Abstract
In this paper, both methods (DFT and HF) were used in a theoretical investigation of 3-bromo-2-Hydroxypyridine (3-Br-2HyP) molecules where the molecular structures of the title compound have been optimized. Molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) was computed using the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level of theory. The time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) approach was used to simulate the HOMO (highest occupied molecular orbital) and LUMO (lowest unoccupied molecular orbital) on the one hand to achieve the frontier orbital gap and on the other hand to calculate the UV–visible spectrum of the compound in gas phase and for different solvents. In addition, electronic localization function and Fukui functions were carried out. Intermolecular interactions were discussed by the topological AIM (atoms in molecules) approach. The thermodynamic functions have been reported with the help of spectroscopic data using statistical methods revealing the correlations between these functions and temperature. To describe the non-covalent interactions, the reduced density gradient (RDG) analysis is performed. To study the biological activity of the compound of the molecule, molecular docking studies were executed on the active sites of BRD2 inhibitors and to explore the hydrogen bond interaction, minimum binding energies with targeted receptors such as PDB ID: 5IBN, 3U5K, 6CD5 were calculated.

Abstract
New chiral tetrasubstituted aminophosphonic acid derivatives of hexahydroquinoxalin-2(1H)-one were synthesised via highly diastereoselective hydrophosphonylation of the corresponding imines with tris(trimethylsilyl) phosphite as phosphorus nucleophile. High asymmetric induction, good yields, mild reaction conditions, and ease of purification of the final products are the key advantages of the presented protocol.

Abstract
The synthesis and structural characterization, both in solution by means of 1H and 31P NMR and UV-vis spectroscopies and in the solid state by X-ray diffraction on single crystal, of a series of gallium(III) and indium(III) meso-mono(diethoxyphosphoryl)porphyrins bearing different peripheral substituents as well as the corresponding monoesters and phosphonic acids are reported. This work describes the first example of the X-ray structure of a self-assembled dimer formed via strong binding between the oxygen atom of the phosphonate substituent and the gallium(III) cations of adjacent porphyrin molecules [Ga-O = 1.9708(13) Å].

Abstract
Many previous works have demonstrated that acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was enantioselectively inhibited by chiral organophosphorus insecticides (OPs) and that a significant difference in reactivation existed for AChE inactivated by (1R)- versus (1S,3S)-stereoisomers of isomalathion. It had been known that α-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE), an enzyme which might play an essential role in the growth of plants and the defense of plants against environmental stress by regulating the concentration of hormones in plants, can be inhibited by OPs. However, it was unknown whether interaction of ANAE with chiral OPs was enantioselective. The present work investigated the inhibition kinetics and spontaneous reactivation of ANAE inactivated by enantiomers of malaoxon, isomalathion, and methamidophos. The order of inhibition potency is (R) > (S) for malaoxon, (1R,3R) > (1R,3S) > (1S,3R) > (1S,3S) for isomalathion, and (S) > (R) for methamidophos according to bimolecular rate constants of inhibition (ki), which is consistent with the order observed in the enantioselective inhibition of AChE by malaoxon, isomalathion, and methamidophos. The difference in spontaneous reactivation of AChE inactivated between (1R)- and (1S,3S)-isomers of isomalathion is conserved for ANAE. The observations indicated ANAE and AChE have similar selective inhibition kinetics and postinhibitory reactions in reaction with chiral OPs.
