Abstract
We herein disclose a mild and efficient access to chiral 3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes via a Pd-catalyzed asymmetric 5-exo-trig cyclization/cyclopropanation/carbonylation of 1,6-enynes. Various nucleophiles, such as alcohols, phenols, amines and water, are well compatible with the reaction system. This reaction forms three C-C bonds, two rings, two adjacent quaternary carbon stereocenters as well as one C-O/C-N bond with excellent regio- and enantioselectivities. The products could be further functionalized to generate a library of 3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane frameworks.

Abstract
Herein, we report a Pd-catalyzed enantioselective domino Heck carbonylation reaction of o-iodoacrylanilides with terminal alkynes and water as the nucleophiles, affording a diversity of β-carbonylated 2-oxindole derivatives bearing a 3,3-disubstituted all-carbon quaternary stereocenter, in high yields (55-99 %) with good to excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99 % ee). The synthetic utilities of the protocol were demonstrated in the gram-scale synthesis of 2-oxindole-derived ynone 3 ea and carboxylic acid 4 a, as well as the facile synthesis of chiral 2-oxindoles with a pyrazole or isoxazole moiety.

Abstract
An enantioselective consecutive cyclization/coupling process, catalyzed by palladium is reported. Stereoinduction arises from an enantioselective carbopalladation, generating an intermediate which promotes a nucleopalladation step. The dual cyclization sequence was compatible with a variety of alkyne-tethered oxygen- and nitrogen-centered nucleophiles, and a variety of alkenyl-tethered aryl iodides, to forge numerous bisheterocycles in good yields and high regio- and enantioselectivities.

Abstract
We herein describe the first enantioselective α-carbonylative arylation, providing a diverse set of chiral spiro β,β'-diketones bearing various ring sizes and functionalities in high yields and good to excellent enantioselectivities. Calculations suggest the transformation proceeds through reductive elimination instead of nucleophilic addition pathway.

Abstract
Reported herein is the development of the first enantioselective monodentate ligand assisted Pd-catalyzed domino Heck carbonylation reaction with CO. The highly enantioselective domino Heck carbonylation of N-aryl acrylamides and various nucleophiles, including arylboronic acids, anilines, and alcohols, in the presence of CO was achieved. A novel monodentate phosphoramidite ligand, Xida-Phos, has been developed for this reaction and it displays excellent reactivity and enantioselectivity. The reaction employs readily available starting materials, tolerates a wide range of functional groups, and provides straightforward access to a diverse array of enantioenriched oxindoles having β-carbonyl-substituted all-carbon quaternary stereocenters, thus providing a facile and complementary method for the asymmetric synthesis of bioactive hexahydropyrroloindole and its dimeric alkaloids.

Abstract
An asymmetric palladium and copper co-catalyzed Heck/Sonogashira reaction between o-iodoacrylanilides and terminal alkynes to synthesize chiral oxindoles was developed. In particular, a wide range of CF3 -substituted o-iodoacrylanilides reacted with terminal alkynes, affording the corresponding chiral oxindoles containing trifluoromethylated quaternary stereogenic centers in high yields with excellent enantioselectivities (94-98 % ee). This asymmetric Heck/Sonogashira reaction provides a general approach to access oxindole derivatives containing quaternary stereogenic centers including CF3 -substituted ones.
