Abstract
The use of amino-terminated siloxanes as coupling interface for perovskite single crystals (PSCs)/silicon integrated devices has been demonstrated to be an effective method toward CMOS compatible optoelectronics; however, it suffers from the coupling stability against the hydrophilicity of the exposed terminal amino groups. In this work, a phenyl-terminated interfacial molecule, anilino-methyl-triethoxysilane (AMTES), is proposed to achieve the effectively galvanic coupling between PSCs and silicon, which can not only improve the device environmental reliability but also lower the surface energy of the silicon substrate so as to facilitate the epitaxial growth of PSCs. Benefiting from the interfacial coupling of AMTES, the obtained MAPbI3 SC/silicon integrated device possesses highly efficient multiwavelength photodetection properties across the X-ray and NIR range, which exhibits a specific detectivity D* of 3.84 × 1013 cm Hz1/2 W-1 in the visible-NIR region and an X-ray sensitivity of 1.18 × 104 μC Gyair-1 cm-2 with the lowest detection limit of 49.6 nGyair s-1. The ultra wide -3 dB bandwidth of 67,300 Hz and the linear dynamic range (LDR) of 112 dB also prove its impressive dynamic response capabilities. Moreover, the AMTES modified integrated device almost maintains 96% of the initial photodetection performance even after keeping in the atmosphere environment for 28 days. This work opens a new avenue for interfacial engineering toward the development of on-chip PSC integrated silicon optoelectronic devices.

Abstract
Metal-semiconductor-metal (MSM) configuration of perovskite photodetectors (PPDs) suggests easy and low-cost manufacturing. However, the basic structures of MSM PPDs include vertical and lateral configurations, which require the use of expensive materials such as transparent conductive oxides or/and sophisticated fabrication techniques such as lithography. Integrating metallic nanowire-based electrodes into the perovskite photo-absorber layer to form one-half of the MSM PPD structure could potentially resolve the key issues of both configurations. Here, a manufacturing of solution-processed and self-powered MSM PPDs with embedded silver nanowire electrodes is demonstrated. The embedding of silver nanowire electrode into the perovskite layer is achieved by treating the silver nanowire/perovskite double layer with a methylamine gas vapor. The evaporated gold layer is used as the second electrode to form MSM PPDs. The prepared MSM PPDs show a photoresponsivity of 4 × 10-5 AW-1 in the UV region and 2 × 10-5 AW-1 in the visible region. On average, the devices exhibit a photocurrent of 1.1 × 10-6 A under white light (75 mW cm-2) illumination with an ON/OFF ratio of 83.4. The results presented in this work open up a new method for development and fabrication of simple, solution-processable MSM self-powered PPDs.

Abstract
0D perovskites have gained much attention in recent years due to their fascinating properties derived from their peculiar structure with isolated metal halide octahedra or metal halide clusters. However, the systematic discussion on the crystal and electronic structure of 0D perovskites to further understand their photophysical characteristics and the comprehensive overview of 0D perovskites for their further applications are still lacking. In this review, the unique crystal and electronic structure of 0D perovskites and their diverse properties are comprehensively analyzed, including large bandgaps, high exciton binding energy, and largely Stokes-shifted broadband emissions from self-trapped excitons. Furthermore, the photoluminescence regulation are discussed. Then, the various synthetic methods for 0D perovskite single crystals, nanocrystals, and thin films are comprehensively summarized. Finally, the emerging applications of 0D perovskites to light-emitting diodes, solar cells, detectors, and some others are illustrated, and the outlook on future research in the field is also provided.

The Effect of Extended Ball-Milling upon Three-Dimensional and Two-Dimensional Perovskite Crystals Properties. APPLIED SCIENCES-BASEL 2020. Abstract
The ball-milling of materials is a mechanical grinding method that has different effects on treated materials, and can be used for the direct synthesis of organometal halide perovskite (OHP) crystals. Herein, the effect of such a process, extended over a large temporal window, is related to the properties of referential three-dimensional (3D) MAPbI3 (MA = methylammonium) and two-dimensional (2D) PEA2PbI4 (PEA = phenylethylammonium) perovskite crystals. For both 2D and 3D systems, the ball-milling induces a reduction of the crystallite dimension, accompanied by a worsening of the overall crystallinity, but without any sign of amorphization. For MAPbI3, an intriguing room temperature structural transition, from tetragonal to cubic, is observed. The processing in both cases impacts on the morphology, with a reduction of the crystal shape quality connected to the particles’ agglomeration tendency. All these effects translate to a “blue shift” of the absorption and emission features, suggesting the use of this technique to modulate the 3D and 2D OHPs’ properties.
