Abstract
Due to the growing popularity of Assessment for Learning in higher education, self- feedback and peer feedback are often highlighted for their role in improving writing performance. In order to provide appropriate support for students' effective implementation of the feedback, teachers must comprehend the differential characteristics of self- and peer feedback. However, empirical research comparing the two remains scarce, particularly when they are used in combination. In this study, 116 Hong Kong undergraduate students participated in an abstract writing task and engaged in self- and peer feedback processes. The amount, types, and implementation of self- and peer feedback and their effects on writing improvement were analyzed and compared. Hierarchical regression analyses indicated that about 25% of the variance in the students' writing improvement was collectively accounted for by the two feedback processes. One form of feedback contributed about 15% of the variance while the other form explained 10%. Feedback types and the amount of implemented feedback were found to be positive predictors of writing improvement, whereas the overall feedback amount negatively affected the improvement. Moreover, the implementation of peer feedback was found to have a greater effect on the improvement than those of self-feedback. Several pedagogical implications of these findings are addressed.

Abstract
To investigate the potential of dielectric spectroscopy in quantitatively determining the somatic cell count (SCC) of raw milk, the dielectric spectra of 301 raw milk samples at different SCC were collected using coaxial probe technology in the frequency range of 20 to 4,500 MHz. Standard normal variate, Mahalanobis distance, and joint x-y distances sample division were used to pretreat spectra, detect outliers, and divide samples, respectively. Principal component analysis and variable importance in projection (VIP) methods were used to reduce data dimension and select characteristic variables (CVR), respectively. The full spectra, 16 principal components obtained by principal component analysis, and 86 CVR selected by VIP were used as inputs, respectively, to establish different support vector regression models. The results showed that the nonlinear support vector regression models based on the full spectra and selected CVR using VIP had the best prediction performance, with the standard error of prediction and residual predictive deviation of 0.19 log SCC/mL and 2.37, respectively. The study provided a novel method for online or in situ detection of the SCC of raw milk in production, processing, and consumption.

Abstract
A measurement of mixing and CP violation in neutral charm mesons is performed using data reconstructed in proton-proton collisions collected by the LHCb experiment from 2016 to 2018, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb^{-1}. A total of 30.6 million D^{0}→K_{S}^{0}π^{+}π^{-} decays are analyzed using a method optimized for the measurement of the mass difference between neutral charm-meson eigenstates. Allowing for CP violation in mixing and in the interference between mixing and decay, the mass and decay-width differences are measured to be x_{CP}=[3.97±0.46(stat)±0.29(syst)]×10^{-3} and y_{CP}=[4.59±1.20(stat)±0.85(syst)]×10^{-3}, respectively. The CP-violating parameters are measured as Δx=[-0.27±0.18(stat)±0.01(syst)]×10^{-3} and Δy=[0.20±0.36(stat)±0.13(syst)]×10^{-3}. This is the first observation of a nonzero mass difference in the D^{0} meson system, with a significance exceeding seven standard deviations. The data are consistent with CP symmetry and improve existing constraints on the associated parameters.

Abstract
Objective: To establish a multilocus sequence typing (MLST) assay for Corynebacterium (C.) striatum, explore the population structure and evolution relationship of clinical isolates of C. striatum. Methods: Seven housekeeping genes (gyrA, gyrB, hsp65, sodA, secA1, rpoB, 16S rRNA) were amplified with PCR by using self-designed specific primers and sequenced. Then, the sequences were assembled with software SeqMan. The gene diversity and gene recombination characteristics were evaluated by using software DnaSP 5.10.01 and Splits tree 4.14.2. The phylogenetic tree and the minimum spanning tree were constructed based on the sequence types (ST) characteristics by using software MEGA 7.0.14 and BioNumerics, respectively. In addition, the genetic evolutionary relationship among STs were analyzed by using software eBURST 3.0. Results: The expected amplification products of seven sites selected in all the test strains were obtained. Splits tree showed that the clustering of all C. striatum strains was consistent, suggesting that gene recombination is the potential driving force for the evolution of C. striatum. All of the 344 C.striatum strains were divided into 72 STs by MLST and 85.7% of the strains formed clonal complexes. CC19 was the predominant clonal complex, whereas ST16 in the clonal complex was detected in the most strains. ST had a certain geographic clustering and a certain correlation with the isolation time. Conclusions: C. striatum showed high genetic diversity in China and CC19 was the predominant clonal complex. The MLST assay established in this study can be used for the typing of C. striatum, but further improvement is needed.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine the risk factors of occurrence and treatment failure of peritoneal dialysis associatedperitonitis (PDAP) due to polymicrobial infections. METHODS We retrospectively collected the clinical data of patients with PDAP from the peritoneal dialysis (PD) centers in 4 general hospitals in Jilin Province from 2013 to 2019. The patients were divided, according to the results of peritoneal dialysate culture, into polymicrobial PDAP group and control group for comparison of the clinical data, treatment outcomes, and long-term prognosis. The independent risk factors of the occurrence and treatment failure of polymicrobial PDAP were explored using multivariate regression analysis. RESULTS We recruited a total of 625 patients from the 4 PD centers, among whom 1085 episodes of PDAP were recorded. Polymicrobial PDAP accounted for 7.6% of the total PDAP episodes, and this proportion increased from 5.3% in 2013-2016 to 9.4% in 2017-2019 (P= 0.012). Compared with the control group, polymicrobial PDAP group had higher proportions of elderly patients and patients with refractory PDAP, with greater white blood cell counts in the first-day dialysate and longer course of antibiotic treatment (P < 0.05). The risk of catheter removal and treatment failure (catheter removal or PDAP-related death) in polymicrobial PDAP group was 2.972 times (OR=2.972, 95% CI: 1.634-5.407, P < 0.001) and 2.692 times (OR=2.692, 95% CI: 1.578-4.591, P < 0.001) that in the control group, respectively. The risk of withdrawal from PD (technical failure + all-cause death) was 1.5- fold higher in polymicrobial PDAP group than that in the control group (OR=1.500, 95% CI: 1.085-2.074, P=0.014). Elderly patients (>65 years) had a 1.937-fold higher risk of experiencing polymicrobial PDAP than younger patients (OR=1.937, 95% CI: 1.207-3.109, P= 0.006). Diabetes mellitus (OR=5.554, 95% CI: 1.021-30.201, P=0.047), mixed fungal infeciton (OR=343.687, 95% CI: 21.554- 5480.144, P < 0.001), and Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection (OR=11.518, 95% CI: 1.632 to 81.310, P=0.014) were associated with increased risks of treatment failure by 4.554, 342.687 and 10.518 times, respectively. CONCLUSION The proportion of polymicrobial PDAP in the total PDAP cases tends to increase in recent years. Polymicrobial infection is an independent risk factor of both treatment failure and poor prognosis in patients with PDAP. An old age is an independent risk factor for polymicrobial PDAP, while diabetes mellitus and infections with mixed fungi or Pseudomonas aeruginosa are independent risk factors for treatment failure.

Observation of D_{s}^{±}/D^{0} Enhancement in Au+Au Collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2021; 127:092301. Abstract
We report on the first measurement of charm-strange meson D_{s}^{±} production at midrapidity in Au+Au collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV from the STAR experiment. The yield ratio between strange (D_{s}^{±}) and nonstrange (D^{0}) open-charm mesons is presented and compared to model calculations. A significant enhancement, relative to a pythia simulation of p+p collisions, is observed in the D_{s}^{±}/D^{0} yield ratio in Au+Au collisions over a large range of collision centralities. Model calculations incorporating abundant strange-quark production in the quark-gluon plasma and coalescence hadronization qualitatively reproduce the data. The transverse-momentum integrated yield ratio of D_{s}^{±}/D^{0} at midrapidity is consistent with a prediction from a statistical hadronization model with the parameters constrained by the yields of light and strange hadrons measured at the same collision energy. These results suggest that the coalescence of charm quarks with strange quarks in the quark-gluon plasma plays an important role in D_{s}^{±}-meson production in heavy-ion collisions.

Abstract
The first observation of exotic states with a new quark content cc[over ¯]us[over ¯] decaying to the J/ψK^{+} final state is reported with high significance from an amplitude analysis of the B^{+}→J/ψϕK^{+} decay. The analysis is carried out using proton-proton collision data corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb^{-1} collected by the LHCb experiment at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. The most significant state, Z_{cs}(4000)^{+}, has a mass of 4003±6_{-14}^{+4} MeV, a width of 131±15±26 MeV, and spin parity J^{P}=1^{+}, where the quoted uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. A new 1^{+} X(4685) state decaying to the J/ψϕ final state is also observed with high significance. In addition, the four previously reported J/ψϕ states are confirmed and two more exotic states, Z_{cs}(4220)^{+} and X(4630), are observed with significance exceeding 5 standard deviations.

Treatment with Granulocyte-colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) is not associated with Increased Risk of Brain Metastasis in Patients with De Novo Stage IV Breast Cancer. J Cancer 2021; 12:5687-5692. Abstract
Background: Survival outcome after developing brain metastasis is poor and there is an unmet need to identify factors that can promote brain metastasis. Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) is given to support neutrophil recovery after myelosuppressive chemotherapy to some patients. However, there is emerging evidence that neutrophils can promote metastasis, including through the formation of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), scaffolds of chromatin with enzymes expelled from neutrophils to the extracellular space. In animal models, G-CSFs can induce NETs to promote liver and lung metastasis. The primary objective of this study was to test the association between G-CSF use and the later incidence of brain metastasis. Methods: Patients with de novo Stage IV breast cancer, without known brain metastasis at the time of initial diagnosis, were identified from electronic medical records covering the period from 1/1/2013 to 12/31/2020 at Northwell Health. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were used to test the association between variables of interest, including G-CSF use, and brain metastasis. Results: A total of 78 patients were included in the final analysis. Among those 78 patients, 24 patients (30.8%) had received G-CSF along with chemotherapy at least once. In logistic regression models, G-CSF use was not a significant factor to predict brain metastasis (OR 1.89 [95%CI 1.89-5.33]; P=0.23). Interestingly, in multivariate logistic models, pulmonary embolism (PE)/deep venous thrombosis (DVT) was a significant predictive factor of brain metastasis (OR 6.74 [95%CI 1.82-25.01]; P=0.004) (38.5% vs 21.5%). Conclusions: The use of G-CSF was not associated with increased risk of brain metastasis in patients with de novo Stage IV breast cancer. Interestingly, PE/DVT, which can be associated with elevated NETs, was associated with brain metastasis. Further studies are warranted to determine whether DVT/PE with or without elevated NETs levels in the blood, is predictive of developing brain metastasis in patients with de novo Stage IV breast cancer.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Dupilumab is an antibody against interleukin 4 receptor α, used in treating atopic dermatitis (AD). OBJECTIVES To evaluate the efficacy and safety of dupilumab in adult Chinese patients with moderate-to-severe AD. METHODS In this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, phase III study, conducted between December 2018 and February 2020, patients with AD received dupilumab (300mg) or placebo once every 2 weeks for 16 weeks, and were followed up for 12 weeks. The primary efficacy endpoint was the proportion of patients with both Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) score of 0-1 and a reduction from baseline of ≥2 points at week 16. RESULTS Overall, 165 patients (mean age: 30.6 years; 71.5% male) were randomized: 82 to dupilumab and 83 to placebo. At week 16, 26.8% of patients in the dupilumab group and 4.8% of patients in the placebo group achieved the primary endpoint (difference, 22.0%; 95% confidence interval [CI], 11.37-32.65%; p<0.0001). Compared with placebo, higher proportions of patients in the dupilumab group achieved ≥75% reduction in the Eczema Area and Severity Index score (57.3% vs 14.5%; difference, 42.9%; 95% CI, 29.75-55.97%; p<0.0001) and had ≥3-point (52.4% vs 9.6%; difference, 42.8%; 95% CI, 30.26-55.34%; p<0.0001) and ≥4-point (39.0% vs 4.8%; difference, 34.2%; 95% CI, 22.69-45.72%; p<0.0001) reductions in weekly average daily peak daily pruritus numerical rating scale scores. The incidence of TEAEs during the treatment period was similar in the two groups. The incidence of conjunctivitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and injection site reaction was higher in the dupilumab group than in the placebo group. CONCLUSIONS In adult Chinese patients, dupilumab was effective in improving the signs and symptoms of AD and demonstrated a favorable safety profile.

Abstract
Abstract
In this work, (La0.6Ln0.4)0.67Ca0.33MnO3 (Ln = La, Pr, Nd and Sm) nanoparticles (NPs) synthesized by sol-gel process were investigated by electron spin resonance (ESR) in the temperature range 100–330 K. At the high temperature the ESR signals of La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 (LCMO) NPs only consist of a single peak with Landé g factor of 2.0. This signal is contributed from the paramagnetic (PM) Mn ions in the LCMO NPs. With decreasing the temperature the PM resonance line is split into two resonance lines, one is ferromagnetic (FM) resonance line shifting towards low field while the other is antiferromagnetic (AFM) resonance line moving to a high field. The resonance peak-to-peak spectra linewidth, increases monotonically with decreasing the temperature owing to the strong double exchange interactions below the Curie temperature (T
C). Resonance field is almost temperature independent in the PM phase whereas it drops fast at temperature below T
C. Consequently, the Landé g factor in the PM region is very close to 2.0 whereas in the range of 2.17–2.47 under FM state due to the strong FM interactions. For the Pr (Nd)-doped LCMO NPs below T
C, their g values are in the range of 2.04–2.18 due to the substantial reduction of the FM interactions caused by the Pr (Nd)-doping at La-site. The g values of the Sm-doped LCMO NPs exhibit a slight fluctuation around 1.88 (but smaller than 2.0) within the measured temperature due to the existence of weak magnetic interactions under the PM states.

Abstract
Mechanical topological insulators have enabled a myriad of unprecedented characteristics that are otherwise not conceivable in traditional periodic structures. While rich in dynamics, new developments in the domain of mechanical topological systems are hindered by their inherent inability to exhibit negative elastic or inertial couplings owing to the inevitable loss of dynamical stability. The aim of this paper is, therefore, to remedy this challenge by introducing a class of architected inertial metamaterials (AIMs) as a platform for designing mechanical lattices with novel topological and dispersion traits. We show that carefully coupling elastically supported masses via moment-free rigid linkages invokes a dynamically stable negative inertial coupling, which is essential for topological classes in need of such negative interconnection. The potential of the proposed AIMs is demonstrated via three examples: (i) a mechanical analogue of Majorana edge states, (ii) a square diatomic AIM that can sustain the quantum valley Hall effect (classically arising in hexagonal lattices), and (iii) a square tetratomic AIM with topological corner modes. We envision that the presented framework will pave the way for a plethora of robust topological mechanical systems.

Abstract
The Breit-Wheeler process which produces matter and antimatter from photon collisions is experimentally investigated through the observation of 6085 exclusive electron-positron pairs in ultraperipheral Au+Au collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV. The measurements reveal a large fourth-order angular modulation of cos4Δϕ=(16.8±2.5)% and smooth invariant mass distribution absent of vector mesons (ϕ, ω, and ρ) at the experimental limit of ≤0.2% of the observed yields. The differential cross section as a function of e^{+}e^{-} pair transverse momentum P_{⊥} peaks at low value with sqrt[⟨P_{⊥}^{2}⟩]=38.1±0.9 MeV and displays a significant centrality dependence. These features are consistent with QED calculations for the collision of linearly polarized photons quantized from the extremely strong electromagnetic fields generated by the highly charged Au nuclei at ultrarelativistic speed. The experimental results have implications for vacuum birefringence and for mapping the magnetic field which is important for emergent QCD phenomena.

Telomerase enhances osteogenic ifferentiation of sheep bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) by up-regulating PI3K/Akt pathway in vitro. Pol J Vet Sci 2021; 23:359-372. Abstract
Telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) vectors were transfected into bone marrow mesen- chymal stem cells (BMSCs) which were then cultured and selected to establish TERT-BMSC cell lines whilst sequencing BMSCs and TERT-BMSCs via transcriptome in this study to explore their regulatory mechanism and effect on osteogenic differentiation after TERT ectopic expres- sion in sheep BMSCs. After sequencing and analysing differential genes, PI3K/Akt signalling pathway related to osteogenic differentiation was investigated. Western blot was used before and after applying the PI3K/Akt signalling pathway inhibitor LY294002 to detect protein expression levels of AKT and p-AKT. On the twenty-first day of osteogenic differentiation, RT-qPCR and Western blot were used to detect mRNA and protein expression levels of RUNX2 and OPN and alizarin red staining was utilised to analyse calcium salt deposition. Results showed that pro- tein expression levels of AKT and p-AKT were significantly up-regulated, mRNA and protein expression levels of RUNX2 and OPN increased and calcium salt deposition increased after ectopic expression of TERT. After applying LY294002, the protein expression of AKT and p-AKT was down-regulated, mRNA and protein expression levels of RUNX2 and OPN were reduced and calcium salt deposition was reduced. These results confirmed the stable integration and expression of the exogenous TERT gene in BMSCs to promote the differentiation of BMSC osteoblasts, which may be mediated by the PI3K/Akt signalling pathway.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the association between the vaginal microenvironment and fecundability among women. DESIGN Register-based nationwide cohort study. SETTING Chinese National Free Pre-conception Check-up Project from 2015 to 2018. POPULATION Our study included a total of 3 388 554 eligible women who were attempting to become pregnant. METHOD We assessed the vaginal microenvironment at baseline by considering four indices: vaginal pH, clue cell examination, whiff test and vaginal cleanliness grading. If any of these indicators was abnormal, the vaginal microenvironment was defined as poor. Propensity score matching was used to control for potential confounders and reduce bias. Logistic models were used to estimate the fecundability odds ratios (FORs) after adjustment for covariates. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES Achievement of a pregnancy within 1 year. RESULTS Of the total study population, 379 718 women (11.2%) had a poor vaginal microenvironment and their pregnancy rate after 1 year was significantly lower than the group with a normal microenvironment (71.8% versus 76.1%, P < 0.001). After adjusting for potential confounders, the women with a poor vaginal microenvironment were associated with a 9% reduction in fecundability compared with the normal microenvironment group (FOR 0.91, 95% CI 0.90-0.92). The adverse effects of a poor vaginal microenvironment were stronger among multipara (FOR 0.89, 95% CI 0.87-0.90) or women with irregular menstruation (FOR 0.86, 95% CI 0.84-0.89). CONCLUSION There was a negative association between a poor vaginal microenvironment and the fecundability of women. These findings highlight the significance of assessing the vaginal microenvironment during pre-pregnancy health examinations. TWEETABLE ABSTRACT Women with a poor vaginal microenvironment were associated with a reduction in fecundability.

Abstract
Endophytic bacteria serve key roles in the maintenance of plant health and growth. Few studies to date, however, have explored the antagonistic and plant growth-promoting (PGP) properties of Prunus cerasifera endophytes. To that end, we isolated endophytic bacteria from P. cerasifera tissue samples and used a dual culture plate assay to screen these microbes for antagonistic activity against Verticillium dahliae, Botryosphaeria dothidea, Fusarium oxysporum, F. graminearum, and F. moniliforme. Of the 36 strains of isolated bacteria, four (strains P1, P10, P16, and P20) exhibited antagonistic effects against all five model pathogens, and the P10 strain exhibited the strongest antagonistic to five pathogens. This P10 strain was then characterized in-depth via phenotypic assessments, physiological analyses, and 16s rDNA sequencing, revealing it to be a strain of Bacillus subtilis. Application of a P10 cell suspension (1×108 CFU/mL) significantly enhanced the seed germination and seedling growth of tomato in a greenhouse setting. This P10 strain further significantly suppressed tomato Verticillium wilt with much lower disease incidence and disease index scores being observed following P10 treatment relative to untreated plants in pot-based experiments. Tomato plants that had been treated with strain P10 also enhanced defense-related enzymes, peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, and catalase activity upon V. dahliae challenge relative to plants that had not been treated with this endophytic bacterium. The results revealed that the P10 bacterial strain has potential value as a biocontrol agent for use in the prevention of tomato Verticillium wilt.

Abstract
Abstract
Background: DNA damage repair (DDR) pathway have attracted much attention because they modulate cancer risk, progression and therapeutic response. DDR deficiency sensitize the tumor to poly ADP-ribose polymerase inhibitors (PARPi). Also alterations in DDR genes are associated with higher tumor mutation burden (TMB) and better response to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI). Here we conduct a large-scale genomic analysis to clarify the landscape of DDR gene mutations in hepatocellular carcinoma and the correlation between individual gene mutation and tumor mutation burden.
Methods: Tumor samples from 1427 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were assayed through next-generation sequencing with 381 cancer-related genes including 30 predefined DDR genes: MRE11A, RAD50, BARD1, BLM, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, PALB2, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, POLD1, ATM, ATR, CHEK1, CHEK2, FANCA, FANCC, FANCD2, FANCG, FANCF, FANCL, RAD51, CUL3, ERCC1, POLE, MUTYH, and PRKDC. TMB (mutations per megabase [mut/Mb]) was calculated based on nonsilent somatic mutations in coding regions. Wilcoxon test was used for the comparisons and statistical significance was set at p = 0.05.
Results: Somatic DDR gene alterations were found in 18.8% of the HCC patients. The most common mutational types were copy number variation (30.54%), frameshift (21.89%), and nonsense (20%). The most frequently altered DDR genes are ATM (2.6%) and BRCA2 (2.2%), followed by FANCA (0.9%), PALB2 (0.8%), and MLH1 (0.7%). As to different functional pathways of DDR, the gene alteration frequency from high to low is HRR (6.1%), DS (3.2%), FA (2.5%), MMR (2.2%), BER (0.6%), NHEJ (0.6%), and NER (0.3%). The TMB of patients carrying somatic DDR gene alterations was significantly higher than those without somatic DDR gene alterations (7.26 vs 6.45 mut/MB, p<0.001). As to individual gene, alterations in RAD50, MLH1, MSH2, CHEK2, and FANCE were significantly correlated with higher tumor mutation burden while alterations in other DDR genes were not.
Conclusion: This is the largest study to clarify the landscape of DDR gene mutations in hepatocellular carcinoma. This study confirms that mutations in DDR genes are relatively common and are correlated with higher tumor mutation burden. This also indicates not all DDR genes are equal since mutations of certain individual genes were associated with higher TMB whereas others were not; further studies are needed to confirm this.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE We used a regression analysis of the SEER database to establish a new Nomogram for predicting prognosis of cervical cancer patients and guiding the treatment. PATIENTS AND METHODS We divided the data into the training cohort and the verification cohort. Univariate and multivariate Cox risk regression analysis was used to identify independent prognostic factors and establish a Nomogram model. The verification cohort was used for external verification, and the accuracy was evaluated with C-index and AUC. Finally, Nomogram was used to establish 1-year, 3-year and 5-year survival curves of cervical cancer patients. RESULTS In this study, 5691 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma were included. Data obtained from the training cohort were independent risk factors of cervical cancer AJCC stage (p = 0.039), RX Summ - Surgery Primary Site (p = 0.012), radiation (p = 0.031), chemotherapy (p = 0.013), tumor size (p = 0.009), race (p = 0.039). The 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year overall survival rates for cervical cancer patients were 77.2%, 47.8%, and 35.2%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS The Nomogram model can better screen out more reasonable comprehensive treatments for patients at different stages. And it is of great help to improve the survival rate and reduce the recurrence rate of cervical cancer patients.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Previous studies have suggested that item memory is processed based on both familiarity and recollection, and evidence can be found from behavioral as well as event-related potential (ERP) patterns. Recently, great consideration has been given to how the memory of items generated from internal and external sources differ from each other. To date, the modulation of fluency, perceptual fluency in particular, on item memory has been rarely explored from both behavioral and neural perspectives. To address these issues, an ERP experiment was conducted. METHODS Stimuli were encoded in the status of perceived vs. imagined, of either high or low frequency, manipulated by times of exposure (once or twice). Subsequent memory for the items was tested, during which ERP signals were recorded. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The findings of the old/new effects reveal the distinctiveness between perceived and imagined items, and demonstrate an influence of fluency, with higher accuracy for items of high fluency than those low fluent ones. The sensitivity of item memory to fluency was discussed in terms of the dual-process model, together with other possible accounts.

Abstract
The objective of this experiment was to determine the effect of increasing digestible His (dHis) levels with a rumen-protected (RP) His product on milk production, milk composition, and plasma AA concentrations in lactating dairy cows fed a metabolizable protein (MP)-deficient diet, according to the National Research Council dairy model from 2001. The companion paper presents results on the effect of increasing dHis dose with a MP-adequate basal diet. Twenty Holstein cows, of which 8 were rumen-cannulated, were used in a replicated 4 × 4 Latin square design experiment with four 28-d periods. Treatments were a control diet supplying 1.8% dHis of MP or 37 g/d (dHis1.8) and the control diet supplemented RP-His to provide 2.2, 2.6, or 3.0%, dHis of MP, or 53, 63, and 74 g/d (dHis2.2, dHis2.6, and dHis3.0, respectively). Histidine dose did not affect dry matter intake, but milk yield increased quadratically and energy-corrected milk yield increased linearly with increasing dHis dose. Histidine dose had a quadratic effect on milk fat concentration but did not affect milk fat yield. Lactose concentration decreased linearly, whereas lactose yield increased linearly with increasing dHis dose. There was a tendency for a linear increase in milk true protein concentration, and milk true protein yield increased linearly with dHis dose. Further, plasma His concentration increased linearly with increasing dHis dose and calculated apparent efficiency of His utilization decreased quadratically with increasing dHis supply. Histidine had minor or no effects on rumen fermentation. In the conditions of this experiment, RP-His supplementation of an MP-deficient corn silage-based diet increased milk yield linearly up to a dHis supply of 63 g/d (or 2.6% dHis of MP) and increased feed efficiency, energy-corrected milk yield and milk true protein yield linearly up to a dHis supply of 74 g/d (or 3.0% dHis of MP) in lactating dairy cows.

Abstract
Background:Enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA) and juvenile psoriatic arthritis (JPsA) are two ILAR categories of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and represent paediatric correlates of axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) and adult psoriatic arthritis (PsA), respectively.1,2 Secukinumab (SEC) has demonstrated efficacy and safety in adult patients (pts) with PsA, ankylosing spondylitis and non-radiographic axSpA.3-5Objectives:Evaluate efficacy and safety of SEC using a flare prevention design in pts with active ERA and JPsA.Methods:This 2-yr study consisted of an open-label (OL) s.c. SEC (75/150 mg in pts <50/ ≥50 kg) at baseline (BL), and at Weeks (Wk) 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and 12 in treatment-period (TP) 1. Responder pts who achieved at least JIA ACR 30 response at Wk 12 were randomised into the double-blinded TP2 to continue SEC or placebo (PBO) q4w until a disease flare, or up to Wk 100. Pts (aged 2 to <18 yrs) classified as ERA or JPsA according to ILAR criteria of ≥6 months duration with active disease were included. Primary endpoint was time to flare in TP2 and key secondary endpoints were JIA ACR 30/50/70/90/100, inactive disease, JADAS, enthesitis count and safety. Analysis of time to flare in TP2 included proportion of disease flare, Kaplan-Meier (KM) estimate of median time to flare in days, hazard ratio (95% CI) from Cox model, and P-value for the Stratified log-rank test. KM estimates of the probability to disease flare by treatment groups in TP2 were plotted against days. Observed data were used in all analyses. Post-hoc analyses using non-responder imputation (NRI) were performed for JIA ACR 30/50/70/90/100 responses.Results:86/97 (89%) pts were enrolled in the OL period TP1 (mean age, 13.1 yrs; female, 33.7%; ERA, n=52; JPsA, n=34). At BL, mean JADAS-27 score was 15.1 and enthesitis count was 2.6. At the end of TP1, 90.4% (75/83) of pts achieved JIA ACR 30 and 69.9% (58/83) achieved JIA ACR 70. There were 21 and 10 flares in TP2, respectively in PBO and SEC treated pts with a significantly longer time to flare and 72% risk of flare reduction in SEC treatment vs PBO (HR: 0.28; 95% CI: 0.13–0.63; P<0.001) (Figure 1). JIA ACR responses, disease activity and enthesitis count are reported in Table 1. NRI analyses showed that 87.2%, 83.7%, 67.4%, 38.4% and 24.4% of pts achieved JIA ACR 30/50/70/90/100, respectively. Rates of adverse events (AEs; 91.7% vs 92.1%) and serious AEs (14.6% vs 10.5%) in SEC and PBO groups were comparable in the entire TP. Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study whether serum estradiol (E2) levels prior to progesterone administration in the artificial endometrial preparation (AEP) of frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer affect the live birth rate. DESIGN Retrospective cohort study. SETTING Tertiary-care academic medical centre. POPULATION A total of 3857 frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer cycles were divided into three groups: <200 pg/ml (n = 1676); 200-399 pg/ml (n = 1296); and ≥400 pg/ml (n = 885), based on the 25th (182.3 pg/ml) and 75th percentile (390.2 pg/ml) of serum E2 level prior to progesterone administration. METHODS Univariable and multivariable logistic regression analysis was performed. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES The primary outcome of the study was the live birth rate and the secondary outcomes included clinical pregnancy rate, pregnancy loss rate, neonatal birthweight, Z-score, and small for gestational age (SGA). RESULTS Compared with the reference group, accounting for major covariates, the live birth rate significantly decreased in the '≥400 pg/ml' group (adjusted OR 0.71, 95% CI 0.59-0.85). Compared with the reference group, there was an association between the E2 level in the '≥400 pg/ml' group and a decrease in the clinical pregnancy rate (adjusted OR 0.74, 95% CI 0.61-0.89). Compared with the reference group, the pregnancy loss rate significantly increased in the '≥400 pg/ml' group (adjusted OR 1.45, 95% CI 1.08-1.93). The E2 levels did not affect neonatal birthweight, Z-score, and SGA among singletons. CONCLUSIONS High serum E2 levels prior to progesterone administration in AEP are associated with a decreased live birth rate after frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer. TWEETABLE ABSTRACT High serum E2 levels prior to progesterone administration in artificial FET are associated with a decreased live birth rate after frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer.

Abstract
e16224 Background: Recent advances in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) research unveiled that molecular subtypes reflect cancer prognosis and chemosensitivity. Here, we examined the possible use of genomic profiling of PDAC in the clinic by assessing retrospective clinical outcomes and treatment responsiveness based on genetic alterations. Methods: All patients treated for PDAC with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data available between 2014 to 2020 at Northwell Health Cancer Institute were included in a retrospective analysis. Patients were subdivided into resectable and unresectable cancer. Genetic findings frequently reported in NGS were used to compare progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) within subgroups. Survival probability was compared using Peto-Peto’s modified survival estimate followed by pairwise comparisons using Peto-Peto’s modified survival estimate. Family-wise error rate was adjusted using Benjamini & Hochberg method. Results: A total 115 patients were qualified for the evaluation. In all cases of PDAC, TP53 mutation (n = 89) was associated with poor OS compared to the wild-type TP53 gene (n = 19) (median OS 20.2 months, 95% CI 10.2 to 39.7, vs. 41.1 months, 95% CI 20.9 to 81.0, HR 1.98, p = 0.028). In unresectable PDAC, tumors with GATA6 amplification (n = 11) were associated with a significantly better OS over patients whose tumors harbored a TP53 mutation (n = 57) (median OS 22.9 months, 95% CI 9.6 to 54.5, vs. 10.0 months, 95% CI 4.2 to 23.8, HR 0.48, p = 0.048) . Within the TP53 mutation group, FOLFIRINOX (n = 21) did not show improved OS compare to Gem/NabP (n = 30) (mean OS 13.8 months, 95% CI 6.8 to 28.2, vs. 8.5 months, 95% CI 4.17 to 17.4, HR 0.84, p = 0.25). Other genetic alterations were not associated with OS. There was no difference in PFS in all PDACs. Conclusions: Our retrospective analysis showed that genetic changes in TP53 and GATA6 were significantly associated with the clinical outcome for PDAC. Mutation of TP53 was associated with poor OS in general. However, in unresectable PDAC, GATA6 amplification was associated with better clinical outcome than tumors with TP53 mutation. In contrary to general belief, FOLFIRINOX did not result in better OS than Gem/NabP.

Abstract
2612 Background: Therapeutic vaccines targeting PC-associated antigens represent attractive approaches in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI). Safety/antitumor activity of PF-06753512 (PrCa VBIR) was evaluated in a phase I, dose-escalation and expansion study in patients (pts) with BCR prior to ADT and in pts with mCRPC either prior to or after failure of novel hormone therapy. PrCa VBIR consists of: 1) priming immunization with a replication-deficient adenoviral vector (AdC68) expressing PSA, prostate-specific membrane antigen and prostate stem cell antigen; 2) boosts with plasmid DNA (pDNA) encoding the same antigens by IM electroporation; 3) ICI given subcutaneously, including anti CTLA-4 antibody tremelimumab (TRM) and anti PD-1 antibody sasanlimab (SSL). Methods: AdC68 ± ICI(s) were given on months (mos) 1 and 5 and pDNA ± ICI(s) on mos 2–4 and 6–8. After 8 mos, maintenance pDNA + ICI(s) were given every 1 or 2 mos. In Part A (6 escalation cohorts), pts with mCRPC received AdC68 (4 or 6x10e11 viral particles) + pDNA 5 mg ± ICIs (TRM alone 80 mg; TRM 40 or 80 mg + SSL 130 or 300 mg). In Part B (3 expansion cohorts), pts with mCRPC received AdC68 6x10e11 + pDNA 5 mg + TRM 80 mg + SSL 300 mg; pts with BCR received similar vector and pDNA + TRM 80 mg ± SSL 130 mg. Primary objectives: Assess overall safety (CTCAE v4.03), determine expansion dose. Secondary objectives: Anti-tumor activity (RECIST v1.1, Prostate Cancer Working Group 3, PSA 50 response) and immune response. (Note: Database remains open, some queries pending). Results: As of Sept 15, 2020, 91 pts were treated in dose-escalation (n=38) and expansion (n=53; BCR=35, mCRPC=18). Immune responses (ELISpot) were positive in some pts. Grade (G) 3 or 4 treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs) developed in 38.5% (35/91) of pts. G5 TRAEs occurred in 2 pts (n=1 G4 myasthenia gravis + G5 pulmonary embolism; n=1 G5 myocarditis). irAEs were more frequent in BCR compared to mCRPC. See the table for efficacy data. Conclusions: Vaccination with PrCa VBIR had a manageable safety profile. TRAEs increased when 2 ICIs were given. Some pts with BCR experienced durable PSA-50 responses without ADT; patients with mCRPC had few objective tumor responses, but had prolonged median rPFS. PrCa VBIR appears to stimulate antigen-specific immunity and results in noticeable antitumor activity, particularly in androgen sensitive disease. Clinical trial information: NCT02616185. Abstract
Circular RNA (circRNA) features prominently in the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), of which the biological function and potential mechanism of circ_0008274 in HCC are obscure. The present study aims to explore circ_ 0008274's biological functions and underlying mechanisms in HCC. The expressions of circ_0008274, miR-140-3p and Granulin (GRN) mRNA in HCC tissues and cells were investigated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. Besides, GRN protein expression was measured by Western blot. Furthermore, chi-square test was used to probe the interrelation between circ_0008274 expression and clinicopathological parameters. In addition, cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) and EdU assays were applied to detect cell proliferation. Moreover, transwell assay was used to detect cell migration and invasion. What's more, bioinformatics prediction, dual-luciferase reporter gene assay and RNA Immunoprecipitation experiments were used to corroborate the targeting interrelations among circ_0008274, miR-140-3p and GRN. Herein we reported that circ_0008274 was highly expressed in HCC, and its high expression enhanced the proliferation, migration, and invasion of HCC cells, while depleting circ_0008274 inhibited the malignant biological behaviors of HCC cells. Mechanistically, circ_0008274 upregulates GRN expressions via adsorbing miR-140-3p to expedite the progression of HCC.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the second leading cause of cancer-related death in the worldwide. A great number of reports manifested that circular RNA hsa-circRNA-103809 (circRNA-103809) could work in several cancers. AIMS This study aimed to explore the function and mechanism of circRNA-103809 in HCC. METHODS Gene expressions were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. Colony formation, cell counting kit-8, transwell and wound healing assays were implemented to check the role of circRNA-103809 in HCC. Subcellular fractionation analysis was designed to figure out the cellular location of circRNA-103809. Luciferase reporter assay and RNA pull down assay were employed to verify the relationships among RNAs. RESULTS CircRNA-103809 was highly expressed in HCC cell lines. After interfering circRNA-103809, the proliferation, migration, invasion and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition process were all hindered in HCC cells. Significantly, circRNA-103809 competed with PLAG1 like zinc finger 2 (PLAGL2) for binding with microRNA-1270 (miR-1270), which formulated a competing endogenous RNA network in HCC. Thereafter, we verified the tumor-facilitating effect of circRNA-103809/miR-1270/PLAGL2 axis on biological behaviors of HCC cells. CONCLUSION Hsa-circRNA-103809 promoted development of HCC via sequestering miR-1270 and up-regulating PLAGL2.

Abstract
We present an angular analysis of the B^{+}→K^{*+}(→K_{S}^{0}π^{+})μ^{+}μ^{-} decay using 9 fb^{-1} of pp collision data collected with the LHCb experiment. For the first time, the full set of CP-averaged angular observables is measured in intervals of the dimuon invariant mass squared. Local deviations from standard model predictions are observed, similar to those in previous LHCb analyses of the isospin-partner B^{0}→K^{*0}μ^{+}μ^{-} decay. The global tension is dependent on which effective couplings are considered and on the choice of theory nuisance parameters.

Global Polarization of Ξ and Ω Hyperons in Au+Au Collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2021; 126:162301. Abstract
Global polarization of Ξ and Ω hyperons has been measured for the first time in Au+Au collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV. The measurements of the Ξ^{-} and Ξ[over ¯]^{+} hyperon polarization have been performed by two independent methods, via analysis of the angular distribution of the daughter particles in the parity violating weak decay Ξ→Λ+π, as well as by measuring the polarization of the daughter Λ hyperon, polarized via polarization transfer from its parent. The polarization, obtained by combining the results from the two methods and averaged over Ξ^{-} and Ξ[over ¯]^{+}, is measured to be ⟨P_{Ξ}⟩=0.47±0.10(stat)±0.23(syst)% for the collision centrality 20%-80%. The ⟨P_{Ξ}⟩ is found to be slightly larger than the inclusive Λ polarization and in reasonable agreement with a multiphase transport model. The ⟨P_{Ξ}⟩ is found to follow the centrality dependence of the vorticity predicted in the model, increasing toward more peripheral collisions. The global polarization of Ω, ⟨P_{Ω}⟩=1.11±0.87(stat)±1.97(syst)% was obtained by measuring the polarization of daughter Λ in the decay Ω→Λ+K, assuming the polarization transfer factor C_{ΩΛ}=1.

Abstract
Here we report on the structural, dielectric, magnetic and optical properties of double perovskite Sm2NiMnO6(SNMO) nanoparticles synthesized by a sol-gel method. Structural Reitveld refinements on x-ray powder diffraction data revealed that the SNMO nanoparticles crystallized in a monoclinic crystal structure withP21/nspace group. SEM and (HR)TEM images revealed the phase purity and single-crystalline nature of the SNMO nanoparticles. XPS spectra confirmed the presence of Sm3+, Ni2+and Mn4+ions in the SNMO nanoparticles and oxygen in the forms of lattice oxygen and the hydroxyls species. SNMO ceramics exhibited relaxor-type dielectric behavior, well fitted by modified Curie-Weiss law. Such dielectric behavior originated from the interactions of random dipoles arisen from the B-site cations disorder accompanied with the variations in local electric fields and local strain fields due to the different radii of B-site cations, and/or the virtual electrons hopping between the Ni2+and Mn4+cations. Magnetic data demonstrate the variations of the magnetic transitions at low temperatures and the spin glass-like behavior below 11 K, which is attributed to the spin fluctuations induced by the competing interactions between the ferromagnetic (FM) and antiferromagnetic phases. Large positive Curie-Weiss temperature (θp) indicates the dominant FM super-exchange interactions in the SNMO samples. The SNMO nanoparticles have a direct optical band gap of 1.42 eV, close to 1.34 eV in a single junction solar cell. That enables the SNMO nanoparticles to be useful for solar cell absorbers.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of speckle-type POZ protein (SPOP) on proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and explore the potential mechanisms. OBJECTIVE Renal carcinoma cell lines (786-O, A704, and Caki-2) cultured in vitro were transfected with a SPOP-overexpressing plasmid, and the changes in proliferation of the cells were detected using colony formation and MTT assay; TUNEL assay was used to assess apoptosis of the cells. The changes in migration and invasion abilities of the cells were examined using wound healing assay and Transwell assay. The mRNA and protein levels of SPOP and c-Jun in the transfected cells were measured using real-time PCR and Western blotting. OBJECTIVE SPOP over-expression obviously promoted the proliferation, migration and invasion of 786-O, A704 and Caki-2 cells (P < 0.05). Compared with the control cells, 786-o and Caki-2 cells over-expressing SPOP exhibited significantly lowered apoptosis rates (P < 0.05). The results of real-time PCR demonstrated that the transfected cells did not show obvious changes in the mRNA level of c-Jun, but the protein expressions of SPOP and c-jun increased significantly as shown by Western blotting (P < 0.05). OBJECTIVE SPOP can promote proliferation, migration, and invasion and suppress apoptosis of renal carcinoma cells possibly by promoting the expression of c-Jun.

Abstract
Objective. Development of a brain-computer interface (BCI) requires classification of brain neural activities to different states. Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) can measure the brain activities and has great potential for BCI. In recent years, a large number of classification algorithms have been proposed, in which deep learning methods, especially convolutional neural network (CNN) methods are successful. fNIRS signal has typical time series properties, we combined fNIRS data and kinds of CNN-based time series classification (TSC) methods to classify BCI task.Approach. In this study, participants were recruited for a left and right hand motor imagery experiment and the cerebral neural activities were recorded by fNIRS equipment (FOIRE-3000). TSC methods are used to distinguish the brain activities when imagining the left or right hand. We have tested the overall person, single person and overall person with single-channel classification results, and these methods achieved excellent classification results. We also compared the CNN-based TSC methods with traditional classification methods such as support vector machine.Main results. Experiments showed that the CNN-based methods have significant advantages in classification accuracy: the CNN-based methods have achieved remarkable results in the classification of left-handed and right-handed imagination tasks, reaching 98.6% accuracy on overall person, 100% accuracy on single person, and in the single-channel classification an accuracy of 80.1% has been achieved with the best-performing channel.Significance. These results suggest that using the CNN-based TSC methods can significantly improve the BCI performance and also lay the foundation for the miniaturization and portability of training rehabilitation equipment.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Studying the spatiotemporal distribution of SARS-CoV-2 infections among healthcare workers (HCWs) can aid in protecting them from exposure. AIM To describe the spatiotemporal distributions of SARS-CoV-2 infections among HCWs in Wuhan, China. METHODS In this study, an open-source dataset of HCW diagnoses was provided. A geographical detector technique was then used to investigate the impacts of hospital level, type, distance from the infection source, and other external indicators of HCW infections. FINDINGS The number of daily HCW infections over time in Wuhan followed a log-normal distribution, with its mean observed on January 23rd, 2020, and a standard deviation of 10.8 days. The implementation of high-impact measures, such as the lockdown of the city, may have increased the probability of HCW infections in the short term, especially for those in the outer ring of Wuhan. The infection of HCWs in Wuhan exhibited clear spatial heterogeneity. The number of HCW infections was higher in the central city and lower in the outer city. CONCLUSION HCW infections displayed significant spatial autocorrelation and dependence. Factor analysis revealed that hospital level and type had an even greater impact on HCW infections; third-class and general hospitals closer to infection sources were correlated with especially high risks of infection.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the digital subtraction angiography (DSA) manifestations of hemorrhage after partial nephrectomy (PN) for renal tumors, and the safety and efficacy of interventional therapy. Methods: The clinical data, DSA images and interventional treatment of 15 patients undergoing emergency interventional therapy due to hemorrhage after PN in the Department of Interventional Therapy of Beijing University Cancer Hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The DSA manifestations, safety and prognosis of interventional therapy were summarized. Results: Among the 15 patients, 10 had abdominal hemorrhage, 2 had abdominal hemorrhage with hematuria, and 3 had hematuria, all of which occurred 6 hours to 7 days after the operation. The DSA manifestations included contrast medium overflow, local artery wall unevenness, local artery branch expansion, pseudoaneurysm formation and renal arteriovenous fistula. There were 14 survivors, followed up for 6-12 months, and further no bleeding occurred. The success rate of interventional therapy was 100% (14/14), and the success rate of hemostasis was 100% (14/14). One patient died of asphyxia due to intraoperative nausea and vomiting. The creatinine levels were (76.0±11.0), (80.0±9.0), (76.0±9.0) μmol/L before operation, 1 week after operation and 1 month after operation respectively. There was no significant difference in creatinine levels among the three groups (F=3.171, P=0.058). The levels of urea nitrogen before operation, 1 week after operation and 1 month after operation were (6.80±1.04), (7.13±0.89), (6.81±0.79) μmol/L respectively. There was significant difference among the three groups (F=4.322, P=0.024). The level of urea nitrogen at 1 month after operation was significantly lower than that at 1 week after operation (P=0.016), but there was no difference compared with that before operation (P=1.000). Conclusion: Contrast medium overflow, pseudoaneurysm formation and renal arteriovenous fistula were the main manifestations of DSA hemorrhage after PN. Interventional therapy was safe and effective and might be a priority in cases of hemorrhage after PN.

Abstract
Using pp collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb^{-1} collected with the LHCb detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV, the B^{0}→D^{-}D^{+}K^{+}π^{-} decay is studied. A new excited D_{s}^{+} meson is observed decaying into the D^{+}K^{+}π^{-} final state with large statistical significance. The pole mass and width, and the spin parity of the new state are measured with an amplitude analysis to be m_{R}=2591±6±7 MeV, Γ_{R}=89±16±12 MeV, and J^{P}=0^{-}, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. Fit fractions for all components in the amplitude analysis are also reported. The new resonance, denoted as D_{s0}(2590)^{+}, is a strong candidate to be the D_{s}(2^{1}S_{0})^{+} state, the radial excitation of the pseudoscalar ground-state D_{s}^{+} meson.

Abstract
Curcumin (Cur) has been used extensively in dietary supplement with antioxidant and anti-apoptotic properties. Although dibutyl phthalate (DBP) has adverse effects on the kidney, any association between DBP exposure and the role of Cur is unclear. We tested the hypothesis that exposure to DBP has adverse consequences on renal dysfunction in mice and the potential protective role of Cur in decreasing DBP-induced renal dysfunction via inhibiting oxidative stress and apoptosis. Kidney function, oxidative stress biomarkers, and apoptosis factors as well as Bcl-2 and Bax were investigated. The results showed a marked increase of renal dysfunction, oxidative stress and apoptosis level after DBP exposure compared to the control. While administration of Cur to DBP-treated mice may reduce these adverse biochemical changes compared with DBP-alone group. Overall, these results suggest that oxidative stress and apoptosis are involved in DBP-induced renal disorder, whereas Cur plays a protective role in inhibiting these two pathways.

Abstract
Abstract
Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and its derivatives had been banned due to their potential environmental hazards, although they possessed excellent surface activity. An effective method to solve this problem was to shorten the fluorocarbon chain of these surfactants from C°H17 to C4F9. As previous studies had shown, zwitterionic surfactants possess higher surface activity but have lower toxicity compared to other types of surfactants. In view of this, a class of novel zwitterionic fluorocarbon surfactants (n-CFNA-Br) with perfluorobutyl moiety was synthesized in this work. Their structures were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 19F NMR and MS. The results showed that all synthesized n-CFNA-Br had almost the same minimum surface tension, but their critical micelle concentration (CMC) decreased with increasing length of hydrophobic carbon chain. In pure water, the surface tension at the CMC (γCMC) of the four n-CFNA-Br were about 20 mN/m, and the CMC values were 7.73 mmol/L for 1-CFNA-Br, 4.70 mmol/L for 2-CFNA-Br, 4.13 mmol/L for 3-CFNA-Br, and 3.36 mmol/L for 4-CFNA-Br, indicating high efficiency and effectiveness. In 0.1 mol/L NaCl, the CMC values reduced to less than half of the CMC values measured in the pure aqueous surfactant solution, while the surface tensions γCMC remained almost unchanged, indicating good salinity tolerance of the synthesized surfactants. The acidic surfactant solutions exhibited similar CMC values to the saline solutions, but the surface tension γCMC increased slightly to 25 mN/m. However, further investigation showed that the n-CFNA-Br surfactants exhibited poor surface activity in alkaline solution (0.1 mol/L NaOH). In the pH range of 6.6 to 10.4, white precipitates appeared in the surfactant solutions after some time, indicating that the n-CFNA-Br are not suitable for use in alkaline systems with pH greater than 6.6.

Abstract
AIM To develop and test the first causal model of thriving at work in Chinese nurses. BACKGROUND Nurses' ability to thrive at their work is critical to retain qualified nurses and meet the needs of a constantly changing health environment. However, this is a poorly researched area. INTRODUCTION Thriving at work refers to the feeling of vitality and learning at work, which are evidenced to be solidly associated with nurses' development. Only a few factors have been explored regarding the effects of thriving at work. METHODS A cross-sectional study was undertaken using stratified random sampling. This involved 565 nurses from five general hospitals in Dali city, Yunnan Province, People's Republic of China. Data were collected from April to September 2019 using seven instruments. The model was constructed and tested using the Analysis of Moment Structure program and reported using the STROBE checklist. RESULTS All model variables provided direct and indirect effects to the outcome. The final model fitted the empirical data with acceptable indices. DISCUSSION Predicting variables of workplace mindfulness, authentic leadership, workplace violence, organizational justice and years of experience were found to affect thriving at work directly and indirectly. Psychological capital and perceived organizational support mediated the effects between predicting variables to the outcome. CONCLUSION AND IMPLICATIONS FOR NURSING AND HEALTH POLICY Recommendations for nursing and health leaders are provided to improve nurses' thriving at work by building fair, supportive, and safe working environments, improving head nurses' authentic leadership and cultivating nurses' mindfulness. Policies need to be promulgated to improve and regulate the nurse-patient ratio and to eliminate violence against Chinese nurses.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the infectious status of Lyme disease among patients with arthritis symptoms in Hainan Province, and to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control of Lyme disease. Methods: From 2013 to 2018, sampling surveys had been conducted in medical institutions in 8 cities in Hainan Province(Haikou, Sanya, Danzhou, Dongfang, Wenchang, Qionghai, Qiongzhong, Wuzhishan), 2 311 patients serum samples were collected with arthritis symptoms, and descriptive research were conducted base on the collected clinical data. The Indirect Fluorescent-Antibody Test (IFA) method was used for preliminary screening of Lyme disease antibody, the Western Blot (WB) method was used for IFA positive samples confirmation. Statistical analysis using χ2 test. Results: 2 311 serum samples were tested by IFA, and 166 were positive with the positive rate of 7.18%. Further confirmed by WB method, 62 samples were positive, the positive rate of Lyme disease antibody was 2.68%(62/2 311). The positive rate of Lyme disease antibody among patients with arthritis in different regions of Hainan was statistically significant (χ²=40.636,P<0.001), and the positive rate in Qiongzhong city was the highest (8.81%, 14/159). Danzhou's positive rate was the second highest, 5.62%(5/89). Dongfang city had the lowest positive rate (0.51%, 2/394). The positive rates of Lyme disease serum antibody in men and women were 2.79% (33/1 182) and 2.57% (29/1 129), respectively; the positive rates of antibodies between each age groups were in the range of 1.74% to 3.64%. The antibody positive rate of Lyme disease showed no significant difference between gender and age (χ²=0.110,P=0.740 ;χ²=1.938,P=0.747). Conclusion: Patients with arthritis symptoms caused by Borrelia burgdorferi infection were found in 8 cities in Hainan province, but the Lyme disease antibody positive rate was different among cities, with Qiongzhong County being the highest.

Abstract
The production of χ_{c1}(3872) and ψ(2S) hadrons is studied as a function of charged particle multiplicity in pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 8 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2 fb^{-1}. For both states, the fraction that is produced promptly at the collision vertex is found to decrease as charged particle multiplicity increases. The ratio of χ_{c1}(3872) to ψ(2S) cross sections for promptly produced particles is also found to decrease with multiplicity, while no significant dependence on multiplicity is observed for the equivalent ratio of particles produced away from the collision vertex in b-hadron decays. This behavior is consistent with a calculation that models the χ_{c1}(3872) structure as a compact tetraquark. Comparisons with model calculations and implications for the binding energy of the χ_{c1}(3872) state are discussed.
