Abstract
DNA origami is a powerful tool to fold 3-dimensional DNA structures with nanometer precision. Its usage, however, is limited as high ionic strength, temperatures below ∼60 °C, and pH values between 5 and 10 are required to ensure the structural integrity of DNA origami nanostructures. Here, we demonstrate a simple and effective method to stabilize DNA origami nanostructures against harsh buffer conditions using [PdCl4]2-. It provided the stabilization of different DNA origami nanostructures against mechanical compression, temperatures up to 100 °C, double-distilled water, and pH values between 4 and 12. Additionally, DNA origami superstructures and bound cargos are stabilized with yields of up to 98%. To demonstrate the general applicability of our approach, we employed our protocol with a Pd metallization procedure at elevated temperatures. In the future, we think that our method opens up new possibilities for applications of DNA origami nanostructures beyond their usual reaction conditions.

Abstract
Creating customizable metallic nanostructures in a simple and controllable manner has been a long-standing goal in nanoscience. In this study, we use DNA origami as a letterpress printing plate and gold nanoparticles as ink to produce predesigned gold nanostructures. The letterpress plate is reusable, enabling the repetitive production of predesigned gold nanostructures. Furthermore, by modifying the DNA origami letterpress plate on magnetic beads, we can simplify the printing processes. We have successfully printed gold nanoparticle dimers, trimers, straight and quadrilateral tetramers, and other nanostructures. Our approach improves the flexibility and stability of metallic nanostructures, simplifying both their design and their operation. It promises universal applicability in the fabrication of metamaterials, biosensors, and surface plasma nanooptics.

Abstract
We developed petal-like plasmonic nanoparticle (PLNP) clusters-based colloidal SERS method for enrofloxacin (EnFX) detection. PLNPs were synthesized by the regulation of single-stranded DNA composed of homo-cytosine deoxynucleotides (hC) catalyzed by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase. SERS hot spots were created via the agglomeration process of PLNPs by adding an inorganic salt potassium iodide solution, in which EnFX molecules were attached to the negatively charged PLNPs surface by electrostatic interactions. This approach enabled direct in situ detection of antibiotic residues, achieving a limit of detection (LOD) of 1.15 μg/kg for EnFX. The spiked recoveries of the SERS method were approximately 92.7% to 107.2% and the RSDs ranged from 1.05% to 7.8%, indicating that the method can be applied to actual sample detection. This colloidal SERS measurement platform would be very promising in various applications, especially in real-time and on-site food safety screening owing to its rapidness, simplicity, and sensitivity.
