Abstract
Botulinum toxin type A (BTX-A) can change the eye alignment system through chemodenervation on extraocular muscles. The breakdown in the balance of eye alignment system which is supported by agonistic and antagonistic muscles, in combination with brain feedback, can stimulates muscle remodeling to reconstruct new binocular vision and restore eye alignment. Since BTX-A was approved by FDA in 1989 for the treatment of strabismus, it has become one of the important non-surgical treatments for strabismus in children. It has the advantages of low invasiveness, short duration of anesthesia and scar-free after treatment. This review will introduce the history, injection methods, and types of BTX-A, as well as its application in the treatment of various types of strabismus in children.

Abstract
Abstract
Introduction/Objective
T-cell Lymphoma is overly aggressive. T cells overgrow triggered by aberrant T-cell signaling and transform into a lymphoma. Virus infection contributes to the transformation, for example, EBV (Epstein Barr Virus) virus is associated with Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, and peripheral T-cell lymphoma, HHV-8 is associated with Primary Effusion Lymphoma, Kaposi sarcoma, and very rarely associated with T cell lymphoma. The HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) virus is associated with Burkitt lymphoma, Plasmablastic lymphoma et al. Among these lymphomas, only Primary Effusion lymphoma is associated with all three virus infections and is a B cell lymphoma. T cell lymphoma with all three infections has not been reported. Since most patients are diagnosed with advanced disease. So early diagnosis of this disease is especially important.
Methods/Case Report
An HIV+ 38-year-old male with no significant medical history complained of weakness, dizziness, and presenting with lower extremities swelling, and anemia for the last 2 weeks. The patient had a history of an unsafe sexual encounter with male sex workers but denies iv. drug use and blood transfusion. The screen before endoscopy reveals active, acute Hepatitis B Virus infection. Endoscopy findings show gastritis. The biopsy specimen shows mucosa is diffusely infiltrated by atypical plasmablastic cells. Immunostaining reveals they are positive for CD3, CD7, CD30, MUM1, CD43, and HHV8, but negative for Cd2, Cd4, Cd5, Cd8, Cd10, Cd21, Cd23, Cd25, Cd34, Cd56, Cd138, CD19, CD20, CD79a, PAX5, CD45, CD57, P53, CyclinD1, BCL6, BCL2, ALK, c-MYC, TdT, Granzyme B, TIA, S-100, Pancytokeratin. In situ hybridization for EBER is positive, but negative for Kappa and Lambda. The proliferative index (Ki-67) is high (99%). The morphologic and immunophenotypic features are consistent with an EBV CD30+ high-grade lymphoma. The sequencing from OnkoSightTM Advanced Chronic Lymphoid NGS Report shows a BCL-6 and EP300 mutation that has not been reported in a publicly available database (COSMIC; gnomAD).

Conclusion
To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of EBV+/HHV-8+/HIV+ high grade T Cell Lymphoma in the stomach. This type of lymphoma is extremely aggressive, and the early diagnosis is particularly important for prognosis.

Abstract
Abstract
Introduction/Objective
The fibroepithelial stromal polyp is a benign polypoid proliferation of the stroma with overlying, usually squamous epithelium. It was originally reported in 1966 and is a generally recognized lesion of the female genital tract. Because the lesion contains atypical stromal cells, it can be mistaken for a sarcoma, particularly if it shows hypercellularity, pleomorphism, and atypical mitoses. It is often found in the female lower genital tract, urethra, and rarely extragenital sites, such as the breast. Other unusual locations such as the anus and nasal cavity have also been reported. The lesion is hormonally related and affects mostly reproductive-age women. Rare cases were reported in the male urinary tract and genital area. Because it is not well known in the bladder, overinterpretation as a sarcoma is possible.
Methods/Case Report
We report a ~60-year-old patient with a history of lower urinary tract symptoms due to prostatic hypertrophy on maximal medical therapy. He had been experiencing hematuria. On office cystoscopy, he was found to have a 3 cm prostate mildly obstructing the urethra, and 2 small velvety, erythematous patches on the posterior bladder wall. At cystoscopy, he was seen to have a small posterior bladder lesion, which was resected without difficulty. The pathology laboratory received two fragments of pink/tan soft tissue measuring 0.1 and 0.2 cm in the greatest dimension. On histology, the overlying urothelium was benign. The stroma was collagenous and hypocellular, containing scattered atypical and multinucleated cells, similar to the fibroepithelial stromal polyp well recognized in the female lower genital tract.
Results (if a Case Study enter NA)
N/A.
Conclusion
Benign fibroepithelial stromal polyp is an uncommon lesion usually seen in the lower genital tract of reproductive aged women. The presence in the bladder of a male is exceptionally rare. Recognition of the lesion will prevent overdiagnosis as a malignancy.

Abstract
We present a scheme for the full integration of terahertz (THz) frequency quantum cascade lasers (QCLs) within a dilution refrigerator in order to provide a directed delivery of THz power into the sample space. We describe a successful operation of a 2.68 THz QCL located on the pulse tube cooler stage of the refrigerator, with its output coupled onto a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) located on a milli-kelvin sample stage via hollow metal waveguides and Hysol thermal isolators, achieving a total loss from QCL to the sample of ∼-9 dB. The thermal isolators limit heat leaks to the sample space, with a base temperature of ∼210 mK being achieved. We observe cyclotron resonance (CR) induced in the 2DEG by the QCL and explore the heating impact of the QCL on all stages of the refrigerator. The CR effect induced by the THz QCL is observable at electron temperatures as low as ∼430 mK. The results show a viable route for the exploitation of THz QCLs within the environment of a dilution refrigerator and for the THz power delivery in very low-temperature (<0.5 K) condensed matter experiments.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To advance the initiative of ending the global epidemic, long-lasting HIV protection is needed through sustained release of antiretroviral drugs for months to years. We investigated in macaques the safety and efficacy of biodegradable polycaprolactone implants releasing tenofovir alafenamide for HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). METHODS Implants were administered subcutaneously in the arm using a contraceptive trocar. Efficacy against vaginal simian-HIV (SHIV) infection was investigated in six pigtailed macaques that received two tenofovir alafenamide implants (0.35 mg/day), one in each arm, for a total release rate of tenofovir alafenamide at 0.7 mg/day. Macaques were exposed to SHIV twice weekly for 6 weeks. Statistical analyses were used to compare outcome with eight untreated controls. Histological assessments were performed on skin biopsies collected near implantation sites. RESULTS Median (range) tenofovir diphosphate level in PBMCs was 1519 (1068-1898) fmol/106 cells. All macaques with tenofovir alafenamide implants were protected against vaginal SHIV infection. In contrast, 7/8 controls were infected after a median of 4 SHIV exposures (P = 0.0047). Histological assessment of tissues near tenofovir alafenamide implant sites showed inflammation and necrosis in 5/6 animals, which were not evident by visual inspection. CONCLUSIONS We demonstrated complete protection against vaginal SHIV infection with two implants releasing a total of 0.7 mg of tenofovir alafenamide per day. We also identified tenofovir diphosphate concentrations in PBMCs associated with complete vaginal protection. Consistent with previous findings, we observed adverse local toxicity and necrosis near the tenofovir alafenamide implant site. Improved tenofovir alafenamide implants that are safe and maintain high efficacy have the potential to provide long-lasting protection against vaginal HIV infection.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the characteristics and depressive status of men who have sex with men (MSM) who self-reported HIV infection through heterosexual transmission and to provide evidence for personalized management of HIV infected people. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was carried out in Shandong province from September to December in 2019. Male HIV patients aged ≥15 years who self-reported HIV infection through heterosexual transmission were selected to verify the route of infection by one-to-one interview in Ji'nan, Qingdao, Weifang and Linyi cities of Shangdong province. According to the 1∶1 ratio, local HIV patients with age difference ≤3 years who self-reported MSM were selected as controls. A questionnaire survey was conducted, including data on demographic characteristics, behavior status, CES-D and PSSS. The related factors of the depressive symptoms and characteristics were analyzed. Results: A total of 373 male HIV patients were interviewed, and 39.7%(148/373) were confirmed as MSM after reexamination. The interviewers were: aged (40.3±12.0) years old, 41.9% (62/148) married/cohabiting. 27.0% (40/148) had been tested before HIV diagnosis, 71.6% (106/148) had homosexual partners ≥2 and 55.4% (82/148) had depressive symptom. Multivariate analysis showed that the MSM without HIV testings before diagnosis, had homosexual partners ≥2 before diagnosis, had first homosexual behavior at the age >30 years old and with depressive symptoms were more likely to conceal the true infection route. The incidence of depression among MSM who self-reported HIV infection through heterosexual transmission was related to physical health status social support and occupational stability. Conclusions: Some male HIV persons self-reported as being heterosexually transmitted were really transmitted through homosexual behavior. There were high-risk behaviors such as multiple partners and intersex among this group, and with high incidence of depression. It is necessary to encourage the reexamination program during follow-up and target on psychological and behavioral interventions, continuously.

Abstract
Abstract
Background
The exercise has well-documented health benefits on cardiovascular disease, and the use of mobile health (mHealth) may promote physical activity to reduce the risk.
Objective
The present study aimed to investigate the compliance of exercise dose and pattern through wearables and mHealth in subjects with cardiac arrhythmia in a real-world setting.
Method
The photoplethysmography (PPG)-algorithms with wearables to detect the ectopic and AF have been developed in the HUAWE HEART STUDY. Using the PPG-based smart devices, the adult subjects with identified arrhythmia received the personalized App-based lifestyle and exercise package was proposed. The V̇O2 peak (mL kg–1 min–1)was estimated from a non-exercise prediction model. The metabolic equivalent (MET)/week and Borg scale were utilized for the assessment of intensity of exercise. All subjects followed up for 3 months for the compliance to the exercise package.
Results
There were 7419 subjects (mean age ± standard deviation, SD, 35±12 years old, 92.1% male) who identified with the arrhythmia between April 1, 2021 and Dec 31, 2021. Among them, there were 165 subjects with identified AF, and 5277 subjects with the ectopic. The obstructive sleep apnea was the most reported risk profile (2643, 35.6%), while 1326 (17.9%) subjects were overweight.
Upon the baseline assessment, the personalized exercise package for cardiovascular disease prevention were proposed for 2864 subjects, exercise package to control the weight for 2510 subjects, and exercise package to reduce the weight for 1886 subjects.
Among 6366 subjects who took the exercise packages, 1867 (29.3%) subjects achieved target exercise, 395 (6.2%) subjects over target exercise, and 4104 (64.5%) under target exercise. The V̇O2 peak (mL kg–1 min–1, SD)in subjects who achieved the target exercise package, under target exercise, and over target exercise were (47.36±5.12, 32.14±22.47, and 65.99±10.38, p<0.001).
For subjects who achieved target exercise, the intensity of exercise was as follows: 0.4% with low-intensity exercise, 95.8% with moderate-intensity exercise, and 3.7% with high-intensity exercise. Nonetheless, there were 37.7% of low-intensity, 60.6% of moderate-intensity exercise, and 1.7% with high-intensity exercise in subjects who didn't achieve exercise target.
77.9% subjects under target exercise had less than 1/week of physical activity, while there was only 12.9% in subjects with target exercise (p<0.001).
Compared to randomly selected 8000 subjects (mean age ± SD, 39±13 years, 80.8% male) without exercise package, the proportion of steps/day over 10000 of 20% was significantly increased in subjects (37±13 years, 91.3% male) receiving the personalized App-based exercise package (31.2%, vs. 12.2%, p<0.001).
Conclusion
The wearables facilitated the improvement of physical activity habit in subjects with cardiac arrhythmia, but subjects-centered self-management would be enhanced to the target exercise.

Abstract
Abstract
Background
The effects of sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2I) versus dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors (DPP4I) on the risk of new gout diagnosis have not been explored. This study aims to compare the effects of SGLT2I against DPP4I on gout risks in a Chinese population.
Methods
This was a retrospective population-based cohort study of patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus treated with SGLT2I or DPP4I between January 1st, 2015 and December 31st, 2020 in Hong Kong. The study outcomes are new-onset gout and all-cause mortality. Propensity score matching (1:1 ratio) between SGLT2I and DPP4I was performed. Univariable and multivariable Cox regression analysis models were conducted. Competing risks models and multiple approaches based on the propensity score were applied.
Patients
This study included 60996 patients (median age: 62.3 years old, 54.96% males; SGLTI group: n=21690; DPP4I group: n=39306).
Results
In the matched cohort, 1096 developed gout (IR: 2.52%) and 2195 died (IR: 5.05%). Univariable Cox regression showed that SGLT2I use was associated with lower risks of new diagnosis of gout (hazard ratio [HR]: 0.34; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.30–0.39; P-value<0.0001) and all-cause mortality (HR: 0.35; 95% CI: 0.32–0.39; P-value<0.0001) compared to DPP4I. The associated remained for both new diagnosis of gout (HR: 0.46; 95% CI: 0.37–0.57; P-value<0.0001) and all-cause mortality (HR: 0.38; 95% CI: 0.33–0.44; P-value<0.0001) after adjusting for significant demographics, past comorbidities, and non-SGLT2I/DPP4I medications. The risks of gout were lowered in each types of SGLT2I. The results were consistent on competing risk and other propensity score approaches analyses.
Conclusions
SGLT2I use was associated with lower risks of new gout diagnosis compared to DPP4I use.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To summarize our experience in the application of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and microwave ablation (MWA) for selective fetal reduction in complicated monochorionic pregnancies and compare the perinatal outcome of the two techniques. METHODS This was a retrospective study of data from a consecutive cohort of all monochorionic twin pregnancies that underwent selective fetal reduction with RFA or MWA at Peking University Third Hospital, Beijing, China from January 2012 to December 2018. All surviving cotwins were followed up to assess their neurodevelopment using the Age & Stage Questionnaire, Chinese version. Perinatal and neurodevelopmental outcomes were compared between the RFA and MWA groups. We also fitted multivariable models to test the association between procedure-related factors and the main perinatal outcomes, including preterm birth (PTB) < 37 weeks' gestation, intrauterine fetal death (IUFD) of the cotwin, adverse outcome (defined as occurrence of IUFD of the cotwin, termination of pregnancy or PTB < 28 weeks) and overall survival. RESULTS In total, 45 cases (42 twin and three triplet pregnancies) underwent RFA and 126 cases (105 twin and 21 triplet pregnancies) underwent MWA. The overall survival rates in monochorionic diamniotic twin pregnancies were similar between the RFA and MWA groups (61.0% vs 67.0%; P = 0.494). However, pregnancies whose indication for fetal reduction was selective intrauterine growth restriction or twin reversed arterial perfusion had higher overall survival rates (75.5% and 82.6%, respectively) compared with those in other indication groups. A total of 104 children were followed up (20 in the RFA group and 84 in the MWA group); four (20.0%) and eight (9.5%) children were assessed as having overall developmental delay in the RFA and MWA groups, respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups. Multivariable analyses showed that procedure indication, number of ablation cycles and gestational age at procedure were associated significantly with the main perinatal outcomes. CONCLUSIONS RFA and MWA for selective fetal reduction in complicated monochorionic pregnancies can achieve similar overall survival rate and neurodevelopmental outcome, but MWA is associated with a lower risk of preterm birth. Moreover, procedure-related factors are associated significantly with perinatal outcome. © 2022 International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Despite growing concern regarding the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) delta variant of concern (VOC), the respiratory and physical functions of patients with delta VOC post-discharge have not been investigated compared to those of patients with ancestral SARS-CoV-2.METHODS Sixty-three discharged patients with coronavirus disease (COVID-19) were included. Patients were divided into delta VOC and ancestral SARS-CoV-2 groups. On Day 14 post-discharge, differences in chest computed tomography, modified Medical Research Council and Borg Dyspnoea Scale scores, and Manual Muscle Test scores were compared. Prognoses of respiratory and physical function were compared between patients who recovered from moderate and severe COVID-19.RESULTS Of the 63 patients, respectively 28 and 35 were in the delta VOC and ancestral SARS-CoV-2 groups. On Day 14 post-discharge, 35 patients (56.5%) had abnormalities on imaging. Visual semi-quantitative scores of both lungs were significantly higher in the severe group. However, there was no difference in this or any other score ratings between the groups.CONCLUSION At 14 days post-discharge, ground glass opacities and pleural thickening were the most common residual findings; no difference in respiratory and physical functions during the convalescence period were noted in patients with SARS-CoV-2 delta VOC and ancestral SARS-CoV-2.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE)-hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC)-targeted-immune quadruple therapy in patients with intermediate and advanced-stage hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: 101 patients with intermediate and advanced stage HCC were enrolled according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and then they were divided into a combination group and a control group. Patients in the combination group was treated with TACE-HAIC-targeted-immune quadruple therapy, while the control group was only treated with TACE therapy. The overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), and treatment-related adverse reactions were statistically analyzed in the two groups of patients. Statistical analysis was carried out by t-test, χ2 test, rank sum test, Kaplan-Meier curve, log-rank test, Cox regression (or proportional hazards model) analysis according to different data. Results: The tumor objective response rate and disease control rate as evaluated by mRECIST 1.1 criteria in the combination group were 80% and 94%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group, 41.2% (P<0.001) and 74.5% (P=0.007). The OS and PFS of the combination group were 15.6 months [95%CI 11.3-NA ] and 8.8 months [95%CI 6.9-12.0], respectively, which were significantly better than the control group at 6.1 months [95%CI 5.3-6.6] (P<0.001) and 3.2 months [95%CI 3.0-3.6] (P<0.001). Gastric ulcer incidence was significantly higher in the combination group (9/50, 18%) than that in the control group (2/51, 3.9%) (P=0.023). Conclusion TACE-HAIC-targeted-immune quadruple therapy is a more effective treatment mode for intermediate and advanced-stage HCC than TACE alone, and attention should be paid to the monitoring of target immune-related adverse reactions.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of low-dose photodynamic therapy on the proliferation, regulation, and secretion functions of human adipose mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs) and the related mechanism, so as to explore a new method for the repair of chronic wounds. Methods: The experimental research methods were adopted. From February to April 2021, 10 patients (5 males and 5 females, aged 23 to 47 years) who underwent cutaneous surgery in the Department of Dermatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University (the Third Military Medical University) donated postoperative waste adipose tissue. The cells were extracted from the adipose tissue and the phenotype was identified. Three batches of ADSCs were taken, with each batch of cells being divided into normal control group with conventional culture only, photosensitizer alone group with conventional culture after being treated with Hemoporfin, irradiation alone group with conventional culture after being treated with red light irradiation, and photosensitizer+irradiation group with conventional culture after being treated with Hemoporfin and red light irradiation, with sample number of 3 in each group. At culture hour of 24 after the treatment of the first and second batches of cells, the ADSC proliferation level was evaluated by 5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine staining method and the migration percentage of HaCaT cells cocultured with ADSCs was detected by Transwell experiment, respectively. On culture day of 7 after the treatment of the third batch of cells, the extracellular matrix protein expression of ADSCs was detected by immunofluorescence method. The ADSCs were divided into 0 min post-photodynamic therapy group, 15 min post-photodynamic therapy group, 30 min post-photodynamic therapy group, and 60 min post-photodynamic therapy group, with 3 wells in each group. Western blotting was used to detect the protein expressions and calculate the phosphorylated mammalian target of rapamycin complex (p-mTOR)/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), phosphorylated p70 ribosomal protein S6 kinase (p-p70 S6K)/p70 ribosomal protein S6 kinase (p70 S6K) ratio at the corresponding time points after photodynamic therapy. Two batches of ADSCs were taken, and each batch was divided into normal control group, photodynamic therapy alone group, and photodynamic therapy+rapamycin group, with 3 wells in each group. At culture minute of 15 after the treatment, p-mTOR/mTOR and p-p70 S6K/p70 S6K ratios of cells from the first batch were calculated and detected as before. On culture day of 7 after the treatment, extracellular matrix protein expression of cells from the second batch was detected as before. Data were statistically analyzed with one-way analysis of variance and least significant difference test. Results: After 12 d of culture, the cells were verified as ADSCs. At culture hour of 24 after the treatment, the ADSC proliferation level ((4.0±1.0)% and (4.1±0.4)%, respectively) and HaCaT cell migration percentages (1.17±0.14 and 1.13±0.12, respectively) in photosensitizer alone group and irradiation alone group were similar to those of normal control group ((3.7±0.6)% and 1.00±0.16, respectively, P>0.05), and were significantly lower than those of photosensitizer+irradiation group ((34.2±7.0)% and 2.55±0.13, respectively, P<0.01). On culture day of 7 after the treatment, compared with those in normal control group, the expression of collagen Ⅲ in ADSCs of photosensitizer alone group was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the expressions of collagen Ⅰ and collagen Ⅲ in ADSCs of irradiation alone group were significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with those in photosensitizer alone group and irradiation alone group, the expressions of collagen Ⅰ, collagen Ⅲ, and fibronectin of ADSCs in photosensitizer+irradiation group were significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with those in 0 min post-photodynamic therapy group, the ratios of p-mTOR/mTOR and p-p70 S6K/p70 S6K of ADSCs in 15 min post-photodynamic therapy group were significantly increased (P<0.01), the ratios of p-p70 S6K/p70 S6K of ADSCs in 30 min post-photodynamic therapy group and 60 min post-photodynamic therapy group were both significantly increased (P<0.01). At culture minute of 15 after the treatment, compared with those in normal control group, the ratios of p-mTOR/mTOR and p-p70 S6K/p70 S6K of ADSCs in photodynamic therapy alone group were significantly increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with those in photodynamic therapy alone group, the ratios of p-mTOR/mTOR and p-p70 S6K/p70 S6K of ADSCs in photodynamic therapy+rapamycin group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). On culture day of 7 after the treatment, compared with those in normal control group, the expressions of collagen Ⅰ, collagen Ⅲ, and fibronectin of ADSCs in photodynamic therapy alone group were significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared with those in photodynamic therapy alone group, the expressions of collagen Ⅰ, collagen Ⅲ, and fibronectin of ADSCs in photodynamic therapy+rapamycin group were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Conclusions: Low-dose photodynamic therapy can promote the proliferation of ADSCs, improve the ability of ADSCs to regulate the migration of HaCaT cells, and enhance the secretion of extracellular matrix protein by rapidly activating mTOR signaling pathway.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological, molecular genetic, immunohistochemical and prognostic features of spinal solitary fibrous tumor (SFT). Methods: The clinical data of 12 cases of spinal SFT in Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital, Affiliated to Tsinghua University, diagnosed from January 2015 to December 2021 were collected and reclassified. The clinical data, histopathology, immunohistochemistry and molecular genetics were analyzed. Follow-up and related literature reviews were conducted. Results: Among the 12 patients, there were 5 males and 7 females; the age ranged from 31 to 73 years, with a median age of 50.5 years. All 12 cases were primary tumors, including 4 cases diagnosed at the first time and 8 recurrent cases. Among the 12 cases, 8 were WHO grade 1, 3 were WHO grade 2, and 1 was WHO grade 3. Microscopically, the spinal SFT appeared as a spindle cell tumor, the stroma was rich in many thin-walled blood vessels with various histological features such as cell morphology and necrosis according to the different tumor grade. All (12/12) of the cases expressed vimentin and STAT6 (diffuse and strong nuclear stain), 11 cases (11/12) expressed both CD34 and bcl-2, and 7 cases (7/12) expressed CD99. Next-generation sequencing showed that 12 (12/12) of the patients had NAB2-STAT6 gene fusion. The 12 patients were followed up for 6 to 80 months. There were no recurrences or metastases in the 4 first cases after operation. Among the 8 recurrent cases, 2 of the patients relapsed and 2 died. Conclusions: Spinal SFT is rare and has a high recurrence tendency. Many aspects need to be considered in the diagnosis process. STAT6 is a relatively specific marker for the diagnosis of this tumor. Complete surgical resection is the preferred treatment while postoperative radiotherapy is recommended to reduce tumor recurrence.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the overweight and obesity status of students in the national pilot counties of the Nutrition Improvement Program for Rural Compulsory Education Students in 2019 and its associated factors. Methods: In 2019, a multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to select about 40 students from each grade in primary and secondary schools in China's central and western regions where the Nutrition Improvement Program for Rural Compulsory Education Students was implemented. The height and weight of the children were measured using height or weight scales. The school questionnaire and county questionnaire were used to investigate the associated factors. A Chi-square test was used for comparison between groups. The logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the associated factors. Results: In 2019, the prevalence of overweight and obesity among rural primary and secondary school students aged 6-15 years in central and western China 2019 was 11.5%. It was higher for boys (13.1%) than that for girls (9.8%), higher in central (14.3%) than that in the west (9.9%) and higher for elementary school students (12.4%) than that for secondary school students (9.5%, all P<0.001). The logistic regression showed that boys (OR=1.388), primary school students (OR=1.271), students without other dietary subsidies(OR=1.037), schools in rural areas (OR=1.133), schools with enterprise-based feeding mode (OR=1.043), schools without the provision of lunch (OR=1.143), schools without the provision of dinner (OR=1.122), and schools without providing drinking water (OR=1.015) were positively associated with overweight and obesity among students (P<0.05). Schools with snack shops (OR=0.952) were negatively associated with overweight and obesity among students (P<0.001). Conclusion: A certain proportion of primary and secondary school students in rural areas of central and western China are overweight and obese. The prevalence is not only related to children's gender, school section and county area but also related to school meals, whether schools provide drinking water and other factors.

Abstract
Species distribution model, a mathematical model theoretically based on the temporal and spatial locations of species in the ecosystem and their associations with other species, is useful to display the current species distribution and predict the future species distribution, which has been widely applied in ecology, biogeography and spatial transmission of infectious diseases. Integrated species distribution model is a comprehensive, summative and reliable combination model that simultaneously uses multiple species distribution models or integrates multiple data sources for modeling. This review describes the theory and classification of species distribution models, and summarizes the creation and verification of integrated species distribution models and their applications in parasitic disease prevention and control. During the practical applications of integrated species distribution models, the study scale, niche matching, big data utilization, combination of multidisciplinary methods and knowledge background and ecological implications should be emphasized.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to determine whether xenon post-conditioning affects mTOR signaling as well as endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS)-apoptosis pathway in rats with spinal cord ischemia/reperfusion injury. METHODS Fifty male rats were randomized equally into sham-operated group (Sham group), I/R model group (I/R group), I/R model+ xenon post-conditioning group (Xe group), I/R model+rapamycin (a mTOR signaling pathway inhibitor) treatment group (I/R+ Rapa group), and I/R model + xenon post- conditioning with rapamycin treatment group (Xe + Rapa group).. In the latter 4 groups, SCIRI was induced by clamping the abdominal aorta for 85 min followed by reperfusion for 4 h. Rapamycin (or vehicle) was administered by daily intraperitoneal injection (4 mg/kg) for 3 days before SCIRI, and xenon post-conditioning by inhalation of 1∶1 mixture of xenon and oxygen for 1 h at 1 h after initiation of reperfusion; the rats without xenon post-conditioning were given inhalation of nitrogen and oxygen (1∶ 1). After the reperfusion, motor function and histopathologic changes in the rats were examined. Western blotting and real-time PCR were used to detect the protein and mRNA expressions of GRP78, ATF6, IRE1α, PERK, mTOR, p-mTOR, Bax, Bcl-2 and caspase-3 in the spinal cord. RESULTS The rats showed significantly lowered hind limb motor function following SCIRI (P < 0.01) with a decreased count of normal neurons, increased mRNA and protein expressions of GRP78, ATF6, IRE1α, PERK, and caspase-3, and elevated p-mTOR/mTOR ratio and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio (P < 0.01). Xenon post-conditioning significantly decreased the mRNA and protein levels of GRP78, ATF6, IRE1α, PERK and caspase-3 (P < 0.05 or 0.01) and reduced p-mTOR/mTOR and Bax/Bcl-2 ratios (P < 0.01) in rats with SCIRI; the mRNA contents and protein levels of GRP78 and ATF6 were significantly decreased in I/R+Rapa group (P < 0.01). Compared with those in Xe group, the rats in I/R+Rapa group and Xe+Rapa had significantly lowered BBB and Tarlov scores of the hind legs (P < 0.01), and caspase-3 protein level and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio were significantly lowered in Xe+Rapa group (P < 0.05 or 0.01). CONCLUSION By inhibiting ERS and neuronal apoptosis, xenon post- conditioning may have protective effects against SCIRI in rats. The mTOR signaling pathway is partially involved in this process.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the prevalence and related factors of suicide ideation among nurses in different levels of hospitals in Shandong Province, and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods: From June to July 2020, 1644 nurses in Shandong Province were surveyed by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling. The suicidal ideation of nurses was investigated by suicidal ideation screening. Social support and mental health were measured by the perceived social support scale (pass) and kessler10 scale respectively. The simple coping style scale (SCSQ) was used to evaluate the coping styles of the subjects when they encountered problems. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of suicidal ideation, Amos software was used to establish the path model of suicidal ideation related factors, and the maximum likelihood estimation was used to test the path model coefficient. Results: The incidence of suicidal ideation among nurses in secondary hospitals during their career was 8.44%, and that in tertiary hospitals was 11.66%. There was no significant difference in suicidal ideation among nurses at all levels in secondary hospitals (P>0.05) . The main factors related to suicidal ideation were unmarried and others (OR=0.362, 95%CI=0.155, 0.844, P=0.019) , social support (OR=1.084, 95% CI=1.059, 1.109, P=0.000) and mental health status (OR=0.921, 95% CI=0.890, 0.953, P=0.000) . The suicide ideation of skilled nurses in tertiary hospitals was higher than that of other levels (P<0.05) . The related factors of suicide ideation mainly included unmarried and others (OR=0.369, 95% CI=0.214, 0.636, P=0.000) , night shift (OR=1.889, 95%CI=10.57, 3.377, P=0.032) , general self-rated social status (OR=2.377, 95%CI=1.031, 5.483, P=0.042) , physical disease (OR=2.747, 95%CI=1.601, 4.714) , P=0.000) , Social support (OR=0.960, 95%CI=1.042, 1.077, P=0.000) and mental health status (OR=0.942, 95%CI=0.922, 0.963, P=0.000) . Social support and mental health have a direct effect on suicidal ideation. Self-assessment of social status, social support and physical disease can affect suicidal ideation by affecting mental health. Conclusion: It is necessary to pay more attention to the mental health status of nurses at different levels in different hospitals during their career, improve their social support level, and improve their cognition of the practice environment.

Measurement of the Coherent Elastic Neutrino-Nucleus Scattering Cross Section on CsI by COHERENT. PHYSICAL REVIEW LETTERS 2022; 129:081801. Abstract
We measured the cross section of coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering (CEvNS) using a CsI[Na] scintillating crystal in a high flux of neutrinos produced at the Spallation Neutron Source at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. New data collected before detector decommissioning have more than doubled the dataset since the first observation of CEvNS, achieved with this detector. Systematic uncertainties have also been reduced with an updated quenching model, allowing for improved precision. With these analysis improvements, the COHERENT Collaboration determined the cross section to be (165_{-25}^{+30})×10^{-40} cm^{2}, consistent with the standard model, giving the most precise measurement of CEvNS yet. The timing structure of the neutrino beam has been exploited to compare the CEvNS cross section from scattering of different neutrino flavors. This result places leading constraints on neutrino nonstandard interactions while testing lepton flavor universality and measures the weak mixing angle as sin^{2}θ_{W}=0.220_{-0.026}^{+0.028} at Q^{2}≈(50 MeV)^{2}.
