Abstract
Transition metal-catalyzed site- and stereoselective C-H activation of strained (hetero)cycloalkanes remains a formidable challenge. We herein report a carbamate-directed iridium-catalyzed asymmetric β-C(sp3 )-H borylation of cyclopropanol derivatives. A variety of densely functionalized cyclopropanols were obtained in good enantioselectivities via desymmetrization and kinetic resolution. In addition, site-selective C(sp3 )-H borylation of methine groups furnished α-borylated (hetero)cycloalkanols in moderate to good yields. The synthetic utility of the method was further shown in a gram-scale synthesis and diverse downstream transformations of borylated products.

Abstract
The diastereoselective double carbometalation reaction of cyclopropenes provides, in a single‐pot operation, two ω‐ene‐[1,1]‐bicyclopropyl ester derivatives. One regioisomer then undergoes a Pd‐catalyzed addition of aryl iodide to provide skipped dienes possessing several distant stereocenters including two congested quaternary carbon centers with excellent diastereoselectivity.

Abstract
A highly regio‐ and diastereoselective nucleophilic substitution at the quaternary carbon stereocenter of cyclopropyl ketones and cyclopropyl carbinol derivatives using TMSBr, DMPSCl and TMSN3 as nucleophiles has been developed. A variety of acyclic tertiary alkyl bromides, chlorides and azides were therefore prepared with excellent diastereopurity. The substitution occurs at the most substituted quaternary carbon center in a stereoinvertive manner, which may be attributed to the existence of a bicyclobutonium species.

Abstract
Transition-metal-catalyzed regio- and stereo-controllable C-H functionalization remains a formidable challenge in asymmetric catalysis. Herein, we disclose the first example of iridium-catalyzed C(sp3 )-H borylation of aminocyclopropanes by using simple imides as weakly coordinating directing groups under mild reaction conditions. The reaction proceeded via a six-membered iridacycle, affording a vast range of chiral aminocyclopropyl boronates. The current method features a broad spectrum of functional groups (36 examples) and high enantioselectivities (up to 99 %). We also demonstrated the synthetic utility by a preparative scale C-H borylation, C-B bond transformations, and conversion of the directing group.

Abstract
We report herein a radical-mediated amination of cyclopropenes. The transformation proceeds through a cleavage of the three-membered ring after the addition of an azide radical on the strained double bond and leads to tetrasubstituted alkenyl nitrile derivatives upon loss of N2 . With 1,2-diaryl substituted cyclopropenes, this methodology could be extended to a one-pot synthesis of highly functionalized polycyclic aromatic compounds (PACs). This transformation allows the synthesis of nitrile-substituted alkenes and aromatic compounds from rapidly accessed cyclopropenes using only commercially available reagents.

Abstract
A novel and unusual palladium-catalyzed [4+2] annulation of cyclopropenes with benzosilacyclobutanes is reported. This reaction occurred through chemoselective Si-C(sp2 ) bond activation in synergy with ring expansion/insertion of cyclopropenes to form new C(sp2 )-C(sp3 ) and Si-C(sp3 ) bonds. An array of previously elusive bicyclic skeleton with high strain, silabicyclo[4.1.0]heptanes, were formed in good yields with excellent diastereoselectivity under mild conditions. An asymmetric version of the reaction with a chiral phosphoramidite ligand furnished a variety of chiral bicyclic silaheterocycle derivatives with good enantioselectivity (up to 95.5:4.5 er). Owing to the mild reaction conditions, the good stereoselectivity profile, and the ready availability of the functionalized precursors, this process constitutes a useful and straightforward strategy for the synthesis of densely functionalized silacycles.

Abstract
A highly stereocontrolled syn‐addition of silicon nucleophiles across cyclopropenes with two different geminal substituents at C3 is reported. Diastereomeric ratios are excellent throughout (d.r.≥98:2) and enantiomeric excesses usually higher than 90 %, even reaching 99 %. This copper‐catalyzed C−Si bond formation closes the gap of the direct synthesis of α‐chiral cyclopropylsilanes.

Abstract
Cyclopropenylcarbinyl cyanates, generated in situ by dehydration of the corresponding carbamates, underwent an efficient and stereoselective [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement leading to the corresponding alkylidene(isocyanatocyclopropanes), which could be converted into various alkylidene(aminocyclopropane) derivatives in a one-pot manner. This transformation complements the repertoire of sigmatropic rearrangements involving cyclopropenylcarbinol derivatives and in particular, the previously reported Overman rearrangement of cyclopropenylcarbinyl trichloroacetimidates.

Abstract
The distant functionalization of ω-ene cyclopropanols is induced by a Pd-catalyzed Heck reaction triggering a "metal-walk" and selective ring-opening of the three-membered ring. This approach provides a new class of acyclic aldehydes possessing concomitantly a stereodefined double bond and a quaternary carbon stereocenter α to the carbonyl group.
