Abstract
An operationally simple Ag(I)-catalyzed approach for the synthesis of isoquinoline and quinazoline fused 1,2,3-triazoles was developed by a condensation and amination cyclization cascade of amino-NH-1,2,3-triazoles with 2-alkynylbenzaldehydes involving three new C-N bond formations in one manipulation, in which the group of -NH of the triazole ring serves as a nucleophile to form the quinazoline skeleton. The efficient protocol can be applied to a variety of substrates containing a range of functional groups, delivering novel pentacyclic fused 1,2,3-triazoles in good-to-excellent yields.

Abstract
4-Aminobenzotriazole (ABTA) was applied as an effective removable directing group (DG) in Pd-catalyzed C-H activation for the first time. Compared with the widely applied pyridine and quinoline analogs, ABTA showed significantly improved reactivity, achieving aerobic oxidative C-H olefination in excellent yields (up to 95% vs <50% with other reported DGs under identical conditions). Using this new strategy, macrocyclization was achieved to give cyclic peptides in good yields with easy ABTA removal under mild conditions, highlighting the promising potential of this new DG.

AbstractThe widespread use of 1,2,3-triazole compounds in drugs has resulted in a great interest in the efficient synthesis of N2-substituted 1,2,3-triazoles via post triazole functionalization methods. At present, there are many methods for the synthesis of N1-substituted 1,2,3-triazole compounds, but the development of convenient methods for the N2-selective functionalization of 1,2,3-triazoles remains challenging. In general, the greater stability of the N1 tautomer makes the N2 position a non-preferable reactive site, which has limited the application of 1,2,3-triazoles. Abstract
The regioselective syntheses of N1 and N2 substituted triazoles through a 1,6-addition reaction of 1,2,3-NH triazoles to p-quinone methide were achieved under mild reaction conditions. The present reactions showed superior results in terms of selectivity, mild reaction conditions, short reaction time and broad substrate scope with good functional-group compatibility. Considering the high synthetic value of N1- and N2-substituted compounds and p-QM related research, the present strategy will greatly benefit researchers in various fields.

Abstract
The rapid development of non-fullerene acceptors (NFAs) with strong near-infrared absorption has led to remarkably enhanced short-circuit current density (Jsc) values in organic solar cells (OSCs). NFAs based on the benzotriazole (Bz) fused-ring π-core have great potential in delivering both high Jsc and decent open-circuit voltage values due to their strong intramolecular charge transfer with reasonably low energy loss. In this work, we have designed and synthesized a series of Bz-based NFAs, PN6SBO-4F, AN6SBO-4F and EHN6SEH-4F, via regiospecific N-alkyl engineering based on the high-performance NFA mBzS-4F that was reported previously. The molecular packing of mBzS-4F, AN6SBO-4F, and EHN6SEH-4F single crystals was analyzed using X-ray crystallography in order to provide a comprehensive understanding of the correlation between the molecular structure, the charge-transporting properties, and the solar cell performance. Compared with the typical honeycomb single-crystal structure of Y6 derivatives, these NFAs exhibit distinctly different molecular packing patterns. The strong interactions of terminal indanone groups in mBzS-4F and the J-aggregate-like packing in EHN6SEH-4F lead to the formation of ordered 3D networks in single-crystals with channels for efficient charge transport. Consequently, OSCs based on mBzS-4F and EHN6SEH-4F show efficient photon-to-current conversions, achieving the highest power conversion efficiency of 17.48% with a Jsc of 28.83 mA cm-2.

Abstract
An efficient and highly regioselective synthesis of 1-allenyl-5-aryl-1,2,3-triazoles from 1-sulfonyl-4-aryl-1,2,3-triazoles is disclosed. 1-Sulfonyl-4-aryl-1,2,3-triazoles reacted with propargylic alcohols in the presence of trifluoroboron etherate to furnish 1-allenyl-5-aryl-1,2,3-triazoles. When secondary alcohols were used as substrate, the outcome of the reaction was 1-alkyl-5-aryl-1,2,3-triazoles.

Abstract
Fluorescent active triazapentalene zwitterions (TAPZs) were prepared through Au(I) catalyzed triazole-alkyne 5-endo-dig cyclization. While an effective gold catalyst turnover (0.5% loading, up to 96% yield) was achieved, the stability of these new 10-π-electron bicyclic structures was also significantly improved, which warranted future applications of these fluorescent dyes.

Abstract
A p-TsOH-mediated 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of nitroolefins and sodium azide for the synthesis of 4-aryl-NH-1,2,3-triazoles has been developed. p-TsOH was discovered as a vital additive in this type of 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition. This novel cycloaddition reaction is a good method for the rapid synthesis of valuable 4-aryl-NH-1,2,3-triazoles in high yields.

Abstract
A 1,2,3-traizole-promoted iron(III)-catalyzed propargyl alcohol dehydration was developed for the synthesis of conjugated enynes. The desired conjugated enynes were prepared in good to excellent yields (up to 95%) with a large substrate scope and excellent stereoselectivity (only Z-isomers).
