Abstract
Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) may aid in personalizing ovarian cancer therapeutic options. Here, we aimed to assess the clinical utility of serial ctDNA testing using tumor-naïve, small-sized next-generation sequencing (NGS) panels. A total of 296 patients, including 201 with ovarian cancer and 95 with benign or borderline disease, were enrolled. Samples were collected at baseline (initial diagnosis or surgery) and every 3 months after that, resulting in a total of 811 blood samples. Patients received adjuvant therapy based on the current standard of care. Cell-free DNA was extracted and sequenced using an NGS panel of 9 genes: TP53, BRCA1, BRCA2, ARID1A, CCNE1, KRAS, MYC, PIK3CA, and PTEN. Pathogenic somatic mutations were identified in 69.2% (139/201) of patients with ovarian cancer at baseline but not in those with benign or borderline disease. Detection of ctDNA at baseline and/or at 6 months follow-up was predictive of progression-free survival (PFS). PFS was significantly poorer in patients with detectable pathogenic mutations at baseline that persisted at follow-up than in patients that converted from having detectable ctDNA at baseline to being undetectable at follow-up; survival did not differ between patients without pathogenic ctDNA mutations in baseline or follow-up samples and those that converted from ctDNA positive to negative. Disease recurrence was also detected earlier with ctDNA than with conventional radiologic assessment or CA125 monitoring. These findings demonstrate that serial ctDNA testing could effectively monitor patients and detect minimal residual disease, facilitating early detection of disease progression and tailoring of adjuvant therapies for ovarian cancer treatment. SIGNIFICANCE In ovarian cancer, serial circulating tumor DNA testing is a highly predictive marker of patient survival, with a significantly improved recurrence detection lead time compared with conventional monitoring tools.

Abstract
Choosing an optimal concomitant drug for combination with poly-ADP ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitor based on patient-specific biomarker status may help increase to improve treatment efficacy in patients with ovarian cancer. However, the efficacy and safety of different PARP inhibitor-based combinations in patients with homologous recombination repair (HRR) mutations have not been evaluated in ovarian cancer. In this sub-study of Korean Gynecologic Oncology Group (KGOG) 3045, we compared the efficacy and safety of two olaparib-based combinations and biomarkers of patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer with HRR gene mutations. Patients were randomized to receive either olaparib (200 mg twice a day) + cediranib (30 mg daily) (Arm 1, n = 16) or olaparib (300 mg) + durvalumab (1,500 mg once every 4 weeks) (Arm 2, n = 14). The objective response rates for Arm 1 and Arm 2 were 50.0% and 42.9%, respectively. Most patients (83.3%) had BRCA mutations, which were similarly distributed between arms. Grade 3 or 4 treatment-related adverse events were observed in 37.5% and 35.7% of the patients, respectively, but all were managed properly. A high vascular endothelial growth factor signature was associated with favorable outcomes in Arm 1, whereas immune markers (PD-L1 expression [CPS ≥10], CD8, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio) were associated with favorable outcomes in Arm 2. The activation of homologous recombination pathway upon disease progression was associated with poor response to subsequent therapy. Based on comprehensive biomarker profiling, including immunohistochemistry, whole-exome and RNA sequencing and whole blood-based analyses, we identified biomarkers that could help inform which of the two combination strategies is appropriate given a patient's biomarker status. Our findings have the potential to improve treatment outcome for patients with ovarian cancer in the PARP inhibitor era.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The mutational pattern of homologous recombination repair (HRR)-associated gene alterations in Chinese urothelial carcinoma (UC) necessitates comprehensive sequencing efforts, and the clinical implications of HRR gene mutations in UC remain to be elucidated. MATERIALS AND METHODS We delineated the mutational landscape of 343 Chinese UC patients from West China Hospital and 822 patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) using next-generation sequencing (NGS). Data from 182 metastatic UC patients from MSK-IMPACT cohort were used to assess the association between HRR mutations and immunotherapy efficacy. Comprehensive transcriptomic analysis was performed to explore the impact of HRR mutations on tumor immune microenvironment. RESULTS Among Chinese UC patients, 34% harbored HRR gene mutations, with BRCA2, ATM, BRCA1, CDK12, and RAD51C being the most prevalently mutated genes. Mutational signatures contributing to UC differed between patients with and without HRR mutations. Signature 22 for exposure to aristolochic acid was only observed in Chinese UC patients. The presence of HRR mutations was correlated with higher tumor mutational burden, neoantigen burden, and PD-L1 expression. Importantly, patients with HRR mutations exhibited significantly improved prognosis following immunotherapy compared to those without HRR mutations. CONCLUSIONS Our findings provide valuable insights into the genomic landscape of Chinese UC patients and underscore the molecular rationale for utilizing immunotherapy in UC patients with HRR mutations.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the landscape of gene alterations and immunohistochemistry (IHC) profiles of patients with ovarian cancer for targeted therapy and investigate the real-world experience of applying precision medicine. METHODS Patients diagnosed with ovarian cancer between January 2015 and May 2021 at Severance Hospital and who underwent tumor next-generation sequencing (NGS) were reviewed. Data on germline mutation, IHC markers for mismatch repair deficiency (MMRd), programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) expression were acquired. The use of matched therapy and its clinical outcomes were evaluated. RESULTS Of the 512 patients who underwent tumor NGS, 403 underwent panel-based germline testing. In patients who underwent both tests, tumor NGS identified 39 patients (9.7%) with BRCA mutations and 16 patients (4.0%) with other homologous recombination repair (HRR)-associated gene mutations, which were not found in germline testing. The most common single nucleotide variants were TP53 (82.2%), ARID1A (10.4%), PIK3CA (9.7%), and KRAS (8.4%). Copy number aberrations were found in 122 patients. MMRd was found in 3.2% of patients, high PD-L1 expression in 10.1%, and HER2 overexpression in 6.5%. Subsequently, 75 patients (14.6%) received a poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitor based on BRCA mutation and 11 patients (2.1%) based on other HRR-associated gene mutations. Six patients (1.2%) with MMRd underwent immunotherapy. Twenty-eight patients (5.5%) received other matched therapies targeting HER2, fibroblast growth factor receptor, folate receptor alpha, RAS, and PIK3CA. CONCLUSION A comprehensive review of germline mutation, IHC, and tumor NGS helped identify candidates for precision therapy in patients with ovarian cancer, a proportion of whom received matched therapy.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a multifactorial disease and one of the most common malignancies worldwide. Salidroside (Sal) is a plant with a wide range of pharmacological effects and plays an important role in the treatment of many diseases, and is considered a new hope for the treatment of tumors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the combination of Sal and paclitaxel (Pac) on colorectal cancer cells and its mechanism of action. METHODS The effects of different mass concentrations of Sal, Pac, and the combination intervened in the cells for 48 h were examined using the CCK8 method. The inhibition rate was obtained, and the optimal concentration of the respective drug group was screened. The proliferative capacity of the respective group was obtained. Subsequently, the results of apoptosis, cloning, migration, invasion, and angiogenesis were observed through cell morphological analysis (shape observation and Hoechst staining), colony formation assay, cell scratching assay, Transwell, angiogenesis assay, and protein immunoblotting (Western blotting) to detect the expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-associated proteins and PI3K pathway-associated proteins. RESULTS Different concentrations of Sal, Pac, and the combined application had significant effects in inhibiting cells in a concentration-dependent manner. Compared with the control group, the Sal group, the Pac group, and the combination group significantly inhibited the clonal number, migration, invasion, and tube-forming ability of colorectal cancer cells. Besides, the combined application had a better effect than the Sal and Pac groups. The apoptosis level was up-regulated in all drug groups, and the up-regulation was more significant in the combination group. The expression of E-cad protein was up-regulated, the expression of N-cad and Vim protein was down-regulated, and the expression of PI3K and AKT phosphorylation was down-regulated in the respective group, and the difference was more significant in the combination group compared with the group of individual drugs. CONCLUSION The combined application of Sal and Pac significantly can decrease the survival rate of colorectal cancer cells, and the mechanism may be correlated with the blocking of the PI3K/AKT pathway, thus inhibiting EMT.

Abstract
High-grade serous ovarian, fallopian tube or peritoneal carcinoma is an aggressive subtype of ovarian cancer that frequently develops resistance to chemotherapy. It remains contested whether the resistance is caused by the acquisition of novel molecular aberrations or alternatively through the selection of rare pre-existing tumor clones. To address this question, we applied single-cell RNA sequencing to depict the tumor landscape of 6 samples from a single case of advanced high-grade serous fallopian tube carcinoma during neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). We analyzed a total of 32,079 single cells, with 17,249 cells derived from the pre-NACT multisite tumor tissue samples and 14,830 cells derived from the post-NACT multisite tumor tissue samples. We identified the diverse properties of the tumor, immune and stromal cell types between the pre-NACT and post-NACT tumors. The malignant epithelial cells displayed a high degree of intratumor heterogeneity in response to NACT. We showed that the primary resistant clone (clone 63) epithelial genotype was already present in the pre-NACT tumors, and was adaptively enriched after NACT. This clone 63 was correlated with a poor clinical prognosis. Furthermore, single-cell analysis of CD4+ T cells demonstrated that IL2RAhi-CCL22+-Tregs were selectively enriched in post-NACT tumors. Interestingly, this Treg subtype could recruit and enrich themselves through secreting the CCL22-CCR1 combination in pre-NACT and post-NACT tumors, and further express CD274 to suppress other CD4 and CD8 T cells through a CD274-PDCD1 axis in the post-NACT tumors, and this predicted an immunosuppressive state after NACT. Overall, our results provide important evidence for the adaptive resistance theory of HGSC, and for the potential development of therapeutic strategies to treat HGSC and improve the survival of patients with HGSC.

Simple Summary Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) induced a dynamic change in the TIME that increased the level of immune infiltration, leading to a high number of CD8 T cells with enhanced immune activity. However, increased immune infiltration and immune activity did not present any survival benefit, probably due to concomitant immunosuppression associated with an increase in the proportion of Foxp3+ regulatory T cells. Our results could provide therapeutic strategies to improve the survival benefit from immunotherapies in an NAC setting. Abstract The dynamic changes in the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) triggered by neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) have not been clearly defined in advanced-stage ovarian cancer. We analyzed the immunologic changes induced by NAC to correlate them with clinical outcomes. We compared the changes in the immune infiltration of high-grade serous carcinoma biopsies before and after NAC via immunohistochemistry (147 paired samples) and whole transcriptome sequencing (35 paired samples). Immunohistochemistry showed significantly increased PD-L1 levels and TIL levels after NAC. Whole transcriptome sequencing revealed that the stromal score, immune score, and cytolytic activity score significantly increased after NAC. An increased tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) level in response to NAC was associated with shorter progression-free survival compared with decreased TIL level after NAC. In tumors with increased TIL levels after NAC, the relative fraction of CD8 T cells and regulatory T cells significantly increased with immunohistochemistry. Post-NAC tumors were enriched in gene sets associated with immune signaling pathways, such as regulatory T cell and JAK/STAT signaling pathways. NAC induced dynamic changes in the TIME that increased TIL levels, but their high abundance did not impart any survival benefit. Our data may provide therapeutic strategies to improve the survival benefit from immunotherapies in ovarian cancer.

Abstract
PURPOSE The role of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) and primary debulking surgery (PDS) in advanced epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) remains controversial. This study aimed to investigate the prognosis between NACT and PDS in advanced EOC. We also investigated the prognostic effect of the residual tumor (RT) after NACT and PDS. METHODS Patients with stage III-IV EOC diagnosed between 2010 and 2017 were included from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database. Chi-square test, multivariate logistic regression analysis, Kaplan-Meier curves, and Cox proportional hazards model were used for statistical analyses. RESULTS A total of 5522 women patients were identified, 2017 (36.5%) and 3505 (63.5%) patients received NACT and PDS, respectively. There were 2971 (53.8%), 1637 (29.6%), and 914 (16.6%) patients who had no residual tumor, RT ≤1 cm, and RT >1 cm, respectively. There were 25.5% of patients receiving NACT in 2010 and 48.4% in 2017 (p < 0.001). Women treated with NACT were not related to a higher chance of complete resection than the PDS group (p = 0.098). Patients receiving PDS had significantly better cancer-specific survival (CSS) than those receiving NACT (p < 0.001). The 5-year CSS was 35.3% and 51.1% in those receiving NACT and PDS, respectively. In patients receiving NACT, those who had no residual tumor had significantly better CSS compared to those who had RT ≤1 cm (p < 0.001), while comparable CSS was found between those who had RT ≤1 cm and RT >1 cm (p = 0.442). In those receiving PDS, the CSS was decreased with a RT increase (p < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS Our study suggests that PDS may be the optimal procedure for the majority of advanced EOC patients. Complete resection of all residual diseases should be the goal with the increased utilization of NACT.

Abstract
Objective We investigated the prognostic value of complete metabolic response (CMR) on 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (18F-FDG-PET/CT) after 3 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in advanced high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC). Methods PET/CT at baseline and after 3 cycles of NAC were performed; peak standardized uptakes were measured. PET parameters were compared with NAC parameter: cancer antigen-125 (CA-125) normalization before interval debulking surgery (IDS) and chemotherapy response score (CRS) to predict platinum-sensitivity. Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to determine correlations between PET parameters and survival. Prognostic factors were obtained by multivariate Cox regression analysis. Results Between 2007 and 2020, 102 patients were recruited: 19 (18.6%) were designated as CMR group and 83 (81.4%) as non-CMR group. CMR after 3 cycles of NAC showed the highest accuracy in predicting platinum-sensitivity (area under the curve [AUC]=0.729; 95% confidence interval [CI]=0.552–0.823; p=0.017), compared with CA-125 normalization before IDS (AUC=0.626; 95% CI=0.542–0.758; p=0.010) and CRS (AUC=0.613; 95% CI=0.490–0.735; p=0.080). CMR demonstrated better prognosis than non-CMR in progression-free survival (PFS) (median PFS, 23.9 months vs. 16.4 months; p=0.021) and overall survival (OS) (median OS, not reached vs. 69.7 months; p=0.025). In multivariate analysis, CMR was associated with a lower risk of recurrence (adjusted hazard ratio [aHR]=0.50; 95% CI=0.27–0.92; p=0.027) and death (aHR=0.23; 95% CI=0.05–0.99; p=0.048). Conclusion CMR after 3 cycles of NAC can be a prognostic factor for both recurrence and death in advanced HGSC. • CMR after NAC can be used to determine the extent of surgery. • CMR after NAC provides higher accuracy for predicting platinum-sensitivity, compared with cancer antigen-125 normalization before IDS. • CMR after NAC can be useful for stratifying prognosis in advanced HGSC.

Abstract
Objective Management of heavily pre-treated platinum-resistant ovarian cancer remains a therapeutic challenge. Outcomes are poor with non-platinum, single-agent chemotherapy (CT); however, molecularly targeted anticancer therapies provide new options. Methods This open-label, investigator-initiated, phase 2 umbrella trial (NCT03699449) enrolled patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (at least 2 prior lines of CT and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group 0/1) to receive combination therapy based on homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) and programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) status determined by archival tumour sample assessment. HRD-positive patients were randomised to either olaparib 200mg bid tablet + cediranib 30mg qd (arm 1) or olaparib 300mg bid tablet + durvalumab 1,500mg q4w (arm 2). HRD-negative patients were allocated to either durvalumab 1,500 mg q4w + pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) or topotecan or weekly paclitaxel (6 cycles; arm 3, those with PD-L1 expression) or durvalumab 1,500 mg q4w + tremelimumab 75mg q4w (4 doses) + PLD or topotecan or weekly paclitaxel (4 cycles; arm 4, those without PD-L1 expression). Arm 5 (durvalumab 1,500 mg q4w + tremelimumab 300mg [1 dose] + weekly paclitaxel [60 mg/m2 D1,8,15 q4w for 4 cycles] was initiated after arm 4 completed. The primary endpoint was objective response rate (ORR; Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumours 1.1). Results Between Dec 2018 and Oct 2020, 70 patients (median 57 years; median 3 prior treatment lines [range 2–10]) were treated (n=16, 14, 5, 18, and 17, respectively). Overall ORR was 37.1% (26/70, 95% confidence interval=25.9, 49.5); 2 achieved complete response. ORR was 50%, 42.9%, 20%, 33.3%, and 29.4%, respectively. Grade 3/4 treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs) were reported in 37.5%, 35.7%, 20%, 66.7%, and 35.3% of patients, respectively. No TRAEs leading to treatment discontinuation and no grade 5 TRAEs were observed. Conclusion This study, the first biomarker-driven umbrella trial in platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer, suggests clinical utility with biomarker-driven targeted therapy. All treatment combinations were manageable, and without unexpected toxicities. Trial Registration ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT03699449 The results of this study support further investigation of durvalumab, tremelimumab, and chemotherapy in a phase 3 trial (Data S1). Furthermore, we support the investigation of the combination therapy of olaparib with an anti-angiogenic agent or immune checkpoint inhibitor.

Abstract
Epithelial ovarian cancers (EOCs) are fatal and obstinate among gynecological malignancies in advanced stage or relapsed status, with serous carcinomas accounting for the vast majority. Unlike EOCs, borderline ovarian tumors (BOTs), including serous BOTs, maintain a semimalignant appearance. Using gene ontology (GO)-based integrative analysis, we analyzed gene set databases of serous BOTs and serous ovarian carcinomas for dysregulated GO terms and pathways and identified multiple differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in various aspects. The SRC (SRC proto-oncogene, non-receptor tyrosine kinase) gene and dysfunctional aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) binding pathway consistently influenced progression-free survival and overall survival, and immunohistochemical staining revealed elevated expression of related biomarkers (SRC, ARNT, and TBP) in serous BOT and ovarian carcinoma samples. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is important during tumorigenesis, and we confirmed the SNAI2 (Snail family transcriptional repressor 2, SLUG) gene showing significantly high performance by immunohistochemistry. During serous ovarian tumor formation, activated AHR in the cytoplasm could cooperate with SRC, enter cell nuclei, bind to AHR nuclear translocator (ARNT) together with TATA-Box Binding Protein (TBP), and act on DNA to initiate AHR-responsive genes to cause tumor or cancer initiation. Additionally, SNAI2 in the tumor microenvironment can facilitate EMT accompanied by tumorigenesis. Although it has not been possible to classify serous BOTs and serous ovarian carcinomas as the same EOC subtype, the key determinants of relevant DEGs (SRC, ARNT, TBP, and SNAI2) found here had a crucial role in the pathogenetic mechanism of both tumor types, implying gradual evolutionary tendencies from serous BOTs to ovarian carcinomas. In the future, targeted therapy could focus on these revealed targets together with precise detection to improve therapeutic effects and patient survival rates.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE High-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) is the most lethal gynaecological malignancy in women with a high level of mortality, metastatic disease, disease recurrence and multi-drug resistance. Many previous studies have focused on characterising genome instability in recurrent resistant HGSOC and while this has advanced our understanding of HGSOC, our fundamental knowledge of the mechanisms driving genome instability remains limited. Chromosome instability (CIN; an increased rate of chromosome gains and losses) is a form of genome instability that is commonly associated with recurrence and multi-drug resistance in many cancer types but has just begun to be characterised in HGSOC. METHOD To examine the relationship between CIN and HGSOC, we employed single-cell quantitative imaging microscopy approaches capable of capturing the cell-to-cell heterogeneity associated with CIN, to assess the prevalence and dynamics of CIN within individual and patient-matched HGSOC ascites and solid tumour samples. RESULTS CIN occurs in 90.9% of ascites samples and 100% of solid tumours, while in-depth analyses identified statistically significant temporal dynamics within the serial ascites samples. In general, aneuploidy and CIN increase with disease progression and frequently decrease following chemotherapy treatments in responsive disease. Finally, our work identified higher levels of CIN in solid tumours relative to ascites samples isolated from the same individual, which identifies a novel difference existing between solid tumours and ascites samples. CONCLUSIONS Our findings provide novel insight into the relationship between CIN and HGSOC, and uncover a previously unknown relationship existing between CIN in solid tumours and metastatic disease (ascites).

Abstract
Objective: Despite several nationwide cohort studies of germline BRCA1/2 mutations and several small cohort studies of somatic BRCA1/2 mutations in Chinese epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) patients, little is known about the impact of these findings on survival outcomes in this population. In this study of 172 retrospectively recruited Chinese EOC patients, germline and somatic BRCA1/2 mutations and their value for predicting survival outcomes were evaluated. Methods: Unselected patients who visited the study center from January 1, 2011, to January 1, 2015, were recruited and asked to provide peripheral blood samples for this study if they were pathologically confirmed to have primary EOC. All patients received staging surgeries or debulking surgeries involving systemic platinum-based chemotherapy, and the patients were then followed up to December 1, 2017. DNA was extracted from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) sections and peripheral blood and sequenced for somatic and germline testing, respectively. The demographic and clinicopathological characteristics of the patients were collected to analyze the distribution of BRCA mutations in subgroups. Survival outcomes were compared among various BRCA mutation statuses using univariate and multivariate models. Results: In 58 (33.7%) patients, 63 variants were identified, including variants of unknown significance (VUS) in 18 patients (10.5%) and pathogenic or likely pathogenic variants in a partially overlapping set of 41 patients (23.8%). Germline BRCA mutations, somatic BRCA mutations, BRCA1 mutations in general, and BRCA2 mutations in general were found in 35 (20.3%), 7 (4.1%), 28 (16.3%), and 13 (7.6%) patients, respectively. Five recurrent mutations were identified. Personal and family cancer histories as well as hereditary breast and ovarian cancer (HBOC) criteria were associated with deleterious BRCA mutations both overall and in the germline specifically, whereas only age at diagnosis of EOC was associated with somatic BRCA mutations. In univariate and Cox regression analyses, patients with BRCA1/2 mutations in general had significant improvements in progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). Conclusions: In Chinese EOC patients, the distributions and risk factors associated with germline and somatic BRCA1/2 mutations were similar to those previously reported in international studies. Deleterious BRCA mutations in general were associated with improved survival outcomes in this cohort.

Abstract
Background To analyze the effects of BRCA1/2 mutations on chemotherapy response scores (CRS) and survival in a cohort of patients with advanced-stage ovarian cancer who were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) followed by interval debulking surgery (IDS). Methods We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 169 high-grade serous ovarian cancer patients who underwent a germline BRCA1/2 test and received three cycles of NAC at the Yonsei Cancer Center from 2006 to 2018. Chemotherapy response scores were compared in patients with and without BRCA1/2 mutations. The effects of BRCA1/2 mutations and CRS on survival were evaluated. Results BRCA1/2 mutations were detected in 47 (28.1%) of the 169 patients. Overall, 16 (34.0%) patients with BRCA1/2 mutations had a CRS 3 to chemotherapy compared to scores of 43 in patients (35.2%) without a mutation. Response scores of 3 in patients with BRCA1/2 mutations were not significantly associated with either improved progression-free survival (PFS) (P = 0.949) or overall survival (OS) (P = 0.168). However, CRS 3 in patients without BRCA mutations was significantly associated with both improved PFS (P = 0.030) and OS (P = 0.039). In patients with CRS1/2, carriers of BRCA1/2 mutations had better PFS (P = 0.0344) and OS (P = 0.043) than wild-type BRCA genotype patients. Conclusion In ovarian cancer patients treated with NAC, CRS did not predict survival for BRCA 1/2 mutation carriers but did for BRCA wild-type patients.
