Abstract
Primary intracardiac teratoma is a rare cardiac tumor with few cases reports in neonates and children. The authors present a case of an 8-year-old boy diagnosed with a cystic mass within the heart. The mass lesion was originating from the interventricular septum and was obliterating the ventricular chambers. Clinically, the mass was suspected to be a hydatid cyst. Surgical excision of the cyst was done that was confirmed histopathologically as mature teratoma. Although rare, it should be considered in the differential diagnosis of cystic lesions of heart when evaluating mass lesions in the pediatric age group.

Abstract
Fetal teratomas are the most common tumors diagnosed prenatally. The majority of these tumors are benign and cured by complete resection of the mass during the neonatal period. Prenatal diagnosis has improved the perinatal management of these lesions and especially for the teratomas that might benefit from fetal intervention. A comprehensive prenatal evaluation including conventional ultrasounds, Doppler, echocardiography and fetal MRI, is essential for an effective counseling and perinatal management. Antenatal counseling helps the parents to better understand the natural history, fetal intervention, and perinatal management of these tumors, which differ dramatically depending on their size and location. Fetal surgical debulking improves survival in cases of sacrococcygeal teratoma with cardiac decompensation. Additionally, the use of an EXIT procedure reduces the morbidity and mortality if a complicated delivery in cases of cervical and mediastinal teratomas. Here, we offer an overview of all fetal teratomas and their recommended management, with emphasis on in utero treatment options.

Abstract
This article reviews the nomenclature of benign and malignant neoplasm of the heart and pericardium in the 4th edition of the World Health Organization's Classification, with emphasis on differences since the 3rd edition of 2004. The tumours are divided into benign, malignant, and intermediate tumors of uncertain behavior, with separate sections on germ cell tumours and tumors of the pericardium. There are important updates in the sarcoma classification, with emphasis on the most common site, the left atrium. The importance of the new genetic finding in cardiac myxomas, namely somatic mutations in the PRKAR1A gene underscores the importance of this alteration in the pathogenesis of these tumors. Challenges on the classification of each entity are discussed.
