Abstract
Schiff base linked1,2,3-triazole silane5has been synthesized through the Schiff base terminated alkyne with azido via click chemistry, the compound4 structure elucidated through X-ray crystallography, and the compound5 is well characterized through different techniques such asFT-IR, 1H and 13C NMR and Mass spectrometry. UV-visible sensing studies of synthesized compounds4 and5 have been performed, and both are efficient in detectingZn(II) ion, but compound 5 has imparted a higher mode of attraction to Zn(II) with limit of detection (LOD) value (1.4 x 10-6M) wherethe compound 4 is calculated to be (1.25 x 10-5M). By Job's method, the stoichiometric ratio of compound5 and Zn(II) iscalculated to bea 1:1 ratio. The complex of compound 5 with Zn(II) was prepared. A radical and oxidative species are responsible for the deteriorating of stabilized molecules. The synthesized compound 5hasantioxidant propertiesthat can potentially scavenge 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals. Further to verify the mode of binding interaction between compound 5andZn(II), computational Density functional theory (DFT) study was evaluated.

Abstract
The La(OTf)3-catalyzed [3+2] cycloaddition reactions for the synthesis of benzo[d]oxazoles/benzofurans via quinones and 1,2-di-tert-butyl-3-(cyanimino)diaziridine (1,3-di-tert-butyl-2-cyanoguanidine)/vinyl azides have been explored. A series of 5-hydroxybenzofuran-4-carboxylic acid derivatives and 5-hydroxybenzo[d]oxazole-4-carboxylic acid derivatives were conveniently obtained with high yields and good stereoselectivities, which could be used for further transformations to valuable compounds.

Abstract
An efficiently catalyzed synthesis of pharmaceutically relevant 1,2,3-trazoles from renewable resources is highly desirable. However, due to incompatible catalysis conditions, this endeavor remained challenging so far. Herein, a practical access protocol to 1,2,3-triazoles, starting from lignin phenolic β-O-4 with γ-OH group utilizing a vanadium-based catalyst is presented. A broad substrate scope reaching up to 97 % yield of 1,2,3-triazoles are obtained. The reaction pathway includes selective cleavage of double C-O bonds, cycloaddition, and dehydrogenation. Mechanistic studies and density-functional theory (DFT) calculations suggest that the V-based complex acts as a bifunctional catalyst for both selective C-O bonds cleavage and dehydrogenation. This synthetic pathway has been applied for the synthesis of pharmacological and biological active carbohydrate derivatives starting from biomass components as feedstock, enabling a potential sustainable route to triazolyl carbohydrate derivatives, which paves the way for lignin-based heterocyclic aromatics in the pharmaceutical applications.

Abstract
1,2,3-Triazole scaffolds are not obtained in nature, but they are still intensely investigated by synthetic chemists in various fields due to their excellent properties and green synthetic routes. This review will provide a library of all synthetic routes used in the past 21 years to synthesize 1,2,3-triazoles and their derivatives using various metal catalysts (such as Cu, Ni, Ru, Ir, Rh, Pd, Au, Ag, Zn, and Sm), organocatalysts, metal-free as well as solvent- and catalyst-free neat syntheses, along with their mechanistic cycles, recyclability studies, solvent systems, and reaction condition effects on regioselectivity. Constant developments indicate that 1,2,3-triazoles will help lead to future organic synthesis and are useful for creating molecular libraries of various functionalized 1,2,3-triazoles.

Abstract
In the present work, a novel symmetrical 15-membered macrocyclic Schiff base complex of manganese was prepared using the reaction of the synthetic 2,6-diacetylpyridine functionalized Fe3O4 MNPs with 2,2-(piperazine-1,4-diyl)dianiline and Mn(ii) bromide salt via a template approach. The resulting [Fe3O4@PAM-Schiff-base-Mn][ClO4] heterogenized complex was characterized using FT-IR, XRD, BET, TGA, EDX, Xray-mapping, SEM, TEM and VSM analysis. To demonstrate proof of concept, Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition synthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles was selected to evaluate the activity and reusability of the catalyst. The ethanol as a green solvent proved to be an excellent reaction medium for this synthesis. Yields of up to 100% were obtained in some cases. Significantly, as demonstrated, [Fe3O4@PAM-Schiff-base-Mn][ClO4] catalyst was recycled for 8 cycles without losing catalytic activity under the optimized reaction conditions. The hot filtration and ICP-OES tests ratified that there was no leaching of metal during the catalytic reaction, indicating the heterogeneous manner of the catalyst.

Abstract
The 1,2,3-triazole-fused polyaromatic frameworks are traditionally obtained through transition metal-catalyzed C-H/C-X arylation of the preinstalled triazoles at a very high temperature. Herein, a transition metal-free direct synthesis via an aryne Diels-Alder/1,3-prototropic shift/dehydrobromination cascade is reported. This method gives access to triazole-fused aromatics as well as the corresponding dihydrocarbocycles under mild reaction conditions.

Abstract
A simple and mild protocol towards the synthesis of new 1,2,3-triazole compounds derived from acridone has been developed via regiospecific 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction between 10-(prop-2-yn-1-yl)acridone derivatives and aromatic azides using CuI as a catalyst. The cycloaddition reaction has been performed using conventional as well as microwave-assisted methods. Microwave-assisted synthesis caused a significant reduction in the reaction times and improvement in the yields of all the synthesized compounds compared with the conventional method. The structure of the 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles has been elucidated by IR, HRMS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and 2D NMR (1H-13C HMBC, 1H-1H COSY, and 1H-1H NOESY) spectroscopies.
