Abstract
Porous materials have emerged as promising solutions for a wide range of energy and environmental applications. However, the asymmetric development in the field of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) has led to a data imbalance when it comes to MOFs versus other porous materials such as covalent organic frameworks (COFs), porous polymer networks (PPNs), and zeolites. To address this issue, we introduce PMTransformer (Porous Material Transformer), a multimodal Transformer model pretrained on a vast data set of 1.9 million hypothetical porous materials, including metal-organic frameworks, covalent organic frameworks, porous polymer networks, and zeolites. PMTransformer showcases remarkable transfer learning capabilities, resulting in state-of-the-art performance in predicting various porous material properties. To address the challenge of asymmetric data aggregation, we propose cross-material few-shot learning, which leverages the synergistic effect among different porous material classes to enhance the fine-tuning performance with a limited number of examples. As a proof of concept, we demonstrate its effectiveness in predicting band gap values of COFs using the available MOF data in the training set. Moreover, we established cross-material relationships in porous materials by predicting the unseen properties of other classes of porous materials. Our approach presents a new pathway for understanding the underlying relationships among various classes of porous materials, paving the way toward a more comprehensive understanding and design of porous materials.

Abstract
Two nanoparticles of cadmium(II) coordination polymers (CPs) formulated as [Cd(L)(DCTP)]n (1) and [Cd(L)2(DCTP)·2H2O]n (2) (L=1,2-bis(2-methylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, H2DCTP=2,5-dichloroterephthalic acid) were prepared by the sonochemical approach in different solvents and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and powder X-ray diffraction. Structural determination reveals that CP 1 displays a 2D four-connected sql net layer, Whilst CP 2 exhibits a 1D "V"-like chain structure. Luminescence properties, thermal behavior, and photocatalytic activities of the nanoparticles of CPs 1 and 2 on the degradation of methylene blue were investigated. The photocatalytic mechanism is carried out by introducing t-butyl alcohol (TBA) as a widely used OH scavenger. Furthermore, the influence of solvents, reaction time, and ultrasound irradiation temperature on the morphology and size of the nanostructure CPs 1 and 2 were investigated. The results indicated that an increase of time and ultrasound irradiation temperature decreased the nanostructured size.

Abstract
Two metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), namely, [Ni(DTP)(H2O)]n (I) and [Cd2(DTP)2(bibp)1.5]n (II) (H2DPT = 4'-(4-(3,5-dicarboxylphenoxy) phenyl)-4,2':6',4″-terpyridine; bibp = 1,3-di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)propane), that present structural diversity were solvothermally prepared. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that they consist of {NiN2O4} building units (for I) and {CdO4N2} and {CdO3N3} building units (for II), which are further linked by multicarboxylate H2DPT to construct microporous three-dimensional frameworks. The remarkable character of these frameworks is that coordination polymer II demonstrates highly selective and sensitive bifunctional luminescent sensor toward nitrobenzene and Cu2+ ion. The fluorescence quenching mechanism of II caused by nitrobenzene is ascribed to electron transfer from electron-rich (II) to electron-deficient nitrobenzene. The result was also evidenced by the density functional theory. Furthermore, anti-ferromagnetic as well as electrochemical characters of Ni-MOF (I) were also investigated in this paper.

Abstract
A family of thiophene-based metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), [Zn(L)(BBI)·(H2O)2] (1) (BBI = 1,1'-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole)) and [Cd(L)(TPOM)0.75]·xS (2) (TPOM = tetrakis(4-pyridyloxy-methylene) methane, S represents noncoordinated solvent molecules) was constructed by employing a new linear thiophene-functionalized dicarboxylic acid (benzo-(1,2;4,5)-bis(thiophene-2'-carboxylic acid, H2L) to assemble with d10 ions in the presence of a flexible ancillary ligand under solvothermal conditions, which exhibit diverse structures. Most strikingly, both compounds 1 and 2 could be efficient luminescent sensory materials that are highly selective and sensitive to environmental contaminants, especially for Hg(II), Cu(II), Cr(VI), and salicylaldehyde, and yet remain unaffected by other molecules that may coexit. Furthermore, this is the first report on MOF-based sensors capable of recyclable detection of Hg(II), Cr(VI), and salicylaldehyde so far. The luminescent sensing mechanism was studied in detail as well. In addition, compound 2 is one of the rare examples of high-performance MOFs trapping 2,4-dichlorophenol from the wasted methanol solution.

Abstract
Ten novel palladium(II) complexes with dipyrido[3,2-d:2',3'-f]quinoxaline (Dpq)/dipyrido[3,2-a:2',3'-c](6,7,8,9-tetrahydro)phenazine (Dpqc) and 4-toluensulfonyl-L-amino acid dianion, [Pd(Dpq)(TsvalNO)]·H2O (1a), [Pd(Dpq)(TsileNO)]·H2O (1b), [Pd(Dpq)(TsserNO)] (1c), [Pd(Dpq)(TsthrNO)]·1.5H2O (1d), [Pd(Dpq)(TsleuNO)]·0.5H2O (1e), [Pd(Dpq)(TspheNO)] (1f), [Pd(Dpqc)(TsvalNO)] (2a), [Pd(Dpqc)(TsileNO)] (2b), [Pd(Dpqc)(TsserNO)]·H2O (2c) and [Pd(Dpqc)(TsthrNO)]·0.5H2O (2d) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, (1)H NMR and mass spectrometry techniques. Crystal structure of the complex 1f has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The cytotoxicity was tested by MTT assay. The results indicated that the complexes 1a and 2a showed better cytotoxicity than cisplatin against MCF-7. The complex 1e had higher cytotoxicity than cisplatin against K562. Both the N donating ligands and the amino acid have important effects on the cytotoxicity.
