Abstract
Aiming at the multi-attribute bilateral matching problem with unknown attribute weights under a linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy environment, a decision method based on TODIM considering satisfaction and fairness degrees is proposed. First, the theories of linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy sets and bilateral matching are given, and the multi-attribute bilateral matching problem under a linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy environment is described. To solve this problem, according to linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy preference matrices, the overall attribute dominances are calculated based on TODIM; considering group consensus, a new method is proposed to calculate attribute weights based on linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy induced ordered weighted averaging (LIFIOWA) operator; then, the overall dominances of bilateral subjects are obtained by aggregating the overall attribute dominances and attribute weights. Furthermore, the overall dominances are standardized to calculate the satisfaction degrees of bilateral subjects; the fairness degrees of bilateral subjects are calculated considering the loss attenuation coefficient. Based on satisfaction degree matrices, fairness degree matrices and bilateral matching matrices, multiple bilateral matching models are established and then solved to obtain the optimal bilateral matching scheme. Finally, an example shows the effectiveness, reliability and accuracy of the proposed method. The research results indicate the following main characteristics of the proposed method: (1) A new method for calculating the unknown attribute weights using LIFIOWA operator is proposed. (2) According to the TODIM idea, a calculation method for fairness degree considering the loss attenuation coefficient is proposed. (3) Considering satisfaction and fairness degrees, multiple bilateral matching models under a linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy environment are established.

Abstract
A class of interval-valued OWA operators can be constructed from interval-valued overlap functions with interval-valued weights, which plays an important role in solving multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problems considering interval numbers as attribute values. Among them, when the importance of multiple attributes is different, it can only be calculated by changing the interval-valued weights. In fact, we can directly abandon the commutativity and extend the interval-valued overlap functions (IO) to interval-valued pseudo overlap functions (IPO) so that function itself implies the weights of the attributes, thus there is no need to calculate the OWA operator, which is more flexible in applications. In addition, the similar generalization on interval-valued pseudo t-norms obtained from interval-valued t-norms further enhances the feasibility of our study. In this paper, we mainly present the notion of interval-valued pseudo overlap functions and a few their qualities, including migrativity and homogeneity, and give some construction theorems and specific examples. Then, we propose the definitions of residuated implications induced by interval-valued pseudo overlap functions, give their equivalent forms, and prove some properties satisfied by them. Finally, two application examples about IPO to interval-valued multi-attribute decision making (I-MADM) are described. The results show that interval-valued pseudo overlap functions can not only be used to obtain the same rankings, but also be more flexible, simple and widely used.

Abstract
The classical TODIM method solves problems by expressing the attribute values as crisp numbers, thus incurring information loss. This paper, noting the ambiguity and fuzziness of information especially in a probabilistic hesitant fuzzy environment, develops a TODIM dynamic emergency decision-making method based on hybrid weighted distance. This method is suitable for emergency decision-making as it supports the rapidity and evolving nature of emergency responses, and accommodates the uncertainty of the external environment. A case study of a huge fire in China is used to validate the proposed method. The proposed TODIM method outperforms the methods proposed by Gao et al. in Int. J. Fuzzy. Syst. 19(5), 1261–1278 (2017) and Zhang et al. in Syst. 61, 48–58 (2014), suggesting its appeal in dealing with fuzzy information during emergency decision-making.

Abstract
Nowadays robots have been commonly adopted in various manufacturing industries to improve product quality and productivity. The selection of the best robot to suit a specific production setting is a difficult decision making task for manufacturers because of the increase in complexity and number of robot systems. In this paper, we explore two key issues of robot evaluation and selection: the representation of decision makers’ diversified assessments and the determination of the ranking of available robots. Specifically, a decision support model which utilizes cloud model and TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese of interactive and multiple criteria decision making) method is developed for the purpose of handling robot selection problems with hesitant linguistic information. Besides, we use an entropy-based combination weighting technique to estimate the weights of evaluation criteria. Finally, we illustrate the proposed cloud TODIM approach with a robot selection example for an automobile manufacturer, and further validate its effectiveness and benefits via a comparative analysis. The results show that the proposed robot selection model has some unique advantages, which is more realistic and flexible for robot selection under a complex and uncertain environment.
