Abstract
Using the methodology of "click" chemistry, a series of conjugates of 3,5-bis(benzylidene)-1-(prop-2-yn)piperidin-4-ones with 4-alkyl-3-azidomethyl-2-ethoxy-2,5-dihydro-5H-1,2 oxaphosphol 2-oxides was synthesized. All newly obtained compounds 8-18 were characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P, 19F NMR and IR spectroscopy. The potential antitumor activity of the synthesized conjugates8-18was studied in terms of their ability to influence the viability of variouscancercell lines, including A549, SH-SY5Y, Hep-2, and HeLa. Compound 15, which contains two fluorine atoms in the benzene ring, was shown to be the most promising. The mechanism of the cytotoxic action of this conjugate is supposed to be associated with the ability to inhibit the glycolytic profile of transformed cells.

Abstract
Abstract
In this paper, we highlight some addition/cycloaddition reactions of allenylphosphonates and allenylphosphine oxides, mostly based on the work done in our laboratory. Thus the electrophilic addition of iodine monochloride (ICl) with allenylphosphine oxides affords cyclic phosphonium salts rather than γ-chloro-β-iodovinylphosphine oxides (NMR, HRMS, X-ray) that exhibit rather unusual downfield shifts in the 31P NMR spectra. These compounds undergo hydrolysis to afford γ-hydroxy-β-iodovinylphosphine oxides; the hydroxymethyl group in these compounds can be oxidized by Dess-Martin periodinane to afford the corresponding aldehyde-substituted vinylphosphine oxides. A [2+2] cycloaddition product of an allenylphosphonate has also been structurally characterized. Other reactions that are highlighted include those leading to (Z)/(E)-β-aminovinylphosphonates, β-ketophosphonates (and their utility in Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons reaction), indolyl/furanyl/isocoumaranyl/naphthyl phosphine oxides, thiophosphorylated phosphonates and azo-substituted coumarin phosphonates.

Abstract
AbstractIn this paper, we review some of our results on cycloaddition and cyclization reactions of allenylphosphonates/and allenyl phosphine oxides. Thus nitro-substituted propargylic alcohols react with P(III)–Cl substrates to lead to unprecedented phosphono-benzazepines or -hydroxyindolinones. A similar reaction using a higher stoichiometry of P(III)–Cl precursor has led to the first observation of spontaneous resolution by crystallization in allene chemistry. In the reaction of these phosphorus based allenes with diphenyl isobenzofuran (DPBF), depending on the substituents, both [α, β] and [β, γ]-cycloaddition products are formed. Extension of this work to sulfur based allenes and leading to a new [4+2] cycloadduct with DPBF is reported. A novel cyclization reaction of a functionalized allenylphosphine oxide with diethylamine leading to 3-diethylamino-4-diphenylphosphinoyl-1-naphthol is discovered. Base-catalyzed reactions of allenylphosphonates with 2-substituted benzaldehdes lead to novel thiochromans, chromenes, and quinolines. Allenylphosphonates undergo phosphonylation in the presence of tetrabutyl ammonium fluoride (TBAF). Vinyl azides derived from allenylphosphonates undergo thermolysis to form bis-phosphonopyrazines. [Pd]-catalyzed reactions of allenes with 2-iodophenols, 2-iodobenzyl alcohol and 3-iodo-indole-2-carboxylic acids lead to a variety of benzofurans, benzopyrans and benzopyranones, respectively.

Abstract
Phosphorylated α-hydroxyallenes 1 and 2 were smoothly converted into the corresponding 2,5-dihydrofurans 3 and 4 in an 5-endo-trig cycloisomerization reaction by using 5 mol % of coinage metal salts as catalyst. Experimental conditions such as the type of the solvent, the reaction temperature, the mol % and the type of the catalyst were optimized. This mild and efficient cyclization method can be applied to dimethyl 1-hydroxyalkyl-alka-1,2-dienephosphonates 1 and 2-diphenylphosphinoyl-2,3-dien-1-ols 2a–c and 3-diphenylphosphinoyl-3,4-dien-2-ols 2d,e, furnishing 3-phosphorylated 2,5-dihydrofurans 3 and 4 in very good yields.

Abstract
This paper discusses a reaction of phosphorylated α-hydroxyallenes with protected or unprotected hydroxy groups involving 5-endo-trig cyclizations. Various electrophilic reagents such as sulfuryl chloride, bromine, benzenesulfenyl and benzeneselenenyl chlorides have been applied. The paper describes the reaction of 1-hydroxyalkyl-1,2-dienephosphonates with electrophiles that produces 2-methoxy-2-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1,2-oxaphospholes due to the participation of the phosphonate neighbouring group in the cyclization. On the other hand, (1E)-alk-1-en-1-yl phosphine oxides were prepared as mixtures with 2,5-dihydro-1,2-oxaphosphol-2-ium halides in a ratio of about 1:2 by chemo-, regio, and stereoselective electrophilic addition to the C(2)-C(3)-double bond in the allene moiety and subsequent concurrent attack of the external (halide anion) and internal (phosphine oxide group) nucleophiles. The paper proposes a possible mechanism that involves cyclization and additional reactions of the phosphorylated α-hydroxyallenes.

Abstract
Free-base phthalocyanine ligands and their zinc derivatives representing functionally monosubstituted (A3B type) or tetrasubstituted (A4 type) compounds with 2-diethoxyphosphoryl-4-methylpenta-1,3-dienyl moieties have been synthesized for the first time. Their structures were characterized by MALDI-TOF mass-spectrometry as well as 1 H and 31 P NMR spectroscopy data. A tendency to aggregation in dependence on the nature of the solvent was demonstrated as well.
