Abstract
Lymphatic metastasis is the major metastatic pattern of pancreatic cancer and considered as an independent risk factor of survival. However, there is still no effective way for the diagnosis and treatment for lymphatic metastases of pancreatic cancer. In this study, using albumin as a carrier of gemcitabine (Gem), further modified by pyropheophorbide-a, we have designed and synthesized a nanoparticle (NP) compound named "pheophorbide-a (P@)-Gem-human serum albumin (HSA)-NPs". By utilization of its tracer ability of lymphatic metastases, which is triggered by near-infrared irradiation and its visible dying ability, the compound is used for drug delivery tracking, meanwhile as a treating drug, as well as the combined effect of photodynamic therapy and chemotherapy. By the nude mice model of lymphatic metastases of pancreatic cancer (BxPC-3-LN7), we aim to explore the feasibility, effectiveness, and biological safety of diagnosis and treatment for the lymphatic metastases of pancreatic cancer by P@-Gem-HSA-NP, thereby, providing new methods and strategies for the study of nanodrug carrier and research on lymphatic metastases of pancreatic cancer.

Abstract
Finding a simple and effective strategy to eliminate tumor metastatic lymph nodes is highly desired in clinical tumor treatment. Herein, we reported a Chinese traditional ink (Hu-ink)-based treatment for photothermal therapy (PTT) of tumor metastatic lymph nodes. By simple dilution, stable Chinese traditional ink dispersion was obtained, which presents excellent photothermal effect because of its high absorption in near-infrared (NIR) region. Meanwhile, as revealed by staining and photoacoustic imaging, Hu-ink could transfer to nearby lymph nodes after directly injected into the primary tumors. Under the guidance of dual-modality mapping, the metastatic sentinel lymph nodes could be subsequently eliminated by NIR irradiation. The good biocompatibility of Hu-ink has also been verified by a series of experiments. Therefore, the Hu-ink-based treatment exhibits great potential for PTT of tumor metastatic lymph nodes in future clinical practice.

Abstract
A UiO-66 core with various sizes acts as heterogeneous nucleation center and enables aniline polymerization under ambient conditions. The as-synthesized UiO-66@PAN possesses uniform size and excellent dispersibility in aqueous solution. UiO-66@PAN can be internalized by cancer cells via endocytosis, and indicates significant photothermal therapeutic effect in vitro, and can effectively inhibit the growth of colon cancers in vivo.
