Abstract
A tandem palladium-catalyzed Sonogashira coupling, propargyl-allenyl isomerization, and [2+2] cycloaddition sequence between electron-deficient haloarenes and 1,8-diynylic ethers is developed. The reaction shows good functional tolerance and proceeds under mild conditions to provide a new profile of benzooxepane-fused cyclobutene derivatives in moderate to high yields with high selectivity. The reaction mechanism is validated both by experimental studies and DFT calculations.

Abstract
Enantioselective construction of all-carbon quaternary centers has been achieved via the palladium-catalyzed highly enantioselective allenylation of oxindoles with 2,3-allenylic carbonates to afford a variety of optically active allene products, which contain oxindole units with different functional groups, in high ee. The corresponding synthetic applications have also been demonstrated.

Abstract
A base-promoted olefin skeletal rearrangement strategy from para-quinone methides (p-QMs) and N-fluoroarenesulfonamides is reported, enabling direct nitrogen insertion of olefins to produce a series of multiarylated (Z)-N-sulfonyl amidines with complete stereoselectivity and generally good yields. Using p-QMs without o-hydroxy substituents gave triarylated N-sulfonyl amidines, whereas tetraarylated N,N'-disulfonyl amidines were synthesized with the existence of o-hydroxy groups.

Abstract
A DMAP-catalyzed sequential benzannulation and lactonization strategy in which δ-acetoxy allenoate functions as a 5C-synthon in its reaction with cyclic sulfamidate imines is reported. This platform delivers π-extended coumarin frameworks under metal-free conditions via allylic elimination followed by Mannich coupling, proton shifts, C-N bond cleavage, and lactonization as key steps. The driving force for this domino reaction is the formation of the diene-ammonium intermediate and O-S bond cleavage. ESI-HRMS has been useful in gaining insights into the reaction pathway.

Abstract
A gold-catalyzed cascade cyclization of naphthalene-tethered allenynes gave strained fused phenanthrene derivatives. The reaction proceeds through the nucleophilic reaction of an alkyne with the activated allene to generate a vinyl cation intermediate, followed by arylation with a tethered naphthalene ring to form the 4H-cyclopenta[def]phenanthrene (CPP) scaffold. When using aryl-substituted substrates on the alkyne terminus, the gold-catalyzed reaction produced dibenzofluorene derivatives along with the CPP derivatives. Selective formation of CPP and dibenzofluorene derivatives depending on the reaction conditions is also presented.

Abstract
A metal-free protocol for the direct construction of C(sp2)-N and C-O bonds via a PhI(OAc)2-mediated dehydrogenative aminoacyloxylation of β,γ-unsaturated hydrazones with Togni reagent II is reported. Initiated by the carboxyl-containing species generated in situ from Togni reagent II, this method offers a new solution for regioselective functionalization at a remote site on β,γ-unsaturated hydrazones, thus providing a straightforward method for the synthesis of acyloxyl-substituted pyridazines. This reaction features a broad substrate scope and mild conditions.

Abstract
A direct arylsulfonylation of β,γ-unsaturated hydrazones method, in which sulfonated pyrazolines are accessed by a three-component reaction of β,γ-unsaturated hydrazones, DABSO, and aryldiazonium tetrafluoroborates, has been developed without external oxidants or catalysts. This transformation is triggered by the formation of arylsulfonyl radicals in situ from the reaction of aryldiazonium tetrafluoroborates and DABSO, and is enabled by controllable generation of C center radical, in which DABSO was utilized as the sulfone source and an oxidant in this radical-mediated cascaded reaction. A wide range of substrates can be applied in this process to afford pyrazolines in good yield, and it is amenable for gram-scale synthesis.

Abstract
DBU-catalyzed spiro-annulation and concomitant ring expansion/domino reaction of δ-acetoxy allenoates with cycl-2-ene-N-sulfonyl hydrazides afford ring-expanded (5 → 6, 6 → 7, and 7 → 8) products. By contrast, cycl-3-ene/ane-N-sulfonyl hydrazones under similar conditions deliver pyrazole cores with the same allenoate that involves allylic elimination in which δ-acetoxy allenoate serves as 3C-synthon. The key spirocyclic intermediates, as well as dienyl-amine intermediates, are isolated and characterized. An extension to (R)-(-)-carvone-derived sulfonyl hydrazide also led to ring expansion and gave pyrazoloazepine.

Abstract
A catalytic site-selective ring deconstruction of cyclobuteno[a]naphthalene-4-ones with alcohols is reported, enabling the direct production of a wide range of unsymmetric 1,1-diarylated olefins with good yields and complete regioselectivity. The late-stage application of these resulting terminal olefins demonstrates great possibilities to apply this strategy to complex molecules. The protocol features good functional group compatibility, broad substrate scope, and controllable site selectivity.

Abstract
This study describes a visible-light-induced cascade reaction for preparing cyanoalkyl-containing polyheterocycles initiated by the photoinduced radical cascade addition of N-arylacrylamide derivatives using cyclic oxime esters as radical sources followed by cyanoalkyl-mediated cyclization. This protocol features outstanding functional group compatibility, providing a variety of desired phenanthridine derivatives in moderate to good yields. Moreover, the application of a microflow technique enhanced these reactions compared with the equivalent batch reaction, significantly reducing reaction times to 10 min.

Abstract
Phosphorus-based naphthalenes are formed by self-dimerization-cum-cyclization of α-aryl allenylphosphonates or allenylphosphine oxides using catalytic Pd(OAc)2in the presence of PPh3 and Et3N . This reaction involves [4 + 2]-cycloaddition with the (β,γ) double bond of one allene as the dienophile; the double bonds at the α-aryl-(β',γ') group and (α,β)-carbons of the second allene act as the diene part. A subsequent proton shift also takes place. Upon treating allenylphosphine oxides with Pd(OAc)2 [stoichiometry 2:1] in the presence of PPh3/Ag2CO3, a [Pd]-complex is isolated and structurally characterized. This complex can be used as a catalyst for C-C bond-forming reactions of phosphorus-based allenes with 2-iodophenol. Densely substituted 3,6-diphenylpyridazines are conveniently obtained in excellent yields by a thermally induced regioselective Inverse Electron Demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reaction of allenes with 3,6-diphenyltetrazine, followed by a [1,3]-H shift.
