Abstract
We report herein a copper-catalyzed sequential multicomponent reaction of benzo[d]isoxazoles with terminal alkynes and sulfonyl azides, which produced divergent 4-amino-2H-chromen-2-imines with excellent chemical selectivity. The reaction tolerated a broad range of functional groups, and released only N2 as the sole byproduct. The sulfonyl imino group could be removed to give biologically active free 4-amino-2H-chromenone in good yield.

Abstract
The development of polymeric materials with novel structures and unique properties and functionalities is of both academic and industrial significance. In this work, functional poly(dihalopentadiene)s were synthesized by boron trihalide-mediated multicomponent polymerization routes in a stereoselective manner. The polymerizations of tetraphenylethylene-containing diyne, BX₃ (X = Cl, Br) and p-tolualdehyde proceed smoothly in dichloromethane under mild conditions to afford high molecular weight poly(dihalopentadiene)s with a predominant (Z,Z)-configuration in moderate to good yields. The reaction conditions and the boron trihalide used were found to have great effects on the stereochemistry of the resulting polymer structures. The obtained poly(1,5-dihalo-(Z,Z)-1,4-pentadiene)s possess high thermal stability and good film-forming ability. Their thin films show high refractive index of 1.9007⁻1.6462 in a wide wavelength region of 380⁻890 nm with low optical dispersion. The polymers are weakly emissive in dilute solutions but become highly emissive upon aggregated, demonstrating a unique phenomenon of aggregation-enhanced emission. Their nanoaggregates in aqueous media can serve as sensitive fluorescent chemosensors for the detection of explosives with a superamplification effect and a low detection limit.

Abstract
A highly reactive intermediate N-sulfonyl acetylketenimine was generated from a 3-butyn-2-one participating CuAAC/ring-opening method. Its high reactivity due to bearing two EWGs allowed us to offer the first example of a reaction between ketenimine and amide to synthesize N-sulfonyl amidines efficiently.

Abstract
A general method for synthesizing 4-imino tetrahydropyridine derivatives is achieved, from readily available β-enaminones and sulfonyl azides, which comprises a sequential copper catalyzed ketenimine formation and its hitherto inaccessible intramolecular hydrovinylation. The products are shown as ready precursors for highly valuable 4-sulfonamidopyridine derivatives via DDQ mediated oxidation.

Abstract
First simultaneous generation and utilization of both copper-triazole and -ketenimine intermediates in copper-catalyzed sulfonyl azide-alkyne cycloaddition reactions is achieved for the one-pot synthesis of triazolopyrimidines via a novel copper-catalyzed multicomponent cascade of sulfonyl azides, alkynes, and azirines. Significantly, the reaction proceeds under very mild conditions in good yields.

Abstract
We developed α1,6-fucosyltransferase (FUT8) inhibitors through a diversity-oriented synthesis. The coupling reaction between the fucose unit containing alkyne and the guanine unit containing sulfonyl azide under various conditions afforded a series of Guanosine 5'-diphospho-β-l-fucose (GDP-fucose) analogs. The synthesized compounds displayed FUT8 inhibition activity. A docking study revealed that the binding mode of the inhibitor synthesized with FUT8 was similar to that of GDP-fucose.

Abstract
A rhodium(II)-catalyzed reaction of N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles with 2-(siloxy)furans is reported. Either open-chain penta-2,4-dien-1-imines or cyclic 1,2-dihydropyridines are selectively obtained depending on the ligand on rhodium(II).
