Abstract
Malignant glomus tumor (MGT) is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm. It is rarely located in the breast. We present a case of a 57-year-old female patient presenting with complaints of a progressively growing mass found in her left breast. Though multiple imaging examinations have been performed, especially multimodal ultrasound examinations, an accurate diagnosis still cannot be determined. Finally, the lesion was confirmed to be a MGT of the breast by postoperative pathological diagnosis. In conclusion, MGT originating from breast is extremely rare. No such case has ever been described before. This study demonstrates the imaging characteristics of a patient with MGT of the breast in order to provide more extensive insights to consider the differential diagnosis of breast lesions.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Glomus tumor is an uncommon soft tissue tumor. However, as the tumor causes significant disability, its early diagnosis is essential. It involves subungual areas of fingers and toes in most cases, and its extra-digital involvement is rarely seen. To the best of the authors' knowledge, only a few chest wall involvement cases have been reported in the literature. CASE PRESENTATION In this paper, we describe a 63-year-old patient with a chest wall glomus tumor presenting with axillary paroxysmal pain and limitation in his shoulder range of motion that had been missed for nearly 15 years. His symptoms were relieved immediately following surgical excision. CONCLUSION Glomus tumors may involve any part of the human body. It is curable with surgical excision in most cases. Therefore, a correct early diagnosis has paramount importance. A high index of suspicion is needed for early diagnosis, especially when the tumor involves uncommon anatomic areas.

Abstract
Breast malignancy is the second most common cause of cancer death in women. However, less common breast masses can mimic carcinoma and can pose diagnostic challenges. This case-based review describes a spectrum of rare breast neoplastic and non-neoplastic masses ranging from malignant to benign entities. Malignant masses in this review include adenoid cystic carcinoma, spindle cell lipoma, granular cell tumor, angiosarcoma, glomus tumor, adenosquamous carcinoma, and myofibroblastoma. Benign masses include sarcoidosis, diabetic mastopathy, and cat scratch disease. Demographics and, when relevant, clinical presentation are summarized. Breast imaging appearance on mammography and ultrasound are highlighted along with radiology-pathology correlation with the appearance and characteristics of the histopathological specimen of these rare masses.

Abstract
BACKGROUND: Glomus tumors are rare neoplasms accounting for less than 2% of all soft tissue tumors but multiple lesions may be seen in up to 10% of the patients. Solitary glomus tumor (GT) most frequently appears as small nodule in specific locations such as subungual region or deep dermis. However, rarely these entities have been observed in extracutaneous locations such as the gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory tracts, and other visceral organs. A small fraction of the GTs may present as tumors of uncertain malignant potential or as malignant glomus tumors. CASE PRESENTATION: We report a patient with multiple glomus tumors on the time of diagnosis, which was histologically diagnosed as an atypical glomus tumor following resection of a tumor thrombus in the left renal vein, inferior vena cava trombus with intracardial extension, and mitral valve specimen. The intramuscular lesion from the thigh was diagnosed as a glomus tumor of uncertain malignant potential. Further examinations revealed multiple lesions trough her body: kidneys, breast, heart and subcutaneous tissue. The diagnosis of glomus tumor of uncertain malignant potential versus glomus tumor with low malignant potential could be quite challenging, and the clinical course may be as a determining factor for final diagnosis. CONCLUSION: To our knowledge, this is the only known case of glomus tumor with multiple organ involvement and aggressive biological behavior at presentation.

Abstract
Extradigital glomus tumors are a very rare entity. Here, we report a rare case of a glomus tumor in an atypical anatomic site: the thigh. The clinical features together with the results of MRI, and sonography and Doppler sonographic imaging helped to distinguish glomus tumor of the thigh from other soft tissue neoplasms. The tumor arising from the thigh was excised, and following surgery, the patient was symptom free without evidence of complications or recurrence. There have only been a few previously reported cases describing the use of Doppler sonography in the evaluation of extradigital glomus tumors. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Abstract
History A 55-year-old woman presented to our breast clinic with 1-year history of lancinating pain in the right breast that was exacerbated by blunt pressure and cold temperature. She denied any family history of breast cancer or any personal history of trauma, infection, or surgery of the breast. On clinical examination, exquisite pain was generated by simple light pressure over the upper outer quadrant of the right breast. Mammography and ultrasounography (US) with Doppler analysis of the right breast were painful but were performed with the least pressure possible.

Abstract
Glomus tumor is a benign, subcutaneous neoplasm which usually arises in areas that are rich in glomus bodies, most commonly the digital area, and usually appears as a painful nodule. Glomus tumor of the breast is extremely rare, and there has been only limited information reported in the literature to date. We herein present a case of a glomus tumor arising from the breast, showing a well-circumscribed, hypervascular, solid and hypoechoic tumor within the retromammary fat. The tumor was resected and the patient's pain was relieved immediately after the surgery. She remains well without any symptoms after a year. This report describes a unique case of this type of tumor.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this article is to review the anatomy of the male breast and to describe the imaging findings of a variety of diseases that affect the male breast to better understand and recognize the imaging findings and underlying pathophysiology of diseases and conditions affecting this emerging subset of patients. CONCLUSION Understanding the anatomy of the male breast is central to developing a differential diagnosis and delivering optimal care in male patients presenting with breast complaints. Diseases in the male breast can affect the skin and subcutaneous tissues, stroma and glandular elements, and neurovascular and lymphatic structures. Although the most commonly encountered disease entity is gynecomastia, men can develop many other benign and neoplastic diseases, including primary breast cancer. By incorporating clinical presentation with imaging findings on mammography and ultrasound, the breast imager can more effectively establish the correct diagnosis in males.
