Abstract
Catheter-based intravascular optical coherence tomography (IVOCT) is a powerful imaging modality for visualization of atherosclerosis with high resolution. Quantitative characterization of various tissue types by attenuation coefficient (AC) extraction has been proven to be a potentially significant application of OCT attenuation imaging. However, existing methods for AC extraction from OCT suffer from the challenge of variability in complex tissue types in IVOCT pullback data such as healthy vessel wall, mixed atherosclerotic plaques, plaques with a single component and stent struts, etc. This challenge leads to the ineffectiveness in the tissue differentiation by AC representation based on single scattering model of OCT signal. In this paper, we propose a novel method based on multiple scattering model for parametric imaging of optical attenuation by AC retrieval from IVOCT images conventionally acquired during cardiac catheterization. The OCT signal characterized by the AC is physically modeled by Monte Carlo simulation. Then, the pixel-wise AC retrieval is achieved by iteratively minimizing an error function regarding the modeled and measured backscattered signal. This method provides a general scheme for AC extraction from IVOCT without the premise of complete attenuation of the incident light through the imaging depths. Results of computer-simulated and clinical images demonstrate that the method can avoid overestimation at the end of the depth profile in comparison with the approaches based on the depth-resolved (DR) model. The energy error depth and structural similarity are improved by about 30% and 10% respectively compared with DR. It provides a useful way to differentiate and characterize arterial tissue types in IVOCT images.

Abstract
Objective: To preliminarily establish the multidisciplinary cooperative vaccination management model for pediatric patients with hematological and oncological diseases, and to explore its feasibility. Methods: In this prospective study a total of 150 children with hematological and oncological diseases visited immunization clinic of Shanghai Children's Medical Center from March 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in this study. After establishing the multidisciplinary team, designing vaccination plan, staff training, implementation and quality control, a multidisciplinary immunization clinic was set up and the vaccination plan were implemented. The implementation rate of vaccination immunization, the HBsAb level and serum hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb) level before and after treatment, the HBsAb level and serum immunoglobulin G antibody (IgG) levels of measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) before and 6 months after immunization, the vaccine-related adverse reactions were assessed prospectively. Chi-square test or Fisher exact test was used to compare the differences of antibody level. Results: A total of 124 cases had been vaccinated as planned, with a coverage rate of 82.7%. Among these cases, the difference of HBsAb positive rate before and after treatment was significant (62.9% (78/124) vs.13.7% (17/124), χ²= 63.489, P<0.01). In 64 cases that completed three doses of hepatitis B immunization, there was a significant difference in HBsAb positive rate before and 6 months after immunization (6.3% (4/64) vs. 98.4% (63/64), P<0.01). In 40 cases that completed MMR immunization, the IgG antibody positive rate for measles (22.5% (9/40) vs. 82.5% (33/40), χ²=31.746,P<0.01), mumps (22.5% (9/40) vs.82.5% (33/40), χ²=28.872,P<0.01), rubella (25.0% (10/40) vs.62.5% (25/40), χ²=11.429, P<0.01) before and 6 months after immunization were significantly different. Of the 421 doses of immunization, 25 (5.9%) doses reported controlled systemic or local adverse event. Conclusions: The immunization of pediatric patients with hematological and oncological diseases is of great importance. The newly-developed multidisciplinary cooperation immunization model for Chinese children with hematological and oncological diseases is feasible, and the immunization protocol is safe and has a certain effect.

Abstract
Bevacizumab (BEV) is an anti-angiogenesis antibody which has shown favorable therapeutic effects on some solid tumors. However, many clinical trials showed that BEV could only improve PFS instead of OS in glioblastoma (GBM) patients. However, some studies indicate that specific molecular subtypes of GBM could still benefit from combination treatment of BEV and Stupp protocol. Through the subgroup analysis of GSE84010 dataset, we found the neural and proneural subgroup can benefit from the administration of BEV in terms of OS, which is statistically significant. The further KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed cell adhesion molecules (CAMs) pathway was enriched, and the expression of ITGAM has a predictive value for prognosis. These findings can provide some hints for future administration of BEV in newly diagnosed GBM patients.

Abstract
Tendon harbors a cell population that possesses stem cell characteristics such as clonogenicity, multipotency and self-renewal capacity, commonly referred to as tendon stem/progenitor cells (TSPCs). Various techniques have been employed to study how TSPCs are implicated in tendon development, homeostasis and healing. Recent advances in single-cell analysis have enabled much progress in identifying and characterizing distinct subpopulations of TSPCs, which provides a more comprehensive view of TSPCs function in tendon biology. Understanding the mechanisms of physiological and pathological processes regulated by TSPCs, especially a particular subpopulation, would greatly benefit treatment of diseased tendons. Here, we summarize the current scientific literature on the various subpopulations of TSPCs, and discuss how TSPCs can contribute to tissue homeostasis and pathogenesis, as well as examine the key modulatory signaling pathways that determine stem/progenitor cell state. A better understanding of the roles that TSPCs play in tendon biology may facilitate the development of novel treatment strategies for tendon diseases.

Abstract
During the past decade, various novel tissue engineering (TE) strategies have been developed to maintain, repair, and restore the biomechanical functions of the musculoskeletal system. Silk fibroins are natural polymers with numerous advantageous properties such as good biocompatibility, high mechanical strength, and low degradation rate and are increasingly being recognized as a scaffolding material of choice in musculoskeletal TE applications. This current systematic review examines and summarizes the latest research on silk scaffolds in musculoskeletal TE applications within the past decade. Scientific databases searched include PubMed, Web of Science, Medline, Cochrane library, and Embase. The following keywords and search terms were used: musculoskeletal, tendon, ligament, intervertebral disc, muscle, cartilage, bone, silk, and tissue engineering. Our Review was limited to articles on musculoskeletal TE, which were published in English from 2010 to September 2019. The eligibility of the articles was assessed by two reviewers according to prespecified inclusion and exclusion criteria, after which an independent reviewer performed data extraction and a second independent reviewer validated the data obtained. A total of 1120 articles were reviewed from the databases. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, 480 articles were considered as relevant for the purpose of this systematic review. Tissue engineering is an effective modality for repairing or replacing injured or damaged tissues and organs with artificial materials. This Review is intended to reveal the research status of silk-based scaffolds in the musculoskeletal system within the recent decade. In addition, a comprehensive translational research route for silk biomaterial from bench to bedside is described in this Review.

Abstract
Surgery is the mainstream treatment for melanoma, but its clinical implementation suffers from some major drawbacks including residual infiltrating melanoma cells at resection margins and severe tissue injury. In this study, a nanocomposite scaffold is developed for in-situ therapy after melanoma surgery as well as wound healing, which is fabricated by embedding photothermal-capable black phosphorus nanosheets (BPNSs) into bioresorbable Gelatin-PCL (GP) nanofibrous scaffold. GP scaffold is a clinically-tested biomaterial with temperature sensitivity and tissue-healing effect, while the BPNSs are loaded with the anticancer antibiotic of doxorubicin (DOX) and conjugated with NH2-PEG-FA for tumor-targeted delivery. The GP scaffold could undergo a sol-gel transition upon NIR irritation and release the BPNSs in situ. During this process, most of the BP-based nanoformulations were selectively internalized by the melanoma cells for the cooperative photothermal therapy and heat-triggerable DOX therapy, while some of the loaded DOX was released into the wound tissue to create a tumor-suppressive microenvironment. Moreover, BPNSs could be gradually degraded to phosphates/phosphonates and thus enhance tissue repair by activating the ERK1/2 and PI3K/Akt pathway. Meanwhile, the detached DOX molecules would also enter the wound tissues for continuous melanoma inhibition. Considering the anti-melanoma and wound healing effect of this composite scaffold, it may offer a facile strategy for the wound treatment after melanoma surgery.

Abstract
Objective: To assess the anti-hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb) titers in children after completion of chemotherapy and (or) hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), evaluate the efficacy and safety of the current hepatitis B re-vaccination schedule. Methods: A total of 239 children who completed their chemotherapy and (or) HSCT and visited the vaccination clinic of Shanghai Children's Medical Center from March 2017 to July 2019 were enrolled in this study. According to the previous diseases, patients were divided into leukemia group (85 cases), lymphoma group (30 cases), solid tumor group (49 cases) and non-malignant hematological disease group (75 cases). According to the treatment of previous diseases, the patients were divided into chemotherapy group (126 cases), HSCT group (89 cases) and chemotherapy plus HSCT group (24 cases). HBsAb titers were assessed both at the time of diagnosis and after completion of treatment and some children who were HBsAb seronegative were re-vaccinated with 3 doses of hepatitis B vaccine, the vaccine-related adverse reactions were monitored. HBsAb titers were measured again one month after the completion of inoculation. HBsAb titers were defined as negative at levels <10 U/L and positive at ≥ 10 U/L. Chi-square test or Fisher exact test was used to compare the difference of negative conversion rate of hepatitis B antibody between groups, and Logistic regression was used to explore the risk factors of hepatitis B antibody negative conversion. Results: Among 239 patients, there were 143 males and 96 females. At the time of diagnosis, 179 patients (74.9%) were HBsAb seropositive and 60 patients (25.1%) were HBsAb seronegative. After completion of chemotherapy and (or) HSCT, 133 of 179 children with HBsAb seropositive (74.3%) at diagnosis became HBsAb seronegative. Univariate analysis showed significant differences at the negative conversion rates of HBsAb between different disease groups (χ²=10.211,P=0.015), different treatments groups (χ²=14.899,P<0.01) and different HBsAb titers groups before treatment (χ²=32.117,P<0.01). Logistic regression showed that HSCT (chemotherapy group as the reference, odds ratio (OR)=2.999, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.276-7.050,P=0.012) and HBsAb titers<328.2 U/L before treatment (HBsAb titers≥328.2 U/L group as the reference, OR=6.397, 95% CI3.159-12.954,P<0.01) were risk factors for negative conversion of HBsAb. Among 48 patients whose HBsAb was seronegative after completion of chemotherapy and (or) HSCT and re-vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine, 47 (97.9%) cases became HBsAb seropositivie. No serious adverse effects or complications were reported among these patients. Conclusions: After completion of chemotherapy and (or) HSCT, most children completely lose their protective humoral immunity against hepatitis B. Hepatitis B re-vaccination schedule can be efficiently and safely applied in those patients.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of eltrombopag combined with immunosuppressive therapy in patients with aplastic anemia (AA) in China. Methods: We investigated and analyzed the clinical data of AA patients from 14 hematological treatment centers who were treated with oral eltrombopag for at least 3 mon. Results: We enrolled 56 AA patients, including 19 treatment-naïve patients and 37 IST-refractory patients. The median administration period for eltrombopag was 7 (3-31) months, and the median maximum stable dosage was 75 mg/d (50-150 mg/d) . The 3-month hematological response (HR) rate was 60%, and the complete response (CR) rate was 30% in 10 SAA patients who were treated with first-line eltrombopag and standard IST (ATG+CsA) . Eight of 9 eltrombopag and CsA ± androgen first-line treated SAA patients responded (8/9, 89%) and 4 (44%) gave CR. The overall HR and CR rates were 79% and 52.6%, respectively, among these 19 patients by the end of the follow-up period. Of the 19 AA patients who were refractory to CsA ± androgen, 11 achieved HR (57.9%) at 3 mon, and the best HR rate was 44% in standard IST (ATG+CsA) refractory 18 patients after eltrombopag treatment. Fifty-one percent of the patients experienced mild or moderate adverse events, and gastrointestinal discomfort was the most common adverse effect reported by the study subjects. Conclusion: Adding Eltrombopag in first-line IST can accelerate the acquisition and improve the quality of hematological responses in AA patients. AA with relatively more residual hematopoietic cells may be well treated with eltrombopag and non-ATG IST. Eltrombopag can be used as salvage therapy for CsA±androgen refractory patients. Eltrombopag was generally safe and well tolerated by AA patients in China.

Abstract
CONTEXT.— The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a highly contagious respiratory disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Coagulation dysfunction is a hallmark in patients with COVID-19. Fulminant thrombotic complications emerge as critical issues in patients with severe COVID-19. OBJECTIVE.— To present a review of the literature and discuss the mechanisms of COVID-19 underlying coagulation activation and the implications for anticoagulant and thrombolytic treatment in the management of COVID-19. DATA SOURCES.— We performed a systemic review of scientific papers on the topic of COVID-19, available online via the PubMed NCBI, medRxiv, and Preprints as of May 15, 2020. We also shared our experience on the management of thrombotic events in patients with COVID-19. CONCLUSIONS.— COVID-19-associated coagulopathy ranges from mild laboratory alterations to disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) with a predominant phenotype of thrombotic/multiple organ failure. Characteristically, high D-dimer levels on admission and/or continuously increasing concentrations of D-dimer are associated with disease progression and poor overall survival. SARS-CoV-2 infection triggers the immune-hemostatic response. Drastic inflammatory responses including, but not limited to, cytokine storm, vasculopathy, and NETosis may contribute to an overwhelming activation of coagulation. Hypercoagulability and systemic thrombotic complications necessitate anticoagulant and thrombolytic interventions, which provide opportunities to prevent or reduce "excessive" thrombin generation while preserving "adaptive" hemostasis and bring additional benefit via their anti-inflammatory effect in the setting of COVID-19.

Abstract
Low-grade inflammatory indicators are widely used in the diagnosis and prognosis of different diseases, particularly, in cancers. The establishing of reference intervals (RIs) are necessary to provide baselines for the interpretation and application of the indicators in clinical. A retrospective review was organized to include ostensibly healthy subjects aged >18 years old to establish RIs based on gender and age for systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), mean platelet volume-to-platelet ratio (MPV/PLT), MPV and red blood cell distribution width - standard deviation (RDW-SD). Another 5012 healthy persons were included to validate the RIs. The differences among gender, age, and Body Mass Index (BMI) groups were compared to assess their influences on each indicator. A total of 26,242 males and 11,934 females were included. All indicators differed between males and females except NLR. Compared with males, the values of SII, PLR, MPV and RDW-SD were higher while MPV/PLT lower in females. The values of SII, NLR and PLR increased with age in females between 18 and 50 years old, declined in 51-60 years old group, then increased with age again. Values of MPV/PLT and RDW-SD increased with age. The values of SII increased with BMI while PLR, MPV, and MPV/PLT decreased. We effectively established RIs for the indicators. They will help with predicting disease progression in various clinical practices. Gender, age, and BMI were suggested to be taken into consideration when these parameters were applied in clinical.

Abstract
Articular cartilage focal lesion remains an intractable challenge in sports medicine, and autologous chondrocytes' implantation (ACI) is one of the most commonly utilized treatment modality for this ailment. However, the current ACI technique requires two surgical steps which increases patients' morbidity and incurs additional medical costs. In the present study, we developed a one-step cryopreserved off-the-shelf ACI tissue-engineered (TE) cartilage by seeding pellets of spheroidal cartilage stem/progenitor cells (CSPCs) on a silk scaffold. The pellets were developed through a hanging-drop method, and the incubation time of 1 day could efficiently produce spheroidal pellets without any adverse influence on the cell activity. The pellet size was also optimized. Under chondrogenic induction, pellets consisting of 40 000 CSPCs were found to exhibit the most abundant cartilage matrix deposition and the highest mRNA expression levels of SOX9, aggrecan, and COL2A1, as compared with pellets consisting of 10 000, 100 000, or 200 000 CSPCs. Scaffolds seeded with CSPCs pellets containing 40 000 cells could be preserved in liquid nitrogen with the viability, migration, and chondrogenic ability remaining unaffected for as long as 3 months. When implanted in a rat trochlear cartilage defect model for 3 months, the ready-to-use, cryopreserved TE cartilage yielded fully cartilage reconstruction, which was comparable with the uncryopreserved control. Hence, our study provided preliminary data that our off-the-shell TE cartilage with optimally sized CSPCs pellets seeded within silk scaffolds exhibited strong cartilage repair capacity, which provided a convenient and promising one-step surgical approach to ACI.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Relapse remains the leading cause of treatment failure after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT) in leukemia. Numerous investigations have demonstrated that minimal residual disease (MRD) before or after alloHSCT is prognostic of relapse risk. These MRD data were collected at specific checkpoints and could not dynamically predict the relapse risk after alloHSCT, which needs serial monitoring. METHODS In the present study, we retrospectively analyzed MRD measured with multi-parameter flow cytometry in 207 acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients (acute promyelocytic leukemia excluded), and 124 acute B lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients. A three-step method based on joint model was used to build a relapse risk prediction model. RESULTS The 3-year overall survival and relapse-free survival rates of the entire cohort were 67.1% ± 2.8% and 61.6% ± 2.8%, respectively. The model included disease status before alloHSCT, acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease, and serial MRD data. The time-dependent receiver operating characteristics was used to evaluate the ability of the model. It fitted well with actual incidence of relapse. The serial MRD data collected after alloHSCT had better discrimination capabilities for recurrence prediction with the area under the curve from 0.67 to 0.91 (AML: 0.66-0.89; ALL: 0.70-0.96). CONCLUSION The joint model was able to dynamically predict relapse-free probability after alloHSCT, which would be a useful tool to provide important information to guide decision-making in the clinic and facilitate the individualized therapy.

Abstract
In nuclear magnetic resonance gyroscopes (NMRGs), an ambient stray field should be suppressed to maximize performance of the in situ parametrically modulated alkali magnetometer (PMAM). Transfer functions of the PMAM of NMRGs decoupled with lock-in amplifiers are obtained by theoretical and simulation identification. It is found that the frequency bandwidth of the PMAM of NMRGs decoupled by lock-in amplifiers depends largely upon the low-pass filter of the lock-in amplifiers. A dynamic Kalman filter is used to estimate the stray field disturbance that is fed back to field coils to compensate the disturbance in the PMAM. Simulation and experiment results show that the dynamic Kalman filter has adaptiveness to the frequency shift of the nuclear spin precession signal of NMRGs that is quasi-sinusoidal. The dynamic Kalman filter for the PMAM is efficient in suppressing the ambient stray field noise of broad band and low frequency.

Abstract
The global incidence of bone tissue injuries has been increasing rapidly in recent years, making it imperative to develop suitable bone grafts for facilitating bone tissue regeneration. It has been demonstrated that nanomaterials/nanocomposites scaffolds can more effectively promote new bone tissue formation compared with micromaterials. This may be attributed to their nanoscaled structural and topological features that better mimic the physiological characteristics of natural bone tissue. In this review, we examined the current applications of various nanomaterial/nanocomposite scaffolds and different topological structures for bone tissue engineering, as well as the underlying mechanisms of regeneration. The potential risks and toxicity of nanomaterials will also be critically discussed. Finally, some considerations for the clinical applications of nanomaterials/nanocomposites scaffolds for bone tissue engineering are mentioned.

Abstract
Biomacromolecule therapeutic systems are intrinsically susceptible to degradation and denaturation. Nanoformulations are promising delivery vehicles for therapeutic biomacromolecules (antibodies, genes and so on). However, their applications in these areas still face many challenges including in vivo stability, premature leakage and accurate tumor recognition. In this study, a generally applicable new strategy for tumor-targeted delivery of biomacromolecules was developed through the hierarchical integration of degradable large-pore dendritic mesoporous silica nanoparticles (dMSNs) and cyclodextrin-modified polyamidoamine (PAMAM-CD) dendrimers. The orifice rim of the dMSNs was modified with ROS-responsive nitrophenyl-benzyl-carbonate (NBC) groups while disulfide-bonded azido ligands were subsequently grafted onto the inner channel walls via heterogeneous functionalization. The PAMAM-CD was then interred into the dendritic pores via click reactions and supramolecularly loaded with archetypal hydrophobic small-molecule anticancer model drug (SN-38) and therapeutic model gene (Bcl-2 siRNA), after which dMSNs were eventually coated with a 4T1 cancer cell membrane (CCM). Experimental evidence demonstrated that the synthesized nanocarriers could efficiently deliver therapeutic cargos to target cancer cells and release them in the tumor cytosol in a cascade-responsive manner. This biomimetic nanoplatform presents a novel strategy to efficiently deliver biomolecular therapeutics in a tumor-targeted manner.

Abstract
A tumor redox-activatable micellar nanoplatform based on the naturally occurring biomacromolecule hyaluronic acid (HA) was developed for complementary photodynamic/chemotherapy against CD44-positive tumors. Here HA was first conjugated with l-carnitine (Lc)-modified zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPc) via disulfide linkage and then co-assembled with tirapazamine (TPZ) to afford the physiologically stable micellar nanostructure. The mitochondria-targeted photodynamic activity of ZnPc-Lc could efficiently activate the mitochondrial apoptosis cascade and deplete the oxygen in the tumor intracellular environment to amplify the hypoxia-dependent cytotoxic effect of TPZ.

Abstract
Background In the context of the COVID‐19 outbreak of worldwide, we aim to analyze the laboratory risk factors of in‐hospital death in patients with severe COVID‐19. Methods All ≥18‐year‐old patients with confirmed severe COVID‐19 admitted to Tongji Hospital (Wuhan, China) from February 3 to February 20, 2020, were retrospectively enrolled and followed up until March 20, 2020. Epidemiological, clinical, laboratory, and treatment data were collected and explored the risk factors associated with in‐hospital death. Results A total of 73 severe patients were enrolled in the study, of whom 20 (27%) patients died in hospital during the average 28 days of follow‐up period. The median age of non‐survivors was significantly older than survivors (69 [64‐76.5] years vs 64 [56‐71.3] years, P = .033) and 15 (75%) patients were males. The laboratory abnormalities of non‐survivors mainly presented in serious inflammation response and multiple organ failure, with high levels of cytokines and deranged coagulation parameters. Multivariable regression showed that neutrophil count greater than 4.47 × 109/L (OR, 58.35; 95%CI: 2.16‐1571.69; P = .016), hypersensitivity C‐reactive protein greater than 86.7 mg/L (OR, 14.90; 95%CI: 1.29‐171.10; P = .030), creatine kinase greater than 101 U/L (OR, 161.62; 95%CI: 6.45‐4045.20; P = .002), and blood urea nitrogen greater than 6.7 mmol/L (OR, 11.18; 95%CI: 1.36‐91.62; P = .024) were risk factors for in‐hospital death. Conclusion The risk factors of neutrophil count, hypersensitivity C‐reactive protein, creatine kinase, and blood urea nitrogen could help clinicians to early identify COVID‐19 severe patients with poor outcomes on admission. Virus direct attack and cytokine storm play a major role in the death of COVID‐19.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To search for hematological parameters changes in human rotavirus (HRV) infectious acute gastroenteritis in children and find useful parameters for the differential diagnosis in low re-source environments. METHODS In this study, children less than 5 years old were divided into three groups which were rotavirus-positive acute gastroenteritis (RPAG) (101), rotavirus-negative acute gastroenteritis (RNAG) (121), and control (97) groups. First visit complete blood count (CBC) results, lymphocyte to monocyte ratio (LMR), and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) were recorded for each child. CBC examinations were performed using the Sysmex XS-800i hematology analyzer, while fecal HRV antigen identifications were performed by immunochromatography in fresh stool specimens. The differences in parameters among different groups were tested with SPSS 15.0. Diagnostic values were evaluated using the receive operating characteristic curve for selected parameters. RESULTS Compared to controls, the LYM, LYM%, MPV, and LMR in RPAG were significantly lower, but the MON, MON%, NEU, NEU%, and NLR were significantly higher. Compared to RNAG, RPAG had significantly lower LYM, LYM%, and LMR and significantly higher NEU% and NLR. Among all parameters, the area under the curve (AUC) of LMR was largest when controls were used as a reference (sensitivity: 76.24, specificity: 95.88, accuracy: 85.86). However, LYM had the largest AUC when RNAG was used as a reference. CONCLUSIONS Decreased LYM and MPV and increased NEU and MON were observed in RPAG. Low LMR and high NLR may indicate HRV infection in children with acute gastroenteritis and, therefore, can be useful markers for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of HRV infection in low resource environments, thereby preventing overuse of antibiotics and antiviral.
