Abstract
A copper(i)-catalyzed synthesis of β-keto sulfones through reaction of aryldiazonium tetrafluoroborates, 3-arylpropiolic acids, sulfur dioxide, and water is realized. This reaction proceeds through a tandem radical process involving sulfonylation and decarboxylation.

Abstract
A highly efficient and generally applicable iodine-catalyzed reaction of arylacetylenic acids and arylacetylenes with sodium sulfinates for the synthesis of arylacetylenic sulfones was developed. The methodology has the advantages of a metal-free strategy, easy to handle reagents, functional group tolerance, a wide range of arylacetylenic acids and arylacetylenes, and easy access to arylacetylenic sulfones.

Abstract
An investigation on regiochemistry of radical functionalization of indoles using cycloalkanes through di-tert-butyl peroxide (DTBP)-promoted C(sp3)–H activation was conducted. A wide range of indoles bearing substituents at different position was functionalized directly with simple cycloalkanes in moderate to high regioselctivity.

Abstract
An aerobic dehalogenative oxygenation reaction under mild and simple conditions towards a series of valuable β-keto compounds was developed, in which dioxygen serves as the sole promoter.
