Abstract
The main goal of this article is to discuss the expansion of click chemistry. A new catalyst composed of CuO nanoparticles embedded in Zn-MOF with the ligand 2,4,6-tris(4-carboxyphenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine (H3L) is presented. The incorporation of CuO nanoparticles into the Zn-MOF structure led to desirable morphology and catalytic properties. The designed catalyst was evaluated for its catalytic role in the multicomponent reaction and copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) for preparation of triazole rings with 80-91% yield. The catalyst demonstrated an appealing architecture and exhibited robustness, high efficiency, and environmental friendliness. Characterization of the catalyst was performed using various techniques, including Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopes (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), elemental mapping, and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results suggest that this novel catalyst has the potential to be a valuable tool in the development of new synthetic approaches for a wide range of applications.

Abstract
Triazoles are biologically important compounds that play a crucial role in biomedical applications. In this study, we present an innovative and eco-friendly nanocatalyst system for synthesizing compounds via the click reaction. The system is composed of Arabic gum (AG), iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4 MNPs), (3-chloropropyl) trimethoxysilane (CPTMS), 2-aminopyridine (AP), and Cu(i) ions. Using AP as an anchor for Cu(i) ions and Fe3O4 MNPs allows facile separation using an external magnet. The hydrophilic nature of the Fe3O4@AG/AP-Cu(i) nanocomposite makes it highly efficient in water as a green solvent. The highest reaction efficiency (95.0%) was achieved in H2O solvent with 50.0 mg of nanocatalyst for 60 min at room temperature. The reaction yield remained consistent for six runs, demonstrating the stability and effectiveness of the catalyst.

Abstract
The outstanding journey towards the investigation of mesoporous materials commences with the discovery of high surface area porous silica materials, named MCM-41 (Mobil Composition of Matter-41) according to the inventors' name Mobile scientists in the United States. Based on a self-assembled supramolecular templating mechanism, the synthesis of mesoporous silica has extended to wide varieties of silica categories along with versatile applications of all these types in many fields. These silica families have some extraordinary structural features, like highly tunable nanoscale sized pore diameter, good Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface areas, good flexibility to accommodate different organic and inorganic functional groups, metals etc., onto their surface. As a consequence, thousands of scientists and researchers throughout the world have reported numerous silica materials in the form of published articles, communication, reviews, etc. Beside this, attention is also given to the morphology-oriented synthesis of silica nanoparticles and their significant effects on the emerging fields of study like catalysis, energy applications, sensing, environmental, and biomedical research. This review highlights a consolidated overview of those morphology-based mesoporous silica particles, emphasizing their syntheses and potential role in many promising fields of research.

Abstract
In recent years, many inorganic silica/carbon-based and magnetic materials have been selected to arrest copper ions through a widespread range of anchoring and embedding methodologies. These inorganic supported nanocatalysts have been found to be efficient, environmentally friendly, recyclable, and durable. In addition, one of the vital issues for expanding new, stable, and reusable catalysts is the discovery of unique catalysts. The basis and foundation of this review article is to consider the recently published developments (2014-2019) in the synthesis and catalytic applications of copper supported by silica nanocomposites, carbon nanocomposites, and magnetic nanocomposites for expanding the "click" chemistry.

Abstract
Silanized iminodiacetic acid (GLYMO–IDA) modified mesoporous silica (G-SBA) was prepared following a co-condensation method. G-SBA/Cu2+, G–SBA/Zn2+ and G-SBA/Cu2+–Zn2+ were obtained through the impregnation method with coordination by GLYMO–IDA. SBA/CuO, SBA/ZnO, and SBA/CuZnO were generated after calcination of G-SBA/Cu2+, G-SBA/Zn2+ and G-SBA/Cu2+–Zn2+. After modification, the amount of metal ion was 6 to 70 times higher than that of the blank mesoporous silica. The diameter of nano-copper oxide particles in mesoporous silica was 4.8 nm. The bacteriostatic rates of SBA/CuO at a copper oxide concentration of 250 ppm against E. coli and S. aureus were 85.87% and 100%, respectively. SBA/CuO and SBA/CuZnO with {111} lattice planes exhibited better antibacterial effects compared to the commercial-grade nano-zinc oxide and nano-copper oxide. When exposed to ultraviolet light, SBA/CuZnO displayed the highest photocatalytic activity and optimal antimicrobial effect. Therefore, SBA/CuZnO can be an alternative to antibiotics because of its non-toxic nature and good antibacterial properties. Silanized iminodiacetic acid (GLYMO–IDA) modified mesoporous silica (G-SBA) was prepared following a co-condensation method.![]()
