrococcygeal radiation ulcer were admitted to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from January 2010 to June 2020, including 7 males and 5 females, aged 38-74 years. The thorough debridement was performed in the first stage, with wounds area after debridement ranging from 8 cm×6 cm to 22 cm×14 cm, and continuous vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) was performed after the debridement operation. In the second stage, personalized surgery scheme was formulated according to the patient's age, systemic condition, vascular condition, and the position, size, and depth of wound. Six cases were reconstructed with superior/inferior gluteal artery perforator flaps, 4 cases were repaired with gluteus maximus myocutaneous flaps, 1 case was repaired with pedicled latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap, and 1 case was reconstructed with free transplantation of latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap. The area of flaps or myocutaneous flaps ranged from 10 cm×8 cm to 25 cm×18 cm. Donor sites of the flaps were sutured primarily in 9 patients and in the other 3 patients were repaired with intermediate split-thickness skin graft in back. The survival of flap or myocutaneous flap after operation, recurrence of tumor, and the appearance and texture of flap or myocutaneous flap, and wound healing were observed during follow-up. Results: Flaps or myocutaneous flaps in 11 patients survived after operation, and superior gluteal artery perforator flap in 1 patient had partial distal necrosis, which was covered again with flap pushed to the distal after debridement and resection of the necrotic tissue. The wounds in 8 patients achieved primary healing, 1 patient repaired with superior gluteal artery perforator flap experienced subcutaneous infection, 1 patient repaired with superior gluteal artery perforator flap suffered distal venous congestion of the flap, and 1 patient repaired with gluteus maximus myocutaneous flap had hematoma under myocutaneous flap, and 1 patient repaired with retrograde latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap had incision exudation and dehiscence, which were all healed after dressing change, etc. There was no recurrence of tumor after the operation. The wounds healed well during follow-up of 2-52 months after discharge, with no recurrence of infection, and the flaps were soft in texture, with satisfactory appearance and well healed donor sites. Conclusions: On the basis of thorough debridement and VSD in the first stage, superior/inferior gluteal artery perforator flap, gluteus maximus myocutaneous flap, or pedicled/free latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap with abundant blood supply is applied to repair chronic sacrococcygeal radiation ulcer in the second stage. The staged operation is reliable, with minimal injury to the donor site of flap and satisfactory therapeutic effect.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine expression characteristics of XTP8 and TGIF1 in gastric carcinoma (GC), and the potential roles of XTP8/TGIF1 axis in influencing the progression of GC. MATERIALS AND METHODS The expression levels of XTP8 and TGIF1 in GC tissues and cells were detected. Their functions in prognosis in GC patients were evaluated by the Kaplan-Meier method. The correlation between the XTP8 level and the pathological indexes of the GC patients were analyzed. The changes in the proliferation, migration, and invasion capacities of MKN-45 and SGC-7901 cells affected by XTP8 and TGIF1 were assessed. The interaction between XTP8 and TGIF1 was determined through Dual-Luciferase reporter gene assay and rescue experiments. RESULTS XTP8 was upregulated in GC tissues and cells. XTP8 level was positively correlated with lymphatic and distant metastasis, as well as poor prognosis of GC patients. The silence of XTP8 attenuated proliferation, migration, and invasion capacities of MKN-45 and SGC-7901 cells. TGIF1 was the downstream gene binding to XTP8, which was downregulated in GC, and XTP8 negatively regulated the TGIF1 level in GC tissues. Importantly, the knockdown of TGIF1 could abolish the regulatory effect of XTP8 on GC cell behaviors. CONCLUSIONS XTP8 is upregulated in GC and is closely linked to lymphatic metastasis, distant metastasis, and poor prognosis of GC patients. Besides, it accelerates the malignant progression via negatively regulating TGIF1.

Abstract
As the first thermal stable molecule with a B≡B bond, the diboryne complex protected by N-heterocyclic carbene ligands (NHC-B≡B-NHC) has attracted much interest. Researchers point out that π-back-donation highly stabilizes the B≡B bond besides σ-donation, both of which are induced by NHC ligands. In this work, details of the π-back-donation are revisited by using DFT calculations. There are two delocalized π* orbitals in NHC, and the symmetry of one π* orbital is highly adaptive to the π orbitals in B≡B bond, whereas the other cannot be involved in the π-back-donation. In staggered configuration, two orthogonal π orbitals of B≡B interact with this π* orbital in each NHC ligand, respectively, to form π-back-donations in both sides. This interaction has proven to be more intensive than π-conjunction, resulting in the lower energy of the staggered isomer compared with the eclipsed one containing greater π-conjunction. Moreover, intensity of the π-back-donation can be enhanced by reducing the energy levels of the matched π* orbitals in ligands, which gives references for the design of stable diborynes.

Abstract
Inducer of CBF expression 1 (ICE1), a MYC-like bHLH transcriptional activator, plays an important role in plants under cold stress. The ubiquitination-proteasome pathway mediated by high expression of osmotically responsive gene1 (HOS1) can effectively induce the degradation of ICE1 and decrease the expression of CBFs and their downstream genes under cold stress response in Arabidopsis, but knowledge of ubiquitination regulation of ICE1 by HOS1 is still limited in woody plants. In this study, a E3 ubiquitin ligase gene EcaHOS1 were amplified from Eucalyptus camaldulensis and the protein interactions between EcaICE1 and EcaHOS1 were analysed. Yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) and bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assay results showed that EcaICE1 can interact with the EcaHOS1 protein in the nucleus and, further, the Y2H assay demonstrated that the 126-185 amino acid region at the N-terminus of the EcaICE1 protein was indispensable for its interaction with EcaHOS1 protein. Moreover, we found that the amino acids at positions 145, 158 and 184 within the key interaction region were the putative phosphorylation sites of EcaICE1, based on bioinformatics analysis, and only the substitution of serine (Ser) 158 by alanine (Ala) blocked the protein-protein interactions between EcaICE1 and EcaHOS1 based on Y2H and β-galactosidase activity assays using site-directed mutagenesis. We identified Ser 158 of EcaICE1 as the key putative phosphorylation site for its interaction with the EcaHOS1 protein.

Abstract
Precise knowledge of the charge and rigidity dependence of the secondary cosmic ray fluxes and the secondary-to-primary flux ratios is essential in the understanding of cosmic ray propagation. We report the properties of heavy secondary cosmic ray fluorine F in the rigidity R range 2.15 GV to 2.9 TV based on 0.29 million events collected by the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer experiment on the International Space Station. The fluorine spectrum deviates from a single power law above 200 GV. The heavier secondary-to-primary F/Si flux ratio rigidity dependence is distinctly different from the lighter B/O (or B/C) rigidity dependence. In particular, above 10 GV, the F/Si/B/O ratio can be described by a power law R^{δ} with δ=0.052±0.007. This shows that the propagation properties of heavy cosmic rays, from F to Si, are different from those of light cosmic rays, from He to O, and that the secondary cosmic rays have two classes.

Abstract
Objective: To examine treatment outcomes of breast phyllodes tumors and the prognosis factors of local recurrence. Methods: This retrospective cohort study included 276 patients who underwent surgical resection at Breast Center, Peking University People's Hospital from January 2011 to December 2019. Tumor subtype and histopathological features were determined from pathology reports, and the deadline of follow-up was September 30th, 2020. All 276 patients underwent open surgery, including 17 patients of mastectomy, and 259 patients of lumpectomy. The enrolled patients were all female, with age of (41.5±11.3) years (rang: 11 to 76 years), and tumor diameter of 35(28) mm (M(QR)). The Kaplan-Meier method and Log-rank test were used for survival analysis. The multivariate analysis was implemented using the Cox proportional hazard model. Results: According the pathologic test, there were 191 patients of benign phyllodes tumor, 67 patients of borderline tumor and 18 patients of malignant tumor. There were 249 patients with a follow-up of more than 6 months, and 14.1% (35/249) had local recurrence. The time-to-recurrence was (28.6±22.2) months (range: 2 to 96 months), (29.1±18.1) months (range: 2 to 80 months), (32.1±30.1) months (range: 5 to 96 months) and (12.0±6.9) months (range: 8 to 20 months) for benign, borderline and malignant phyllodes tumors. Tumor diameter (≥100 mm vs.<50 mm, HR=3.968, 95%CI: 1.550 to 10.158, P=0.004) and malignant heterologous element (yes vs. no, HR=26.933, 95%CI: 3.105 to 233.600, P=0.003) were prognosis factors of local recurrence. One death from malignant phyllodes occurred after distant metastasis. The 3-year disease-free survival rates of benign, borderline and malignant phyllodes tumor were 88.2%, 81.7% and 81.4% (P=0.300). Conclusion: Phyllodes tumors have a considerable local recurrence rate, which may be associated with tumor diameter and malignant heterologous element.

Abstract
We report the observation of new properties of primary iron (Fe) cosmic rays in the rigidity range 2.65 GV to 3.0 TV with 0.62×10^{6} iron nuclei collected by the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer experiment on the International Space Station. Above 80.5 GV the rigidity dependence of the cosmic ray Fe flux is identical to the rigidity dependence of the primary cosmic ray He, C, and O fluxes, with the Fe/O flux ratio being constant at 0.155±0.006. This shows that unexpectedly Fe and He, C, and O belong to the same class of primary cosmic rays which is different from the primary cosmic rays Ne, Mg, and Si class.

Abstract
Context
While several studies have documented the consistency of milking order and its association with milk yield in herds with conventional milking systems, there is limited data available on herds in the automatic milking systems (AMS) where cows move to the dairy voluntarily to be milked.
Aims
The present study was conducted to examine the consistency of milking order in AMS and its association with milk yield and cow characteristics.
Methods
The study was performed at The University of Melbourne Dookie Dairy in northern Victoria, Australia. The milking herd had up to 158 Holstein–Friesian cows in a pasture-based AMS with a three-way grazing system. The study utilised the individual-cow milking times, parity number, days in milk and data on daily production (milk yield in kilograms, fat and protein percentages and liveweight) from August 2017 till April 2018. Monthly milking order was determined for each milking session by ranking individual cows on the basis of their recorded time of milking.
Key results
A consistent milking order was observed with the order of cows at the beginning (percentile rank position 0–33) and end of the milking order (percentile rank position 68–100) being less variable than cows in the middle positions. Milking orders from any two consecutive months were highly correlated (P < 0.01). Energy-corrected milk yield was negatively associated with the milking position (5 of 9 months) and days in milk (8 of 9 months), but positively associated with parity number and liveweight (5 of 9 months). The cow factors such as energy-corrected milk yield, liveweight, parity and days in milk were poor predictors of milking order. This suggests that other factors such as health and social dominance might be of importance.
Conclusions
This observational study indicated that cows at the beginning of the milking order have a higher milk yield than do cows at the end of the milking order in pasture-based automatic milking systems.
Implications
Grazing-management strategies that allow cows at the end of the milking order to access fresh pasture are worthy of further investigation.

Abstract
Inflammation is a critical player in the development and progression of colon cancer. Basic leucine zipper transcription factor ATF-like 3 (BATF3) plays an important role in infection and tumor immunity through regulating the development of conventional type 1 dendritic cells (cDC1s). However, the function of BATF3 in colitis and colitis-associated colon cancer (CAC) remains unclear. Here, BATF3 wild-type and knockout mice were used to construct an AOM/DSS-induced CAC model. In addition, DSS-induced chronic colitis, bone marrow cross-transfusion (BMT), neutrophil knockout, and other animal models were used for in-depth research. We found that BATF3 deficiency in intestinal epithelial cells rather than in cDC1s inhibited CAC, which was depended on inflammatory stimulation. Mechanistically, BATF3 directly promoted transcription of CXCL5 by forming a heterodimer with JunD, and accelerated the recruitment of neutrophils through the CXCL5-CXCR2 axis, ultimately increasing the occurrence and development of CAC. Tissue microarray and TCGA data also indicated that high expression of BATF3 was positively correlated with poor prognosis of colorectal cancer and other inflammation-related tumors. In summary, our results demonstrate that intestinal epithelial-derived BATF3 relies on inflammatory stimulation to promote CAC, and BATF3 is expected to be a novel diagnostic indicator for colitis and CAC.
