Abstract
We herein report a general and highly efficient method for the synthesis of dl-2,3-diamide-1,4-diones via autoxidative dehydrogenative homocoupling of N-acyl-2-aminoacetophenones mediated by t-BuOK. The transformation is mild, operationally simple, and environmentally friendly. Control experiments and stereochemical results suggest that the substrate undergoes autoxidation followed by a diastereoselective SN2 reactopm.

Abstract
A direct and site-specific alkylation of (sp3)C-H bond with aliphatic boronic acid was achieved. By simply heating glycinates and amines together with alkylboronic acids under an oxygen atmosphere, a variety of unnatural α-amino acids and peptides could be obtained in good yields.

Abstract
An unprecedented benzylic C-H functionalization of methyl arenes across unactivated alkenes is presented. In the presence of MnCl2·4H2O and di- tert-butyl peroxide, N-allyl anilines underwent benzylation/cyclization cascade to give benzylated indolines, which are a previously unmet synthetic goal. This protocol features simple operation, broad substrate scope, and great exo selectivity.

Abstract
A novel oxidative cross-coupling reaction for the synthesis of α-aryl α-amino ketones in the presence of palladium catalysts using T+BF4− as an oxidant has been developed. This transformation was achieved by direct C–H oxidation of α-aminocarbonyl compounds and arylation. The mild reaction has a broad reaction scope and gives desired α-aryl α-amino ketones in moderate to excellent yields. A novel oxidative cross-coupling reaction for the synthesis of α-aryl α-amino ketones in the presence of palladium catalysts using T+BF4− as an oxidant has been developed.![]()

Abstract
A radical trifluoromethylation reaction of tertiary enamides was investigated and trifluoromethyl-containing isoindolinones were prepared under mild conditions. Using TMSCF3 as a radical source, PhI(OAc)2 as an oxidant and KHF2 as an additive, tertiary enamides were converted to isoindolinones via a cascade addition and cyclization process in moderate to good yields. Radical trifluoromethylation and cyclization of tertiary enamides was developed and trifluoromethyl-containing isoindolinones were obtained in moderate to good yields.![]()
