Abstract
This study aims to provide a comprehensive summary of the status and trends of Two-Dimensional Nano Black Phosphorus (2D nano BP) in cancer research from 2015 to 2023, offering insights for future studies. To achieve this, articles from the Web of Science database published between 2015 and 2023 were analyzed using R and VOSviewer software. The analysis included 446 articles, revealing a consistent increase in publication rates, especially between 2017 and 2019. China emerged as a leader in both publication volume and international collaborations. Prominent journals in this field included ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces and Advanced Materials, while key researchers were identified as Zhang Han, Tao Wei, and Yu Xuefeng. The analysis highlighted common keywords such as drug delivery, photothermal therapy, photodynamic therapy, and immunotherapy, indicating the major research focuses. The findings suggest that 2D nano BP holds significant promise in cancer treatment research, with a growing global interest. This study thus serves as a valuable reference for future investigations, providing a detailed analysis of the current state and emerging trends in this promising field.

Abstract
With the gradual development of immunotherapy for thyroid cancer, relevant research has increased. To better understand the current situation, development trend, evolution process, and research hotspots of this field, we conducted this comprehensive bibliometrics visual analysis. We retrieved papers published from 1980 to 2022 from Web of Science Core Collection on January 31, 2023. CiteSpace, Pajek, VOSviewer, R-Bibliometrix, and Scimago Graphics are the tools to perform the analysis. Analysis methods mainly include co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis. Analysis objects are countries or regions, institutions, authors, journals, and keywords, etc. In terms of publication number, the recent decade has witnessed rapid growth. USA was the most prolific country and has the most influence in the cooperation team. Sweden took the lead in focus on this research field and lasted for 21 years. Garden State Cancer Center was released most papers (28). INSERM played a major role in institutional cooperation. Goldenberg DM published the most papers (48), with H-Index 25 and G-Index 43. Journal of Nuclear Medicine has the greatest papers published (41). The average impactor factor of the top 10 journals is 7.2058. The top keywords with high burst strength are: radioimmunotherapy (14.85), monoclonal antibody (13.78), non hodgkins lymphoma (12.54). The research field of immunotherapy for thyroid cancer will be further developed. This study provides a valuable reference for future research in the field.

Abstract
Fluorescence probes with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) property are fascinating and vital in biological fields due to their bright fluorescence in the solid state. In contrast, traditional AIE materials are obscured by the off-target effects and lack of spatial and temporal control. Photoactivatable materials with AIE characteristics, whose physicochemical behaviors can be remotely activated by light, provide great potential in biochemical information acquisition with high spatial and temporal resolution. By using AIE-featured photoactivatable fluorescence probes, accurate analysis of the targets of interest is possible. For example, where, when, and to what extent a process is started or stopped by manipulating the non-invasive light accurately. Thus, many researchers are enthusiastic about developing AIE-featured photoactivatable materials and mainly focus on developing novel molecules by rational molecular structure design, and exploring advanced applications by appropriate molecular functionalization. In this review, the recent achievements of photoactivatable materials with AIE characteristics from the aspects involving inherent mechanism of photoactivity, molecular design strategy, and the corresponding applications in biological fields, are summarized. The biological applications are highlighted and discussed, including photoactivatable bioimaging, diagnosis, and photo-controlled therapy. Finally, the challenges and prospects of the AIE-featured photoactivatable materials are also outlined and discussed.

Abstract
Although immunotherapy has merged as an ideal cancer therapeutic strategy for preventing tumor growth and recurrence, effective approaches to treat immunologically cold tumors are still lacking. Herein, we reported a practical and extendable nanoplatform (HA/ZIF-8@ICG@IMQ) that facilely integrated various therapeutics and functions for boosting host antitumor immunity to treat immunologically cold tumors. The tumor-targeted and microenvironment-responsive HA/ZIF-8@ICG@IMQ facilitated the tumor-specific accumulation and release of photothermal agents and immune adjuvants. With near-infrared irradiation, the designed nanoparticles effectively enhanced the infiltration of cytotoxic T lymphocytes and helper T cells and effectively blocked the growth of primary and distant tumors. Moreover, the smart therapeutic could effectively prevent tumor rechallenge and recurrence with a long-term host immunological memory response. This method shows an effective immunologically cold tumor treatment using extendable nanotherapeutics and may have reference significance for clinical cancer therapy.

Abstract
Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of sublingual immunotherapy with Dermatophagoides Farinae on the expression of specific IgG4(sIgG4) in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR) in Hainan area. Method:Seventy-two patients with dust-mite allergic rhinitis, all three generations of whom were local islanders in Hainan, were randomly divided into control group(36 cases) and SLIT group(36 cases). sIgG4 and sIgE expression levels were detected before treatment, 6 months after treatment, 12 months after treatment, and 18 months after treatment. The patient's symptom score, medication score, VAS score and adverse reactions was also assessed. Finally, through statistical analysis of the relevant data collected at 4 time points in the two groups of patients, the efficacy, safety and changes of sIgG4 antibody expression level in patients with allergic rhinitis receiving sublingual specific immunotherapy in Hainan were observed. Result:Symptoms scores, medication scores and VAS scores were significantly improved in the SLIT group after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05), and serum sIgG4 increased significantly(P<0.01), serum sIgE showed no significant change(P>0.05). In the control group, symptom scores, medication scores and VAS scores were also significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05), while serum sIgG4 and sIgE showed no significant change(P>0.05). When comparing the two groups, Symptoms scores, medication scores and VAS scores of the SLIT group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 12 months and 18 months after treatment(P<0.05). sIgG4 expression levels in the SLIT group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 6, 12 and 18 months of treatment(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in sIgE expression level between the two groups(P>0.05). No severe systemic adverse reactions occurred in the two groups, and 3 patients showed mild adverse reactions in the SLIT group. Conclusion:Sublingual immunotherapy of Dermatophagoides Farinae was effective and could increase the expression of sIgG4 in patients with Dermatophagoides farinae AR, sIgG4 is expected to be an immunological marker for the objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Hapten.

Abstract
Introduction: Specific immunotherapy is the only treatment acting on causes and not only on symptoms of respiratory allergy. It was first introduced as subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) with the aim to induce immunological tolerance to the administered allergen(s). In the 1980s, sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) was developed, mainly to improve the safety, which was a critical issue at that time.Areas covered: This article reviews the available literature, including a large number of randomized controlled trials, meta-analyses, and real-life studies as well, on the outcomes of SCIT and SLIT concerning the treatment critical issues of the two routes, that are efficacy, safety, cost-effectiveness, and compliance to treatment.Expert opinion: SCIT and SLIT are similarly effective in treating patients with respiratory allergy, providing, based on the induction of typical changes in the immunologic response, an early control of symptoms that steadily increases during the treatment and, once reached the recommended duration of 3 years, continues to work after stopping. This outcome is the major factor influencing the economic advantage of SCIT and SLIT over drug treatment.

Abstract
A convenient and feasible therapeutic strategy for malignant and metastatic tumors was constructed here by combining photothermal ablation (PTA)-based laser immunotherapy with perdurable PD-1 blockade immunotherapy. Hollow gold nanoshells (HAuNS, a photothermal agent) and AUNP12 (an anti PD-1 peptide, APP) were co-encapsulated into poly(lactic- co-glycolic) acid (PLGA) nanoparticles. Unlike monoclonal PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies, PD-1 peptide inhibitor shows lower cost and immunotoxicity but needs frequent administration due to its rapid clearance in vivo. Our data here showed that the formed HAuNS- and APP-loaded PLGA nanoparticles (AA@PN) could maintain release periods of up to 40 days for the peptide, and a single intratumoral injection of AA@PN could replace the frequent administration of free APP. After the administration of AA@PN and irradiation with a near-infrared laser at the tumor site, an excellent killing effect on the primary tumor cells was achieved by the PTA. The nanoparticles also played a vaccine-like role under the adjuvant of cytosine-phospho-guanine (CpG) oligodeoxynucleotide and generated a localized antitumor-immune response. Furthermore, sustained APP release with laser-dependent transient triggering could induce the blockage of PD-1/PD-L1 pathway to activate T cells, thus subsequently generating a systemic immune response. Our data demonstrated that the PTA combined with perdurable PD-1 blocking could efficiently eradicate the primary tumors and inhibit the growth of metastatic tumors as well as their formation. The present study provides a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of advanced cancer with metastasis and presents a valuable reference for obtaining better outcomes in clinical cancer immunotherapy.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Aeroallergen immunotherapy (AIT) should be considered for patients who exhibit symptoms of allergic rhinitis (AR), rhinoconjunctivitis, and/or asthma after natural exposure to allergens and who also demonstrate specific immunoglobulin E antibodies against relevant allergens. METHODS In this paper, clinical efficacy of immunotherapy in allergic rhinitis is reviewed. RESULT Subcutaneous allergen immunotherapy (SCIT) is effective for seasonal and perennial AR. Sustained effectiveness requires several years of treatment. SCIT may prevent the development of allergic asthma in children with AR. Sublingual allergen immunotherapy (SLIT) is currently considered an alternative treatment to the subcutaneous route. The use of SLIT has been included in international guidelines for the treatment of AR with or without conjunctivitis. CONCLUSION Patients treated with SCIT are at risk of both local and systemic adverse reactions; however, in most cases, symptoms are readily reversible if they are recognized early and treated promptly. The safety profile of SLIT is good; therefore, SLIT can be self-administered by patients in their homes. In this article, we reviewed the efficacy and safety of allergen immunotherapy.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Allergen-specific immunotherapy (AIT) is indicated for patients with allergic asthma and/or allergic rhinitis, and can be implemented by either subcutaneous injection (SCIT) or sublingual administration (SLIT). AIT reduces asthma symptoms, lowers the use of pharmacologic controller therapy, and decreases the need for rescue medications. SLIT appears to be safer than SCIT, but SCIT seems to be more efficacious and acts earlier in allergic asthmatic children. AREAS COVERED This review looks at the pathobiology of allergic asthma as well as the role of regulatory T and B cells in allergen tolerance. It also reviews the immunological mechanisms underlying the clinical effects induced by AIT in allergic asthmatic children. EXPERT OPINION AIT is very effective in allergic asthmatic children, who can significantly benefit from this particular type of immunotherapy in order to achieve a better control of their disease. AIT is also capable of modifying the natural history of allergic asthma. Furthermore, AIT can potentially represent a valuable therapeutic tool within the context of precision medicine, as recombinant allergen technology might allow the creation of targeted extracts able to be effective against specific proteins to which individual asthmatic children are allergic, thus helping to implement a personalized approach to treatment.

Abstract
This review presents up-to-date understanding of immunotherapy in the treatment of children with allergic asthma. The principal types of allergen immunotherapy (AIT) are subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) and sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT). Both of them are indicated for patients with allergic rhinitis and/or asthma, who have evidence of clinically relevant allergen-specific IgE, and significant symptoms despite reasonable avoidance measures and/or maximal medical therapy. Studies have shown a significant decrease in asthma symptom scores and in the use of rescue medication, and a preventive effect on asthma onset. Although the safety profile of SLIT appears to be better than SCIT, the results of some studies and meta-analyses suggest that the efficacy of SCIT is better and that SCIT has an earlier onset than SLIT in children with allergic asthma. Severe, not controlled asthma, and medical error were the most frequent causes of SCIT-induced adverse events.
