Abstract
AIMS The EMPOWER-Lung 1 trial showed that cemiplimab significantly prolongs the duration of progression-free survival and overall survival in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with at least 50% programmed cell death receptor ligand-1 (PD-L1) positivity, yet the financial burden may limit its use. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of cemiplimab versus chemotherapy in a US setting. MATERIALS AND METHODS A Markov model, with three mutually exclusive health states, was used to compare the expected health outcomes and cost of cemiplimab with chemotherapy. Survival data and transition probabilities were collected from the EMPOWER-Lung 1 trial. Utility values and costs are publicly available from open sources. One-way and probabilistic sensitivity analyses were conducted in both the whole population and subgroups to test the robustness of the parameters and structure. RESULTS Treatment of NSCLC with cemiplimab yielded an extra 1.07 quality-adjusted life years (QALYs) at an additional cost of $98 211 compared with chemotherapy, associated with an incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of $91 891/QALY and an incremental net health benefit of 0.087 QALYs at a willingness to pay threshold of $100 000/QALY. The probabilistic sensitivity analysis indicated that cemiplimab provided an 83.2% probability of being cost-effective. One-way sensitivity analysis suggested that the price of cemiplimab was the chief driver in this model. A subgroup analysis showed that cemiplimab was the preferred incremental net health benefit in more than half of the subgroups, including patients with squamous type disease and metastases. CONCLUSIONS Cemiplimab is a cost-effective option in the first-line treatment of NSCLC in patients who are at least 50% PD-L1 positive from an American perspective.

Abstract
Fluorine is one of the most interesting elements in nuclear astrophysics, where the ^{19}F(p,α)^{16}O reaction is of crucial importance for Galactic ^{19}F abundances and CNO cycle loss in first generation Population III stars. As a day-one campaign at the Jinping Underground Nuclear Astrophysics experimental facility, we report direct measurements of the essential ^{19}F(p,αγ)^{16}O reaction channel. The γ-ray yields were measured over E_{c.m.}=72.4-344 keV, covering the Gamow window; our energy of 72.4 keV is unprecedentedly low, reported here for the first time. The experiment was performed under the extremely low cosmic-ray-induced background environment of the China JinPing Underground Laboratory, one of the deepest underground laboratories in the world. The present low-energy S factors deviate significantly from previous theoretical predictions, and the uncertainties are significantly reduced. The thermonuclear ^{19}F(p,αγ)^{16}O reaction rate has been determined directly at the relevant astrophysical energies.

Abstract
An engineered Pichia pastoris GS115 with a FIP-glu gene was mutated using ultraviolet (UV) radiation, and a high-throughput screening method was established for screening of high-yield strains. Meanwhile, a preliminary study was conducted to determine the bioactivity of the rFIP-glu. Based on OD600 value and the mortality of engineered P. pastoris GS115, the best UV irradiation time was determined. Bradford method and SDS-PAGE method were employed to analyze the concentration and yield of rFIP-glu. Melanoma B16 cells were employed to evaluate the biological activities of rFIP-glu in vitro. Results showed that the protein yield of the best mutant #4-336 screened from 3680 mutant strains increased from 242 to 469 μg ml-1 . In vitro assays of biological activity indicated that rFIP-glu had significant toxicity and possessed the ability to affect melanin content and enhance tyrosinase activity in B16 cells. In conclusion, an effective high-throughput screening approach was established for screening mutant strains. The screened mutant possesses a good ability to enhance the production of rFIP-glu, and recombinant proteins display a better biological activity on melanoma B16 cells. The engineered P. pastoris mutant seems promising as a potential source for industrial production of rFIP-glu and should be a candidate industrial strain for further study.

Abstract
The edge-based compartmental modeling (EBCM) approach has been used widely to characterize the nonrecurrent epidemic spreading dynamics (e.g., the susceptible-infected-recovered model) in complex networks. By using the probability theory, we derived an individual-based formulation for this approach, which we herein refer to as the microscopic EBCM method. We found that both for small and large initial infection numbers, the epidemic evolution agreed well with the ensemble averages of our stochastic simulations on different complex networks. Moreover, we showed that the dynamical message passing model, the standard EBCM system, and the pair quenched mean-field equations can be deduced by our microscopic EBCM method. In addition, the microscopic EBCM method was used to analyze the effect of epidemic awareness on networks. Importantly, the simple EBCM model for exponential awareness was developed. Our method provides a way for handling nontrivial disease transmission processes with irreversible dynamics.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This article reports the first case of pregnancy after frozen-thawed ovarian tissue transplantation to prevent iatrogenic premature ovarian insufficiency in China. METHODS Ovarian tissue cryopreservation was performed in a patient with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) before multi-agent chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Two years later, she showed complete remission from MDS, and six frozen-thawed ovarian tissue strips were transplanted into the peritoneal pocket. RESULTS The patient's ovarian activity was restored 3 months after transplantation, and pregnancy occurred spontaneously 27 months after grafting. Until now, the pregnancy has progressed for 30 weeks, and the repeated ultrasound showed normal fetal development. CONCLUSION This is the first pregnancy resulting from ovarian tissue cryopreservation and transplantation in China.

Abstract
We report observations of gamma-ray emissions with energies in the 100-TeV energy region from the Cygnus region in our Galaxy. Two sources are significantly detected in the directions of the Cygnus OB1 and OB2 associations. Based on their positional coincidences, we associate one with a pulsar PSR J2032+4127 and the other mainly with a pulsar wind nebula PWN G75.2+0.1, with the pulsar moving away from its original birthplace situated around the centroid of the observed gamma-ray emission. This work would stimulate further studies of particle acceleration mechanisms at these gamma-ray sources.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To develop and validate a nomogram based on fetal nuchal translucency thickness (NT) and ultrasonographic facial markers for screening for trisomy 21 in the first trimester of pregnancy. METHODS This was a retrospective case-control study using stored two-dimensional midsagittal fetal profile images captured at 11 + 0 to 13 + 6 weeks' gestation in singleton pregnancies. We included images from 302 trisomy-21 pregnancies and 322 euploid pregnancies. Cases were divided into a training set (200 euploid + 200 with trisomy 21) and a validation set (122 euploid + 102 with trisomy 21) at a ratio of approximately 2:1. For each, the maternal age, gestational age, fetal NT and karyotype were noted, and 12 ultrasonographic fetal facial markers were measured. The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) method and multivariable analysis were used to select automatically the discriminative markers. Logistic regression was used to develop a LASSO model, based on the selected markers, to screen for trisomy 21 in the first trimester of pregnancy. Furthermore, 60 of the 624 images were selected randomly as a retest set to evaluate the model's robustness. The predictive performance of screening for trisomy 21 of a model based on fetal NT and maternal age and of the LASSO model was assessed using the area under the receiver-operating-characteristics curve (AUC). A nomogram was developed as an individualized tool to predict patient-specific probability for trisomy 21, which is a more visual presentation of the LASSO model. The performance of the nomogram was assessed using the C-index and calibration curve. RESULTS Into the LASSO model were incorporated eight markers, including fetal NT, prenasal-thickness-to-nasal-bone-length ratio, facial profile line, frontomaxillary facial angle, frontonasal facial angle, mandibulomaxillary facial angle, maxilla-nasion-mandible angle and d2 (distance between the anterior edge of the prefrontal skin and the mandibulomaxillary line) (all P < 0.05). The AUCs of the LASSO model for screening for trisomy 21 were 0.983 (95% CI, 0.971-0.994) in the training set and 0.979 (95% CI, 0.966-0.993) in the validation set, and these were higher than the AUCs of all eight individual ultrasonographic markers included in the model. The AUC of the LASSO model in the retest set was 0.997 (95% CI, 0.990-1.000), indicating good robustness of the LASSO model. The AUC of the LASSO model was significantly higher than that of the model based on fetal NT and maternal age in both training and validation sets (P < 0.001 for both). The nomogram of the LASSO model showed good discrimination of trisomy 21, with C-indices of 0.983 in the training set and 0.981 in the validation set. CONCLUSIONS We present an individualized nomogram which incorporates fetal NT and a series of ultrasonographic facial profile markers selected by the LASSO method and multivariable analysis. This nomogram can potentially be utilized as a convenient and effective tool in screening for trisomy 21 in the first trimester of pregnancy. © 2020 The Authors. Abstract
OBJECTIVE Coronary artery disease (CAD) is the main cause of mortality worldwide. How stable coronary artery disease (SCAD) progresses to acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is not known. This study was aimed to explore the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and pathways involved in the progression of SCAD to AMI. MATERIALS AND METHODS Publicly available gene-expression profiles (GSE71226, GSE97320, GSE66360) were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database and integrated to identify DEGs. The GSE59867 dataset was further used to verify the result of screened DEGs. Functional-enrichment analyses, protein-protein interaction network, microRNA-transcription factor (TF)-mRNA regulatory network, and drug-gene network were visualized. RESULTS Sixty common DEGs (CDEGs) were screened between the SCAD-Control group and AMI-Control group in the integrated dataset. Four upregulated DEGs were selected from GSE59867. Twenty hub genes were discovered, and three significant modules were constructed in the PPI network. The intersection of functional and pathway-enrichment analyses of 60 CDEGs and the module DEGs indicated that they were mainly involved in "inflammatory response", "immune response", and "cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction". A miRNA-TF-mRNA regulatory network comprised 87 miRNAs, 16 upregulated target DEGs and 7 TFs. CONCLUSIONS We identified several important genes and miRNAs involved in the progression of SCAD to AMI: platelet activating factor receptor (PTAFR), aquaoporin-9 (AQP9), toll-like receptor-4 (TLR4), human constitutive androstane receptor-3 (HCAR3), leucine-rich-α2 glycoprotein-1 (LRG1), mothers Against Decapentaplegic Homolog 4 (SMAD4) and miRNA-149-5p, miRNA-6778-3p, and miRNA-520a-3p. Inflammation and the immune response had important roles in the progression from SCAD to AMI.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Infective endocarditis (IE), particularly by Staphylococcus aureus, is an uncommon bacteremia-associated infection of the endocardium and cardiac valves. Herein, we evaluated predictive noninvasive biomarkers for IE caused by S. aureus through bioinformatics analysis. MATERIALS AND METHODS Staphylococcus aureus-associated and IE-associated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified by bioinformatics analysis of the GSE6269 and GSE29161 Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) datasets. The DEGs were analyzed with the LIMMA package, and the coregulated genes were chosen as the intersection of DEGs between the two datasets, called common differentially expressed genes (CDEGs). The enrichment study of CDEGs was subsequently performed with the DAVID and KOBAS web resources. Finally, protein-protein interaction (PPI) network, microRNA (miRNA)-transcription factor (TF)-mRNA (messenger RNA) regulatory network, and the network of drug-genes were identified. RESULTS From GSE6269 and GSE29161, respectively, a total of 201 and 741 DEGs were obtained. Gene Ontology (GO) analysis showed that CDEGs were primarily involved in innate immune response, extracellular exosome, as well as calcium ion binding, while the pathway analysis of Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) revealed that CDEGs were significantly enriched in the B-cell receptor, IL-17, and NF-kappa B signaling pathways. The hub genes in the PPI network included HP, S100A12, SPI1, CD14, CCR1, S100A9 and so on. In the miRNA-TF-mRNA regulatory network, SPI1 could target miR-361-5p, miR-155-5p, and miR-339-5p in the progression of IE. CONCLUSIONS Several pivotal genes and pathways were identified in the progression of S. aureus-induced IE, which may have the potential for early detection.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) setting of mechanical ventilation guided by esophageal pressure in the treatment of patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury combined with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods: The retrospective cohort study was conducted. From June 2016 to June 2018, 55 patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury combined with ARDS who met the inclusion criteria were admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University. According to PEEP setting method, 28 patients were allocated to esophageal pressure group (17 males and 11 females, aged (40±13) years) and 27 patients were allocated to PEEP-fractional concentration of inspired oxygen (FiO2) table group (18 males and 9 females, aged (38±10) years). Patients in the 2 groups were treated with mechanical ventilation guided by lung protective ventilation strategy, and the optimal PEEP at 0 (immediately), 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment was determined according to esophageal pressure and PEEP-FiO2 table, respectively. The mechanical ventilation parameters in the 2 groups were adjusted according to the optimal PEEP. The transpulmonary end-expiratory pressure, pulmonary compliance, oxygen index, central venous pressure, mean arterial pressure, and intracranial pressure at 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment were recorded. Data were statistically analyzed with analysis of variance for repeated measurement, chi-square test, independent sample t test, and Bonferroni correction. Results: The optimal PEEP of patients in esophageal pressure group at 0, 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment was (12.4±3.9), (11.2±3.5), (13.4±2.6), and (13.2±3.6) cmH2O (1 cmH2O=0.098 kPa), respectively, which was significantly higher than (8.2±2.5), (7.4±2.2), (8.3±2.3), and (8.5±2.5) cmH2O in PEEP-FiO2 table group, respectively (t=4.702, 4.743, 7.849, 5.623, P<0.01). The transpulmonary end-expiratory pressure and pulmonary compliance at 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment and oxygen index at 48 and 72 h after treatment of patients in esophageal pressure group were significantly higher than those in PEEP-FiO2 table group (t=17.852, 20.586, 19.532, 4.752, 5.256, 7.446, 2.342, 4.178, P<0.05 or P<0.01). The central venous pressure of patients in esophageal pressure group at 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment was significantly higher than that in PEEP-FiO2 table group (t=12.632, 5.247, 8.994, P<0.01), and there was no statistically significant difference in mean arterial pressure of patients between the 2 groups at 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment (P>0.05). The intracranial pressure of patients in esophageal pressure group was higher than that in PEEP-FiO2 table group at 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment, but there was no statistically significant difference between the 2 groups (P>0.05). Conclusions: For patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury combined with ARDS, the optimal PEEP can be set under the guidance of esophageal pressure method, and the mechanical ventilation parameters adjusted according to the optimal PEEP can improve lung compliance and accelerate recovery of lung function more effectively, with no adverse effect in mean arterial pressure and intracranial pressure.

Abstract
PURPOSE People with the metabolically obese normal weight (MONW) phenotype are considered as an extremely high-risk group for unfavorable health consequences, but they are frequently undetected due to deceptive body mass index (BMI) and complex assessment. This study aimed to explore the clinical usefulness of cardiometabolic index (CMI) in identifying MONW individuals. METHODS This cross-sectional study involved a total of 47,683 normal-weight subjects aged ≥ 18 years. Participants underwent anthropometrics, routine biochemical tests, and questionnaires for a full evaluation of the metabolic profile. The odds ratio (OR) of CMI and MONW phenotype was determined by the Logistic regression models and the diagnostic accuracy of CMI was evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. RESULTS The prevalence of MONW phenotype was 11.0%. After multivariate adjustment, the ORs for MONW in the highest compared with the lowest quartile of CMI was 71.20 (95% CI 55.19-91.86), and 1-SD increment of CMI brought a 54% additional risk. In ROC analysis, compared with BMI and waist circumference, CMI showed superior performance for identifying MONW individuals with an AUC of 0.853 (95% CI 0.847-0.860) in men and 0.912 (95% CI 0.906-0.918) in women, respectively. Moreover, CMI exhibited the highest diagnostic accuracy in younger age groups (aged 18-34 for men; aged 18-34 and 35-44 for women), in which AUCs surpassed 0.9 in both sexes. CONCLUSIONS CMI could be served as a valuable indicator to identify MONW phenotype of Chinese adults, particularly for young people.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE CircRNA, a type of circular RNA, has recently been shown to be a potential target for osteoarthritis (OA). Circular RNA HIPK3 (CircHIPK3) is reported to be abnormally expressed in various disease tissues and affects the occurrence and development of the disease. However, the role and underlying mechanism of CircRNA HIPK3 in osteoarthritis are still unclear. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of CircRNA HIPK3 on osteoarthritis and analyze its regulatory mechanism. PATIENTS AND METHODS We took human OA tissues, normal knee cartilage, human OA chondrocytes and normal chondrocytes as the research objects. Real Time-quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-qPCR) was used to detect CircHIPK3 expression level, its target gene miRNA 124 (miR-124) and downstream target molecule SOX8. Flow cytometry analysis was applied to discover the apoptosis of CircHIPK3 and miR-124 on OA cartilage in different transfection situations. Moreover, Western blot and RT-qPCR were used to detect the expression of caspase-3 in OA chondrocytes. The binding site of CircRNA HIPK3 and miR-124, miR-124, and SOX8 were verified by using Dual-Luciferase assay. RESULTS High expressed CircHIPK3 and low expressed miR-124 were found in OA tissues and OA chondrocytes. In addition, the Dual-Luciferase report showed CircHIPK3 acted as a sponge of miR-124 in OA chondrocytes. CircHIPK3 and miR-124 expression in OA tissue were confirmed to be negatively correlated. To our surprise, knocking down CircHIPK3 and transfected miR-124 mimics both inhibited the apoptosis of OA chondrocytes. Further experiments verified that the downstream target molecule of miR-124 was SOX8 in OA chondrocytes. Besides, miR-124 inhibitors reversed the knockdown of CircHIPK3 while si-SOX8 reversed the miR-124 inhibitors effect of apoptosis on OA chondrocytes. CONCLUSIONS Our results demonstrated that CircHIPK3 was significantly upregulated in OA cartilage tissue and cells. Low expression of CircHIPK3 promoted the apoptosis of OA chondrocytes by promoting miR-124 to suppress SOX8 expression. The molecular mechanism of CircHIPK3 in present study is expected to provide new ideas for the treatment of osteoarthritis.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE We aimed at analyzing the correlation between microRNA-133a-5p expression and clinical pathological parameters in patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and exploring the mechanism by which microRNA-133a-5p affects the biological behavior of ccRCC cells. PATIENTS AND METHODS MicroRNA-133a-5p expression in ccRCC tissues and cell lines were examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), and the relationship between ATG14 expression and clinicopathological parameters of ccRCC patients was analyzed. A control group (NC mimic) and a microRNA-133a-5p overexpression group (microRNA-133a-5p mimic) were set in the ccRCC cell lines ACHN and 786-O, respectively. The impacts of microRNA-133a-5p on the proliferation and invasion of ccRCC cells were evaluated through performing Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) and transwell tests, respectively. We further explored the interaction between microRNA-133a-5p and its downstream target gene WNK2 by bioinformatics analysis and Luciferase assay. RESULTS Both in ccRCC tissues and cell lines, microRNA-133a-5p showed a significantly reduced expression, which could be used to predict poor prognosis of ccRCC patients. Upregulation of microRNA-133a-5p markedly blunted the proliferation and migratory capacities of HCC cells. Bioinformatics analysis suggested that microRNA-133a-5p can target MON2. In addition, qPCR assay indicated an increased expression of MON2 in ccRCC cell lines and tissues, which was negatively correlated with microRNA-133a-5p. Finally, in vitro cell reverse experiments suggested that overexpression of MON2 counteracted the inhibitory effects of overexpression of microRNA-133a-5p on the proliferation and metastatic capacity of ccRCC. CONCLUSIONS This study suggests that the reduced expression of microRNA-133a-5p in ccRCC tissue specimens can predict poor prognosis of ccRCC patients. At the same time, microRNA-133a-5p may suppress the proliferation capacity and metastasis of ccRCC cells by acting on MON2.

Abstract
PURPOSE This project aimed to survey the clinical characteristics and survivals of hyperprogressive disease (HPD) mediated by immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in an attempt to explore the potential predictors. METHODS After searching PubMed, MEDLINE, Google Scholar and Cochrane Library databases, 12 studies incorporating 1766 individuals were enrolled. The data were analyzed with Review manager 5.3 software. RESULTS The results revealed HPD correlated with previous metastatic sites > 2 (OR = 1.86, 95% CI 1.33-2.59, P = 0.0003), liver metastasis (OR = 3.35, 95% CI 2.09-5.35, P < 0.00001), Royal Marsden Hospital (RMH) score ≥ 2 (OR = 2.80, 95% CI 1.85-4.23, P < 0.00001), higher ECOG PS (OR = 1.60, 95% CI 1.13-2.27, P = 0.008) and LDH > upper limits of normal (ULN) (OR = 2.32, 95% CI 1.51-3.58, P = 0.0001). Instead, HPD was unrelated to gender, age, smoking status, PD-L1 expression, therapy, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, the histology, the status of EGFR, ALK and KRAS in non-small cell lung cancer and HER-2 expression in advanced gastric cancer. Moreover, HPD was evidently correlated with a shorter OS (HR = 2.92, 95% CI 1.79-4.76, P < 0.0001) and PFS (HR = 3.62, 95% CI 2.79-4.68, P < 0.00001). The same phenomena existed in stratified studies based on study regions and tumor types. CONCLUSIONS This study demonstrated that HPD was related to the number of prior metastatic sites > 2, liver metastasis, RMH score ≥ 2, higher ECOG PS score and LDH > ULN. Moreover, HPD was correlated with a poor OS and PFS in patients following ICI therapy.

Abstract
Ultra-broadband sound reduction schemes covering living and working noise spectra are of high scientific and industrial significance. Here, we report, both theoretically and experimentally, on an ultra-broadband acoustic barrier assembled from space-coiling metamaterials (SCMs) supporting two Fano resonances. Moreover, acoustic hyper-damping is introduced by integrating additional thin viscous foam layers in the SCMs for optimizing the sound reduction performance. A simplified model is developed to study sound transmission behaviour of the SCMs under a normal incidence, which sets forth the basis to understand the working mechanism. An acoustic barrier with 220 mm thickness is then manufactured and tested to exhibit ultra-broadband transmission loss overall above 10 dB across the range 0.44–3.85 kHz, covering completely nine third-octave bands. In addition, unconventional broadband absorption in the dampened barrier (65%) is experimentally observed as well. We believe this work paves the way for realizing effective broadband sound insulation, absorption and sound wave controlling devices with efficient ventilation.

Abstract
Background PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in combination with chemotherapy are widely used in clinical practice. However, the ideal combined timing of them has not been fully explored. Methods In this study, simulation experiments to explore the impacts of the combination of anti-PD-1 antibody (anti-PD-1 Ab) on the cytotoxic effects of chemotherapeutic drugs in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were performed. In addition, the effects of the combined timing of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors and chemotherapy on efficacy and safety were retrospectively analysed in patients with refractory lung cancer. Results Experiments in vitro showed that administering the anti-PD-1 Ab 3 days after chemotherapy (represented by dicycloplatin) resulted in significantly weaker cytotoxic effects on lymphocytes, compared with administering the anti-PD-1 Ab before or concurrent with chemotherapy. Moreover, data from 64 lung cancer patients treated with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors plus chemotherapy as a second- or higher-line therapy were retrospectively analysed. The results showed that administering PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors 1-10 days (especially 3-5 days) after chemotherapy was associated with longer overall survival [17.3 months versus 12.7 months; hazard ratio (HR) = 0.58, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.28-1.19, P = 0.137 in univariate analysis; HR = 0.36, 95% CI 0.16-0.80, P = 0.012 in multivariate analysis] and a trend of improved progression-free survival (5.1 months versus 4.2 months; HR = 0.81, 95% CI 0.42-1.54, P = 0.512) compared with administering PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors before or concurrent with chemotherapy. Conclusion Our findings suggest that administering PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors 1-10 days (especially 3-5 days) after chemotherapy is superior to administering PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors before or concurrent with chemotherapy in patients with refractory lung cancer, but this result needs to be further explored by prospective studies. The cytotoxic effects of chemotherapeutic drugs were positively correlated with the activation states of PBMCs. Administering the anti-PD-1 Ab 3 days after chemotherapy resulted in weaker cytotoxic effects on lymphocytes in vitro. Administering PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors a few days after chemotherapy resulted in better survival in lung cancer patients.

Abstract
To understand the prevalence and etiological characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) in Yangzhou, so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of HFMD. HFMD cases from six sentinel hospitals in Yangzhou from January 2015 to December 2019 were taken as the subject of study. The epidemiological data of HFMD were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method, the enterovirus were detected using RT-PCR method and the etiological characteristics were analyzed. The data were collected by Excel 2007 and statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0 software. A total of 1 151 positive cases were detected from all 2 129 HFMD clinical specimens collected in Yangzhou from 2015 to 2019, with a total positive rate of 54.06%, including 148 cases of EV71(6.95%), 382 cases of CA16(17.94%) and 621 cases of other enterovirus(29.17%). The difference of positive rate in different years(χ2=99.28, P<0.05), different months(χ2=92.09, P<0.05) and different districts(χ2=71.39, P<0.05)was statistically significant. Each subtype of enterovirus showed alternating prevalence in different years. The peak period of detection rate was from April to September (720 cases, 62.55%). The reported incidence for males was higher than females, with the male-female ratio of 1.58∶1 and children under six (971 cases, 84.36%) as the major attacked population. There were obvious seasonal, regional and population characteristics of HFMD in Yangzhou City from 2015 to 2019. It reminds us that surveillance of HFMD should be continually implemented, more attention should be paid to the prevention and control of key population in high-risk seasons, and the booming HFMD cases caused by other enterovirus should be emphasized especially.

Abstract
UNLABELLED This systematic review and meta-analysis were conducted on all eligible cohort studies to evaluate the association between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and osteoporotic fracture risk. Both frequentist and Bayesian approaches were employed for the meta-analysis. We found that high tertiles of hs-CRP were significantly associated with increased fracture risk. INTRODUCTION The association between the inflammatory marker CRP and osteoporotic fracture has remained uncertain. In this study, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to examine the association of serum hs-CRP and fracture risk. METHODS We performed a systematic literature search of relevant databases, including PubMed, Embase, and MEDLINE publications from January 1950 through April 2020. Three reviewers independently performed the study selection, quality assessment, and data abstraction. Frequentist and Bayesian hierarchical random-effects models were used separately for the analysis. Statistical heterogeneity was assessed using Higgin's I2 and Cochran's Q statistic, and publication bias was examined using funnel plots and rank correlation tests. RESULTS Fourteen cohort studies that reported t fracture outcomes were eligible for the systematic review. Only ten studies (n = 29,741) qualified for meta-analysis. In the frequentist approach, the RR for fracture in a comparison of the top tertile group to the bottom tertile group of hs-CRP was 1.54 (1.18, 2.01). The estimated risk of fracture remained significant in all sensitivity and subgroup analyses. Higgin's I2 (30.52%) and Cochran's Q statistic (p < 0.01) suggested there was moderate heterogeneity for the meta-analysis. In the Bayesian approach, the pooled RR was 1.60 (95% CI (1.07-2.49)), and the probabilities that the high level of hs-CRP increased fracture risk by more than 0%, 10%, and 20% were 99%, 98%, and 93%, respectively. CONCLUSION A high level of hs-CRP is associated with a significantly increased risk of osteoporotic fracture.
