Enhancing the Alternative Cellular Energy (ACE) Pathway with KELEA Activated Water as Therapy for Infectious Diseases

Many infectious diseases have yet to be conquered by modern medicine. This is generally attributed to both a failure of the immune system and the lack of an effective anti-microbial pharmaceutical. Infections can be regarded as a competitive process between the microbe and the host for cellular energy-generated resources. Cells obtain energy not only from the metabolism of food but also from the alternative cellular energy (ACE) pathway. This pathway utilizes an environmental force termed as KELEA (kinetic energy limiting electrostatic attraction), which provides an added kinetic/chemical energy to the body's fluids. The ACE pathway can be enhanced through the use of KELEA activated water, which is currently available under different names from several sources. Enhancing the body's ACE pathway, including the use of a wearable waterceutical ™, provides a novel means of potentially increasing the body's resistance against all infectious diseases.

Comprehensive detection of viruses in pediatric patients with acute liver failure using next-generation sequencing

BACKGROUND

Pediatric acute liver failure (PALF) is a rare and severe syndrome that frequently requires liver transplantation. Viruses are one of the most frequent causes of this disease, however, pathogenic viruses are not determined in many patients. Recently next-generation sequencing (NGS) has been applied to comprehensively detect pathogens of infectious diseases of unknown etiology.

OBJECTIVES

To evaluate an NGS-based approach for detecting pathogenic viruses in patients with PALF or acute hepatitis of unknown etiology.

STUDY DESIGN

To detect virus-derived DNA and RNA sequences existing in sera/plasma from patients, both DNA and RNA sequencing were performed. First, we validated the ability of NGS to detect viral pathogens in clinical serum/plasma samples, and compared different commercial RNA library preparation methods Then, serum/plasma of fourteen patients with PALF or acute hepatitis of unknown etiology were evaluated using NGS.

RESULTS

Among three RNA library preparation methods, Ovation RNA-Seq System V2 had the highest sensitivity to detect RNA viral sequences. Among fourteen patients, sequence reads of torque teno virus, adeno-associated virus, and stealth virus were found in the sera of one patient each, however, the pathophysiological role of these three viruses was not clarified. Significant virus reads were not detected in the remaining 11 patients.

CONCLUSIONS

This finding might be due to low virus titer in blood at the time of referral or a non-infectious cause might be more frequent. These results suggest an NGS-based approach has potential to detect viral pathogens in clinical samples and would contribute to clarification of the etiology of PALF.

Alternative cellular energy pigments from bacteria of stealth virus infected individuals

Bacteria isolated from patients infected with stealth-adapted viruses can produce complex solid and thread-like structures similar to the alternative cellular energy pigments (ACE pigments) seen in cultures of stealth-adapted virus infected patients. Bacteria replication of stealth-adapted viruses can explain why certain patients diagnosed as having delusional parasitosis insist that the particles that they believe are parasitic, increase in number even when outside of the body. Bacterial production of ACE pigments may also be contributing to the ACE pigments that can be isolated from the hair, sweat, and urine of such patients. The term viteria has been applied to stealth-adapted viruses that have acquired bacterial sequences. Viteria infected bacteria clearly pose an important public health problem and may lead to a wider dissemination of stealth-adapted viruses.

Etheric biology

Several observations made during the course of studies on stealth-adapted viruses are explainable by a pervasive, energy-rich, ether environment. Activation of an alternative cellular energy (ACE) pathway provides stealth virus damaged cells with a repair mechanism that is independent of the cellular immune response. ACE activation can also assist in the systemic healing of infections caused by conventional viruses such as Herpes simplex virus, Herpes zoster virus and human papillomavirus. ACE pigments convert conventional forms of physical energies into a biological cell healing energy, the nature of which is still uncertain. More recent studies suggest that ACE pigments may also capture etheric energy. In addition to cellular repair, ACE pigment activation can lead to the biogenesis of lipid-like chemical structures. ACE pigment and virus culture healing activities were also seen with several natural products, including a homeopathic formulation. A colloidal silver solution appeared to facilitate the transmission of ACE and to enhance its biosynthetic activity. These results open a window into a greater understanding of a fundamental force of nature of potential therapeutic importance.

Symptomatic relief of herpetic skin lesions utilizing an energy-based approach to healing

Herpes simplex virus induced oral and genital ulcerating lesions will fluoresce brightly yellow and yellow-orange, respectively, if treated with a chlorinated solution of neutral red and exposed to ultraviolet-A light. An orange to red fluorescence is seen with similarly treated and illuminated Herpes zoster virus induced shingles; while treated human papillomavirus induced genital warts display more of a purplish fluorescence. Pain and discomfort commonly disappear soon after the treatment and all lesions undergo expedited healing that is readily observable within 24 h. The mechanism of healing is thought to involve an interaction between neutral red and alternative cellular energy pigments (ACE pigments) present within the viral lesions that enhances responsiveness to ultraviolet light energy. The healing effects are not restricted to the treated lesions and may involve transmission of a biological energy throughout the body. Beyond its obvious clinical and diagnostic utility, this model system may help usher in a new era of energy-based medicine.

Alternative cellular energy pigments mistaken for parasitic skin infestations

Dermatologists and psychiatrists occasionally encounter patients who believe they are infested with skin parasites. They may report seeing threads, fibers and more solid appearing particles attached to their skin and hair, or appearing on clean bed sheets after sleeping. Some of the particles move spontaneously suggesting a life form. Similar structures develop in long-term cultures of stealth-adapted viruses. They are termed alternative cellular energy pigments (ACE pigments) since they appear to provide a non-mitochondria source of cellular energy that can assist in cellular repair from the virus cytopathic effect (CPE). Particles obtained from the skin of stealth virus culture-positive patients can also display auto-fluorescence and electrostatic properties. Some of the particles are magnetic and can generate gas in an aqueous solution. They also lead to the production of lipid-like crystals similar to those produced in long-term cultures of stealth-adapted viruses. It is proposed that skin-derived particles that form in some of the patients assumed to be experiencing a delusional parasitosis are, in reality, a reflection of the body's production of ACE pigments.

Differential function and expression of the viral inhibitor of caspase 8-induced apoptosis (vICA) and the viral mitochondria-localized inhibitor of apoptosis (vMIA) cell death suppressors conserved in primate and rodent cytomegaloviruses

Human cytomegalovirus (CMV) genes UL36 and UL37 encode viral inhibitor of caspase-8-induced apoptosis (vICA) and viral mitochondria inhibitor of apoptosis (vMIA), respectively. Rhesus macaque CMV homologues, denoted Rh-vICA and Rh-vMIA, were identified and found to suppress apoptosis. One of these functions was conserved in MCMV, encoded by the M36 gene and denoted M-vICA. Conserved regions were compared to domains important to vICA- and vMIA-mediated cell death suppression. The conserved sequences of primate CMV vMIA homologues overlapped with the two known functional domains, providing further evidence supporting a crucial role of vMIA in cell death suppression. RNA blot analyses revealed that expression of murine and rhesus macaque CMV UL36 and UL37 homologues started early and continued through late times of infection. Murine CMV homologues were expressed with alpha (immediate early) kinetics, like human CMV UL36 and UL37, whereas rhesus macaque CMV homologues exhibited beta (delayed early) kinetics. Despite differences in organization and transcriptional regulation, this region appears to carry out a conserved role in cell death suppression. When viewed in light of sequence conservation, a functional vMIA homologue appears to be encoded by every primate CMV, whereas a functional vICA homologue appears to be encoded by all cytomegaloviruses for which sequence data are available.

Complex intracellular inclusions in the brain of a child with a stealth virus encephalopathy

Unusual pigmented intracellular inclusions are commonly seen in cultures obtained from patients infected with stealth viruses. Some of these structures may potentially provide a source of chemical energy for the infected cells to help compensate for the apparent damage to the cells' mitochondria. They have accordingly been termed alternative cellular energy pigments (ACE pigments). In keeping with this suggestion, the present paper illustrates the diversity of extraneous materials present in vacuolated, mitochondria-damaged cells seen in the brain biopsy of a child with a stealth-virus-associated encephalopathy. Many of the intracellular inclusions show highly ordered structuring, while others have a more amorphous appearance. These structures may provide a target for energy-based therapeutic intervention in stealth-virus-infected patients.

Stealth virus culture pigments: a potential source of cellular energy

The cytopathic effect (CPE) induced in human MRC-5 fibroblasts by blood mononuclear cells of patients infected with stealth-adapted viruses is characterized by the formation of clusters of foamy vacuolated cells that commonly become heavily pigmented. The pigmented material coalesces into discrete structures of varying shapes and sizes, including solid particles, flat ribbons, and long, thin threads. Pigmented material can also be observed in long-term culture supernatants, sometimes accompanied by solid and needle-shaped lipid-like crystals. Accumulation of the pigmented material correlates with lessening of the CPE and outgrowth of normal appearing cells from cell clusters. The CPE can be rapidly reactivated by replacing the culture supernatant with fresh culture medium. Conversely, reactivation can be partially prevented by the addition of particulate pigmented material to fresh culture medium. The pigmented material displays striking luminescence and autofluorescence. Occasional particles are ferromagnetic. Varying percentages of different minerals are identifiable in the particles using energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis. Metabolic studies indicate the particles can have reducing (electron donating) capacity and can liberate gas. These findings, along with the extended survival of viable cells in unfed virus-infected cultures, suggest that the pigments are a potential source of cellular energy. The presence of light and magnetic-sensitive alternative cellular energy (ACE) pigments has opened new approaches for the potential therapy of stealth virus-infected patients.

Chemokine receptor-related genetic sequences in an african green monkey simian cytomegalovirus-derived stealth virus

The US28 gene of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) codes a cell surface receptor for both beta chemokine and fractalkine molecules. This receptor facilitates HCMV-induced cell fusion and virus dissemination and influences susceptibility to infection with other viruses, including the human immunodeficiency virus. Five adjacent but divergent open reading frames that potentially code for molecules related to the US28 protein of HCMV are present in an African green monkey simian cytomegalovirus-derived stealth virus. This finding implies a role for chemokines in the pathogenicity of at least some stealth-adapted viruses. It may also help explain the apparent therapeutic benefit achieved in certain stealth virus-infected patients treated with agents that downregulate chemokine production.
